The perfect combination of food, service and atmosphere. I ordered three of may favorites to see how they compare to other places. Let me say no comparison. The double was amazing perfectly cooked and not over dressed. Has to be the most juicy smash burger I have ever had. The onion rings came out hot and crispy, but OMG The Big Dill!!! Best friend pickles ever. Breaded and fried to a crispy, tasty perfection. This must be what heaven is like for the burger lovers. Also, let me add if you have never had Dr Pepper with Watermelon syrup, you are missing out! If you haven’t been yet, GO!!!!! If you have been, you better be making regular visits, because this place is absolutely amazing.

As readers will see in my two posted photos, before and after. The Mushroom Mania Burger and Onion Rings were very delicious. (Definitely a unique recipe used for ground beef patties.) My Tea Drink was fresh and tasty, as well. I was definitely pleased with the total cost of my combo meal. Especially because the quality, quantity, and taste. Good inside and outdoor atmosphere and cleanliness. (Nice outdoor scenery, as well) I'm glad I took a drive from the Southside of Abilene to this Northside location.

Awesome service and an even better burger! The guy was friendly and fast, and the burger was packed with flavorjuicy, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right. Everything i was expecting from a smash burger and plus. Definitely coming back.

This is a new go to spot for my family. Crystal is a awsome asset to the business. She made recommendations and talked about the location. I saw that they have krazy kolors ice-cream. It is a flavor that is limited one of a kind and certain locations get it. You can not get it at ANY grocery store. Looooove this place. Best of luck and profitable blessings.

A family friend took my here for the first time. I had the Mushroom Burger with grilled and Swiss Cheese. It was delicious. The employees here are friendly! I will be coming back here again!

No matter the amount of people my food comes out shortly. Fresh quality ingredients from the patty bacon to the fries. Super reasonable prices. Ussually it is the same lady at the front and she is always cool never angry. Me and my coworkers come here every other day.

Yesterday I had a loaded hotdog, not the right bame but it was awesome as we're thr fries. Today I had a BLT that blew my mind. A good sandwich like that is hard to find. That will be my regular order.....between hotdogs :)

We were not disappointed at all and safe to say we will definitely be back. Immediately upon entering staff were friendly and said hi. I was obsessed with fries and the sauce and dang they were definitely a good burger. They had some blue bell ice-cream flavors I haven't seen at the store aswell.

I had the double bacon cheese burger loaded with a side of chilli cheese fries! First off, the burger!!!!!! Let me tell you, that burger was absolutely amazing! Juicy!!! Veggies where very fresh on burger and man does it make a difference! Chilli cheese fries are absolutely delicious too!!! Definitely recommend!!!

The burgers are juicy, taste fresh, and have good options for toppings. The buns are nice and soft. The chili cheese fries are pretty good. The onion rings could use a little extra oomph but they’re not bad. The option of bluebell ice cream is nice. The place is decently clean. I’d love if they had some good appetizer options. Would definitely go again!

Atmosphere could be better and a little cleaner, better lighting etc but wasn't bad. The flavor of the burger will bring me back here. Bonus: they have blue bell ice cream! The people were nice. Best Burger I have had in Abilene so far.

This place was giving that good smash burger vibe when I walked in... Me and my family ordered then sat down. One of the 2 soda fountains were out of Ice and they needed a new canister of co2 cause the sodas weren't as fizzy as they should've been. The burgers came out and mine wasn't made right but they were so extremely nice about it and got me a new one in like 5 minutes. Either way they're are fast at making food as said, the quality for that food is on par with the price. The flavor for the burger is lacking salt though and tastes like an unsalted heff burger. The fries seemed freshly cut and not frozen. The fries were extremely greasy, some were crispy and some were extremely soggy but they were salty and that that's how I like my fries. Overall the fries ended up being the best part of the meal surprisingly The service went above and beyond and I felt loved by the person manning the register. He professionally handle my complaint about my burger. Overall a decent place to eat if you like a burger joint. Could be better if the burgers had salt and if the restrooms were cleaner.

Okay, if you're familiar with Heff's in this location, you're going to make some comparisons...been wanting to give this place a try since they changed. Sorry, but changing from the Heff's Burgers to Smashin' Grill is NOT an upgrade. I liked Heff's better. My wife and I went the other day, and both agree. 1. We didn't like the burger. I realize that smashing the burger meat is a unique and faddish concept, but I simply don't like the burger here as much. Meat was very thin, and therefore the meat-to-everything-else ratio (per bite) is worse. 2. The burger came wrapped in some sort of translucent butcher paper, and the paper was all greasy from the burger. Burger overall too greasy. 3. Didn't like the fries. Fresh-cut (fine), but greasy and wimpy. I'd prefer crispy fries. At least when this place was Heff's, you had the option for their twisty fried potato thing, which was greasy, but at least it was mostly crispy. Give me some crispy option. They do give you a lot of fries, though, so if you're into these kind of fries, then it's good that you get a lot. One of us (my wife or I) should have gotten their onion rings to see how they were, but we didn't. We just left 3/4 of the fries on our plates because we didn't like them. 4. If you're going to put bacon on my burger, don't make it wimpy bacon. 5. Overall menu at Heff's was better. Seemed like you had more options to choose from. I occasionally got hamburgers there, but mostly got their hamburger steak with mushroom gravy, with toast, a small salad and twisty fries. This restaurant does not have that type of option. 5. Fountain drinks were good, though. Some places around town don't have good fountain drinks, as in the taste is off, or the syrup-to-carbonated water is off. But the drinks at Smashin' Grill were just right. 6. Service was fine. It's just what you expect. We ordered at the counter, paid there, and then they brought out our food to us. No issues either positive or negative.

I ordered my food from Uber eats. It was a very quick delivery. The bacon on my hamburger was raw and The smash sauce that I paid additional $.75 for was in a small plastic container halfway full. My fries were greasy and small. Very disappointed
