Opinions de Taco Bell Yreka
Naomi was amazing. She went out of her way to help us with our order. After trying to fix our mobile order and calling her GM, she personally made our food and it was delicious!!!
Food is very good. It is clear from the quality of the food that this restaurant is well kept and clean. The staff are consistently friendly and it is easy to become very spoiled by their super observance of making the customer happy. I especially wish to give a shout out for Nick and both Katie's! While all the kids working there are wonderful, those three really shine!
We stopped on our way passing through from our trip home to OR and we had a lovely experience with great customer service. After we left and drive 5 hours north, we stopped for gas and realized I had left my wallet there. The General Manager, Derek, answered the phone and he immediately remembered helping us and let me know he had my wallet. Because we were so far, he kindly offered to keep it over the weekend and mail it back to me on Monday. He gave me his personal cell number so we could coordinate delivery and returned my wallet promptly. It was AMAZING. These days, you just never know. But Taco Bell should be incredibly proud of their manager at the Yreka CA store!! Thanks Derek!!! (Also should mention the food was really yummy! :) )
Stopped thru drive thru here on our home from being on the river, the naked chicken chalupas were deliciousness! Got the family taco and burrito party pack. The line was long but we didn't mind the wait. Several people drove off but saff were super nice even though they were super busy. The guy even thanked us for being patient ;)
I came thru the drive thru today. Before pulling away from the window I realized one thing was missing. Desiree was very helpful in the situation! Thank you!
The late night crew has been amazing. We went there 10 minutes before they closed and called before hand; and They were more than willing to help us. Tonight took a little long but they were extremely nice and threw in some extra fries for our wait as well.
It's taken on average 20 minutes to get our food every time we visit this year. Usually only one person making good for both drive thru and dining. However the food is usually good and warm.
Most polite and helpful group of workers. The place was clean and order out quick even though seemed a little short of staff. Thank you
This was the best, by far, Taco Bell experience I have had in years. Service was fast and friendly, beans were a proper consistency, tortilla was soft, nacho cheese warm, and the cinnamon twists had ample coverage. I wish all the Taco Bell’s were this good!
Great customer service not very long wait time clean place
This is the champion of all Taco Bell's. And I have eaten at an ungodly amount of Taco Bell. They never miss, the service is great, and every order is stuffed. What more could you want?
Clean, nice staff. Food was hot and I got what I ordered.
Stopped by here late at night/ Very Early Morning to buy my mother a Burrito who was following right behindbme. Great Service They even delivered it to her car. Kudos to the lady with the piercings.
Yummy . Tonight the crew is kicking butt and making their burritos great . I ordered a tacos pack and 2 potatoes tacos and a grilled cheese burrito . They were all made excellent and they made them in a great amount of time also . There was a new employee training on the register and she was doing a good job.she needed a question answered and the friendly but busy manager came and showed her how to ring up the party favor pack . You could tell she had been working pretty hard tonight but her attitude was so pleasant. no long waits and friendly staff. I am so glad I chose to go here tonight to pick up our dinner . Food was made right and excellent quality . I will be back . Well worth the money spent
Pretty great Taco Bell franchise location. Unlike other locations we've visited, they weren't out of beans...or ground beef...or lettuce. My advice is to get your food and go to the park in Yreka. While eating in their parking lot, panhandlers repeatedly hit us up for a handout. Kind of a bummer while eating.
Always know what to expect here and this location is very consistent. A good choice for me a couple times per week to help Mai tain variety in my diet and very affordable. I especially love the cinna-bun things.. Delicious.
Wow! Service was quick, correct, and polite. I must have just missed the lunch rush. Minus the mountain of tomatoes they always pile on the food was Taco Bell good. 😉
This is exactly what youd expect from a taco bell. The service is mostly decent, as is the food. I love the staff, they are typically very friendly and have good customer service skills. Overall, it's a good place for a quick stop when you're craving some junk food.
The food and service are pretty good, but sometimes it can be a pretty long wait. I've waited in line for 30 minutes one time for two items. But I feel like that's how it is at a lot of fast food places so I try not to judge too harshly.
The staff is super friendly and takes your order and gets your order to you correctly. There is alittle bit of a wait but well worth it. The food portions were efficient and my items were well put together. The lady at the window had no problem adding a soda to my order.
Service was spot on, very professional and accurate. The food wasn't all that good though and their large drink was rather small.
The slowest drive thru I’ve ever been through. However they seem chronically understaffed so I can’t blame them. The employees that are there are always nice and the food has always been good.
Average Taco Bell with some pretty friendly staff. The only problem is that Yreka isn’t super nice. I’ve passed through it a hundred times and there’s always really shady characters lurking around. Especially here by Taco Bell and McDonald’s. Lock your car doors if you’re planning to eat inside. I’d suggest using the drive through if I were you. Get in and out of this town quickly.
Service inside took over 45 minutes to get my food even though I watched cars go through the drive through in less than 10 minutes.
Your usual Taco bell except this one is especially slow... like 20-30 minutes to get your order and it has a pretty bad smell in and around it. Good food though, if you like taco bell! 😋
Overall good food quality and decent service. The employees have always been friendly and professional. The wait time frequently get high, but they do their best. The only (amusingly) annoying thing is that they forget to hand out forks 9 times out of 10.
They were doing the best they could, but the person running the drive through was very clearly new, and had no idea not only how to run the computer, but what many things on the menu were. It took us about 20 minutes to get our food, long enough for my roommate to get out of the car, go to the shell next door, and buy a toothbrush because his breathe stank. The burritos were all delicious, however the were a very poor decision as I spent nearly the entire following day in a car and well, it's taco bell. That's a good motto for this restaurant: well, it's taco bell.
Messed up our order as usual. I believe we got the persons order either in front of us or behind us in the drive thru. The food was good even though we couldn't fix the order. Had already driven home 25 miles away!
I feel as if this place could train some of their employees a little better. I've had a couple mistakes with my orders before. But all in all I never had a problem with how it was made. Never received my food sloppy and just thrown together.
Omg... they always make mistakes in the drive thru orders. Also, I was stuck waiting in the drive-thru on Tuesday night for 40 minutes, no way out. Not a good deal! Update 12/21 : the lines are short and the service is great. No mistakes in our orders. The only thing left to complain about is how much the prices seem to have gone up.
My biggest issue with this Taco Bell is their beverage choices. I am Type 1 Diabetic and this Taco Bell has some of the worst diet drink choices I have ever seen! The only diet drinks they carry are Diet Pepsi (Which is the WORST diet drink.) and Unsweetened Ice Tea. I have tried both, and both are disgusting. I always have to get water whenever I come here. Some places have a great selection of diet and regular drinks, this place is not one of them. I hope someone sees this and can make a change. Other than that, this Taco Bell is okay. The quality is what you pay for. The people who work here are always very nice.
We've been there on New Years Eve, ordered through self-serve kiosk, which was nice and easy. Dine in. The food was okay. The store was empty, but the drive-through was busy. The tables weren't cleaned and dirty. Service was quick. However, they missed one item, not a big deal, but they quickly brought the missing item.
Really nice staff and we got what we ordered. Only issue is the Mexican pizza shells are old and tasted that way even after it was remade 🫤
The place was messy & dirty. Garbage on the floors, dirty tables, grime all over the door windows with one other customer. One staff was wiping her nose with her hand, ick. The food was prompt & tasted fine. Friendly staff.
My order was correct and my food was good. Their service has room for improvement. I've worked in food service for over 10 years, in the front and back of the house, so I'm very patient and understanding. I understand they were very busy for dinner rush and this behind. I think having their evening shift employees starting 1 hour earlier would have helped a lot. Seems the help showed up a while after the dinner rush had already started. Customers seem to stand at the front for a while without really being acknowledged or asked if they need something. Again, I understand it gets busy, and employees start getting anxious, and flustered, but I think selecting and designating one employee to keep an eye on the front of the house/register, specifically during dinner rush, would also be helpful. Someone who's main focus is keeping an eye on the register, people waiting for their orders, stocking and keeping the dining room clean/organized, who's secondary focus is helping their coworkers after everyone in the dining room has been acknowledged and helped.
This place is usually very slow. Always a long line of cars. Been there a few times at night, before closing, and no one is there even though the place is still open. I see lots of cars circling through the drive-thru just to go to McD. McD thanks you. I've decided not to go there after hours anymore.
3 burritos and a soda came to 8 and a half dollars, which I found to be quite a lot for Taco Bell. Service staff was friendly but the wait time for said burritos was well over 15 minutes. The lobby was not very busy with maybe 3 orders ahead of mine (one lady cancelled and demanded her money back...I should have taken that as a sign). Avoid if you can.
It took a hour n a half to get through the drive through then after waiting a hour n a half the tacos were soggy and the chalupas were not fresh any longer it consistently takes over a hour to get through the drivethrough. I personally think if you cant get the food out in a decent time close for the day...
Taco Bell is never going to be a go-to for me, it's a place I resign myself to go when there are no other options. This taco Bell lowers my expectations for fast food even more than they already were. The restaurant is rarely clean, the service is slower than cold honey, and the food is put together sloppily.
We went through the drive through and they slammed the window door in my face. My husband asked for a hot sauce and he got a bag full. Mild . They are oblivious to the fact that they are RUDE !
30 mins in the drive through line for 2 tacos. Looks like they really need help considering two employees were outside arguing. Don’t recommend unless you have lots of time to sit and wait.
Not once but three times I have ordered a meal asking for no condiments on an item. All three times they have made my order incorrect. I'm always polite to the workers/cashiers and double check to make sure they have it correct on the ticket. They do excellent, but the cooks are not up to par! I myself have worked in the fast food industry, it is not hard to follow orders on a ticket.
The drive through person was very professional and helpful, but I fear she was the only one working there. It took 7 minutes per order in the drive through. It took 27 minutes for I and the three cars in front of me to clear the drive through area. Very sad. You need to get help, pay them more and make them happy. Do not bring automation in, I want to deal with real people and I'm willing to pay more in order to do it.
Very very slow for the amount of employees working. Employees don't seem to be trained properly on how to maintain drive thru and customers inside. I worked for taco bell when I was younger my team could maintain counter and drive thru with only 4 of us working. There is at least 7 people working and 3 of them are just standing around. Other than that they are all really nice and presentable.
We waited over half an hour for our order. We were the only ones in the restaurant but I guess they were slammed with online orders. Food was fine when we got it, but lukewarm and soggy. Worst offense was the ants by the drink station. Kind of narsty. Maybe they were thirsty.
This taco bell is poorly employed and executed. I have on several occasions waited in the drive through for over ten minutes just to place an order while they do whatever it is they are doing inside which can't be much with lobby closed and no one in front of me ordering/waiting on food. It appears no one wants to actually work here. I then proceed to wait an extensive amount of time to receive my order which typically ends up resulting in receiving the wrong food all together or food prepped wrong to how it was ordered. They seem to constantly be out of a lot of food toppings/items on the regular meaning they are not stocking inventory to meet demands of customers orders. They are far from apologetic when you wait in drive through for over 45 minutes to receive your food that isn't even correct. I wish this was a one time event, but it has been more than a handful of times to the point I refuse to even go there anymore.
I've tried coming here twice and both times the drive through was over a 20 minute wait. The attendants are always nice, but there is usually something wrong with my order or it's put together completely sloppy which makes it very difficult to eat.
My tacos were broken and very dry on one side and cooked well on the other. Flies all over inside. Served by a gentleman working in the back. He was the only positive thing there. Came up from making food to take my order. Then gloved back up to continue making food. Waiting for my order is when I noticed all the flies inside.
I’m writing this review because the number times I’ve ordered here and NOT RECEIVED all of my orders is at about 75-% of the time. Tonight was super annoying. I ordered a mobile order and waited around in my car for 20 minutes to make sure my order would be ready. When I go in, they say they don’t even have the order yet, and they have to activate it at the front counter to get it going. So it took 30 minutes to get my order THEN, they forgot two items. When I got home it was apparent that they gave me a small nacho fry instead of large. I wouldn’t be so annoyed if it wasn’t almost every time I come here! Every time it’s slow, and every time I’m missing at least one thing in my order. Not to mention that Taco Bell in Yreka is more expensive than any other Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. 3.99 for a tiny nacho fry
They dont drain their meat enough. Crunchie taco was broken and soggy. The mexican pizza looked like someone threw up in the container.
OMG. Ordering two bean burritos with extra cheese and sauce was over $7.00. That is ridiculous. Cancled my order. When I tried to ask the order taker to explain to me how that was possable, she got an attitude and told someone else to deal with me. I worked for that store over 20 years ago. Really, nothing has changed. Overpriced and attitude wise.
Did you guys take all the good stuff off the menu??? Put it back!! So I guess we're all just screwed because you think cheese whiz & Flaming hot chips and salty ground beef go great together if you wrap them in a tortilla grill it then dip it in some weird new flavor of mountain dew/ starburst slushy??!! Gross 👎🤢
Stuck in the drive through for over 50 minutes. Apparently computer problems, but just left us sitting with no communication or option to clear the drive through. Not how I wanted to spend a quick meal stop from San Diego to Portland drive.
Horrible service. I had ordered for veg Mexican pizza and veg soft taco but received beef pizza and tacos. Cheesy gordita crunch was definitely not crunchy at all it super soggy and felt like eating a bread.
Update: lowered from 2 stars to one star. Over an hour and a half in drive thru for 7 cars. Over all I do not recommend. Drive times are long, missing items are common, exterior grounds are not well taken care of. This is for store 2299. I would just drive further for a taco bell that doesn't have these issues. This location is a franchise of DeClerk enterprises. I think you have to go past grants pass going north and to redding going south along I5 to find one with out simular issues.
Must be under new management because I've never seen this store so unorganized. It's taking them triple the time to complete an order. No one seems to know their job. The loby is a mess and nothing is stocked and the people in the kitchen are running around with the same gloves on. It's truly disgusting! I don't know how they're still open.
I waited for 40 minutes and cancelled my order. I went inside to inquire about the long wait there were only 3 cars ahead of me when I got there. I asked if they could ask the car with the delayed order to move to parking lot to help expedite the other cars waiting. The staff all just looked at me with dumb looks in their faces and never acknowledged me! After going back to my car I waited another 10-15 minutes! The absolute worst service ever!!!!
This was the dirtiest Taco Bell I've ever seen. The bathroom was vile. there were alive and dead flies all over the floor in the dining area. It was insane. I still ate my bean burrito because I don't respect myself. Edit: Staff was nice!
My crunchwrap tasted like the cleaning chemicals from the grill, when I told the manager she said "oh weird the grill is so dirty I don't even think it was cleaned last night"(Nicole Meidell Store manager) like it was funny. My Festa potatoes were stale and hard. Both the cheddar chulpas were stale and disgusting.
Out of tomatoes and out of crunchy shells for Crunchwrap Supremes, so it effected our whole order. Just seems odd to be out of these basic ingredients, never run into that at a taco bell before. Looks like another recent review mentions they are also out of napkins and taco sauce. Perhaps management needs to reassess their stock ordering process
It was awful. It took 22 minutes for my 2 tacos. The place was a mess with lids, boxes, napkins all over the kitchen area. Never go there.. The list could go on.. No ice, no forks or straws. ....
I go here often and normally it's not bad but tonight I got 3 tacos the were all cooked in rancid oil!!! Not too mention they got the order wrong but normally that doesn't bother me so much. I just hope I don't wake up with food poisoning because of this! My boyfriends for was also rancid. He got a chalupa box. I'm disgusted that I just had too pay 23 dollars for food neither one of us can eat. Won't be going her again for a while and that's a shame because as a vegetarian it's one of the few places I can actually eat fast food wise.
The person who took the order appeared to be under the influence of something; she tried to shortchange me $20 also—pathetic. The sofa machine had filth all over it, the food prep area was disgusting. Finally my order was wrong! I tossed the food. Don’t ever go to this Taco Bell
WORST. Taco Bell. EVER. Visited on the evening of Sunday, July 7. After 4 hours on the road from Sacramento, pulled in to drive-thru to grab a "quick" bite to eat prior to going to the hotel. There were no more than 4 cars ahead of in line. 50 minutes later-- that's right, just short of AN HOUR-- we finally got our food. We would have left far before then, but were already trapped in the drive-thru lane with cars ahead and behind. We finally made it to the window, paid, but had to wait an additional 15 minutes before the food was handed out. The guy in the drive-thru window gave us some coupons for free tacos to compensate for the long wait. Half a mile down the road, my wife noticed the coupons had EXPIRED the month before. Insult to injury. DO NOT STOP HERE. EVER.
Beyond filthy and bordering on unsanitary. Garbage on the floor behind the counter that the employees were just walking through. Trash and food on every table even though it wasn’t particularly busy. Every trash can was overflowing and several flies kept landing on us while we ate. The light was out in the bathroom and one of the stalls couldn’t be used because you would have had to walk through a pile of garbage, cigarettes, and ashes to get to the toilet. Not to mention half the items in our order had something wrong.
It was crazy I was in the Drive-Thru for around 45 minutes, you can't just pull to the right and drive off, we were trapped in the Drive-Thru and missed an appointment . The prices are ridiculous. This is the first time I've been back to Taco Bell in quite a while and both me and my mother got sick.
Slowest Taco Bell ever. Incredibly slow. I have been sitting in th drive through line for 7 minutes now, with one car in front of me, waiting for their food, too. Then, when I finally did get my crunch wrap, it wasn't fresh at all and had about half of the usual stuff inside. Pick somewhere else.
Long wait, employees arguing, out of lots of food, dirty, and food prep employee had shirt unbuttoned with chest hair sticking out. Ate here at 1pm on Mon June 24. Employees upfront said they were out of chips, flatbread, and lettuce. How?? I do appreciate though they said something. Later found out Dr Pepper and Iced Tea out. Took 20 mins to get food. Guy behind us actually asked and received a refund due to the wait. Restaurant and kitchen floors dirty with food. Kitchen had lots of boxes with contents strewn around. Two older female employees, one with pink pigtails, were just constantly arguing with each other about work, who was at fault, and the leader just kept berating the employees, which just further crushed the teams discretionary energy to work harder. Mid-age gentlemen with lots of facial, head, and chest hair had no hair net and had shirt unbuttoned exposing his chest hair while making food. If Taco Bell Corp reads this review, this facility is not to the brand standards you expect and needs a major owner and/or cultural change at this venue.
Open a can of cold tuna fish, buy a hotdog from a truckers gas station, consider fasting....don't eat here...the worst ever. Cashier was eating a bagel while taking my order, 20 minutes to get our order, items were wrong, thrown together....just keep driving...
I spent OVER AN HOUR in the drive thru tonight. 27 minutes just to get the menu speaker to order. And another 40 minutes in the line to pay for my food and get my order. Absolutely ridiculous. I can understand being busy for the holiday weekend but this is just unacceptable.
Waited in drive thru line for 31 minutes. Went in to talk to manager and she said a person in line made a big order and they aren’t McDonalds to have folks pull around for an order. Only one line in drive through so no way to leave. WORSE service I have ever received anywhere!
Just sat in the drive thru for an hour. They said they had 6 orders ahead of me. It doesn't take that long to make 7 orders. Don't go here! It's not worth the wait!
Holy smokes didn’t think a restaurant experience could be that bad. Two employees ended up quitting while I was waiting for me food for an hour. Ended up cancelling my order and getting my money back. I feel badly for the staff there. Seems like management left them up to dry
Always terrible foods at this taco bell. Always. Food tastes off. How do you mess up beans? We've tried to go many times in the past 2 years, thinking maybe something will change. Nope, still terrible. Corporate needs to step in and help or just shut the place down. Save your money and go elsewhere.
This taco bell is so slow, I spent my entire lunch break waiting for my food. The employees let us stand at the register for about 5 minutes before they acknowledged us, and my order is usually missing something. I love taco bell, but this location is really struggling to meet the minimum.
Terrible service last 3 times order has been wrong. When we go back in they take 30 mins to remake the 2 items so all other items are cold. Spent 53 tonight still waiting on food 1 hr later after telling them im missing half my order. Was told i would have to pay again for it to be remade? Who owns this taco bell as i would like to reach out to them. The crew was no help with any contact information. One of the ladies was cussing out another customer who had been waiting 45 mins for 3 items. Still waiting on food manager won't come out of the back room.
Go to any other taco bell. Not very fast seems like the either have to butcher the cow grow the beans or potatoes or something haha. Sometimes it's fast service but usually a 15-20 min wait. Not sure why they are putting in another lane they can't even keep up with one lane! Also their prices are too high compared to other taco bells and employees aren't seeing that money from the inflation! Always check your bags !
The kids running this place are completely unprofessional! They were talking to their friends about how to pass a driving test instead of cooking peoples food. And they were joking about being drunk while taking their driving text. Sounds like they shouldn’t be getting their drivers license at all. They also forgot both of our drinks and the nacho cheese. Worst service ever!!!
Always hit and miss. More often than not they are out of things. Staff scheduling is horrible, sometimes only one person working and drive thru time ends up being 30 plus minutes. Currently sitting in my car and just from ordering at drive thru box to now (sitting behind 2 cars waiting for orders) my stopwatch is on 20 min and counting, this does not Include time I waited in line before ordering.....please yreka taco bell....get your stuff together! 🙃
Absolutly the worst experience! Today 8/25/23 at 4:45, one car ahead of us in the drive thru and we didn't get our food til 5:29. I was trapped in the druve thru otherwise I'd have left. The guy said tjere was only one guy working. Which is unexceptable! I went in to try to ask the car ahead of me to move. There were three guys and trash all over the ground. Hope this location gets some help!!
This was the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. It was 12/9/18 @ 8/9 pm The drive-through line was long so my husband and I decided to go in as we thought it would be faster. we placed our order and we got with everything besides what we ordered. We tried to tell the cashier that took our order . That it was not our order and that it was wrong he therefore told us we needed to talk to them as he couldn’t take the food back I waited there with no help people in the back are watching me so they knew I was waiting. Another stranger came in with the wrong food order as well, we ended up leaving with food that was not even our since we were never helped .The orders need to start from the front need to make sure they are correct at the cash register.
The food is ok, the staff are friendly, but the service is very slow. Maybe the slowest drive-thru in Yreka. If you want a quick bite, this is not the place for you. The prices have increased a lot in a short amount of time. If you have time to wait for food and want tacos, I suggest one of the authentic Mexican restaurants, especially Josefina’s or the taco truck Tacos Tao. [update] My mother wanted to get food at Taco Bell recently and I had not been back since my last review. We sat in the drive-thru for 44 minutes and they left out one of our items. Seriously, if you want food, order something to-go from any of the actual restaurants in town and go pick it up. It will be better food, similar price, and a shorter wait.
I have been to this taco bell several times and they are by far the worst and slowest TB I have ever been to!!! My order is always wrong, there staff if rude and your will wait over 45 minutes in the drive thru. STAY AWAY! I love Taco Bell and honestly think this one should go out of business. Total garbage! See for yourself if you dare.
This restaurant is among the slowest fast food joints in town. You order 3 tacos and it takes them 20-40 minutes everytime. Don't stop there out of convenience, you'll spend most of your time waiting. And not to mention this is the dirtiest fast food restaurant I've ever eaten at, and I've been to most major cities and states. Hands down the worst.
Waited 45 minutes in drive through along with many others. I think 2 people were running the whole store. They should just close when they don't have enough help, not fair to the ones working. Our order was missing some and wrong. No persons should have to run the business without enough help. The line was so long when we finally got our food.
MAKING A RUN FOR THE BORDER 😋 Why are we, as a society, becoming complacent in what we expect from our service-oriented businesses? We've gotten to the point where we are not surprised at the constant mistakes and we don't even expect "excellent service" any more. What happened to pride in how you do your job? We ordered two meals and were charged $30 🤯 We were informed there were six taco supremes added to our meal that needed to be removed. We sat at the window for 10 more minutes waiting for our meals. All they had to do was remove the extra tacos so I'm not sure what the holdup was.... Another time I waited in a short line for 15 minutes to order the food and then got to the window and was told there was no food today... Ummm what??
Sat in drive thru line for over 30 minutes. Never have I been to a slower Taco Bell than this. The car 2 ahead of me had his order messed up and instead of having him pull into a parking space they had him hold up the line. It's 92 degrees out, come on people! Finally get to the window and zero apology and they got my order wrong. Won't come here again.
We went inside to order because there was such a long line in the drive through. Been driving all day with 2 small children who were ready for dinner. Mom went in and ordered. The drive through line moved through at least 20 cars. Others went in and out of the walk in and mom was STILL WAITING FOR OUR FOOD over 45 minutes later. She insisted on getting our money back. Which was $1 short 🤔
Staff was rude, watched them add water to my soda, my crunch wrap was raw and the roof was leaking and no wet floor sign. Once again Oregon is better.
When I went to this Taco Bell there was only one other patron inside. I made a simple order of one meal item to eat in the restaurant . After waiting for 30 minutes I had to go back up to the counter to ask when my food would be ready. During this time I watched a handful of people come in and get their orders. Some of which were Doordash. When I got my order 10 minutes later it was not what I ordered. I was issued a refund and everyone was polite.
Lobby was so cold it was better to go out to car to eat, staff lacked customer service. Im struggling to figure out why they are paid twenty dollars an hour. The Franchise running this location needs a surprise corporate inspection ASAP.
Drove through before they closed through drive thru. No response. Parked and went inside. They told me they were closed. It was before business hours. They did not care. Lazy workers.
Waited for one and half hours for our food did not give us a burrito and chips and cheese they did not even start cooking the missing burrito the first time we told them
Went here on the evening of 6/31/24. I ordered a #10 meal (taco with a supreme burrito). I was the only person inside when I ordered. There was a line of cars outside building up. I ended up waiting half an hour for just my meal. The workers were slow and too busy screwing around instead of doing their jobs. The manager came in after about 20 minutes (she was probably on break) once she arrived she got the staff to actually start doing their jobs. She gave me two coupons for my wait. However the reason I'm rating this place so low is my food.. The taco was broken and not wrapped. And the burrito had NO meat, barely any cheese and lettuce. It was basically just beans. So not only did they make me wait but they ruined my food as well. I would have gone back but I was already in my hotel room for the night. Either way. I might spend the coupons the manager gave me. But not at this sad excuse of a taco bell.
Yreka has the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to and I live here. I stopped eating there because it was so bad every time. Really craving a beefy 5 layer burrito though. Took 45 minutes to get through the drive through with only 6 cars. 4 girls were huddled at the window the whole time I sat there waiting for my food gossiping. Food was stone cold and extremely below par. I think Hellen Keller could have made a better burrito. I’m amazed at how long this horrible service has gone on and continues to go on. We are talking years it’s been this bad. Here’s my beefy 5 layer, or well my beefy half layer.
