Had breakfast here today and it was awesome. Always have lunch here but first time for breakfast. Great food and great people with great service. Highly recommend this spot.
Super busy and noisy. My order was ready fairly quickly. Service was good and the food was fantastic. Kind of expensive but worth it.

Hands down cleanest restraunt I've seen in a long time !! Decorations, crew singing Christmas music with guitar. The food was so hot and fresh couldn't even eat it fast enough !!! Highly recommended !!!! Cleanest restrooms. The owners are doing a great job !!!!

First time eating here and I am totally sold. Absolutely delicious!!! And the fries, OMG!! It's a little pricey but we'll worth it. I'll be back!!! Also my husband had the Cobb salad and he loved it also!!!

Everything about this Chick-Fil-A was perfect. The cleanliness, atmosphere, management, and most importantly the customer service. The employees were very friendly and they actually seemed happy to be at work.
My husband and I decided to try this new location in Yucaipa. We went there around 11:30 and there were only a few people in line. The menu had a great choice of meals to choose from. I got their Spicy Southwest Salad. It was a good size, I couldn’t even eat it all. My Husband ordered the Chick-Filet Sandwich. They also have a Deluxe one with more condiments on it. The meal comes with Criss Cross Fries and a drink. They also have a nice menu for children. Chicken Nuggets Meal, Chick-n-Strips Meal, Grilled Nuggets Meal and sides such as Mac and Cheese, a Fruit Cup and Apple Sauce.
Update: All our orders since initial review have been accurate. All employees are still extremely friendly moving a mile a minute, to get orders out fresh & hot. Great location and friendly service. Double drive thru line, extremely friendly service with fun personalities. Drive thru ordering was a breeze, love the cooling water misters and shade provided at the drive-thru menu. Food was great (as it is at all Chick-fil-A's). First time trying the Peach shake, we would definitely order again. Was disappointed when we got home and realized they gave us a Strawberry Shake, instead of the Frosted Lemonade we had ordered. The Strawberry Shake was good, just not the flavor we were craving (mistakes happen). Great food, convenient location and great employees...we will be back.
Been going to this location for about 6-7 months now. The people as is customary with the franchise are always nice and they provide good dine-in service. However, in my last two drive-thru visits, my large fries containers have been given to me only half full, with one container less than half full. The fries containers have instead been stuffed with the chick-fill-a sauces by drive-thru employees. I order for a family of 5... so the cost adds up, especially since I order large fries. Aside from the cost, Imagine my kids disappointed faces and remarks each time they opened the bags of food. Instead of fries, they find their fries containers are filled with sauces. Their favorite thing from chick-fil-a is the waffle-cut potato fries. They like the fries so much, that this is what they always choose to eat first. Why are the sauces being stuffed into the fries containers in the first place? Perhaps there's new people working the drive-thru that need additional training? Or are these new orders from management? I will give this location one final drive-thru visit and hope this does not happen again. If it does, I will unfortunately need to find another chick-fil-a location. I've only seen this disappointing practice at this particular Yucaipa location.
Today’s my family went to dine in at this location . The seating arrangements was new to me .I ordered the “ chicken pretzels “ and the bun is so good I have to have another one but I think they have to clean the restroom more often . I went in there and lo and behold paper towel was everywhere and to make my experienced worst there was a guy washing his face and left a lot of facial hair in the sink . .
This location frustrates me. I was in the slowest moving Chick fil a line ever last week, no apology. My fries were only half full. I asked for extra Chick-fil-A sauce but was given 3 for 3 sandwiches. My chicken breast was small , like a breakfast size filet, and it was undercooked. I reached out on instagram to complain, and got no response.
It’s upsetting that you have items on the online ordering, but when I went through the drive-thru, I wanted to order the southwest cool wrap, but the girl had no idea what I was talking about and said the salad, I told her no, it’s a cool wrap, she kept saying salad so I just drove off. Why is it on your app online ordering and not on your menu at the locations? It’s not a limited time only item, so I guess I’ll just order my food online instead of ordering at the place to avoid confusion.
went through drive-through ordered food for the family and they forgot our Mac n cheese but we were already at our next location. we went back after shopping to let them know that they missed and item and the manager told us that they could not help us without having the whole order and through all this they agreed that they did forget an I item but still wouldn't give me my money back or help us get the item. manager was arguing with me over 5 dollars that weren't his for over 10 minutes. wasn't worth my time any longer so we left without our money or item. we emailed chick fil a headquarters with no response. their customer service is horrible and headquarters cannot do their job either will never go back to any of their establishments.
Chick-fil-A – Poor Customer Service & Mishandled Order I hate leaving negative reviews, especially for Chick-fil-A, because the food and service are usually excellent. Unfortunately, this visit was not. We arrived around 8:45 PM. The restaurant was not busy—only a few parties dining. When I ordered, the cashier (David) appeared visibly annoyed from the start and rushed the entire interaction. He initially rang up only the two sandwiches, even though I ordered meals. When I noticed we didn’t receive drinks, I went back to the counter and asked where they were. His response was, “You wanted meals?” followed by an eye roll and visible frustration when I said yes. I specifically asked if I would be charged the meal price, and he said yes. However, instead of correcting the original transaction, he rang the items up separately, which resulted in a higher total. This is clearly shown on the receipt. I also was not given a receipt initially, so I had to return again to request one. After sitting down, I noticed every other party in the restaurant was having their food delivered to their table. Ours never was. We were left sitting with the table sign until I eventually had to go back up to the counter to ask about it. One manager did apologize, which I appreciated. However, another manager later discussed my complaint openly on the floor, loud enough for me to hear, in a nearly empty restaurant. That was uncomfortable and unprofessional. To be clear: • The food tasted great, as always. • The issue was attitude, order accuracy, and follow-through. Chick-fil-A is known for hospitality and professionalism, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I truly hope this location addresses how customer concerns are handled and ensures staff are trained to correct mistakes without frustration or dismissiveness.
We went to this location specifically over the redlands one because we usually get good service and food. I ordered the chicken wrap with no cheese. At the window they gave us a wrap that had cheese on it, no big deal they said they would remake and asked us to park and wait for it. The young man brought it out and that wrap also had cheese on it. I brought it back inside and again they remade it, this time with no cheese. I get out to the car and it has only lettuce no chicken just torilla and lettuce, i brought it back in again and they were unapologetic they said do i want another one and i just askes for a refund since they cant seem to get it right.
I have submitted feedback because every time I visit this location my food is always cold, one time my fries had a piece of green and it had a nasty bitter taste, I submitted feedback recently and have not gotten any response. I just recommend ANY other location besides this one. They’re independently owned and don’t follow chick-fil-A standards
All outdoor tables are chained together. Asked if it would be possible to have one unlocked and a manager said that we can sit outside but the chairs must remain locked to the table. Nope, you just lost our business. Not enough places to sit inside yet refusing to unlock chairs from a table. Just laziness and reflects poorly on Chick-fil-A as an entire company. Raising Canes here we come!
