Shake Shack Winter Park

I went to Shake Shack and had a great experience! The burger was juicy and well-seasoned, the fries were crispy, and the service was fast and friendly. The place was clean and had a nice atmosphere. I will definitely be back!

Best burgers every! Tried also the korean items. Dank !! Always fresh, always good. They had the nicest elderly gentleman taking food at the tables. A sweetheart. But for the love of God please bring back the truffle burger !!!!! P.S : Shake Shack is the only GOAT burger in America.

Love this location specifically. We sat outside at sunset and it was just lovely. The service is also amazing! My food was great, but my husband ordered the veggie burger and he said it tasted like warmed raw meat. He usually likes veggie burgers so was pretty disappointed on that front. Everything else was great though!

Regis was incredibly sweet and made my whole experience at this location even better. The food came out quickly and was delicious. I loved the outdoor seating with the water view, it really elevated the whole vibe. Overall, such a great experience here. Would definitely come back!

There is a lady that has short hair serving tables and she looks like she loves her job, always singing and cracking jokes with everyone. She wears a bandana. The lake view is very nice during fall. Sitting outside is relaxing. Not so much during summer but still nice. Love this location! Better in food quality, service and cleaning.

Been a few months since I've been. Love Shake Shack. Went to try the new Korean food. Had the chicken sandwhich. It was delicious. I got a regular strawberry shake and fries. So good. Service was great too. Friendly staff.

I ALWAYS love a good Shake Shack but I never seemed to make a review of one. This was one I recently visited and I went at least 2 times to this one. Okay, so I got my usual Shackburger, spicy cheese fries with ranch, and a hot dog with cheese sauce. Never go wrong. 10/10 Tried the new fried pickles with ranch and honestly they were okay, but I guess my love for fried pickles unfortunately faded. 3/5 but not gonna juke them for that since that's on me. Tried the new Smore's shake AND Dubai chocolate shake. And DEFINITELY without a doubt the Dubai one is the best one out of the two (don't get me wrong I love Smore's flavored anything). Great service as always, love the order touch screens...... Shake Shack is the best place of all time!!!!! 5/5

Stopped at shake shack for lunch. My wife and I had burgers and shakes. The burgers were delicious and the shake was equally good. The strawberry shake was smooth and creamy and very tasty. The staff person was polite and helpful when we ordered. An added bonus was the lovely scenery out the back patio where we ate our meal. There was a beautiful large pond out back that the patio overlooked, plus a cool water fountain/feature along one side of the building. A very nice experience here!

It’s the Shake Shack standard - which is good - with a big plus of having a scenic lake view. Got the BlackTruffle Burger and it is delicious. The truffle sauce is really good and pairs well with the crispy onion.

first visit: december 10 i absolutely love the truffle burger thingie! i tried the girlfriend's burger, i forgot what it was but didn't like the red peppers in it.. fries were not greasy, or salty.. the condiments didn't have black pepper though.. the chicken nuggets weren't too oily, flavor was just mild.. id try eating the same stuff again, asap! oh, girlfriend and i loved our shakes.. chocolate for me, cookies and cream for her.. no issues! lots of parking.. nice view for outdoor dining.

A hidden gem of a Shake Shack! The food is Shake Shack and if you like Shake Shack you'll like it. The service was professional and friendly. The real treasure about this location is the back outdoor patio with a lakeview. At sunset it is amazing! So many restaurants with water views are a pain to get into and this one is just sitting here with a standard shopping center front and amazing back patio complete with cute ducks :)

So dreamy... totally worth the drive. ✨ I’ve always been a Shake Shack fan—their food is consistently yum, and their shakes? What I remember of this shake shack is of the atmosphere. It was very nice looking inside and the outside area was overlooking a lake. So both the inside and outside were nice in early October. Not sweltering hot so either location was good to sit in. But I got the shake shake instead of the smoke shack. This sandwich doesn't have the mushrooms with the gluten sauce on them. The peppers were great on this sandwich. Anyway I enjoyed this burger and steak hotdog. I do recommend

We come to shake shack everytime we go to Trader Joe’s in the same plaza. The smokestack burger NEVER disappoints, and you have to get a shake (my fav, the black and white). I just happened upon this place I had never been. I wanted a burger and from the moment I walked in I was please. The gentleman who greeted actually had another job but he helped me right away and even made a sandwich suggestion, and guess what it was good. The gentleman who looked my order was pleasant and patient. I ordered the Pimento cheese burger I added avocado and raw onions. It was good . my boyfriend and I went into the Shake shack in Winter Park tonight and we were really amazed. We absolutely love Shake shack and have been to many throughout the state, but this one was very different. As soon as I walked in, the employee Regis met me by the ordering station and suggested some new menu items. My boyfriend actually tried the new pimento cheese cheeseburger, and it was absolutely delicious. Throughout the course of our time there, Regis checked in on us many times and engaged in conversation with us. I feel like you don't see this kind of customer service very often, and I really think Regis should be recognized for his outstanding customer service and wonderful personality.

We love this place! You want a great burger, the French Onion is delicious! Their crinkle cut fries, either plain or the Parmesan fries, are an added delight the burger. And don’t forget the drinks. I recently had the Black & White shake, it was like rich fudge sundae! My daughter had the Cookies and Cream, fantastic! So if you haven’t been here, you need to go. This place is in a beautiful location, being lakeside. The place is clean, and pretty efficient. Our line moved decently quick, and the staff was attentive. We got our order in about 15 minutes during a busy period. The burgers were great for a fast food chain, I got the shack stack which is a regular beef patty topped with a vegetarian patty which is a portobello mushroom stuffed with melted cheese. If you’re looking for a high end burger there are plenty of other places in Orlando, but for a good tasting fast food burger this place is great and certainly beats out any typical fast food burger.

Same price of the burger, and to make matters the skake had a very strong taste of Hershey syrup!!! This is the first time ever, that a restaurant has been so bad that I felt the need to leave a review. Grilled cheese was wrapped in paper. So when you go to pull it out of the paper, all the paper stay stuck to the sandwich and you have to destroy the entire sandwich to pull all the paper off. Paid for extra cheese for my fries, the cheese they gave me was coagulated and old. Completely unedible through the entire thing away will never order from this restaurant again. Dirty tables and bathrooms. Dingy overall. Cold fries. Beef tasted old, possibly precooked and reheated. Chicken greasy. Wife got sick later. Ginger ale tasted bad. The burger served was sad imitation to what was advertised, see photo comparison.
