I usually get the chicken veggie bowl with white rice which has never failed to disappoint what is disappointing is everytime i wash for more hot sauce they give me like 2 and then one extra. At least the blonde girl behind the counter does. When the other guy is here it’s fine he gives me a handful. the other location by the mall too gives me a whole bunch which i have more than i need which is great cause i’ll use it at home. I may sound like it’s a big deal and it’s not but i enjoy the hot sauce with my food and wish the girl would just give me 5 at least 3 for one bowl is never enough

Teriyaki dishes were delicious. The restaurant was clean, pleasant customer service, and affordable. You can get rewards and discounts on their App too, which saves you money!

Excellent food quality, though the rice was a bit wet for my taste. 2 adult meals one child bowl and potstickers cost us $26. All of us were very full.

I ordered a beef bowl all beef no chicken no vegetables. Was sad portion of meat I paid extra for avocado was black and brown. Not impressed.

This place is cheap and greedy. I ordered 3 bowls of teriyaki steak and white rice. Got home received a kids size meal in a regular bowl. The Thai tea tasted watered down Thai tea. I’ve been to other waba grills and it’s nothing like this waba grill. 👎🏽

The cashier had little product knowledge which made ordering a task. The cashier also failed to assist me with a coupon I had in app. Wasted my hard earned money.... 😞

I thought I ordered a steak plate, but ended up with a salty jerky plate. I ordered brown rice, ended up with white rice. I ordered veggies and ended up with drenched lettuce. We used to love Waba Grill, but this location has gone downhill. Second time in a row our order was wrong. They give you white rice when you request brown rice, and visa versa. They offer a choice, so someone should be reading the orders. The chicken was so dry I could barely swallow it. Since we order online we have a record of our exact order, which lately has been messed up. Probably not gonna waste my money there any longer :(

I ordered a mini bowl plant inspired steak with vegetables. The veggies were not cooked. The carrots were raw and hard. There was very little rice( a teaspoon). Definitely not worth $8. No care in making the bowl.

Menu indicates to pick a sauce. Lists sauces and does not mention any extra charge for any of the listed sauces. When I got my order is when they asked me if I wanted sauce, not during. I told them which sauce I wanted and they told me it would be an extra charge. Just to make sure, I attempted an online order. Lo and behold, no extra charge for the sauce she was trying to charge me for in store. Could be considered a scam, maybe not, but definitely sus and the lady who seemed to be in charge couldn't explain why there was no indication of extra charge for sauces. Super shady. Shame on yourself lady.

My family and I after work came to this waba grill. When we walked in the lobby we were not welcome, mind you there are only two people in the entire lobby and they are waiting for there food. As I approached the register I was not even acknowledged I stood there for about 4 min, as she put food in a bag she says to me are you ready to order without even making eye contact. When I was ordering she keep repeating anything else after every order. She seemed upset and bothered I was ordering. When I got my food, the white rice was under cooked I could feel it hard and mushy like it was still to cook. A very fine thin layer of chicken, this is the FIRST Waba grill that serves very very little. Food not what I was expecting at all. And the server Yulma who seemed bothered was singing back there with the cooks. I was bothered. I will NEVER come back here again.!!!!!

The worst Waba Grill I have ever experienced. On the road headed to Carlsbad and stop for a Salmon bowl and side salad. Employees were indifferent but their service was not nearly as bad as the sub par salmon bowl I was given. I took it to go so I didn’t see it until I arrived at my destination and it was too late to go back. Horrible. I’ve been to many different Waba Grills in So Cal and this was by far the worst!

Every time I door dash from here I get raw broccoli, very cold super shredded chopped chicken and reheated rice. This is BS, the food is crap to be honest and I’m very disappointed. When I lived in la Mirada I never once had a nasty meal from waba I’ve ordered it 3 times out here and it’s been nothing but what taste like microwaved leftovers. Never again
