Cheesecake Factory in White Plains is one of their best locations. I joined a few friends for drinks and appetizers after 8pm on a Friday. Reservations were not needs as we sat down immediately. Our server was super friendly and made sure we had drinks and food at all times. Highly recommend their new Cinnabon cheesecake and grabbing something to go from their cheesecake bar that’s open till 11pm. Looking forward to our next visit.

Really great service! They brought out an appetizer for us before the entire party arrived because I was starving! They also allowed us to stay a little past their closing time to finish our visit. The Louisiana chicken never disappoints!

While in White Plains, NY, I came in a day early before a presentation. Right across the street from my hotel was the Cheesecake Factory. Since I did not require me any driving or additional parking, it was the easiest place to go and eat. While I was there, I had the Jamaican pepper chicken and shrimp, which is a solid meal every time. I left extremely filled.

Ronnie is one of the best servers I’ve had in a very long time. Very attentive and wonderful server. Being a vegan is pretty hard but he accommodated me for everything. Wonderful experience! I’ve been coming here probably since it opened. And celebrated most birthdays and everything here. The best server! Loved it. What more can you say about The Cheesecake Factory?! Huge menu, big portions, incredible selection of cheesecakes, etc. This location specifically gets crowded fast and if you’re going later in the day for dinner expect to wait up to an hour without reservations! Parking is easy, with a parking garage attached to the main building of Cheesecake Factory meaning there is both stair as well as elevator access. Payment for the garage is done as you leave and Cheesecake Factory will validate parking. You need to speak to a cashier though at front to make that happen so just FYI! This is a great spot, always buzzing with people and certainly not quiet…which is a good thing. There is a bar you can sit at toward the front as well that is first come, first serve so if you’re feeling lucky that’s also an option. Bathroom situation can use some work…but it’s there and certainly usable.

Cheesecake Factory is a nice place to go, with consistent quality. Our waiter was a little awkward (she wanted to take my plate, but I wasn't finished, and instead of coming later, she stayed there waiting for me to take the last bites) but nothing major.

I enjoyed the Pasta Davinci today. I've been there before and had the Chicken parmigiana sandwich. That was good also. This is the pic of the Pasta Da vinci. 9/13/22-I ordered the Chicken Parmesan Sandwich. Scrumptious. Excellent. Even better while warm. 11/12/23. I ordered the Ver Cherry Ghirardelli Chocolate Cheesecake...it was excellent. Never had it before.

The service was perfect. It was very slow at opening at 11:30, but the bartender/waiter was very attentive and courteous. She asked at least three times if I needed anything and brought refills without me asking. The bbq chicken salad was really good and more than I could eat in one sitting.

DO NOT LISTEN TO THE INNANET! Please if you have not yet, make your way to the cheesecake factory immediately! Everything about that place slaps, hits and is amazing! The place is beautifully decorated and it's clean from top to bottom. They'll give you a lil book menu which I will admit makes you feel a bit overwhelmed with all the choices they have. Trust and believe anything you order will be delicious. They start you off with a warm bread basket and a plate of butter. Trust by the time they bring your drinks that bread basket will be done lol. Our waitress was attentive and she even hooked bae up with a lemonade to go. We ordered frozen iced mango and cucumber lemonade as our drinks, so yummy. Y'all know I'm a lover of brussel sprouts so had to get those and when I tell you so crispy and delicious! And that glaze sauce over it really took it to another level. We then had Louisiana chicken pasta and orange chicken with brown rice. So flavorful and delicious! We didn't order cheesecake this time but usually that's the highlight of that place lol. Your usually too full to eat it so you'll take it to go! And we're not gonna get started on the many different delicious flavors of cheesecake they have lol. Highly recommend this place! Trust we will be back several times again.

Martha was great! She made my first time experience at happy hour worth while and I plan to come back regularly. My friend and I both enjoyed ourselves! Happy Hour starts at 4 and we got there a few minutes early but the manager (didnt get the name) was nice enough to seat us for happy hour early. Amazing time!

We are usually here for mac n cheese balls, chicken Parmesan pizza style entree or for appetizers/small plates.. Korean fired cauliflower, Avacado toast, Parmesan fries, street corn, fried zucchini, egg rolls, Thai lettuce wraps with Avacado. Chicken and jalapeño fritters, or flatbreads were pretty decent options that we tried. This time around tried new appetizers calamari and loaded factory nachos.. both off them were good. But kind off expected then to be greasy.. Staff is super friendly.. couple times when they ran out, they helped put in special orders with chef to make a batch of Mac n cheese.. Totally recommend this place who is looking for some fixed flares.. We also tried vegetarian tacos, black bean burger or different vegetarian appetizers..

I love this place and wish I can come here everyday if possible. I absolutely love their vegan Cobb salad. Its portion size is amazing and would be full for the rest of the night. I also highly recommend their cucumber lemonade. It’s heaven in a cup and very refreshing.

We have eaten or taken out of cheesecake factory many times. Food and service always excellent and plentiful. Take out is always well organized with the young man serving you and ringing you up always polite and quick. Multitasking when it's so busy is a task in which he is excellent !

My shrimp Alfredo was gooey and not enough sauce. Maybe the chef had a bad day. I would like to note that this is a really good location and I usually have good experiences here as well. The food was just a miss today totally. I’ll be back never week though maybe I can get them to ensure that my noodle are not soggy and that my sauce is not lumpy and that I get more than 4 shrimp. That was another thing I forgot to mention.

It's been awhile since I have been at the cheesecake factory. I had to go shopping so invited my parents for lunch. Atmosphere was very friendly and inviting. The appetizers and entrees were generous and delicious. My parents loved the avocado rolls and we also had the very soucy Buffalo wings. In August of 2025, I brought and treated myself and my wife for dinner at the Cheesecake Factory, specifically the branch located in White Plains, New York. We very much enjoyed our dining experience!!! We were kindly welcomed by the restaurant’s staff, and didn’t have to wait long to get escorted to a table, despite the numerous patrons that were present. Both my wife and I were in absolute awe of the Cheesecake Factory’s immaculate interior design. Its interior settings comes with a mesmerizing eclectic sensibility, because it features Egyptian style columns, Victorian bed board wood paneling, and French Limestone floors, all of which produces an elegant and luxurious atmosphere. Our server, Joseph M was unquestionably courteous and professional. He did a great job on explaining the menu options, kindly addressed all of our inquiries and perfectly noted our menu orders. In addition, he regularly checked in us to make sure our needs were met, that we enjoyed our meals, and that our glasses were always filled with drinks. Both my wife and I thank Joseph for his great hospitality and service!!! While we appreciated and loved Cheesecake Factory’s exceptional atmosphere and service, the highlight of our time was undoubtedly our amazing meal. From the appetizer to the entree, everything was superbly tasty and delicious!!! My wife and I found our “Avocado Roll” and “Fried Mac & Cheese Ball appetizer to be highly scrumptious!!! I ordered and very much enjoyed my “Grilled Fresh Salmon” entree, and my wife found her “Louisiana Chicken Pasta” entree to be perfectly cooked and well seasoned!!! If you are looking to visit and dine at a great venue that offers top quality meals and services in a picturesque setting, then don’t hesitate to stop by and dine at the Cheesecake Factory restaurant!!!

My friend and I came to the White Plains location to have dinner and it was extremely busy. He had Miso Salmon with mashed potatoes and I had grilled Branzino with mashed potatoes . The food was delicious. The portions were the right size. John, our waiter was pretty good. However, he was very busy; I didn’t have much interaction with him. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the outing.

My friend took to me to T.C.F. for dinner. The bartender was professional and made me a delicious coconut mojito. When our seats were ready; we had a polite, attentive waiter name Jarrett. He was so sweet and kind. The food was delicious too. Thank you JARRETT .

The burrito grande was large enough to feed 2 people, the pork chop delicious and the cheesecake speaks for itself. Unfortunately we had a very distracted server who made several mistakes but overall a good dining experience.

Despite a slew of women on the Internet chastising the Cheesecake Factory it was pretty good overall. The food was edible and cooked well, the timing of the serving was under 20 mins, the menu had a variety of options, the seating was decent and the ambiance of the place was comforting. The waiter was polite and checked on us periodically as expected, desert was huge 😆, water came with lemon in it 👌🏽the bill was under $100 ( Not including gratuity ) for two adults and a child which was great in my opinion, overall the Cheesecake Factory experience went relatively well. 4 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a wonderful experience at The Cheesecake Factory in White Plains! The ambiance here is truly impressive — one of the nicest I’ve seen at any Cheesecake Factory location. It feels both lively and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a meal out. The service was excellent throughout, and the food lived up to the high expectations. They offer a huge menu with lots of options for vegetarians, which we really appreciated. Some of our favorites were the quesadillas, flatbread pizzas, and the fettuccine alfredo pasta — all absolutely delicious and must-tries! Another plus is the convenient paid covered parking, which makes visiting even easier. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a great meal in White Plains.

The servers were having a little trouble the last 2 times Ive been here, they were running out of glasses as they had way too many people and had broken glasses, so we (a table of 14) had to wait around 20 mins to get a water glass. Other than that everything was great. I would recommend people to come earlier to save tables since they get very busy (which is a good thing).

The cheesecakes here are fresh, delicious, and have a great variety, honestly some of the best I’ve had! I loved them so much that I went back 3 or 4 days in a row during my trip to New York. The only downside was that one of my orders was wrong. I asked for the Salted Caramel but ended up with a pumpkin cinnamon cheesecake (i dont know the name), which I didn’t enjoy. A bit disappointing, but overall the experience was still really good, and I’d definitely come back again!

This Cheese Cake Factory restaurant is one of the more fancier ones I have visited. It is located inside the White Plains shopping mall next to Whole Foods. Upon entering, you are overwhelmed with the smell of the bakery and its large hostess center console. We were seated right away, and our drink and appetizer orders were taken quickly. Our server was polite, courteous, and knew the menu. The Buffalo Wings were hot and delicious, as was the breads. Our entrées were equally delicious and impressive . I had just returned from the Caribbean, and I must tell you the shrimp at Cheese Cake were better. All in all, I had a great experience . The parking was a bit tricky. Apparently, if you dine in and stay for more than an hour, you don't qualify for free parking or validation to your ticket. Anything under an hour does. Go figure.

I attended Cheesecake Factory and they had limited options. I wanted Mac and cheese balls and was disappointed because their machines were down didn’t know until it Was time to Order.

Disappointed, I’ve been here several times in the past and the food and service were always up to par. The past two times I’ve been here visiting today the food was not hot and was warm I ordered the Jamaican black pepper shrimp and the beans that came with the dish looked preheated and overcooked and so was the rice. Service was great! Food wasn’t. I also ordered a salad that had mostly hearts and no greenery. For the prices they expect, they’re food should def be above standard most likely won’t be coming back also considering I travel from CT here to this location.

The service here is close to the bottom of my experiences that I've had all year. The food, fish, and chips were okay. But serving French fries in a wire basket lined with wax paper makes no sense! I was constantly punching holes in the bottom of the wax paper, trying to pick up a French fry. My server was really nice, but the girl that brought my food out was super peed that I asked her for the malt vinegar! Even though it's really dark in here, I can see the knats flying around my food!

The food and our server were great. The hosts on the other hand.... some of the rudest and most hostile we have ever encountered. They make you feel shitty for asking a simple question and worse even, they don't look at you when they reply and make you feel like a nuisance for doing so. No need to be so rude for no reason. Go for the food BUT DON'T engage with hosts as they don't want you to, you are probably doing them and yourself favor.

I've been seating for over 20 minutes, then asked to order to a waitress who went looking for someone else. 10 minutes later 2 tables who were just arrived were placing orders, I asked the same waiter to order, he said he would be back. 5 minutes later I left.

This place used to be my family go to. Now it's nasty, very low standards, the employees are great but the place isn't clean. The food seems like it comes out of a microwave and the presentation makes me feel as if everyone there has given up on serving the public. Honestly, I wouldn't spend my money here. The effort just sucks. Again the chain used to be the spot for the wife and kids. Now, its not even a suggestion on our last resort list.

My family (party of 7) celebrated my dad's birthday on Saturday, Oct 25th. We more than enjoyed the food. I got the Factory Salad which I love. Another family member ordered the Chicken Littles. They came out looking magazine perfect. I tried one and they tasted even better than they looked. So that following Tuesday the 28th my sister and I went and ordered (pick up) the Chicken Littles still salivating from Saturday. They were nothing like they were Saturday, dark and fried so hard! We were sooo disappointed! So stay with me...today the 31st we went back to try them again. But this time, I specifically asked that they be fried light and golden mentioning to them how they were Tuesday. Do you all know they came dark, chewy, and some so hard. So we got back in the car to return them. I spoke and told Bob the manager this exact story. He decided to refund mine, but not my sister's because she ate a little more...only because she hates complaining. Did I mention that the Chicken Littles are $23.00 😲. Anyway, Bob never once apologized or even acted as if he cared, even saying the seasoning makes them dark. But it didn't when we dined in. A good manager would've refunded both and apologized. I'm very disappointed with Bob!!! I don't recommend the Chicken Littles to go from Cheesecake Factory!

I asked for plain chicken strips , which I have ordered several times from here. I instead received these two small pieces of extremely greasy chicken. The chicken was so greasy I could not even eat it. As you can also see the container was loaded with grease. It was gross. The fries were undercooked. They charged me over 20$ for 2 chicken “littles “ and fries. I ordered CHICKEN STRIPS. Not “littles”. Total waste of my time and money. Wish I can give 0 stars.

Wasted my money over $60. Ordered takeout food that has been thrown in platter, barely cooked chicken, loaded plate of grease, asked for extra sauce and wheat bread only. Only received white bread stating that the kitchen was out OK it happens, but no extra sauce which was needed because when you’re traveling with food it tends to dry up as the item is still cooking as you travel. This used to be the best cheesecake factory, I always would travel 40 miles pass my local one to this location. Def has gone downhill so upset threw everything out. Smh now starving at work.

Went to this location on Sunday with a friend per their request. The waitress was being very rude and condescending from the start. She was rude to me but not to my friend who was a male. She never gave us her name and didn’t even wanna provide suggestions. When I received my food there was hair in it she was not even the least bit apologetic. Never saw a manager. She took the food back and aggressively demanded I give her the piece of blonde hair that was in the mash . To make matters worse I ended up getting sick after eating here . I don’t recommend this restaurant whatsoever.

This Cheesecake Factory is probably the most Disgusting and unsanitary Cheesecake Factory out there. They serve a terrible piece of chicken that I almost broke my tooth biting into it. I later ask for a manager to speak to and all she has to say was “can we get you anything else? “ as if I have an appetite. They kept coming back trying to push more food to sell but I don’t want frozen fried chicken. The meat couldn’t even be pierced or cut. It’s ridiculous.

I said I was done with the Cheesecake Factory on two other occasions, before my most recent visit this past Saturday. I can now say I am officially DONE. After being sat for almost 20 minutes, and not a single person stopping by to greet our table, I stopped a server who was nearby to ask if she knew who our server was supposed to be. She plainly replied “Me” to which I stated “oh, ok because no one has come by.” She was clearly very busy but when she then proceeded to go to the bigger group of people that had been sat AFTER us, that’s when I became upset and decided we needed to speak to a manager. I walked up front and located a manger to whom I explained we had been sitting for 20 minutes, hadn’t been greeted and bare minimum didn’t even have water or bread at the table. I also let him know that at this point we would need a new server because we didn’t feel that we got off to a good start with the one we were to have. To all this, do you know how he replied? He said “well, we don’t bring water to the table unless you order it.” 🙃🙃🙃🙃 Um, sir? SOMEONE HAS TO COME BY SO WE CAN EVEN ORDER SAID WATER. With that dismissive response, I knew it would truly be my last time dining here. I just told this man multiple steps of service that were missed on their end and we don’t get any sort of apology or acknowledgment? You’re telling me this is how you do service? HEARD. We sat for about another 10 minutes before we got another server and in that time I watched that same manager dropping food at other tables. THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN THE PRIORITY. Why are you dropping food for tables that have orders in, instead of taking our drink order? Hell, we were ready to order our entire meal at that point. As a manager you could have taken our order and entered it into the POS yourself to help expedite. It’s crazy that as a customer I have to get on an app to explain to a manger how to do their job. The server that we got after was great and we tipped him 20%, as I was not going to take out my frustrations on him. However, I will say it for the 3rd time in this post, I will NEVER be back to this white plains Cheesecake Factory. ✌🏼 It was nice knowing you.

I ordered chocolate fudge cake twice from this place, both times they messed up my order , interesting of chocolate fudge cake they sent me weird tasting sour cream type of cake….yukkks…not only that , the server made sure to pour some milk on the bottom of box in the plastic case. I got so irritated seeing such bad service. Please improve your take out service

I went to the Cheesecake Factory for my wife’s birthday(to go) I ordered the chicken burrito asked for no tomatoes(allergic) I ate a bite driving home(couldn’t see and thank goodness for Benadryl ) she ordered the melted cheeseburger(burnt) my kid ordered the Mac and cheeseburger(burnt) not to mention the lemon raspberry cheesecake was spoiled. I called to rectify the situation only to get an email stating it wasn’t their fault after the desert guy repeated my order back to me and still gave me tomatoes and burnt food $73.00 in the garbage.. I will never go to any cheese cake factory. The General Manager Angelica didn’t even have the decency to contact me back. She had Juan email me a sad excuse of doing nothing to resolve this.

Take your business and money elsewhere. Back in January 25’ I had picked up a takeout order and when I got home there was an issue with one of my desserts or lack thereof. My tiramisu looked like it had seen better days. I called the restaurant and the manager on duty was defensive and not helpful. I was assured of a refund for the dessert in 5-10 business days. 5 weeks later still nothing. I’ve called multiple times and was told I would be getting a call from the general manager. Never happened. They can keep my money at this point and I won’t being going back either. The management is subpar and the fact that I was jerked around for what amounts to $12 and some change is reprehensible. Obviously management feel entitled to my money. It’s a shame that customer service is no longer a company value. I will be making it a point to support smaller independent businesses going forward. Chain stores have to go!

Have been going there for well over 15 years never sent food back. Got home with three entrees very disappointing looked nothing nor tasted fresh. When I called the manager Robert to advise he launched into a debate and defensively that “ everything is fresh and it’s impossible and there are mass amounts of food coming through here daily. “ never apologized never offered to make it right just continued to debate and tried to make me out to liar. Meanwhile my family is out 130 dollars and have to go out to eat. It’s not the money it’s the deplorable attitude. This guy as a manager was not only nasty but unresponsive but then aggravated me so much I ended up telling him off and hanging up something I don’t do. I believe in the food service line it’s customary to offer a replacement and bring the food back. He calls me back taunting me saying do you think it was correct to hang up on me. Obviously worried in reporting him. Total jerk and after nearly 2 decades they no longer have my customer loyalty or business. They gave us poorly prepared food end of story- looked badly prepared and oddly he was trying to “ catch me in a lie” when I said my young son won’t eat it he said but you ordered an entre. Um yes because not that I have to explain it to you but I was saving it for the next day for him - provided it was good and edible- which it wasn’t. This manager Robert needs a sit down with his immediate supervisor. As a boss i would give him at a minimum a verbal warning.

My bf and I were in the area and decided to try out this place. The front desk was nice but our waitress was terrible we sat there for 15 minutes without being approached,greeted or served any bread and water. There was this lady with a scarf that was on her phone for 15 minutes and it happened to be our waiter. After ordering our food and drinks she gave us the wrong drinks and when we spoke up about it she snatched the drinks and stormed off spilling the drink on the table, when she came back she spilled the drink even more and left the mess like that we had to clean it up for her, when we got our food she never came back to specifically our table but was checking up on all the tables around us and had a great attitude with them. she came back once and asked if I wanted some cheese I said yes so I waited 20 minutes for her and I see her on her phone that’s when we finally decided to leave she grabbed my bf plate and tried to give her mine and she walked away to pick up another person plate. Again we had to wait another 10 minutes for use to pay because the waitress was to busy on her phone. It’s a shame because I would’ve loved to come back here for the food but the customer service was awful. It was a young black lady with a scarf

UPDATE 12/6/25: Cheesecake factory has determined a 6 inch box equals a 6 inch cheesecake. I guess they don’t know how measurements work. I ordered a 6 inch Strawberry Cheesecake for pickup. I reached out to Cheesecake Factory and never received a response back.

Table: 201 Server: Daniel Check: 0375 Time: 830p My family are in town from Texas on business, my wife got off late so we decided to eat something familiar, as we go to our local CCF in Dallas every now and then. I guess we are used to Southern hospitality, because that is not what we got here. The host stand had several people standing around. One young lady wiping down menus and never turned around, another older hispanic lady and a server with a pony tail, pretty much telling the hostess who to sit in his section. The hostess told us, there were no booths open, and the table she sat us at was the only table ready. As we sat, i asked her were all of the sections cut and wasn't this the bar/lounge area? She said, "no this is the main dining room" which is the second lie she told me, as my server confirmed what i already knew, it's the lounge. The first lie she told, was there were no booths open, so i got up and confirmed, there were several booths open, in a black male servers section and in Mister Ponytails section. But i digress. Daniel on the other hand was great, took amazing care of us and made sure we wanted for nothing, thus the $50 tip i gave him on our $120 check. As for the food, i know these are corporate chains, but it seems the specs for each plate up North are different than the South, as every plate was bland. Shrimp Alfredo- pasta was more than likely cooked with no salt. the alfredo was rehydrated with water towards the end of the night, as it was bland and grainy. The grilled chicken was cooked to temp, juicy, yet unseasoned. Factory Chopped Salad- dressing, dressing and dressing. Tons of great ingredients, but all i could taste was dressing. Shrimp Scampi- bland pasta, bland shrimp, nothing to make you want to order it again. Once i went to Yelp and saw the 3.0 rating, it all made sense, and three is being generous. I did not complain to the managers that hung out behind the bar, because i am not from here, so i wont be back and i don't want anything free. But if you want more business, change your staff.

My waiter was extremely rude. She messed up my order and when I informed her she snatched the plate from me. The food came back to me ice cold. She also gave me dirty plates and silver ware. When I requested to speak to a manager she took upon herself to go inside my booth and lean against the table to ask me and my daughter who was next to me why I wanted a manager and kept trying to intimidate me.

Not upset, just dissatisfied! We went for dinner tonight and had reservations for 6 pm. We didn’t get seated until 6:30 exactly! What’s the point of a reservation? We went to the desk multiple times but they were helpful nor kind or sympathetic. Our waiter was fine but it did take him 8 minutes to greet us. Other than that he was solid and we tipped 20%. The food itself just isn’t that good. It’s mid so to speak. I think my family and I are officially done with this restaurant. The mom and pop restaurants are better options and people actually value your patronage.
