Another sweet spot when you are in need, the staff was friendly, bathroom was clean, food was hot and delicious, barely had to wait a few minutes fired my meal!!! Conveniently located in the corner on this busy street, l took leftovers home, plenty of food!! I sat at the table inside, in the sun, was very quiet and lovely, perfect after working a ten hr shift, lovely afternoon spot, great afternoon sun at this location, was highly decompressing definitely recommending this location

Without a doubt the best Pollo Loco I've ever visited in SOCAL. I had the Pollo Bowl which is my go to budget meal. Most Pollo Loco restaurants I've visited slap the bowl together as it is a value meal. Not here. The bowl was a bit larger than other restaurants. The beans and rice were not soggy. The chicken was a decent portion and most importantly ot was evident that that bowl was prepared with detail and caring. The cilantro, onion, and chicken where neatly place on the bowl giving an inviting presentation. And it was delicious. Thank for a wonderful meal.

We ordered togo and ate family style from here. The chicken was seasoned really well and still very juicy even with carry out. We ordered salad and rice as well. For this to be a casual food place, the food was very good and very inexpensive (around $30) to feed a family of 5.
Clean environment, the staff is friendly and serves your food quickly.
For some reason the chicken was bland, no traditional taste that I like about El Pollo Loco.
I have always like el pollo loco service but at this location leaves me disappointed. No condiments available but I gave it three stars because the churros were made to order
The drive thru was long, so I decided going in store to order. Turns out it would be the same, the person in front of me had a long order, totaling about $100+. Instead of giving my order first, which was just the 14 pc meal which the guy also ordered (so the staff could’ve just gave me that and get another one after), I had to wait more than 20 minutes, uhhh such a waste of time. I suggest just going to the drive thru then. The staff was nice but they don’t understand that not all customers have the time to wait and they should prioritize small orders if they can, specially if they have a similar order to the large order, just give that to the small order and fill in later on to the large order while other things from it is being made.
Sil is a great person. Every other person was upset that I went inside and ordered a leg lover.
Was literally ignored at drive thru trying to get there attention because they forgot my extra sauce and I know I saw them look towards the window multiple times first off all those extra sauces weren’t free so this point they are trying to steel from customer now ? Someone should look into this location.
I love Pollo Loco but this location is just trash. The workers there really dont care about you or your order just whatever they can do to get you out. Had a worker tell me there was no more corn tortillas then immediately went to the back to grab some for another order. We watched people come order and leave while we waited for my online order which we placed well before arriving. When we asked to change the tortillas he gave attitude. I have had negative experiences here before and if you do some simple scrolling on this review page you'll see there are quite few people who would agree with me.
Since when do I have to take my own order. You talk about lazy people. I had questions and the girl either leaving on break or for the night stop and gave me attitude. Then I asked another question and the guy behind the counter does something on his side to fix my order. Still had no idea how to fix it. He also gave attitude. This will be my last time going to any el pollo loco’s. Where can I send in my time card to get paid for doing their job?
Your better off going to any other pollo loco but here. Salsa is trash and they are also skimpy with giving you salsa even though you ordered online.
This is far the worse one I ever went to. When I tell you my soup was full of burnt skin and bones. It had no flavor. My chicken wings were crunchy and hard just dried. . I will never stop here again. Don't waste your money. This is my Second visit my first one was bad but this one takes the case. Especially when you sick and you know the soup is good.
Walked in and found a very unfriendly woman that acted as if she was doing me a favor by taking my order DO NOT EAT OR BUY FOOD HERE !!!!
Currently 9:37AM . Started writing a Google review. Earlier a guy employee came out and cleaned with water for the floor in front of door at 9:25. He finished and saying no.. not yet ..replyed to my to p question. My question was "are you open at 9:30? Can I use washroom". I was thinking may be he can not understand English. I arrived at 9:20 am . Door was closed. Note says open at 9:30AM. Wait until 10? 9:38AM. A female employee opened the door.
Service was good. Food quality poor. The chicken was dry and hard. Picked it out. Hoping I don’t get food poisoning. Didn’t take my receipt so I can’t call it in.
The Chicken Avocado Quesadilla that I ordered wasn't according the menu or picture. My quesadilla looked like quesadilla from street tacos place or worst.
They have closed the dine in I have to go to drive thru and I don’t know why always on this specific pollo loco I got the wrong order
