I always get great burgers at Habit! The employees are friendly and efficient. The burgers are delicious 😋. The fries and onion rings are good too. The prices may seem a bit more expensive than other burger restaurants,but you get a lot of food for the price.

There wasn't an option to have them cut the crust off my grilled cheese. Onion rings were great, two packets of ketchup are perfect for the kids meal!

Really good burger and fries. Biggest issue was just the wait. Not a bad wait if you wanna having with family but if in a hurry don’t stress and go somewhere else. Great food though was worth the wait.

Today is their 5th full day open for regular business. It's my 3rd time here. I have to say, given the fact that their burger patties are only a hair over 3 ounces, they make a pretty decent burger. I do think, however, that they would be way better off going with a standard quarter pound patty, especially for the price. The first time, I tried their (Seasonal Feature) Santa Barbara Char, with avocado, on grilled sourdough. Pretty good - all the ingredients were nice and fresh. The 2nd time I just got a regular Double Char Burger with an order of fries, so I could try their fries. I'm not a big fan of regular American cheese so I get their white American cheese, which is supposedly an American-Swiss blend. Their fries are better than In-and-Out fries, but definitely not nearly as good as McDonald's fries. Today, the 3rd time, I wanted to see how their bacon is (a $1.39 add-on), so I got a Double Char with bacon, and then I wanted to try one of their shakes, so I ordered a coffee shake for $3.69. The shake was pretty good and the bacon was worth the add-on price, and definitely better than the flimsy excuse for bacon you get at McDonald's or Burger King. Again, even a slightly larger patty would make for a noticeably better burger, but still, all in all, the burgers were decent for their size, and consistent every time, even though the 1st two times I came, it was super busy because they've only just opened. Their staff is also consistently very friendly and they do a good job of keeping the place clean. For me, personally, a better alternative than In-and-Out Burger, and once business levels off at a "normal" level, then definitely a place I can see stopping in for a quick bite, once every week or two.

The burger and Tots were excellent

This Habit restaurant was a bit run down and not as clean as most of them. I don't like the self order screens because they are slow and at times gets your order wrong and they don't have options like replacing fresh onions for grilled. Employees often focus their attention on getting the food cooked and are not available for customer service.

Very disappointed with their food it looks so much bigger on their picture menu flavor was good but small in size and way too expensive, not worth it I will never go again to eat at this place

Burger tasted good but the preparations , honestly, were not that appealing. Mayonnaise all over the outside of the bun. Sloppy preparation yet was still a decent burger.

One of the better burger joints EXCEPT... always ask for it well done... we've had numerous times where the burger was too red inside.

I want to start this off by saying that habit burger is my favorite burger and these burgers were delicious and the only reason it wasn’t an one. Our bad experience started off at 7:23 pm with my brother ordering his burger and asked if he could get cheese and bacon on his fries and received attitude from the drive thru attendee. Then when I said twice that I wanted onion rings for sides for my others, it was ignored and we received fries instead. When we got home, one of the bags was overpacked and broke open and spilled grease on my floor from the smashed burger on the bottom of the bag. We will not be back for a while until they get their stuff together extremely disappointed this is the second bad experience within a couple weeks.

Made me stand in line and pay for a couple of ounces of thousand island for my tempura green beans. Had to put in my own order at the kiosk. Every table was very dirty so I had to clean my own. Priced like a sit down restaurant. Generally disappointing. Food was OK though.

Under cooked fries. Extremely poor service. 25 minutes from speaker to leaving window. Nasty establishment. Fries are served golden brown but I received white fries. Got a undercooked burger nasty!!!

They are unreasonably slow. I’ve tried this place multiple times over this and last yr. Even if you go before or after lunch rush they are still slow. I usually only get a salad and a drink the average wait time with no one else in line is over 10 minutes.

Ordered and wanted some jalapeños guy at counter said we have no more which was not true later on saw him refilling the bowl. Then we got the lobby doors locked on us an hour earlier then what was stated to be their business hours for the lobby. Food was great service was horrible.

Lead manager has horrible customer service skills. Does not understand how to call out mobile orders. I waited for 20 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready for her to call out my order and says it was sitting for “I don’t know, 5-10 minutes”. She was very rude and did not show concern or empathy. 2/26 5:30 PM

I'm not sure why I keep giving habit grill a chance. I might be picky but I don't like lettuce, tomato, pickle, onions on my burger. I just paid $8 for a char Burger with cheese. Ask them not to put any of those items on and they still did. What is wrong with opening your ears and listening to what the customer wants And actually giving them what they want. I won't ever come back here. I can barely eat cuz I can't afford to so when I spend $8 on a burger and then I have to throw all the stuff off it that I don't want. There's no cheese left. There's barely any mayonnaise and the burger tastes like crap. And for the amount of time that I waited in that line they should have got my order right?
