Delicious food! Try the pastor burrito. The relleno is good and spicy 🔥.
Great restaurant to eat some authentic Mexican food. Food is very delicious. Good customer service. The salsas here taste very good and flavorful.
Some of the best Mexican food we've had! The food was extremely fresh and everything was delicious. My husband had the "The super garbage burrito" that had a bit of everything, all the meats were spiced uniquely and made for a burst of flavor with each bite. The super burrito bowl was also great as we're the rice and beans. We treated ourselves to tres leches for dessert - YUM! Prices were extremely reasonable and the service was wonderful! Will definitely be back!
This was by far the best mexican food I have ever had! The service was fast and the staff was very personable and friendly. The menu had a lot of options (with the fillings clearly indicated) and the burritos my family purchased were excellent. Inside of the restaurant, there's beautiful artwork and was overall a comfortable atmosphere; outside was peaceful and made for an enjoyable meal. I would 10/10 recommend this restaurant.
This place is really good! Maybe the service is lacking, but it’s one girl and maybe the cook in the back, so it’s ok. I ordered Chile Verde super burrito and carnitas tacos. The tacos were delicious! The burrito tasty! My friend ordered asada super burrito and asada tacos. He really enjoyed them. I will be coming back when I’m back in the area working. It’s better than Roberta’s.
I've eaten tacos many places and Tacos La Barca were very good. The prices were acceptable and not overpriced. The flavor of the meet was good and not salty at all and the toppings perfect. I hate when tacos are topped with to much and you can't enjoy it. I would definitely eat here again and the staff were friendly and made my friend and I feel welcome.
Perfect stop right off the freeway… Obviously a family run restaurant which deserves to be celebrated!! Birria tacos were on point delicious! The young server was super cute and attentive, great work ethic which I love to see in young people especially these days!
Perfect traditional “street taco” size tacos. Very tasty toppings and great sauces. This is the perfect pit stop while driving through. Do yourself a favor and have a few tacos here, this is how they should be. Edit: we revisited and it changed ownership, but it may actually be even better!!!
Fresh, tasty meal. Highly recommended.
My husband and I stopped by on our way to Eureka. He said the burrito he had, with marinated grilled chicken, was one of the best burritos he’s ever had. He said it was a thing of beauty - ample in size and loaded with flavor. I had vegan street tacos and they were wonderful.
Been going here since it was the truck in Colusa. Always fast, affordable and great food. Never had anything to complain about, and is in the top 3 burritos I've eaten anywhere in and out of California. When traveling to CA, I typically get several extra to freeze and bring home with me.
This will be our stop from now on. We almost always stop in Williams when traveling to Sacramento or San Francisco, usually at Carl's Jr or Starbucks. This time my husband wanted Subway but they were closed so we wandered over to the little place next door. Very flavorful and fresh food and friendly staff. We had tacos and tostada and the burrito the person next to us had was huge. Anyway looking forward to more visits and hop you will give it a try!
It's small place but very hoseepitable burritos are delicious. Overall a very good place to eat and the food is real home made food. Doesn't feel like fast food. 1st time to eat there but I think you will like the experience.
We are heading up to Shasta and needed to grab an early dinner to-go. I ordered the chili Verde and it was so so so good. I love how they seasoned it with a slight tartness. My husband didn't really like his dish. I asked him what he got and he said quesadilla. Well, that's probably why. Haha
Fantastic tacos! By chance, my friends and I encountered this place while on a road trip, and we're happy we did. We ordered a bunch of tacos with a variety meats (carnitas, chorizo, al pastor), and they were all delicious. Staff was friendly and the dining area was clean. Will definitely stop by here again if the opportunity arises. Definitely recommended!
Food is great for a quick stop in for lunch. The Staff is pretty nice and they keep the place clean.
The food here is seriously awesome! The chile relleno was delicious! Everything tasted authentic, fresh, and was reasonably priced. We will definitely be going back next time we're passing through Williams.
Visited October 3rd. See my receipt as always. I came in for an early lunch before I hit the road. I love mexican food and ordered the tacos with carne asada. ( I am not a big eater!). Although they were street tacos they had plenty of meat and I always enjoy the peppers and onions and radish on the side. Very good and it was super wallet friendly! Best yet...no fat on the meat! The complimentary chips and salsa were fresh and the salsa had a hint of lime which was delicious! They have indoor and outside seating and have a good selection of beer and soft drinks as well. Leslie was kind and polite! I had a great experience!
Whenever we pass through Williams, this is our go-to spot. Extensive menu, very reasonably priced, great taste. We’ve enjoyed everything we’ve tried so far. My wife usually gets a carnitas street taco, I’ve tried quite a few different items (usually with carnitas).
Great food and friendly service! I would totally go back here again. They also give you a lot for a fair price. Highly recommend!
The food taste and quality are the Gold. BEST birria tacos “consume!” … took me back childhood in Los Altos de Jalisco. So delicious. Staff super respectful and attentive. Got lucky passing by after a river adventure and we’ll be back every time 🤙🏼🤙🏼
Was driving up I-5 and wanted to stop for some food. This is a great taco place. Food was delicious and the staff very friendly.
Love the Fajitas, great flavor and seasoning. Meated grilled and charred, perfection.

I come here regularly. Convenient to Hi 5 and close to off ramp. Excellent stop for a highway meal or food to go. Generous portions and plenty of taco chips and salza, too!
Just stopped off on our trip back home starving! Food was exactly what we wanted and the service was so friendly and helpful! This will be our stop every time we come back down to CA
This place is very accommodating to families, Williams is the town I prefer to stop in when traveling north or south on the interstate. The back of the house and front of the house work with great synergy, and make do where most rural establishments cannot. Great place and even better staff. We look forward to seeing you all next time 🙏

The food at this restarant is genuinely one of the best I've had,and the people who work here are sweet.Keep in mind that the food here is overpriced a lot.
Food wasn't to bad the service was good! They open early for breakfast!
So happy to find this little gem! Sick of fast food, so we took a chance on trying this place out and hoped we wouldn't regret it. Glad we stopped. We had the al pastor and carne asada tacos. Both were delicious! Honestly, some of the better ones that I've had. They were not dry ( which usually carne asada tacos are until you put salsa and lime on top of them). These tacos were really flavorful too! They were a little on the spicy side which I liked, but wasn't expecting especially on the al pastor tacos. Also, we had our order in less than 5 minutes :) Highly recommend stopping here if you are looking for some really flavorful tacos, fast/friendly service and a clean place to eat.
We were pleasantly surprised... not only was the food good...but the cashier was great. Very personable! She was the reason we stayed... prices of the meals were really high... but the food was pretty good. Recommend the tacos... they were priced reasonably.
Had a green burrito that was very small but inexpensive and tasty. Resembled a street taco with meet and sauce only. Would’ve ordered two had I realized they were so small, but the price was right, and it was undeniably delicious.
Birria was good , hand made tortillas. The sopes needed a little more cooking masa was “cruda” but all was good. Place was clean , the young lady that took our order didn’t smile not friendly.. but was there to eat .. the other lady was more attentive .
Cashier was on sum but she was fun, my boys and I bought 1 burger and didn’t give Moy any until he robbed us, the burger was surprisingly great and the fries were alright

Based on other reviews this place could be a miss or hit. For us it was a hit. The quesabirria portion we ordered was big, flavorful and tasted fresh. We stopped on a Saturday morning.

I tried their Chile Verde Plate with rice and refried beans. The plate also came with 2 corn tortillas. The Chile verde had good flavor and some tart to it. The pork itself was dry in my opinion. The refried beans were tasty, specially when mixed with the chile verde. The rice was okay. I was also able to try their Big Quesa Birria Quesadilla. It came with onion, cilantro and salsa verde. The birria tasted okay. The salsa verde complimented it well. Perhaps because we ordered the large one, it went mushy quite fast. The top side of the quesadilla had a delicious crisp, but the other side was the opposite. Overall, it was too greasy for my liking. The grease was overwhelming, and the quesadilla became quite a sloppy mess. Staff is friendly. The place is clean and spacious. It’s located in Guddy Plaza right next to Shell, so there’s plenty of parking space nearby.

Stopped by on our way back from San Francisco so we had a good point of reference for some better quality Mexican food. Ordered two tacos, one Birria and one lengua and an horchata. Food wasn't horrible here, flavor was OK and the prices weren't horrible but the girl at the front wasn't really great to interact with. Almost seemed like I was more of a bother than what she wanted to deal with. Don't think ill be coming back here again.
Inconsistent service experience for ok, quick food. Prices have significantly increased (based on menu posting on Google); see updated menu pics below. Food came out quickly and was edible, although prices are expensive for the portion size. There is an outdoor seating area and a clean restroom. Now comes the kicker - the very next day, our same group stopped to eat at the restaurant and experienced very rude service. First, the waitress told us they stopped serving breakfast burritos (but we had ordered one just yesterday later in the day). When we asked her to check, she wouldn't and said that was the final say. Since now we needed to find something else on the menu, one of our party wanted to use the restroom before ordering - nope, not allowed, she said. (But yesterday the lady didn't make a fuss about it.) This waitress seemed smug about ordering customers around. We went half a mile across the freeway and found a delicious taqueria where prices were slightly lower and portion sizes were huge. Never going back to Tacos La Barca - two stars for the ok 1st experience and for prompting us to find our go-to taqueria.

Nice people, decent restaurant set up.But the food was not good at all.

Got there at 7 and ordered, got the food a little after 10 min, and it was in a to go bag, which was fine. But when I asked if I could eat it there in their lobby, they said no because they close at 8... first of all, their business hours online says 9 and it also says 9 on their front door. Second of all, regardless, 8 o'clock was still 50 min away, but they wouldn't allow me to eat my burrito in their lobby. I had more family who were just arriving as we all thought we were going to have dinner there, and they ended up not ordering since the customer service was so terrible. The worker also said if they were going to order it had to be right now as they stop taking orders at 7:30. Obviously we walked out and found a nice restaurant down the street where my family was able to order and dine in and I ate my burrito there too. Velazquez Restaurant was very odd. I've never experienced something like that before, and my family and I will not be returning.
We stop here for dinner. 4 people all ordered the birria plates. The rice was old and awful. The consomme never came. The worst birria tacos on the west coast. There is not a lot to offer in the town of Williams. But arco gas station would have been better.
I ordered cheese enchilada meal. No cheese in enchiladas. Corn tortillas really hard. Beans were ok. Rice not good. Expensive. Won’t be back.
The quesadilla de birria is not whats pictured! It was soggy and the consume tasted sour. My daughters carne asada meat tasted like the meat was no good.
If I could give a negative star, I would. Service and the wait is terrible. And the food is disgusting. We ordered quesadilla and it was flavorless. The rice in the burritos was so hard, I feel like it’s been left out uncovered overnight, and no flavor at all. We ordered 2 and haven’t finished 1.
Most over priced food I’ve ever purchased. Can’t believe I didn’t tell them to keep it and leave and go elsewhere. 9pm and everything in town was closing so I paid up and the real disappointment started. 4 tacos, rice and beans $26, that’s right $26. Beans were ice cold, rice the same. Don’t even think about eating here, horrible food and insane prices.
The kid who took my order was friendly enough but the food was terrible. The rice was undercooked and crunchy in the middle. I got a plate with one rolled Taco one cheese enchilada and rice and beans. Very small portion and after looking at my receipt I realized I was charged $27! I definitely will not be going back.

My coworkers and I went to have our lunch here. First off the place smells like old oil as soon as you walk in. We paid over $20 for a burrito that had rancid Hot Cheetos not only that but the rice had a weird taste and the salsa was fizzy (I’ve never had fizzy salsa) and to top it all off there was a huge piece of plastic in my burrito even though they remade it we ended up throwing our food away. We will not be coming back… 🤮
The place and service was nice, the food? lets just say i would rather just eat at mcdonald's, the sour cream tasted like it was old, the tortilla felt cold, the drinks came warm. 1 Coke was 10 dollars, a agua fresca another 10 dollars, i honsetly think that is diabolical, i should of just brought a coke from home. The food was expensive, just for 2 burritos and 2 drinks the total came out to 50 dollars.
I'm not impressed at all. Menu is deceiving showing the regular nachos as full not shows, when it was only cheese and chips. After it arrived we paid to upgrade to the supernot shows, and was still not impressed with what we got. I eat a lot of Mexican food (not saying I expect gourmet quality) and I was significantly disappointed in this. It was at lunch time and there was only one other person in the entire place, at the same time a table had been left full of dirty plates before we got there and only was finally bussed right before we left. Not planning on returning. Much better options for Mexican food in the Central valley.
