It's fine, it's OK, it's what you would expect from a chain breakfast place. Service was good. Food was alright. Coffee a bit below average. Won't be the best meal you've ever had, but wasn't bad... Met my reasonable expectations!

Older Ihop and it shows. Food was ok, we got 2 orderes of cold pancakes, which is crazy since thats what they are known for. Food took long to get to us, and they never came over to ask if we wanted coffee refills or even how the food was. Could definitely be better overall.

Love IHOP and this was no exception. I always order breakfast no matter the time of day, but my husband and my mother can get whatever kind of food they want. My only objection is the price of coffee.🫤

Came here on a Sunday morning for breakfast, it was packed but we were a group of two so we got seated quickly. We ordered and was served relatively quickly. The food was yummy and flavorful. As with any ihop, they are always over packed and loud. The server worked hard to make our experience pleasant.

I used to come to this restaurant chain years ago in Houston and always enjoyed it. The strawberry wafer used to be absolutely delicious, but unfortunately the recipe has changed and it’s no longer the same. The portion sizes have also been reduced. The service was very disappointing. The young server was rarely present in the dining area and did not stay attentive to the tables. It showed a clear lack of responsibility and customer service skills. When you work in hospitality, attentiveness and accountability are essential. Sadly, I will not be returning.

We waited 15 minutes for a table only to see there were many tables empty for our family of 5. The music in the restaurant is boring 50s music. We also waited a long time for our food, which was omelets and pancakes. Our children also didn't get crayons or any play mat. Our waitress was the best part she was super sweet and nice.

This place gets super popular on the weekends, but luckily diners are usually pretty quick about getting in and getting out. This is a standard iHOP, will get you your hangover/brunch/grease/salt/sugar fix, and does it well. Dining space is actually relatively small, but servers are attentive and can manage your table just fine. I love me a plate of sausages, biscuits, and gravy- it really sticks to your ribs here and will give you a food coma. The iconic pancakes are also a great way to take care of a sweet tooth (though the flavored coffees have even more sugar, apparently). You get what you expect here, and that’s what makes it good.

Went there yesterday with my coworker, around 5AM. Him and I aren’t fuzzy eaters, but man oh man, the food we both ordered was semi-cold and the coffee taste burnt. The pancakes were warm and the home fries were actually good (but, the rest of the food was semi-cold as I wrote above…but why? Don’t they cook everything at the same time? If not, don’t they have a section on the grill where to put food to stay warm until it’s fully served?). Anyways…the silverware didn’t look clean at all also. My friend went to his vehicle and retrieved 2 package sets of plastic utensils (fork, spoon, knife & napkins) our waitress looked at us like if we had 9 heads. Never acknowledged or excused herself for the silverware being dirty. This place has gone down a lot lately. Why they keep hiring people that don’t want to work, is beyond me. Being on their cellphones is more important than customers, should be a red flag. We spent close to $42 bucks, but we still left $50 on the table. I don’t think that we are not coming back here anytime soon. PS: shift managers should step up and have a serious conversation with their crews. You are working for a franchise that advertises good, hot meals with a friendly smile. I understand that working with the public is not always easy, and it’s actually difficult, but this is a restaurant after all, and customers are buying a product that you are selling; think about that for a minute.

We order food the server was ok. The food portion was too little and they barely fill up the coffee and the coffee cost $4 at least fill up the coffee. The side of hash browns are very little portions for $5.00 and the server ended giving us the check without even asking us if we would like to order anything else . We were going to order pancakes but the server wasn’t even checking up on the tables we had to flag her down. We left to go support someone who gives better service.

Beware of panhandling. A child was going around asking people at their tables to buy his candy. I’m assuming he was related to one of the managers or workers. It was extremely uncomfortable trying to relax and eat breakfast with a kid asking you for money. I do not think that was appropriate or right to do to customers. None of the workers seemed to care. Do better.

Food was lukewarm on my plate and auntie plate especially the sausage links. Coffee was poor. We came in on Black Friday at about 1:30 pm. It was my mom wishes to eat ihop today so I figured take her to a new location better geographic area for better service but I was wrong. The waitress Brianna was helpful and polite

I give them no stars this location is the worst experience I’ve ever had at IHOP. The waitress never checked on us the food was all wrong and also cold, finally got my biscuit with gravy after eating then my fries came as I was getting up to pay. The food was all cold and no refill of coffee thank goodness the coffee was ok. Last time I am giving this location any chance of taking my money. The manager took care of the bill and we didn’t ask for it , but that is how bad the experience was.
