Clean, friendly, fast...and had both bathrooms open. Compared to a few others, a very pleasant surprise.

Great Dunkin with a very cozy sitting area. I've come here a few times as a mid-bike-ride stop. Love it!

We had a wonderful experience at this Dunkin Donuts - new recruit Anna was so kind and accommodating and applied relevant coupons to our beverages without us asking and offered us complimentary water in a cup for our road trip instead of us having to purchase a bottle of water - so kind!!

Bar none the best Dunkin in the entire southern tier. Skip Binghamton ppl going north and stop here. Super clean. Super fast. Way it was designed to be. Worth the 20 extea minutes going north. This is the best Dunkin I have ever gone to and thats not an exaggeration. I have been to them in just about every state east if the Mississippo and California.

Great friendly customer service. The guy at the counter was super helpful. Girl who made my latte got it exactly how I wanted it. Place looked clean. Perfect experience.

This Dunkin is great. It even has a conference room for up to 10 people that can be reserved for free. What a great thing to offer.

Always stop here when dropping off my daughter at college. Workers are friendly, coffee is good and food tasty. Very clean store.

Quick service. We were helped inside by a nice young lady. Items we ordered were accurate and fast. This location had great hours posted 4 am to 10 pm. There is also a drive thru lane.

Girls are always so friendly! I live closer to Front Street Dunkin but will travel out of my way to WP to go here instead. Coffee is always made the right way!

The service was fast and the coffee and breakfast sandwich fresh and delicious. The bagel was cooked perfectly and the staff were completely cordial. Theres plenty of lounge style seating if you're meeting someone for coffee or just waiting for a friend to come pick you up. 5 stars well deserved.

Dunkin is always consistent. The introduction of the Avocado toast was an eye opener. Surprisingly really good. I didn't expect much and was super pleased. The employee recommended it and I am glad she did. If you haven't tried it yet, there is no reason not to.

Whitney Point Dunkin'is the best one I've been to, I always stop on my way to see my daughter and granddaughter, no matter what time I go through everyone is friendly, service is quick, my order is always spot on and consistent even if it's been a couple months. Hands down the best!

I always love a good cup of coffee from Dunkin Donuts although their prices have one up just recently their coffee is well worth it! If you are in a hurry and need a good sandwich there bacon egg and cheese croissants are worth the money to especially when they're on sale! The staff at the Whitney Point one is very very friendly and very helpful!

They need an awning over the drive thru window area . Customer gets soaked when raining out . Person on window asked is that it, my response is yes thank you . Her response is then pull up .. little more please pull up or thank you pull up ..

I've been coming here for 11 years now. Even when busy staff is courteous and efficient to the best of their ability. On occasion, the order was incorrect, and they immediately rectified and were pleasant while doing it.

Stopped in here quick to use the restroom and get my grandson some munchkins before getting back on the road and the staff was great! Pleasant, joked around with me a bit and answered my question with ease. Only complaint is the restroom was a bit of a mess.

Great staff. We stopped here along the way on a trip to New Jersey with our baby. They didn’t have any issue with us hanging out for a little while while he was awake. We had a late breakfast and gave him some time out of the car seat and were able to get back on the road. I would highly recommend stopping here

It's like most other Dunkin Donuts, but it does have a conference room open to the public.

There was a long line at the drive thru, but they kept things moving, and had my order correct and ready when we got to the window.

friendly, helpful, staff; super clean dining area; my only suggestion is to put out napkin dispensers for customer use (I had to go back to the counter to ask for napkins). I got a pumpkin muffin and coffee - yummy!

Coffee is not worth the price they charge now.

Several times I've stopped at this location and the donuts were less than fresh, my order was made inaccurately and they keep changing their hours due to lack of help

Had to call someone's attention to get waited on. Granted it was late in the day but the donuts were well past their prime. The place could use a little update.

This morning I was absolutely 💯 percent disgusted with my visit to WP Dunkin (once again) I paid almost a twenty dollar bill only to find out that my gauc toast had very little gauc on it and maybe 3 peices of bacon 🥓, my bagel with extra cream cheese had very small maybe as big as a 50 cent peice and I even commented on making sure there was extra and it's wasn't plopped on a cold bagel (no I wasn't rude just explained) I GOT JUST EXACTLY WHAT I ASKED NOT TO BE GIVEN!! MY DRINK WAS OK AS WAS MY TOTS

Its alrigbt for a good cup of coffee and a donut. But whoever made the decision to get rid of the cheesy bagel twists- area wide decision- should get a job at Starbucks . (Obviously not a S B fan) Thus, 3 stars instead of 5. The lack of bagel twists has me stopping in at Mickey D's more often. Their coffee aint bad

It's a dunking donuts. The girl behind the counter had filthy nails. She bagged my donuts, when she came to the counter and handed them to Me Inoticed her nails. I did say anything but because I didn't want to embarrass her but even though she used a tissue to handle my donuts, I through them away. They did have clean rest rooms.

Didn't have the item my daughter wanted. Second time they were out of something we tried ordering. However, coffee is excellent

I'm not a huge fan of Dunkin' Donuts overall. I find that the service is typically subpar and the drinks are average. This location is no exception. Drive through is slow and the service inside the store is even slower. On the plus side, this is a relatively new location. There is a nice sitting area and a small conference room.

Food was ok, Drink was good. Got the mango refresher... Delicious!. Donuts were fresh. Lobby was dirty and needed attention. Sink in ladies room needs to be repaired it barely dribbles so it took forever to wash hands. The lobby also has numerous outlets without covers posing a safety risk for small children. Employees were unprofessional and telling stories about personal life so LOUD I could here them yelling out in the lobby and cackling over my friend speaking.

I usually don’t have complaints about this Dunkin, I honestly think it’s probably the best one around here but the last 2 times I have gone they have messed up my order or not given me all my Change. I understand mistakes happen. Just be more careful employees here!

Seems like every time I got they are out of something or a machine is broken. It's local. They have coffee that isn't Starbucks. The kids love their energy drinks, so I guess we will keep going

Ordered drinks one was a blue raspberry one. It seemed to not have the sugary part to have been added for some.reason and was very bitter. But all other rimes we have been here it's been good. Donuts seem.much smaller these days and wegmans has bigger ones for.better price.

If you fingerblast a raspberry filled donut it doesn't accomplish anything useful

They modified an old order and it was absolutely gross. There was a mile long line in drive thru and indoor service was just as untimely.

The clerk took the order of the person in front of me, then disappeared, not to return for several minutes.

I used to come here all the time for food and coffee in the morning. For some reason that i cant imagine they stopped toasting their wake up wraps and microwaving them instead. I decided to stop going for a while because this was such a disappointment, but this morning i wanted an iced coffee and figuring i would give the wake up wraps one last try, i ordered one. Big mistake. I got a plain cold small soft tortilla with chewy bacon and cheese barely melted, took one bite then left this review. I will never make the mistake of buying food here again. The cortland locations are much better.

Not what we expected! On my way to a major wrestling event stopped to acquire some items for our trip and for others on arrival to the event. Waited for about 5to6 minutes with no response from the staff behind the counter. They were very aware of our pressance but opted to not wait on me. Our chances of ever entertaining this establishment in the future is very vague at best.

They don't fill the donuts. There are maybe 2 bites that have filling in them AND it looks like they put the frosting on with a paintbrush because it is so thin. Just took a cross country trip and every other DD had plenty of frosting and filling. Staff is WONDERFUL

We got 2 cups of cappuccino just now from a drive thru. As soon as we rode away, realised one cup was only 1/2 full. 😒 Sadly can't go back and ask them why was it.

The store needs to be cleaned! Countertops were cluttered with items .. card machine haven't been cleaned way undertrained staffed.. waited about 20 minutes to get 2 drinks and bagel bites ! BUT there was a great guy working there who was doing it all (out of 3 people) he did the cooking worked the register and did drive thru one worker was doing it all .! So 5 Stars to him !!!

Worse Dunkin Breakfast Sandwich I have had. Bagel was hard as a rock. Almost broke a tooth. Egg was dried out. Very disappointed. I have had very good sandwiches at other DD locations

Messed up half the order and they were pretty rude, it's not like they were out of everything because it was 7am but I don't appreciate rude employees when I go to get breakfast so definitely go to front street in the mornings lol, tend to make good frozen chocolates tho I will say

I come to this Dunkin 5/7 days a week (don’t judge.) Normally I am very happy with the service I receive. HOWEVER, this last week has been awful! Machines are down, employees are rude, and I just waited half an hour for a On-The-Go Drive Thru order. I was told to pull forward and they’d bring it out to me. 20 minutes after I watch cars come in and out, I went inside to be asked for a third time what i had ordered. Not sure what is going on but I sure hope someone fixes these issues.

Coffee was absolutely disgusting, but the girl working was very nice, and quick. My mother used the bathroom, and said the bathroom was beyond dirty disgusting.

When they aren't busy they are fine. But the moment they get more than 3 cars in the drive thru they forget how to make breakfast and coffee. Super inefficient staff and poorly trained. Also fix your drive thru so cars are not blocking the highway. Either fix Drive-Thru or train staff better

Donuts are good. But constantly screw up orders. Order large Carmel latte, get no Carmel and cup only 3/4 full. Half the time they rush the order and lattes are warm if not cold. Sandwiches are very rarely hot, usually luke warm. I now go out of my way to go to castle creek where they do a much better job. Again, $6 half cups of coffee.

This location is very inconsistent. The only good experiences I have had is if I come after 4 when I get out of work(and who needs coffee then?) The morning staff is rude and has never given me a fully correct order. Kudos to the night staff, you guys deserve a raise from this location…

Rude staff, poor service, food served cold, under or not cooked properly. Nice, new building, but not a good example of this chain, and I have seen many better examples. Go to the ones in Cortland or Binghamton.

Horrible. I was 3rd in line at the counter No one waited on us. 2 different women came to the donut display to get drive up customers their orders, looked at us and walked away calling out for someone else to wait on us. No one did for quite awhile. Not impressed with the customer service

I've been through the drive-through here 4 or 5 times and they always get something wrong. Today I ordered a croissant with egg and cheese. They gave me a tortilla.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE FOOD!! Bacon egg croissant was so soggy and wet and cold, it literally was mush!! The donuts were so stale they literally crumbled !! Do yourself a favor, and drive on past this DD located in Whitney point!! If it were possible to leave a negative Star, I WOULD!!

Very very busy store but the employees help everyone. Got an iced latte after lunch. only issue is one woman is very snobby in drive through. If you make a single mistake and try to fix it she say "well that's what you ordered" and roll her eyes

Very disappointed lately with dunkin in Whitney Point. I stopped at DD this morning (@10:00) to grab a frozen coffee and a donut. I pulled in with a line of cars for drive thru... Decided to try inside, since I haven't been inside since covid hit. Thought service would be faster BUT... NO... Had a customer ahead of me who was paying ..she moved down to pick up I moved up for service ..I was told ...I will be right with you miss..which was understandable.. I said OK... So patiently waiting... 5 mins still no service... Only two customers inside ..the woman ahead of me and ME... A few minutes and another worker came down and said ..someone will be right with you miss... Wait a few more minutes and a lot of talking behind counter and still no service... I left... Guess McDonalds may get my business again...sad because I love DD. VERY UNHAPPY customer.!!!!!

Very unorganized, talking more then working we got all of the wrong food and the drink was made 4 different times and the last time was still wrong we paid $10 for two bagels and a drink and I got one breakfast sandwich and a halfa** drink

This is the slowest Dunkin you may ever come across. I was number four in line and it took over ten minutes. If just one person was working, maybe I could understand it, however, I counted four people.

They won't except $100 bills. Don't get that confused with them not having the change to break them. I was told that they don't except any $100 bills anymore. The mcdonalds, Arby's, subway or excellant pizza place down the street still accepts legal US tender. If poor customer service and hard bagels is your thing, stop by and u will be satisfied.

Expensive as fk. 3 sandwiches and 3 medium ciffees. 33 bucks. Gtfoh with that price gouging. Be the price of gold by summer at this place. Better bring a credit card might even need a loan to eat here

I just went to this location for 2 iced coffees. I went inside because typically when I order through the drive-thru, my order gets messed up. Well today I didn't even get to order because no one waited on me. There was only 2 cars in the drive-thru and at least 3 people working. No one would come over to wait on me and I stood there for at least 8 minutes. This is not the first time that I have dealt with bad service at the Whitney Point Dunkin. I have also dealt with not being waited on at least 3 other times in the past month. I have been a long time customer of this Dunkin since they opened in 2012. But after today, I won't ever go to this Dunkin again.

Food and service are fine but whoever owns this location doesn’t allow you to tip for service. What kind of ridiculous policy is this? If I am happy with my experience and want to tip the person who created that experience, that’s my option. Really absurd

Terrible! Always out of something, staff is rude (especially in early morning), if they remember your whole order its bitter and burnt. Get new management and maybe you’ll see guest returning! 🤢

I don't know what has been going on lately here!!! every day I come ,if the normal lady who does drive thru inst there....I sit in line for 30 min!!!!!!! Wedndesday morning i waiting 45 min for 1 coffee... beacuse the manager put her good drive thru lady on break in middle of rush!!!!!Five cars pull out... .. and here I am again waiting 30 minutes. While tons of cars still pulling out again. I refuse to come here anymore unless the normal lady who does drive thru is there. If not I will drive to another dunkin to avoid a wait of over 30 minutes. Get more staff! And don't put your best drive thru lady on break in middle of morning rush.. People have to get to work!

This is the worst dunkin service and I have had some awful ones. At 12:01 pm on 09/18 whatever man that answered the phone after me putting my order in through door dash, was very very rude. I absolutely hate the app and that I can't add vanilla bean syrup to my freaking drink or cold foam this guy was not sympathetic, will.never order from this location again.

I was very upset when I ordered through drive thru and got a large caramel cold brew with cold foam no ice and because I got no ice they gave me a cup half full of coffee I have ordered this many of times before and was never handed a half full cup after selling three large coffees that pays for an entire bag of coffee this is very upsetting I won’t be going there again

I come here quite often as its the only place to get some quick coffee around here. The service is making me definitely consider taking my business elsewhere. The employees need to stop complaining about other staff’s schedules and focus on the line of people in front of them smh.🤦‍♀️

I sat in the drive thru for about 15 minutes this morning while the drive thru team took one car at a time as the line of cars was wrapped around the building! There were at least 7 employees working when I finally got to the windows and counted how many employees they had working! Not a happy customer this morning!
