Breakfast sandwich every morning to start the day! It's always good. Two for 5$ is unbeatable.

I went here during lunch hour wrong time to do it actually to my surprise I went in and it was very fast I was in and out with about 8 to 10 minutes and that's with me standing in line ordering and waiting for my food yes I was picky and ask for fresh food it was still an 8 to 10 minute wait in the middle of a lunch rush and the lady that was at the register was training an amazing experience
Not much to say about indoors, however I see that it has been upgraded (furniture/counter) etc I do drive thru. Food is always hot and good as expected.
Food is WAY better than the competitor's. Not only is the food better but the service is also way faster than the competition I recommend skipping the golden arches any and every chance you get. Go to the King.
Cleanest and friendliest BK in the area. They always get my order right and if there is a problem they are quick to fix it. Love them!

Best BK in Broome. They work like a well oiled machine even when they get slammed. My food never looks thrown together like some of the locations locally. Always hot. Staff is nice too

This particular Burger King has the best fast food coffee around. I never considered Burger King for coffee and most are terrible but this one must make it fresh non stop because it's always good.
We love Burger King on Main St in Endwell NY! Especially their Whopper Jr's with cheese! Top it off with a 🍒 cherry frozen slushi...the best. Yum!!!!!

The whopper is always very good, fries too. The small size drink is all I need. The medium-sized drink is the size of a big gulp. Food quality is very consistent.
I am basing this review on the difference from the Mc D's across the street. It should be considered fine dining if it's compared to what fast food is considered to be across the street. This location stays open until close which I thought was normal until I tried to go to McD and they were either just closed before close for no reason or once I was verbally told at the window that they could not serve me because the manager went home sick or something like that. I have been going to this BK for over 20 years now, no lie. I have always had a good experience. If you have to choose, choose this BK. It used to only come down to what side of the street I was on to make my decision where to go because you can only pull out in one direction from either location and the turnaround is painful if you need to go back the other way. But now after repeated bad experiences with the McD I will make the extra effort to go to the BK either way I am going. I sometime risk getting pulled over by the police for turning right onto main while leaving just to avoid going to the McD, That is how bad it is. If they would make McD fries at Bk my life would be complete.
Great staff here. I drive between NYC and Toronto monthly and this is my go to fast food joint for a quick meal.
Always get excellent drive-thru service very early in the morning on the way to work. Fast and friendly. Moreover, my wife and I went to dinner the other night and we watched a worker gentleman (Devin) literally scrubbing the floors the entire time we ate. Not just a wet, filthy mop but with a scrub brush and hot, soapy water. He did an excellent job. It was nice to watch someone with that work ethic. Hope the corporation knows his name and takes care of him like he takes care of their restaurant...a true rarity these days!
After the worst service in the world at (McDonald's Endicott)it is refreshing to go to Burger King where the staff doesn't make you feel like you're inconveniencing them. The food is made correctly and fresh. Staff is quick and friendly. 😁
No complaints here. So far they do a swell job. The mix and match I ordered for $6 was 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. I asked for extra tomatoes and lettuce, no mayonnaise. The portion and size of the chicken fed me well. I enjoy it where I wanted to go back and order another!
The employees have a great work ethic here and and overall great attitude. It really is nice to still see quality work and professionalism at a fast food restaurant in today's day and age. If I could give these employees six stars I would. Thank you.

The orange Hi-C is the best drink so far. We usually go there for just that and the ch'King Deluxe sandwiches. They are mouth-watering.
For a fast food place it's one of the better ones I've been in. Clean, friendly service and quick to get you your food. Pricing is high but so is everyone else's.

I just went to the store in Endwell and I must say I had a very good experience..They took my order and had it ready in a timely manner..The service was very good. I just have to say they were better than McDonald's in Endicott where I had a very bad experience the person taking my order there was very rude to me twice and I will never be going back again..
Food was hot n fresh but didn't care for the 2 guys who came in with a dog having the dog sitting on the seats.. Didn't see a service dog tag but still.. Leave your pets home or at least off the seats and away from tables..
Burger king is I'm my top 5 favorite fast food places to get. The food is always good and hot they dont make mistakes very often and if they do they will fix it without an issue. The only complaint I have is sometimes the managers are very rude. I came through the drive through and had 2 or 3 different orders . I know how that's sounds the orders didn't have modifications they came as they are supposed to. I just had 2 coupons and the first one went through no issues the second one the manager gave me the nasty attitude and she she couldn't accept it cuz it was on my phone and wasn't paper . I showed her that the code was visible . And I asked her then why was the previous coupon accepted it's same exact type and she gave no explanation 6gjust acted as if she didn't hear me . So think I apologized about hold them up and I'm sorry if inconvenient them in anyway I paid for my food.. full price . The manager then tried to back track and was being super fake nice and tried to now explain herself . I said thank you for her part in handling my order and experience during my visit but please save I am no longer interested in anything that was coming out of her mouth . She had her chance to explain but she wanted to play stupid . And I told her to enjoy the rest of your day and I left
QUICK? too quick.. I asked for fresh fries and told the person twice. she gave me old fries, UGH. I got my fresh fries. I wanted to give them back because she stuck her non-glove wearing fingers in my fry container. I really have to ask the NYS Health Dept. How do they allow this, any given trip to these fast food establishments I can find abuse of consumer health safety issues. Don't get me started on getting out of the Restrooms with out a paper towel. why wash your hands if you have to touch the door handle to get out?
Kudos to whoever made my 2 whopper juniors on Saturday 7/13 around 4 pm. Both were ordered with light lettuce, onion and no tomatoes. The first was bacon and Swiss with extra ketchup. The second was bbq with bacon and cheese. Both were made as ordered and the burgers were not dried out which has become a rarity with fast food lately. Both burgers were very tasty and I enjoyed each one.
Quick and friendly service and the staff keeps the restaurant clean for the customers. Even during the busy times of day customer service is their first priority.
It's a Burger King 🤷🏻♂ Like all Burgers Kings, but a clean one with kind employees. You get through the Drive through much faster than the McDonald's down the road that make you pull over to a parking spot after you pay at the first window and wait 2 - 3 business days for a value meal double Cheeseburger.
Not bad food was hot but the inside of the restaurant looked trashed. So many onion rings on the floor I lost count. Looked like a hurricane went right through the kitchen .
This burger king is very small. It always seems to be packed. Service tends to be slow. The temperature inside is usually uncomfortable, either too hot or too cold. However it is usually clean.
Good food that's always fresh and hot and love the fact the chocolate shake machine seems to always work,unlike McDonald's that's always out of order!
They have a restroom. They have crapy food at ridiculously high prices. They can't clean a restroom or get the simplest oder correct. If you are traveling, take the family to the next exit.
BK hooked me by sending coupons by snail. I seldom ate at fast food burger places before. Yet, I knew I liked the Whopper Jr. because 2@99c each were more filling than 1Whopper at $2.04 in those years [ 1980s ]. Now by coupon I get 2Jrs. &2small onion rings for $3.99. They did away w/chicken sandwich, rings &drink for $3.49. I take 1star for trans-fat content &another star for hooking me w/coupons. 😤 I should take another for ridding my favorite coupon but they are up front about nutritional content so I won't.
Food was decent as usual for fast food. The only thing I can say is don't go expecting a frozen drink because the machine rarely works. I think out of the last 10 times I've visited this Burger King, the frozen drink machine worked once. I enjoy the frozen coke when I can get one. This time I tried to get the new cotton candy cloud frozen drink and as I expected the machine was broke.
Burger King is just burger king, not horrible, but not that great for the price. Onion rings I was craving were a big disappointment, not cooked enough, & yuk! I'm not usually a fast food person because it's usually not good, but I was starving and wanted something quick. It took care of the hunger and was fast enough, but that's about it.
The staff were verry respectful but mgt puts out whopper juniors that are the size of sliders not a Jr size three bites that's it thats a children's meal not a grown adult,sorry staff this is what bk corporate puts you thru you all put out hot fresh food kudos to all of you tks for yer well appreciated hard work
3 1/2 stars...Hmm..what to say. What to say. My beef (pardon the pun) has to do with consistency and (as car buffs say, "fit and finish"). On the plus side you will find courteous and responsive staff. However ....on one visit your meal is how your eyes visualized it, and your taste buds are happy. The next? Not so much - and you are left longing for more (mainly because your sandwich isn't as portion happy with the condiments you crave - the very reason why you went there in the first place). Quality also "takes a roller coaster ride". Now - to be fair - this may all be a sign of the times, as low staffing and CoVid takes its toll everywhere. You don't always receive "as seen on TV" portions. On the plus side - staff are responsive to fix anything brought to their attention. Finally - there has been a beeping sound in the service area for weeks (smoke alarm)? In any event, annoying for regular diners. Final observation... The bathrooms are nice and usually kept in good order. However - the soap dispenser in the men's room is over the grab bar, rendering the grab bar useless and dangerous for those who need it the most. The floor is also slick (not wet); whatever is being used on the floor is the cause. By the way - I was a Burger King manager "back in the day" at this location and in other area BK restaurants. I am very familiar with "QSC" - Quality, Service and Cleanliness. I know what I am talking about.
Insulting customers doesn't get them a good review from me. I'm 55 and was treated like a teenager and called a smart ass by an employee. The night crew is a disaster. I've never been treated like that during the day when I usually go there.
I haven't been here in a long time, but I had a gift card. The burgers got even smaller, if that's possible. Fries did not taste fresh. They had that rubbery texture. Also, they didn't have all of the soda types I usually get. So, not a fan.
Service is fast but missing 2 items from order. Maybe slow down service and verify orders would be a good idea!
Workers were rude food was ok but not very hot
Went in for breakfast at 9am. Last 3 times in at around this time and what are they doing??? Washing the floors. Should be done first thing in am or just before closing. Young man was doing a great job but floors were VERY slippery.
Called to check the time they were open till on the 4th of July, after the 7th phone from call, When the fax machine didn't pick it up, Chris answered in a very rude manner as if I prevented him from doing his job at 10 pm. If it was a busy time, like a dinner rush, I get it, but to be rude to a customer for a question is a good reason why I'm staying away from there.
Please be careful by checking your food before you leave the drive-thu because if you have a food allergy you could be in trouble by not getting the food you ordered . Instead of the double cheeseburgers that my elderly friend and I ordered the burgers were 🥓 cheeseburgers. I left the drive-thu and went down the street to the used car dealership to eat and when we opened our burgers they turned out to be 🥓 cheeseburgers instead of the double cheeseburgers! My Elderly Friend has ❤️ Trouble and is Diabetic . I don't eat with strangers so I can't attest to the atmosphere. But, the day shift workers often misunderstand then assume when taking orders, I asked them to make my burger plain and with extra bacon, their response is to do this initially on the drive thru screen, but then do the requests on a completely separate burger I didn't ask for. Quite honestly their lack of double checking, cost me money I didn't intend on spending, and gave me food I didn't ask for. Unfortunately I didn't notice at the store or I would have asked them to correct it. I think I'll not be eating here during the daytime shifts for a while now. Considering this inadequacy has happened on more than one occasion and only during the day shift. Never had any issues with late night staff or early morning staff.
This is a well run restaurant, and I've always had good experiences there. But now that they've discontinued the impossible king, there's no reason to go there as a vegetarian. The impossible whopper is $7. Way too much for a fast food sandwich.
I think I went in at a wrong time. They were busy when I went. My order of lightly salted Fry's turned out to be over salted fries. My plain cheeseburger was not plain. The dining room needed attending to. I think however they may have just been having an off-day for I have gone through their drive-thru on several occasions and never had a problem. Their drive-thru service is usually outstanding. Food is always hot and I never wait long. Cost a little more than McDonald's however it really does taste good and is well worth the great tasting Burger. Update: Not really happy with their service. The last 2 times I was over changed. I'm not going there anymore.
So I thought maybe the onion rings on the crispy onion whopper were just being used as false advertising... No, they just didn't put them on mine. And they've discontinued the brisket whopper, but it's still displayed on the menu. So whomever is in charge of that needs to take care of it. And I'm pretty sure I got shorted on my jalapeño bites. I get that it was right around 5pm, but I'd rather wait a little to get food made correctly. The fish patty is now sadder than the McDonald's fish patty, so guess I won't be getting that anymore.
Odered thru the app to make it easier. I ordered a vanilla ice coffee with cold foam. Got the drink, no cold foam. I asked for it and they put a little bit on top. I have had it before, there is supposed to be more, you oay 60 cents for it. Ordered a whopperjr brisket. No pulled pork on it. This after 20 minutes waiting to get my food. There were no customers at the counter.
Our visit today was spoiled by Whoppers spoiled with your new salt policy .... drenched in salt ....we are both on meds for blood pressure and you have salt on your drink station ...and not sign in the store about the new salt policy ... My wife worked for BK for 18 years and these Whoppers were the worst we ever tasted .... Wendy's...here we come!

I'm a door dash driver and I've been waiting for an order to be ready for over 30 minutes. They completely ignored me and the order until I had to get rude with the cashier. What happened to 3 minutes or less on orders at burger King. This place is trash. Don't order your food from them.

I ordered food then noticed the front staff making the fries and onion rings were not wearing gloves. I asked and they said corporate doesn’t allow them to wear gloves. Rude employee warning - I believe her name is Ashley, and she has long colored blue hair. Otherwise great, but the last thing I need after a long day at work is someone being condescending and impatient. As someone who has previously worked in food service, this is completely unacceptable behavior towards customers.
You can't reach their phone number at all. It sends you to a fax machine or something. Can't make order changes over the phone when using the app due to this. Wanted to get a Hi-C for my niece since she hates soda, couldn't get in contact to ask for a different soft drink since their phone is down. App doesn't let you choose to order from a different location and always uses the nearest store. Can't contact 3310 East Main Street in Endwell unless you go there yourself, which defeats the purpose of delivery. If you live in the Endwell/Endicott area and don't want to have your drink always be delivered as a Coke, order from somewhere else.
anytime i come through this drive through, this worker with the purple hair(i believe her name is ashley) always has a bad attitude and unprofessional behavior. she has made it very clear she does not care about her customers and it’s a shame.
rude staff, delivery orders never started until the driver arrives, and more often than not they need to write down the order from the app onto paper before its started. "you need to move" instead of "can you move please?"?? from a manager?? what a joke. you can't keep a single order straight, yet it's the customers' fault. sure.
Hey this is my bad experience at Burger King today I was just stopping in cuz I was at work to get a quick bite and I just started my meal to go and the employees at the front of the cashier who's taking the orders are sitting there talking about people who walking in and out Outback stop basement taking long with the order so this was my bad experience at Burger King I recommend no one not to eat there because they just judging people on their appearance but they need to take a quick look at themselves in the mirror.
Worst experience I've ever had. She claimed to be the manager and completely denied my complaint and got angry and cussed me out. Then threatened to called the cops. I had kids in the car and didn't want a worse experience because she got me so angry so I left. I can't even believe I'm leaving a review on burger King.. that's how mad she got me. Monday. I go to this burger king all the time but never have a gotten an order this wrong. How do i get asked if i want cheese and then not get cheese when i responded yes. And no bacon either. BUT I GOT ANOTHER SANDWICH WITH BACON SO I KNOW THEY HAD BACON. Im overall disappointed with the fact that i can get 2 simple things i requested on one of my sandwiches but not the other. 1 star because my wife is pregnant and now i get no cheese or bacon.

Usually this place is decent, however today was just down right unbelievable. My drink was half filled, burger looked like it was beat with a baseball bat mercilessly before being wrapped, and the fries tasted like pure salt. Someone was having a bad day at work today. The food I had ordered for my family was also of terrible quality. Whoever was working at this place at around 4pm on 11/12/21 needs a good talking to, if not a loss of their job. I will not be coming back to this location.
Do not eat here. The rotten meth mouth manager named Brandy may make your food here. She’s hands down the most unpleasant, rotten human being I’ve ever encountered in a management position. I just received a wrong order from the drive thru and didn’t notice til I got back to my place. I went back to complain and that rotten meth mouth/crack mouth lady was insanely rude right off the bat. She asked me what the issue was and I said I received the wrong order and she replied well how about you tell me what you did order because that’s actually helpful super nasty. The conversation just went downhill from there because I was being polite even though they just robbed me and wasted my time, but she wanted to be insanely nasty. I left with the food on the counter and she was taunting me on the way out. Super classy from a manger. Never eat here again. This place is terrible. I don’t know what kind of business owner would employ that rotten lady in management.
I called today after placing two orders at drive up window. One order was whopper jr in one bag and bag labeled whopper jr. Second order was cheeseburger bacon in bag and bag labeled cheeseburger. I handed her the bag and burger she wanted, shopper jr and she went home. I kept bag labeled cheeseburger bacon and went home. When I opened my bag labeled cheeseburger bacon, it was a whopper jr. Hence wrong burger in labeled bag. Manager was so bad, she would not listen and hung up. Poor, poor management!
I asked for no bacon twice and they still added bacon anyway like why??? I can’t even eat the burger anymore thanks for ruining my lunch 🙏
At the drive-thru once handed order the soda lid was broken there is a crack all the way down the lid latch part.. that ended up splashing all over my center consel and my lap…
I went to the endwell ny burger King that's on main St and I normally never have a problem there. I have been going there for years. The workers have always been nice. But all it takes is one employee to ruin a company's reputation. The workers name was Ashley. She has different colored hair with purple in it. Our ordered came to 103 at the drive thru. I normally don't order that much and when I've had to I go through the line twice so not to cause the line to be long. Ashley told Me over the intercom when I was done to next time come inside when the order is over a 100. I apologized and when I got to the window. I heard her thru the gap in the drive thru window talking bad about all the drinks and amount of frie, etc. I was going to apologize again when she went to take my payment but I over heard h er say that she doesn't want to hear an apology from me. When she gave me the drinks she forced them at me and I almost dumped both the trays of drinks. I was going to suggest I pay then walk into get the food but after she forced the drinks at me, I knew then I was not going to say sorry again or say thank you. And we will never return to this restaurant again. I needed to make sure someone heard this before I got home. No one deserves that type of rudeness. If I had treated her rudely I could say I deserve it back but not this time. And the order was only over by $4 if you think about it. She told me it was way over the $100 limit. The drive thru should have something posted Stating the $100 limit so no one else receives this rudeness. Thanks to all those who read this.
Went to Burger King as they have the best fast food. I go there quite a bit. Anyways, told lady with purple hair that the fountain drink I purchased tonight tasted moldy. Like i say, i go there all the time so why would I make that up?!? Instead of thanking me and telling me they will look into it, she proceeds to argue with me - again, I have no reason to make this up so I find such a reaction to be very strange. Hopefully Carroll's Corp will look into it before the health department does. In any case, very strange and unprofessional employee reaction - reason for the negative review, not the actual moldy fountain drink.
They don't seem to understand the concept of ordering ahead. It's not that difficult. We order you cook. You don't wait until we arrive. And then announce our arrival and then start our order. We order ahead so that we can pick it up without waiting. Duh

The food is awful, the service is poor with frequent mistakes made due to the corporation not giving a damn about their employees, and the tables and floor are sticky and dirty. I won't even go into the utter and complete NIGHTMARE that was the store's restrooms. Don't go here. It's not worth your time or money.
I had put an order in around 2:30-3:15pm I only received one double cheeseburger, two chicken sandwiches, one whopper, and a large sprite out of the whole order through DoorDash. We ate the food and it was good but I didn’t know I had to submit a photo of my food for refund.. usual a refund is no problem never had to before.. mind you the bag was sealed but what am I suppose to take a photo of? like my dasher had been sitting there for a long time texted with him through it all. This is not the only time I’ve had problems with a one cheeseburger like okay whatever things happen but when half of my order is missing that's when I have an issue and I have talk to an DDagent about my missing food and that there is nothing they can do… I never made it an issue until now This location always doing something else besides their job. I will definitely be ordering from another bk location! ✌🏼
We placed a delivery order and made specific selections to accommodate our toddler’s dietary needs—he can’t have chocolate chip cookies, so we chose a toy instead. Unfortunately, the toy was replaced with the cookie, and his milk was missing as well. The trick-or-treat bucket we ordered wasn’t included, nor was my drink. We tried to report the issue through the app, but it only offered a $10 coupon and didn’t provide a way to speak with a real person. While I understand mistakes happen, this was a disappointing experience for our family—especially our toddler. We’d appreciate a refund, as we won’t be ordering from Burger King again.
Endwell Burger 🍔 King pretended to sell us a $5 meal deal. But really changed it to 2 for $5. So we got half the food for twice as much money. Left there feeling really ripe off while they laughed at us saying have a nice day.
I have been going to the same McDonald's everyday during the week Monday through Friday and no matter who's on the shift if I walk in I wait 5 minutes for somebody to come up if I go through drive-thru I wait 5 minutes for somebody to come up and they always handle the other end of the store first if I walk in the Drive-Thru gets handled first even though they came in after me if I do drive-thru don't walk in gets handled first even though they come in after me I am fed up it's the Burger King Endwell there's no excuse for this treatment I'm taking it personally.
I’m looking at the money in my account. My card never has a problem anywhere. Drive thru says “it’s not working” I said “I’m looking at it in my account right now” drive thru says “yeah I don’t know. It’s not going thru”. No solution given, just a “well it’s not really my fault”. So ya know. Too tier problem solving there when I can clearly see the money in my bank account.
Ordered delivery through the bk app. Got a completely different order. The receipt was correct but that’s about it. Tried to contact costumer service on the app and AI offered a $10 credit on a $40 order. All I wanted was the correct order! so I escalated it to a rep who I found out wouldn’t get back to me for 24 hours? All I wanted was the correct order!! So now I call the number listed for the location and got a fax machine. Again. All I wanted was the correct order!!! You rule!!! Not ordering again. I’m done!
