Fantasy Cuisine is our go-to for Sichuan food in the area. Our kid loves the mushroom and spinach buns and loves ordering from the menu by himself (there are pictures). The service is friendly and attentive. We love the atmosphere here, and it’s kid friendly. We particularly love the Sichuan dishes, such as the red pepper style crispy tofu.

I had the opportunity to try Fantasy Cuisine recently. The overall experience was a positive one, as we created memories with family members who will want to return for more one day. Location: 10/10 Located right off State Road 100 (Central Ave), FC has parking accessible no matter which way you’re going in from. There is street parking (check meters) as well as a parking lot on site which is very close to the entrance of the property. Food/Service: 10/10 Having experienced a variety of Chinese restaurants in my time, I found the variety of the menu to be diverse and enough to satisfy any guest. There are vegetable, meat, and seafood options that have good portions, especially if you have a lot of guests. Everything is brought to you within ten mins of ordering and the staff will listen to you and bring you whatever you want. Atmosphere/Setting: 10/10 Unless you are in a city setting, most Chinese restaurants in the suburbs are hidden or away from the main roads. Fantasy Cuisine, however, is near a major road and has a welcoming atmosphere inside with music, decorations, and a large window with a view of outside. It is these aspects that makes the venue attractive both on the inside and out. I recommend FC for passionate Chinese food enthusiasts, or people who aren’t as familiar with this kind of food and want to know more.

This is as authentic as we getting in Westchester it has all the XLB and scallion pancake dishes plus the more traditional spicy dishes expected in Taiwanese cooking, this is our go to when at home. Great place for friends and family to eat and meet.

Delicious and authentic menu with lots of dim sum options! Came here with my family as a back-up option when we couldn't get seated at Aberdeen and so happy we did! The soup dumplings and shumai were so delicious that we ordered two more rounds for the table. One of the few spots that has den den noodles so I was so happy to see it on the menu! Staff was friendly and attentive - will be back again soon!

Solid, consistent, authentic Szechuan flavors. I live in the area and have had numerous meals here over the years. Every time, the food is the same good quality. Also very notable: the service staff is always the same familiar faces, which indicates low turnover and high server-retention. 👍 Alcohol is unusually pricey ($14 for gas station wine? Really??), but overall food prices are reasonable considering the level of service you’ll receive. One very specific note of personal contention: Avoid Friay and Saturday nights. WAAAAYYYY too busy for the number of staff they usually have booked, so everyone trying to eat 5-8pm waits forever and gets grumpy, and even the regulars like me that show up earlier but get caught in the mix get shafted, and I’ve never seen anything close to a gesture of kind compensation for the inconvenience caused by their management’s mishaps. All in all, though: great place for good food any time other than the Friday and Saturday dinner rush!

Food was okay, I think portions could have been bigger but they’re okay. The sesame beef was very vinegar based. Not as sweet as it should have been. The fried calamari was very small the portion. So was the honey walnut shrimp, I think we got about 7 pieces of shrimp. They are big pieces but the breading was thick and grainy. The dry pot was good though, a good portion and tasted delicious. The place was dead when I dined on a weeknight so service was very good and attentive

Nice, generous portions and solid flavors all around! The pea tips were fresh and tasty, and the fried soup dumplings are a must-try — crispy outside, juicy inside, basically happiness in a bite. The fuqi feipian (spicy beef and tripe) looked huge when it arrived… until we realized half the mountain was cleverly disguised vegetables underneath. Well played! 😂 Overall, a really good experience — good food, nice vibe, and friendly service. Not quite on the level of Flushing or Chinatown, but definitely worth a visit when the craving hits!

We enjoyed our dinner here the other night. We had 3 different kinds of dumplings (pork and crab soup), (steamed vegetable and chicken), and pan fried pork buns. Each of them was really good and came out fresh and hot! We got yaki udon to try something we hadn’t had before, and I wouldn’t recommend this. The udon was cooked really well but the dish wasn’t flavorful at all. We also got a Thai iced tea which wasn’t as sweet as I prefer. The inside is nice. They have tables that include the hot plate so the box is right above your legs making it uncomfortable to sit. Our server was pretty friendly but the people who brought out the food weren’t friendly. Overall my experience was positive and I’d go back for dumplings and to try a new main dish.

We had originally chosen to eat at Fantasy Cuisine after seeing it mentioned on the Michelin guide. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The interior is very nice and the tables were well spaced out. The waitress was very helpful and kind, giving us well thought-out suggestions. My favorite dish was probably the cucumber with garlic sauce (which we ordered as an appetizer); it was delicious. However, some of the other dishes were not as satisfying. Our two main dish were good, however, not particularly memorable. The prices were fair and the meat was cooked well. Nothing "wowed" us, though. The dessert selection was very nice (and the yummy). Overall, I would give Fantasy Cuisine a 4/5 rating. It is a safe bet for a good meal, however, there may be more exciting options in the area.

Epicurean Chichi

Fantasy cuisine 20 central ave Hartsdale n.y. If your in the neighborhood and your palette crave's dim sum you won't be disappointed. This place has a wide variety of dim sum, char sui bows fluffy and delicious,chi zhi feng zhao,har gow,cheung fun, xiao long bao, fried rice with egg tasty and delicious, also delicious jasmine tea hits the spot. So give this charming restaurant a try. The service is also wonderful.

My family ordered the shrimp and brocolli, the pork chops, and sesame chicken. The shrimp and brocolli was fine, nothing to write home about. However, the pork chops and sesame chicken had a lot of filler, there was barely any meat in them. These were all like 15-20$ each and they didn't include free rice or at the very least fortune cookies. Disappointed and definitely not returning, way too overpriced for what you're getting.

The dumplings and noodle soup here is way below Costco dumplings’ quality. Cost me $15 per bowl but the food sucked. I can say this is the worst dumplings and noodles I have ever had in my life. So disappointed! Try Maxi’s noodles and you can compare. Also, stir fried noodles and foods are greasy. Also, this ISN’T a MICHELIN restaurant, Fantasy Cuisine doesn’t appear on Michelin Guide website!

There’s absolutely no way any of the positive reviews of this place on here are genuine. There is nothing special about this place. It is the most generic American Chinese food place, but at low quality. The food was flavorless and greasy. Half of the food was thrown out due to the quality. There are much better options in this area. Do not go here if you are under the impression this is any type of authentic or fancy cuisine, as the reviews suggest. Side note, I have no idea what anyone is talking about when it comes to their soup dumplings. The ones at Trader Joe’s are 10x the quality compared to this.
