We like Taco Casa a lot. This was not our favorite location, personally. They're pretty consistent, except this one had a ton of sauce in the bean and cheese burritos, so my kids didn't like them like they usually do.

Had the super taco and enchilada. They were both okay. Inside has kinda of a weird smell, not to appetizing. Inside is really clean.

Taco Salad was very good. The salsa that came with the Taco salad was very hot. As well as the actual hot sauce packets. It was very filling. Would be nice to have one in San Antonio.

I just want to say thank you for making a taco look like the picture!! And it was tasty. My husband loves the chilada. It's the closest thing he can find to the old taco bell encherido and they have black olives. I'd rather use a few napkins because my shell is full than to be irritated at the lack of ingredients.

I absolutely love the tacos here I go on Taco Tuesday because of course you get a better deal. Compared to the other taco places you get twice as much meat and cheese they stuff their tacos not afraid of using inventory this is one of the reasons why I choose to eat the tacos here. If you're a senior you get a complimentary drink. How good is that? Every single time we have gone in Taco Casa the staff has been extra friendly you never have to wait long they bring the food out to you it's always been a good experience highly recommend eating here if you're into Quick Mexican fast food.

I don't usually complain. We dined in this time. We live 45 minutes out of town and we usually do the drive thru take it home to reheat of course. But when we got to the counter the cashier was on her phone with her head down, she had no idea we were standing there wait for her to acknowledge us. She didn't. I was surprised that was allowed. But when she did it was straight up. Not friendly. That's all good might be having a bad day but might leave that at home.Instead of mopping the floor by the drink machine they put a wet floor sign after watching employees slipping . Every dinning room table was dirty, this was at 2pm. Might need to check on temps on the product. I've taken food home and it was still warm. Today it wasn't. To much playing around in the kitchen. I run a food business and I try not to dicect situations. I'm just tired of seeing restruants loosing the respect of full good service and having fun while you work!🤣😂😃

Its taco casa so the food was taco casa. The service could have been better for sure, they had alot of trouble taking my order. Then there was people in pajamas in the kitchen dont know why that would ever be cool. And from the drive thru window the kitchen did not look clean.

Food was on par for taco casa. Stopped here on a long drive back to Fort Worth and it was super busy. Apparently there was a cancer fundraiser going on and the store was sadly understaffed. I felt so bad for the staff. Everyone counter facing was super nice but you could see they were overwhelmed. The staff locked the lobby doors with people inside. My husband child and I had to unlock the front door to exit. That is dangerous and a hazard. Some staff became rude and aggressive when the door was unlocked for guests to exit and more guests came in. As someone who’s been in the industry my heart goes out to the staff that was grinning and bearing. The other staff needs a course in how to handle their anger. Management needs to do better and be better about supporting their staff with special events. I know it’s just taco casa but I LOVE taco casa and stop at them no matter where. It sucks to watch a staff drown when a lot of them were trying so hard.

Meat burrito with red sauce was ok. Nachos were very bland, canned cheese with nothing added. A whole bunch of chips left without cheese. Typical fast food environment.

It appears Taco Casa has changed their seasonings. They still have decent portions, but the taste is subpar now. $2.50 for a hardshell taco is a bit much. After years of going here, I unfortunately will not be going here anymore. 😪

Ordered food through drive thru and it was cold. If this is the way your going to treat the public then your employees are going to put you out of business like taco Bueno. I'm done with this restaurant.
