The worst. I ordered a filet of fish. I got a bun and a filet only .No tartar sauce or cheese. The fish was old. Totally gross.

I ordered a Quarter Pounder with fries and they added mayo, which doesn't even come on the sandwich. I called calmly to explain that I'd be back to correct the order. The manager, Josh, took the old food, entered a new order (exactly as I'd placed the mobile order), didn't apologize for the inconvenience or anything. When I got the new order the fries were cold. I just left because I'd wasted over 30 minutes for fast food. Customer service training is definitely needed at this location. I'll just drive to Mt. Hope Church road from now on.

Night nbr 1 I ask for extra onions, you can’t count the onions on the burger, ultimate fool I am, I went back again tonight! Extra onions?! NONE AT ALL! The worst part a NATURAL FINGERNAIL!!! I'm not going to just keep quiet anymore, I'm so tired of these places raising their prices but continue giving out bad food. It's either been sitting for ages or they make it wrong, or something. This time they burnt my chicken sandwich, literal black spots on the chicken and they forgot my pickles, the sandwich only comes with pickles but ofc they forgot them. And McDonald's corporate wonder why people go to other places like Chick Fil A.

Hate in the mornings when you get a basic meal and they have you pull to spot to wait. Now over 10 mins and you see cars go to window and get meal and go on. Another car is waiting at the first window as well. This is crazy to keep their numbers in good standing.

Went in for dinner, ordered off the kiosk and sat down to wait………….. waited 30 minutes to get my food which I guess happens but everyone that came in the restaurant and ordered after me go their food and left. No big deal lucky for me someone saw me sitting there waiting, not an employee but a customer who got their food after me and asked what as going on? I didn’t want to complain because you can’t see in the kitchen there so didn’t want to risk my food being messed with. Anyways they said there were waiting on fry’s, now my first job was at McDonald’s and I know it doesn’t take 30 minutes to make fries… side note I got home and the fries were definitely not freshly made. Everything about this McDonald’s is not McDonald’s, slow, no one standing at the register to take your order, food was okay as a whole but not “fresh” which is what I was left waiting 30 minutes for. If a negative amount of stars was an option I would have left less. I’ve been to McDonald’s in 4 different countries and all over the U.S. this was by far the worse experience I’ve every had.

Person at the food window was extremely rude and unprofessional having an inappropriate profanity conversation while handing me my food. Also maybe they need to have pictures back there with the cooks they can’t seem to distinguish their different types of burgers. Ordered a Big Mac meal and I received a sloppy triple cheeseburger instead with fries that’s were not even cook as they were see through. If you’re not going to give customers what WE pay for then go home put here playing with people money and food. Nobody answers the phone but it’s not even worth going back for, only thing that keeps this location relevant is its location definitely not the food or service

Horrible service cashiers have a nasty attitude and talk to management staff like trash. Management act like they are affraid of the crew. the orders are never done correctly you ask for freshly cooked food and they give you what they want to give you i suggest not eating at this location if you want good food and service.

Grabbed mcflurries for my kids and there wasn't even enough ice cream in it to come up to the rim of the cup. Super disappointed. There is 1 man who works there in the daytime and his kindness is always noticed and appreciated, but whoever is in the kitchen is really slacking on what they put out for the cost of it. Mgmt needs to set higher expectations.

I’m reminded why I don’t eat McDonald’s anymore. Was in a pinch and needed something quick, I paid $3.62 for a medium just to receive what looks like a small fry. Ridiculous.

The food here is never fresh, fries and nuggets are always cold. I don’t leave reviews for places like this but today I was so aggravated that I wasted my time and money coming here. I ordered two happy meals and both of them had about 4 fries in the box. They might as well had given me none at all! Like come on! Do better McDonalds! This was purchased during lunch hours also, it wasn’t slow so the food should have been fresh.

Food wasn't fresh at all. Nuggets looked like they had been sitting there all day. It must be a new standard for McDonald's. I haven't had a good experience at any of the last few McDonald's I've visited. They serve old food and cold fries. You can look at the pictures and see they are HARD! Absolutely disgusting...I tried to eat them, but i just couldn't. I threw it all in the trash.
