I recently placed a pick-up order at the KFC in Yorba Linda, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The ordering process was seamless and efficient. When I arrived, my order was ready and waiting for me, perfectly hot and fresh. The staff was friendly and made sure everything was correct before I left. The food, as always, was delicious—crispy chicken, tasty sides, and that signature KFC flavor that never disappoints. This drive thru is great. I always get all items & food is fresh. I like their chicken breasts & coleslaw. Since everything is very expensive, I don't go there that often. Maybe once a month. It has the longest lines & the young adults are very kind & efficient so the wait is not long. Great service, which these days is rare! Only 1 time have I seen a mad customer. He was inside, I was at drive-thru window, since I don't eat inside so I could hear him bc he was yelling & ticked off. The man was very upset & my son & I saw him dump his bag of food on the counter. I have no clue who was right or what happened but I saw it. I felt sorry for the young manager who seemed to be trying to resolve issue & who knows what happened but I did see that. That's the only time I've seen an unhappy situation in the 15 years I've been at that KFC. Thank you KFC for always getting my orders right. It's difficult to tell how good a business is until there's a problem. They made a few mistakes on the order, but when we told them about it, they quickly resolved the issue. The food was excellent, and the service was fast.

Thanks to Adriana and her staff! They came in early on a Sunday and prepared 120 box meals for us and it all went smoothly and tasted delicious. They made a large group of teenagers very happy! Very easy to work with and very helpful.

Excellent chicken take a coupon to give it back to you so you can use it at another time the only thing I don't like about KFC as they have weak weak honey it's like a honey sauce just full of high fructose corn syrup and their butter is not butter it's margarine other than that their chicken is very good the mashed potatoes are a little funky because you're getting mashed potatoes and half of it is gravy which should be more potatoes and a little bit less gravy across laws to die for everybody knows that

First off, the bisciuts were piping hot. THANK YOU!! The prices this place charges for food, everything should hot. I was excited to get the wedge cut fries. I was disappointed. They were barely warm and they were soggy. You could at least cook those too order. Glad I had a coupon, because paying over $10 for subpar food is a crime. Y'all gotta do better!

Great fresh food every time. Friendly, fast service. Although this location DOES NOT have the finger lickin good sauce...which I find absurd. Will be frequenting a different location that has the sauce. Sauce is important!!

Given the wrong order at the window. Asked for 3 piece thigh, original, was given strips with cold French fries! They did not answer the phone! All the way home, did not want to drive back. Do not reccomend!!!!! Andrea was my server at the window!

Not good. Been here a couple of times and in the past, it ranked pretty low on fried chicken scale. The last time though it was inedible. Just tasted weird and salmonella-ish. Had to throw it away. Probably for the best as it will be a long, long time before I need a KFC fix after this

When I arrived at about 6:40pm there was nobody there, I pulled into the drive thru and placed my order for the 14 piece family value meal deal, and pulled up to the window. I paid, then sat there forever. About 15 minutes later someone came to the window and asked if I had paid yet. I showed them the receipt and they asked me to pull around to to the parking lot, when I did, there were like 8 cars lined up behind me. Another 10 minutes and someone brought out a bag of food, which was missing items and he had to run back in and get the rest of the order. Very disappointing. Having to wait half an hour for fast food? It is not like I ordered a 1,000 piece catering or something, just a meal.

I. Not going to this KFC anymore. 2 out 4 times I’ve been given the wrong chicken. How hard can it be, 8 pieces, leg and thighs only. They give me breast and something that’s supposed to be wings. Also lots of broken bones! I’m done with this KFC. Esperanza was the cashier.

I just got the dryest chicken breast I've had in my entire life. It felt like a rock, and tasted like chicken jerky. It was inedible. KFC won't last as a business with food quality so low.

Unfortunately, there were about 5-6 pieces that were dried up, like they were heated for hours. Of course these pieces were at the bottom of the bucket. They should just throw these pieces out and not lose customers.

Way too expensive for fast food. Rude workers and they keep changing their menu board. What I use to get used to come with a cookie and a drink now prices have raised and they took away the full package. Now it $8 for a simple meal and they rape your wallet by asking another $2 for a drink. I'm boycotting KFC and so should you. Us hungry people are tired of being screwed over. Let us eat for a fair price or we won't come back ever. Polly pies/KFC or regular KFC should equal. If the quality is same then so should be the price.
