Being from the South where Taco Bell is on every corner, I really enjoy they're food. It's fast, easy, and convenient esp when on the go and craving Mexican food. Prices aren't bad for what you get. The people that work at this location are always pleasant and helpful.

It's the closest taco bell to me. It is very clean and well maintained. Service is very polite and friendly. Even when they are a crazy busy. It does take a while to get your food sometimes but its always made good. My order has always been correct even with the changes I make. The only thing I dont like is giving your name for your order rather than using the number on the receipt.

The menu is double the price of any other taco bell. The cravings box is 10 where as it is around 6 elsewhere. They say it is because"were in Westchester" which is a bold face lie because the other ones i go to are in Westchester as well. Greedy owners clearly so never again. I'm not paying gourmet taco prices at a taco bell, absolutely ridiculous.

The customer service at the front cashier was subpar. The Spanish-speaking cashier was unfamiliar with the concept of a “bag” and informed me that there were no bags available for takeout food. She attempted to hand me the food in the wrappers… not kidding. This was an unacceptable situation. I strongly advise against spending money at this location, as there are better alternatives available. I have ceased supporting this Taco Bell establishment.

Avoid this Taco Bell. You will be paying double what you pay at any other Taco Bell. Literally had me convinced that Taco Bell was Expensive now a days, but it is only this location

Sorry, but this place is about 30-50% more on every item they sell. For example,.a seven layer burrito is 2.99 in most places around me (2.49.the cheapest) they change 3.89. Last time going here when the cost of this food is more then getting real food.

It was 30 minutes before closing and they turned off the lights of the store didn’t answer the phone. The app says they close at seven but they turned off everything at 6:30. I included a screenshot below.

Went for the 1$ deal no help the lady didnt know how to get the 1$ taco off of app and told me not to ask anyone that works there for help because they dont speak english. However she was nice n offered some cinnamon snacks to make up for her bad service but i dont eat sweets i just wanted my 1$ taco n wound up paying almost 3$

Fast service. So fast they seem to mess up your order and forget sauce each time. Even when they aren't busy you would think they would dial your order in. It's still sloppy and incorrect. Don't recommend unless you are willing to babysit the staff for dine-in or takeout. For what they charge you can get a real meal at an authentic Mexican restaurant.

Update: one of the most expensive locations locally. If you weren't aware the prices vary from location to location. The same cravings box setup ordered at the Carmel location is $7.10. Here at this location, everything being exactly the same, is $12.67. If you can make it to another location it's worth it, especially if you're ordering multiple meals. It quickly adds up. They're fast but if I don't order through the app my order is always screwed up. Save yourself the headache and order on the app, even if it's from inside or the parking lot.

I used to frequent this Taco Bell and had positive customer service experiences with the regular associates but the manager DOUBLE-CHARGED me for my order, and was so rude and disrespectful the last time I visited that I will never go back to this location. I ordered food through the mobile app which usually goes smoothly but when I went inside to pick up my food the manager told me she hadn't received my order. I showed her a confirmation email as well as the order in my order history (both listed the exact order number) on the app and I assumed she would have the food made then and I'd just have to wait an extra 10 minutes. Nope. She insisted I re-order the food and pay for it AGAIN. My girlfriend asked how we would avoid being double-charged and the manager cut her off repeating "I don't have any order, you have to order" loudly every time my girlfriend tried to speak. I stepped in offering to pay for the food AGAIN if the manager could guarantee the first charge would be refunded. The manager said I would get a refund if I hadn't clicked "I'm Here" on the app (which is what you have to click for them to start making your food). Again I explained to her that I had clicked "I'm Here" (I've used the app at several Taco Bell locations, I understand how it works) and my girlfriend tried to show her our confirmation email again but she ignored her, spoke over her, and asked that we order or leave. If we hadn't been purchasing food for friends and family as well as ourselves we would have walked out then. Instead, we ordered again and I asked the manager AGAIN if I would be refunded for the first charge. She assured me that if the order wasn't picked up we would be refunded within 24 hours, even though we had clicked "I'm Here". Well, that was 4 days ago and still no refund. Even worse, her staff hangs up on me and my girlfriend every time one of us calls and asks to speak with her. I've worked in the food service industry and that's just not how you treat customers, especially if they pay you TWICE.
