I love the manager in this place she is so attentive !! Ever since she’s been in charge I’ve had no complaints!!

We ordered some food to go in the restaurant and every staff member we encountered was very nice! The person who took our order (lovely young lady with a Ghanian background!) offered us some water to drink while we waited for our food which we really appreciated. If we weren't from out of state, we'd be back. The food was good as usual with Applebees, thanks!

Generally when you go to Applebees, you already have a certain expectation in mind. But today we came for Father’s Day and had an exceptional experience. Marcelo is a phenomenal server and Andres Garcia, who is the manager, is really on top of things! Marcelo was super respectful, attentive and knowledgeable with an energy that made us feel like family! We usually go to Cross County but I think we will be coming to this location from now on. Thank you!

I went to executive Blvd location in Yonkers, Ny to have a birthday dinner for my daughter. My server was Marcelo and he is top tier. Kind, patient and attentive. Five star rate because of his service as a waiter ! Thank you. On my visit I shared with him that I accidentally clicked extremely dissatisfied when I meant to click extremely satisfied! Felt awful because he was great!!

Food 4/5 Service @ this location 5/5 Value 5/5 My 5 star rating is rating Applebee’s as it should be rated: as fast food, it as some high quality, fancy restaurant. The 2 for $20 still can’t be beat. You can walk in, get two bacon cheeseburgers with two orders of fries, and a side like boneless Buffalo wings for only $20. On top of that, they always have drink specials. It’s almost holiday season, so they had the “Berry Merry” Colada for only $5. I’ll say, the drink was huge. It wasn’t strong or particularly good, but you still feel like you get your money’s worth. Lastly, the service at this location is always good.

Emaily a/k/a Miley & Marcelo are 2 OUTSTANDING servers that are on top of their game and because of them my wife and I go to the restaurant 4 to 6 times a month. They are a pleasure to be around and are one of the best servers we have ever had. They have super personalities and make all of the patrons feel special and welcomed. I absolutely love this particular Applebee’s the staff is very friendly and attentive like back in the days when it was important to make a great impression. The managers are also attentive I know each one of them by name because I am a regular here. Is a spacious location which it provides you to have freedom and be able to sit in a quiet place and rewind from the daily routine and actually enjoy a nice glass of wine.

In the past, I have been disappointed with Applebee’s as a franchise, but this location has changed and renovated my perspective. Dylan in our server was extremely helpful, kind friendly, and attentive. The manager, Liliana was also very attentive and sincere. The atmosphere was nice family oriented and not too loud. This is a good Applebee's restaurant, plenty of space, and solid service, and the food quality was good. I had a chicken and shrimp dish, it was rich with flavor, with some grilled onions and mushrooms. Very good dish, I recommend it. On a final note, the atmosphere is great, it's very relaxed which I liked. If you are looking for a good spot or Applebees to get a bite to eat in the Yonkers area, I recommend this one. Would definitely dine again.

In November of 2023, I brought and treated myself and my wife for dinner at Applebee’s, specifically the branch based in Executive Blvd in Yonkers, New York. Both my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience!!! We were warmly welcomed and greeted by the restaurant’s staff and were quickly provided with a large table with comfortable seats. We found Applebee’s to be very spacious and clean and the atmosphere to be quite lively, due to the playing of great R&B music and the playing of sports televised programming. Our server, Hannah Y was very friendly and polite and did a great job on explaining the menu options and noting our meal orders. Both my wife and I found our meals to be well cook, perfectly seasoned and superbly delicious. My wife ordered and loved her chicken pasta entree while I ordered and enjoyed by my baby backed rib based meal. We thank Applebee’s for providing us with a great quality meal and service and recommend for everyone to dine at this wonderful restaurant!!!

Once a year every year I give this place a shot. Every time I've come here, it smells terrible, seats are falling apart and they will shift as you're sitting, The food will come out cold, and the service is absolutely atrocious. You can sit for 15 to 20 minutes and not have somebody come and ask you if everything is right or even take your order when you first get in. The temperature is always freezing. Today was the first day in the past 7 years I've gone that the bartender was a nice older lady who was very attentive to me and very kind. The food came out fast, hot and probably some of the best scrambled eggs I've had and a long time. Even when I mentioned to the waitress that I think I had the wrong drink, she didn't argue. Replaced it right away with no issues. The temperature of the place was nice and cozy and the booth I was in was comfy, not falling apart. The table was very sticky. It seemed like it's probably the material though, not that it wasn't clean. I'm not increasing my stars for one day, but I will say it was a huge improvement from my other experiences every year. I hope they keep it up because I do miss going to an Applebee's every once in a blue moon!

Not my type of place really, but my mom had a appointment right across and we decided to give it a try wasn't busy but it did take a bit long to get our meal which by the way 10 minutes after we order they came back letting us know they had no broccoli and this was at 12:30 pm and really no vegetables substitute we had to get mash potatoes with baked potatoes with her steak. The server Josh was on his own with one other waiter which she had a party outside of maybe 20 or more. I give them alot of credit because they were very nice and polite trying to do there best with the tables they had so thank you guys. My only complaint was the broccoli is the beginning of the week a Monday at 12:pm and is really the only vegetable on the menu as a side and also how do you put the packages of A1 sauce on top of the steak? For me is like putting paper ontop of the steak or worst imagine the salt and pepper package ontop of your baked potatoes? So something is wrong in the kitchen maybe they need help as well with the staff. I know we have to be thankful for those that are working on these hard times but if we decide to eat out and spend our money at least a nice presentation and not just like that I don't even think in the hospital they would serve a steak like that.

Solid place with nice ambience. The 35 deal works so well with a family. Food is typical Applebees— not high quality but still good on the pocket and well made. The drinks are a major draw. Parking included. Kids menu. Clean bathrooms. TV screens with sports games on.

If you're looking to get a quick bite to eat this is a good place to do so, whether you want a burger, chicken tenders or a dinner entree this would be a good place to choose if you're in the area. it's family friendly atmosphere and they offer a kid friendly menu, regular non-alcoholic beverages and alcoholic specialty beverages are served here as well. They have tv screens showing sports games like baseball, football, basketball etc. So, while your having a bite you can kick back and enjoy watching the game. I'm not sure if there was a lack of staff but, my only disappointment was the service. It took a while before I could get a refill, I never got water I asked for and I asked for buffalo sauce on the side for my boneless wings because, the person I was with doesn't like spicey sauces..Instead; I got the buffalo sauce on the boneless wings. I tried to request for napkins but again our server was either busy or not around and it wasn't a busy night so, I'm not sure what it was however, I felt that as a team in an establishment a staff member can pitch in to assist if a server is too busy or can't cater to all the tables and provide refills or take small requests from the patrons who might need something that won't require the attention of the server taking him/her away from taking food orders or tending to other tables. If you have the patience and don't mind waiting to fill your empty cup while you're dining then you should be ok.

Went hete for lunch and only had the Appetizer sampler, which was good as usual. Service was also good. My problems came a few hour later when I puked all night. The culprit I assume was either the ranch dressing or sour cream, which I alone ate.

I haven't had Applebees in a long time, so I thought I'd give it a try. When walking in, there was no one for at least 7 minutes in the front. When she finally came, we were seated promptly. Our waitress was ok, our food was cold and we were seated in the back by the kitchen. I was brought fresh food, but I had to wait for at least 10 minutes. The kitchen is slow. When I finally received the food, it was scorching hot as if they were trying to be spiteful since I said it was cold. I couldn't even eat it right then. Smh. Gross, not going back to any Applebees.

This was a free meal on veteran's day and the girl told me they were sorry for the long wait, they were waiting on the fries, it was finally done and when I got home and opened up the burger the bacon looked still raw, I had to put the bacon in the air fryer to finish cooking it, this was the first time I have gone to get a free meal for veterans and it was ok

We are still sitting in the restaurant at the time I’m writing this. My husband and I brought my grandson here for his 15th birthday with four friends. We got here about 6:30, its 8:31. The food is decent. Not really many complaints. It is what you expect Applebee’s to be. The service is so slow, a three-toed sloth could be quicker to serve and care for our table than our server. He was very nice when he was here, but it was few and far between. It’s not a place I would frequent. That’s what happens when you let your grandson pick the place!

I'm upset at myself for even going here. I'm not even going to drag them for being understaffed but I will on the service and food. Ordered a steak medium rare and the presentation was just as disgusting as the flavor which also arrived lukewarm. The steak was rare seemed to be cooked for one minute on each side. It was so chewy and gross not to mention beyond bloody (my garlic mash potatoes turned pink instantly). I informed the waitress who agreed it wasnt medium rare but said they do it like that there... HUH??? She took my plate and took forever. At this point I'm ready to go I ask for the check. She said my food is ready I politely asked her to simply bag it. She brings it back to the table and it's the same piece of steak. But now it is steaming as if it was microwaved. Smh! My suspicion is then confirmed by the now cold potatoes. At this point I was annoyed and knew I had to go. Applebees is a another version of fast food, a slight step forward from McDonald's.

I ordered carside to go. My food was 30 minutes late. I had to constantly call the receptionist to get my order!! My green beans are not garlicky and they look nothing like the picture. The salmon was dry and over cooked. They FORGOT MY LIT BEVERAGE!!! So I had to go inside the store and get a refund as I was no longer interested, defeating that fact that I did not want to go in the restaurant in the first place! I will never order from this Applebee’s again.

Don’t waste your time or money mostly all the reviews are negative for a reason !! My experience here was horrible waited so long for service I had to ask for water 3times before I received a glass . waited so long just to be able to order my food. waited over a half hour for the food to come out and it was cold I was sat in a section where the lighting was so bad we could not see the menu without the flashlight of my phone oh and the floor in the kitchen was dirty so this will definitely be my last time dining here we order a meal that came with endless fries but I found out this evening it’s only if you ask when my plate came out with 5 pieces of over fried over breaded shrimp that is when I was told that I had to ask for the fries too the food wasn’t good at all

Want to feel like you’re not welcome? Come in to this AppleBees! I haven’t had it in a long time and saw the perfect opportunity to pop in for a quick lunch as I was passing by. Burger was decent (lunch special that wasn’t advertised until I asked). Food came rather quick, which was great because I was starving. Regular burger nothing special, came with a drink. The soda was done half way through the burger. I tried flagging down the waitress for a refill…but no where to be found. I waited and waited, ended up eating finishing my burger. Still waited to at least be asked if everything was ok…nope nada. Finally I saw her, asked if I could get a refill. Waited 15 mins…still nothing…so I decided to write this review. Not happy won’t be back again if I make it out of here if I don’t die of thirst. Thanks.

I’ve been coming to this Applebees for years and slowly but surely the quality of food has gone down tremendously. Not to mention the attentiveness of “management” to please the customer. Today marked the final day I will be coming here as nothing has gotten better and management is below subpar. Ordered 3 sets of burgers well DJ e and 2 of the 3 were undercooked. The manager comped for 1 and not the other which is very disappointing because my guest got slightly ill having to use the bathroom for a long period of time. Save yourself the time, aggravation and possible food poisoning and do not come to this Applebees. Be well all.

Not a local review just an average person traveling through and deciding on a nearby site. Was greeted at door, placed at incredibly worn down booth with sticky table and menu's pages just as sticky. During this time, not a single server stopped by. The bar was unattended and you could hear staff laughing in the back. Lack of proper staff and management is likely why the ratings are as they are. Plenty of food choice in the lot across. They'll definitely take your business.

Horrible meal! I didn’t even get to eat my entree. Appetizer sampler platter was mediocre. Most of it was cold. Ordered a combo steak and shrimp - medium. Steak was like a hockey puck. Couldn’t cut it let alone chew it. Mashed potatoes were cold. Sent it back and asked for a new one - rare this time. Took so long to get it that I asked them to wrap it to go. Glad I checked because they didn’t give me back my mashed potatoes. Waited a while again. Waited a while for our check, which turns out you pay on the device on the table. Wondering if anyone was going to tell us or just let us sit there. And one note - there was hardly anyone in there so it’s not like they were super busy, hence the delays!!! I can cross this place off my list!!!

Pretty bad dining experience. Upon arriving, i just stood at the door awkwardly as the security and I looked at each other. A few moments later a host showed up and seated me. I waited a really long time for a menu, then i waited a long time to place my order. The other came and I had to wait an eternity for the bill so that I could pay and leave. Floor was dirty, booth was dirty, restaurant was filthy. Overall, whoever is supervising this dump really does not GAF about this place. I would not come back here
