Jalapeno Crunch Burger! Jalapenos, Cheetos, spicy aioli and Pepper jack cheese! The tots are good but the fries are great!

We had my son's 16th birthday dinner here and it was an all around amazing experience! They accommodated our large party easily inside. Food was delicious (best burger I've ever had) and the staff were all very friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. The manager Adrian went above and beyond to make our first experience here one of a kind. We now have our new favorite burger spot! 🍔

This spot was so good. It's a casual burger joint with a creative and awesome menu to choose from. Being able to make my own burger or have there usual orders were so flavorful and have options the average fast food spot doesn't have. Everything is sold separately so you might want to watch how much you spend but the flavor and options were still worth it. The Black Jack burger was packed with flavor and was definitely worth it.

Walked in here for the first time yesterday and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. I walked in just trying to get a burger and a couple beers, as soon as I walked in the staff were incredibly friendly the young lady at the register was very helpful and patient with me as I wasn't quite sure what I wanted. As I was eating the manager Jay came by to check how my food was and we ended up having an amazing conversation.This place is far beyond a burger bar the customer service takes it to another level. If you want good burgers, good beer, good customer service and a good time this is your place. Thank you to everyone that served me and I will be back soon!

My wife and I went to the restaurant Saturday and we had such a great experience there. The burgers were amazing! The concept is to built your own burger to your liking. From the quality of the burgers we had, they use fresh products, cooked to order… The employees were really nice and friendly. Ken that was the cook when we ordered was really nice and made us delicious burgers. Later he stopped by our table and asked us how was our food! We didn’t realize that he was also the manager of the place! Overall great service and burgers. Thank you Ken and the team for making our first visit a delicious and friendly success. We will go back for sure!

Beth’s Burger Bar is fantastic! I try to steer clear from bread but still want the taste of a burger, they have this awesome burger bowl/salad style entree you can get for any signature burger so I can avoid the bun. Brianna was my cashier and she suggested the Black Jack Burger as a bowl with sweet potato fries and it was INSANELY good! I came back again today to order it again and couldn’t remember the name but luckily she was there again and was able to help me remember my order, tasted just as good as the first time! I sat outside and someone brought me food, then she came and cleared away my dishes. Very friendly, polite, and helpful staff! 10/10!

My wife and I had great burgers, fries and onion rings on Friday. I had the peanut butter sauce burger; it was superb! Excellent good and attentive service, with a great vibe! A really nice spot!

I saw the sign that said, " proof that 1 girl can beat 5 guy's" and I thought, I don't know, I like 5 guy's. But dang! I had to agree. Ordered a classic double with cheese all the way. Freaking delicious 😋 Flavorful coarse ground patty. Fries are crispy and taste great too. They serve beer too! I'm a lifer with this girl 😉

Great place to get a custom burger to your liking. We got a triple and a double with the fixins we liked an side orders of garlic parm fries, sweet potato fries, and frickles. Sauces are very tasty and the service from Manny and Lucy were great! Will be back.

I tried the shake and had a beer while waiting for the to-go order . Overall great addition to the area. Happened to sit at the bar next to the owner and she was very interactive with the guests as well as the staff. Kudos!

It’s very filling and lots of variety here. I will be back at least once a week because there’s no other place in Winter Garden with burgers this good priced and healthy. Also added bonus there’s live music and it has a real cozy diner atmosphere to it, it’s a nice place to dine in.

Beth, I'm back from Ohio. Had another double black and bleu cheese burger. Again, it was amazing. One of the best burgers I've ever had. I will definitely be coming back.

I risked it all on the double peanut butter burger and it did not disappoint! The savory sweet peanut butter, A1 sauce, and grilled onions all complimented each other... A bit messy but so good!

Went here for lunch. The burgers were cooked perfectly, and everything tasted fresh. The wait for the food was not too bad.... maybe 5-7 minutes. The fries were fantastic as we're the tater tots. Definitely worth going back to.

Visiting from Denver Feb 18th. Stopped in, greeted very quickly by a nice young lady. It was maybe 10 mins to get our food. We ordered the Blackjack burger. Tasted great. Watched the employees interact with each other and it really seems like they love working here. Very organized and clean location and the young kid cooking the food asked how our food was a seemed very professional. Great overall experience here. Thanks

So that was going on while 80’s music and a Football game played in the background. I got the western burger, while my daughters got basic burgers. My roommate got a morning burger. The burgers overall were good, but at the same time nothing to write home about. The Garlic Parmesan fries were very good with plenty of Parmesan on top. My daughters liked their burgers, but couldn’t decide if it was better than Five Guys. One daughter preferred their burgers fries here. In summary, decent burgers, nice atmosphere. Staff was friendly. Did this one girl prove she can beat “Five Guys”? She didn’t prove it to me.

The place looks so cute. I keep going back. Then I remember I dont really like the food. The burgers are dry regardless of how many toppings you add. The bread is always stale. I don't believe on giving up on a place after one meal so I try different things on the menu. Everything taste premade then warmed.

We wanted to give Beth’s a try due to the unique menu and were in the mood for a good burger. Staff was very attentive in taking our order and the food came out quickly. We were there during a non-busy time of the day. Unfortunately some of the other reviews on food being just meh were correct. Burgers weren’t greasy which is a plus but they need some flavor. The fries, fried pickles and funnel cake sticks all tasted not great and were very greasy and heavy. The peanut butter milkshake was good. The music was loud heavy rock which is fine but maybe have a variety or lower the volume. I fear if Beth’s doesn’t do a little better with their food it will go the way of the previous establishment.

I think the total with everything with tip was like almost $40 Wait time wasn’t too bad. Our food was brought out it looked amazing. However, when we bit into both our burgers. It was so burnt. It was actually crunchy meat. It was a bizarre texture because it was so crunchy. I could tell that maybe the meat is good quality but literally whoever taught this person how to cook did not tell them how not to burn it. This is a burger place and you can not make a burger. Everything else on my western burger was good. But both of us ended up not eating much of our burgers because it actually hurt your teeth. Her cheese curds were very very greasy. She ended up eating a few of those and throwing away her burger and her cheese curds. I will say, however, they make a wonderful milkshake. It’s a shame because I’ve heard burgers from this Chain are normally good, maybe it’s just this location. Not sure if we will ever return. Maybe just for the milkshakes

First time here, I ordered the morning burger, the burger was tasteless as other reviews mention, the only thing that helped with taste was the bacon. Also the egg was super small and the Pattie, looked like a kid burger. My wife had the veggie burger and also said it was tasteless. We also had onion rings which were ok. The regular French fries were very good. The sweet potato fries were also bland. These burgers are nothing to rave about.

Clean place and cool atmosphere. Service good and polite but the main reason coming here was wanting a good burger. It was horrible the size, bun and taste. Ketchup bottle on table empty. Mustard bottle never opened. Only one person inside red flag. Burgerfi way better even five guys.

I was hopeful that Beth’s Burgers were going to be exciting burger experience but that was not the case. We went as a party of 4 and we all agreed that the burgers were the most unspectacular and plain burger in town. We should have gone to Wendy’s or Burger King to get a decent burger, but hey at least we know now. The service was fine so no complaints there, and I did enjoy the onion rings, so not a total loss. The meat, bread, lettuce, and sauces were not at all spectacular or even that delicious. We ordered a few of the specialty burgers and not a single one was that good unfortunately. I hope that things improve for Beth but we will not be returning.

Used to come here every week, and the food is great. Problem lies in the fact they always have some sort of event like bingo or trivia going on. With the dining area being as small as it is, the announcer is absolutely too loud, so much so having a conversation is impossible and a headache likely. It’s a shame, I really enjoyed this place.

A burger isn’t a burger without cheese. I didn’t order lettuce on my burger and yet there it is. The sweet potato fries were soggy. Unfortunately this was a one and done for me. You only get once chance to make a first impression.

First, we got in the line inside right passed the door and it took us between 15 to 20 minutes just to make it to the counter to place the order. In several occasions people ended up lining up outside, even though there were seats available inside and outside. Second, my order included a Buffalo Chicken Salad which was brought to me without any blue cheese topping. I brought it inside and, the gentleman who I spoke to was very attentive and quickly offered to make a new one. They brought the new salad to me and even though it had the blue cheese toppings, the vegetables were inconsistent, missing tomatoes and onions. (See the pictures) Third, the portion of the salad was poor with just a few thin pieces of chicken and mostly a handful of shredded lettuce. That salad belongs under the “Sides” section, which would be less misleading. Fourth, another order included a Chicken Basked w/ Fries which ended up containing all sort of other fried pieces that weren’t supposed to be there. Lastly, the burgers were just OK with nothing really remarkable or worth the hassle. It’s funny that they brag about “that one girl can beat five guys” but that’s definitely more than she could swallow. (No pun intended!)

Frequent the Winter Garden location often. Won't be back. Seems like they don't want take out orders. Last time the food looked thrown together. This time it was worse. Pieces of plastic in my sons milkshake. Burgers were overcooked and dried out. Waited 30 minutes for food and there was only 1 table waiting for food when we ordered. 2 tables that came after we had ordered were both eating when we finally got our food. Only ordered 3 burgers, 2 fries and a tots....30 minutes of prep and we still were shorted a fry. When I came back in asking for the fries, the guy in the kitchen just told me I should sit down and relax....he had to make them. The manager was less help...his excuse was that the guy cooking had been working since 10am. Seems like customer service isn't on the menu at Beths.

Feel bad writing a bad review for this place, but food was not good. Overly greasy and bad tasting. It may have been an off day, but my burger had a sheet of paper in it (like what separates frozen patties). Others with me didnt have that issue, but still didnt enjoy their food. Very nice people, good ambiance, but a bad experience.
