The workers were all very nice, and helped us with a special request promptly, and professionally while still helping other customers and not causing delays. Area around the restaurant is well cleaned with no trash. Food was good and very fresh tasting.
This location is better than any of the other Sonic locations I have been to in this town. The food and drinks are always good. And reasonably priced. Also, Wendy is the best server. 👍

I didn’t catch this person’s name but who ever was the guy in the blue shirt tonight, 5/18, taking ALL the orders and exhausting himself to make sure all his customers were taken care of, I want to say THANK YOU! As soon as we pulled up we knew exactly what kind of night these guys were having and it wasn’t a good one. Their stress is real and some customers can be intensely demanding, but he handled it amazingly. He was still professional with us and got our order to us in a normal amount of time while juggling so many other things. Either promote this man or give them all raises because they were all overworked tonight.
I don’t know if it’s a new crew or new management and or both but food&service is 100 percent better. Haven’t been here in months and was tired from work so decided to just get Sonic’s and I was surprised. Thought maybe it was just that day but every trip has been good since!
I had a craving for a Orange icecream slush my absolute favorite 😍
We came at around 10:40pm at night the line was long but they managed to get us in at a good timing. We got a twisted flamingo and a strawberry limeade drink along with sides they all made really good. And the lady working the drive thru was very nice and sweet. She was hustling and bustling making sure everything was going smooth. Her and the other guy working were very good employees. 👍🙌
Sonic is a great place to go for nostalgic food. Chili dogs, great tasting hamburgers, yummy slushes and their new pickle fries. Love them! Easy to order, they come right to your car or use the drive thru for faster service. I love the wide range of flavors for their slushes and drinks. You get a 50% discount on them in the late afternoon! Their hot dogs are great!
Giving it 5 stars for the customer services. The young white man bringing it the orders was very attentive and fixed our order. The food was pretty fresh.
This is a drive-in. I ate in my car. The food was great (fresh hot dog and bun) with requested dill pickles. Hot fudge shake was made to my specifications, no problem. Carhop was very sweet and efficient. First time I ate at this Sonic location and I will go back.

Stopped by the Sonic Drive-In for the first time in my life. They offer the $6 Smasher deal which is an unbelievable bargain. For the price it may be the best fast food value in Las Vegas. We thoroughly enjoyed it and we'll definitely be back. The CarHop was extremely friendly and efficient.

This is the quick meal-grab when the wife and I want to hurry home and relax. The only complaint that I have is they are very slow. I only go through the drive thru, not the dine-in. I don't know if they are understaffed or what. I thought maybe everyone there gets smoked out at work, but they've never gotten my order wrong even once and the quality is consistently on-point. Other than that, no issues.
The diet drinks possibilities are endless and 1/2 price on the app! My favorite is the diet cherry limeade.
Night crew manager she yells at employee to hurry and she goes outside to smoke I sat there in my car for about45 min she smoked a cigarette every 10 min on her phone literally every 10-15 min she went outside to smoke. She was rude to employee . I’m suprised he didn’t slap the old lady. Or walked out of his job leaving her by herself. She should be fired for her rudeness and laziness. He should either get a raise or be promoted . He did a great job and stayed calm. Especially on a truck load night she just watched him while smoking outside while he maintained truck load AND the store. Which I don’t think it’s his position to be unloading. My props to him keep up the good work n patience. Old lady needs to retire n SMOKE her life away. Other than that food was great great service. I go eat almost every night . I stayed ands ate there at the parking lot n this dude took it all like a champ worked extremely hard while old lady out for a smoke every 10 min sad but true. He needs to be recognized. Not being yelled at. She is mean, grumpy, and rude, to employee .
All of our soft drinks were FLAT. We ordered larger drinks and didn't even get to drink them. It just doesn't seem difficult to make sure the carbonation is working.
Customer service on drive thru might want to be a bit tighter. Yes on the outside you are being nice using your customer service skills. So ppl hear you being nice. Doesnt mean u real though. I like to feel its genuine on the inside as well. Just saying. This is a good store. Might want to give a training course on touch up training
The staff is always friendly but they short staff this location so badly that every time I have visited its a 10 minute wait just to order at the speaker and then an additional 10 mins wait at the window for the food. The staff is always nice but you can tell they're overwhelmed. I've left several times just out of frustration of waiting so long for them to get the order going and the line moving.
Every time I go there they tend to forget an item or two. It never fails, but other than that their customer service is impeccable. My best advice is to check your order before you leave because 9 times out of 10 you are missing something.
My last few experiences at Sonic had been longer than normal wait times. With 100+ temperature all summer it's not wise to have less staff. Both times it took over ten minutes to creep along in the drive thru and the parking stall wait times were no better to get help. Maybe upgrading the technology to allow self service order taking?
Bunch of kids young adults hanging out on patio pull in stalls are closed when you push button wait one minute and some worker yells that you need to go stalls are closed. I didn't quite understand SO I pushed button again and was rudely told to use drive thro what you can't hear. Drive through was 8 cars deep. To be honest I don't think any of the worker like there job it seems like I was a bother to them. Watchout for girls with attitudes at late night. I won't ever go back to that store.

I waited ten minutes for two drinks and it was obvious by the layers in my caramel latte drink that it had been sitting. Carhop was friendly n did apologize, but sometimes the app isnt better.
The person on the drive thru spoke way way way to fast to be understood clearly and my wifes order was messed up and we were to far away to deal with it at the time. A little more care and calm, because it wasnt like the drive thru was packed. There was one car behind mine so there wasnt a need for the max speed ordering.
Never understood a word the male cashier said. There was no greeting, and no attempt to repeat when asked to. I had to check my bag AT THE WINDOW to make sure he got the order correct. Of course this is after waiting over 10 minutes when I was the only one in line
This sonic is always horrifically slow. Unless you have a good half hour, and that's for anything no matter how small, don't even try. This time it took ten minutes for them to answer my initial push, another 10 minutes for the food to be made and then after the screen said my food was on the way I still waited another 7 minutes, and I think that's only because I kept pushing the button because I had another engagement that I was going to be late for. Once they finally brought my food they had stacked the drinks in the drink caddy but they weren't secure and they said nothing to me about being careful and the stacked drink fell off onto my carpet. They definitely saw it happened, I vocalized that it happened, they said nothing not even an apology but I didn't have time to argue it. The prices that I was charged were upwards of a dollar more than what was listed on their menu. When I brought it up they said their computer rings it up that way and there's nothing they can do about it so I said they'd better update their menu and she said she'd tell her manager. I knew I shouldn't even try here again but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I got burned. The only saving grace is that person who took my order was at least polite.
The two consecutive times I’ve come here I’ve had issues. They were both online orders that state to specifically order online then proceed to the stall. My first visit … I only got like a qtr lbs ftlng FULLY LOADED, right?! So, I dined at the stall. I DAWGED that foot long I was SO hungry, lol! Anyway, after that last bite, I had messy hands.. not to mention my face was uber messy, too, so I realized they didn’t pack any napkins. So, I push the red button for service. I get an answer and next thing I hear “he could have around. He’s leaving anyway” more, I’m sitting there looking at her while she’s bumping her gums. The shift manager comes out with napkins and just hands me quite a few… and before I could get a thank you.. she’d already turned away and the associate and I made eye contact and did I give her THE MOST unforgettable look.. then I just carried on about my business. The next time I went there.. same thing.. ordered through the app and was said that my order will be ready at 11:32p. Ask me why I get there and check in via the app as normal, and I saw that it registered because I saw my pic icon at the stall. So, now it’s going on 12:06am and I noticed that my name wasn’t on the screen as it looked like the screen was ready for another order, but no acknowledgment of my order . So I used my iPhone to call the kitchen and associate that answered the phone said, “we don’t take orders at the stall, it’s only drive thru”. So I’m like.. ain’t this some ish.. so I said well I ordered on the app and it said it was ready at 1132. She said oh we don’t have control over the app and blah blah blah.. she said we’re have your order, but do you mind driving around, love?! I said I hope you’re not trying to give me food that has been sitting there since 1132 and it’s going on 1230. She said just come to the window. So I pull up.. she gives me the food.. it was warm/hot.. and she said they comped the order and it should be back on your card depending on your bank. Here we go, ten days later and nothing and no remark nor store callback for follow up. Smh… This location has been written off. No maam! Issa no for me, sis! 🤦🏾
Drive thru takes forever. Workers are nice enough but don't go here if you are in any kind of a hurry. We decided to risk it and ended up waiting in the drive thru for over 40 minutes. 30 minutes after we gave them our order, we pull up to the window where they tell us they can't make our order due to broken machinery. At any rate, we got our money back but not our time.
Sadly, very disappointing. I do not like doing negative reviews but sometimes it is needed. Pulled up and placed order. Had to more than 15 minutes. The worker said sorry foe the wait, but we wanted to be sure everything was fresh. The Fries were barely warm and the corn dog was not even that warm. At least my drink was cold. Drive thru only had 1 car when I placed my order. But no less than 8 cars passed through once I started keeping track. Dear Sonic, we expect better from you.
Pulled in for car hop service. Pushed button and placed order. Card would not work. A rude employee came out to tell us that it didn't read cause she entered the order as drive through so we would have to give her the card and she would be back with it. I suggested she could just cancel the order and we would place the order again. She said "there is no way to cancel the order". I responded if we left I am sure they could figured out how to cancel the order. She responded whatever you want just give me the card. The food came out overcooked and cold ( popcorn chicken) and incorrect (chicken sandwich plain) came out with mayo on it. When we told her the sandwich was incorrect more attitude! Worst experience at a Sonics ever.
The drive thru was extremely slow. I think they were understaffed because the car hops(stalls) were not working. Waited a long time before having to move up. Service was nice. But the food was not great. The tots and fries were warm and the slider chicken was hard. Not the first place I would choose to eat for a burger or sandwich. Kinda disappointed
I think I’ve had a corn dog every way… in the past I’ve had one cook how it should be… I’ve had one Burnt (like black not sure how a cook could even consider giving it to a customer), and tonight I got one that was Raw (it looks like it was stuffed with mayo). I highly recommend you not go here in the late evening. For the most part food is poor quality and service is extremely slow.
Workers took a long time, and were on their phones the whole time. blasts weren't even mixed and mostly ice cream with. a little pinch of chocolate pieces.
Food is usually decent, but man this location is SO SLOW. If you come here, expect to get your food 2 or maybe 3 business days later. The card readers in some of the stalls are broken, the whole place just looks run down and poorly maintained.
This is my first time ever writing a review anywhere. I go to this place once a week to buy ice in a bag. Today I went through the drive-thru and ordered 3 bags of ice. My total was $10.70. I gave this gal $11.00 and she asked me if I wanted my change and I said yes. Did I miss something? When did you start tipping at the drive-thru? This has never happened at this place before. I also had my service dog with me, and normally they ask if he could have a bone but this gal didn't say a word. After she gave me my change back she gave me 2 bags of ice and then told me to hang on, she shut the window and made her a drink and walked over to the other side of the store and stared chatting with her co-worker and then she got on the phone. There was no cars behind me when I pulled up to the window. I looked in my mirror and saw 5 cars behind me and one pulled away probably cuz it was taking so long. She was gone for 2 minutes. Does this sound crazy to anyone? I normally deal with a young kid he very nice or a young gal. I never see her before. I was there around 4:30 - 4:40 p.m. on May 26th. I don't want to describe her I don't want to sound racist or anything. Hopefully the manager sees this and talk with her. Thanks we're listening.

When you're here ordering food and sitting down to eat it and ask if there's a restroom for the customers and they answer you with a rude crazy look I think it's time to call the health department. I think it's illegal not to have a bathroom at a restaurant where they serve food and drink drinks.
The service was just so incredibly slow. From when I pulled up to the speaker box in the drive-thru to have my order taken. It took 12 minutes before anybody even took my order. I had already waited to get to the speaker box as well. I just don't understand. I have worked fast food. I’ve always loved Sonic as my go to fast food restaurant. It was my first job and it’s nostalgic to go back to, but every time I go, especially to this location, something is wrong. Usually, I just brush it off because mistakes happen but consistent mistakes and always have to wait 10+ for the meal I preordered is inexcusable. Usually, the mistake is that my kids burgers still have pickles even though I asked for them to be plain. Tho lately my strawberry limeade slush ordered as a (limeade slush add strawberry) has barely a spoonful of strawberry sauce in it. I used to be frustrated trying to suck up all the strawberry pieces through the straw as I drink this drink. The last few times though, my lime green drink has hardly even turned red because they fail to put enough strawberry sauce inside.
I've been coming here for years. Usually is very good and food is great. This visit was subpar at best. My corn dog was disgusting. It was broken open then fried so the inside was all dried up and hard. Why would you even serve this? The large shake wasn't even full and was partially filled with whipped cream. Went here late, cuz it was close, they were out of large and medium cups, so we settled for a small, and then they were out of spoons, come on..geezz. The manger needs the get it together, that is on them. Order supplies! The shake was ok, burger was good and tots were cooked in old oil. Never have I rated a place so low. Never got food, it was taking over 5 minutes for people to tell us it was drive thru only, then waited over 15 minutes before I left... Why? The drive thru speaker was busted so people ordered at the window (slowly) then paid them, then waited, then got the food, THEN the next car got to drive up and think about what to order. I have never had this bad of an experience at any drive thru in my life.
I ordered on Uber eats and the drink and bag were uncovered. I don’t want to think a driver would tamper with my food/drink but when the bag is fully open you can’t tell. I got a burger and tots. When I took a bite of my burger there was some hard plastic or something that hurt my tooth. Nothing really even tasted good to even risk it.
Sat here for nearly 45 mins for two ice creams. Saw staff just sitting and chatting the whole time. I've only seen one car from the long line leave the drive through. Multiple people pulling up in the stalls, no one walking orders and causing those people to leave. I understand if there's a wait time etc...but there's no communication. Last time I was here, waited nearly an hour for two sodas.
They cut us off mid order and didn't communicate with us to fi osh our order for 18 mins, at that point we were over giving them the benefit of the doubt and it was obvious they were looking at us and still ignoring us. Other cars behind took off. And with not even a "hey, sorry give us a min or lemme continue your order" we left.
Removal of the Garlic Butter Burger makes this entire franchise worthless.

Horrible experience this location deserves to be shut down and destroyed. One employee was handling 90% of all the restaurant work, handing out orders, taking orders, and packing orders. She continuously stopped talking to us mid order to hand out other orders and told us the ocean water was out and cut us off mid order with a rude tone to tell us that the drink was intact available. A guy in a red shirt appeared from god knows where and spoke to someone in the parking lot outside and seemly disappeared into a back room and all this before we had even receive our food. All of this I could’ve ignored and considered that it was a bad day and the place was extremely short staffed so I should let it slide until my food arrived. Me and my family ordered two hickory bacon burgers meals and a jumbo popcorn chicken meal and received four burgers and three drinks… three of which were regular burgers and one was a double and caused our total to come out to $22. Horrible experience AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST.

Since the employees and their friends write reviews on google and give themselves five stars, I figured I would too. The nice gentleman all the reviews are for, recently quit, so enjoy your one star service again. It’s laughable that Kayla had someone write a review for her because when I went to this location her attitude made my skin crawl. They would absolutely do better letting go of her, as she is the one cussing at customers, talking badly about them at the window, and making everyone else who works there absolutely miserable. The manager doesn’t know how to do inventory, so enjoy never having what you want available. The district manager might as well be a sugar baby on the owners payroll, as he doesn’t really do anything, just complains when no one else does it. I wouldn’t be surprised if this location is gone within a year unless they get someone who can actually work, other than a literal child or felon. But hey, if you want to get verbally abused just to get some mozzarella sticks for $4, this is your place. I would say “do better” but I already know that’s not possible with the burn out of literally all their employees. Good luck.
TERRIBLE SERVICE WRONG ORDER WORST EXPERIENCE EVER She was so rude and hostile. We go to order and yells that it’s drive thru only even though more cars were parked and getting service. We proceed to order through drive thru and it takes 6 minutes because she keeps cutting us off and asking the same question 5 times. It was to the point where I ordered a “ocean water” which she replied yelling at me“we don’t have that” then ignored us and came back to say “what size for that ocean water”. We get to the window to pay and she takes another 5 minutes to even acknowledge us. Opens the window to just say $22.67 then gives us “our food” and closes it. The order was completely wrong. It was 4 cheese burgers…that was it. Honestly worst first experience ever. I will never be back go to McDonald’s or any other place
Used my sonic app. Placed order at 3:05, selected stall number at 3:10, pressed red order button at 3:16 and they answered at 3:26. Order then arrived. The app is wonderful, however this location is a hot mess! Tots were cold when I got them and no catsup. After having 3, there was an after taste of almost burnt oil. They were not eaten At least one other car asked why no one had taken their order yet
I'm still in the stall 37 mins after due time of food from Mobile app writing this review and still have not received 2 drinks and Mozzarella sticks. Red vehicle in front of this hasn't even had order taken in drive in 10 mins. We've seen an employee come back from break, and employee leave and 1 come out for a smoke and jump back in the kitchen for the line to only be another 15 mins
Burger had mold, after I made the mistake of giving the place another chance. Not worth the Health risk. _____ Previous Review: Orders take 30+ minutes. After the third time just not bothering coming back at this point. This is on top of ordering ahead so realistically you're looking at 45 minutes for Sonic. It's not that good of food to wait that long.
Drive thru girl was rude. We ordered 3 drinks and somehow all 3 were made horribly. Iced coffee was filled to the brim with ice, so one drink and it was gone. Lemonade slush with sweet cream was just a cup of lemonade with no ice and no sweet cream. Grape slush with nerds, literally the cup was filled halfway with nerds, and again no ice. Seems like our order was messed up purposely. On top of this, they had mobile ordering turned off so we couldn't even get the drinks half off.
No fried pickles… put in an online order… wish I would have known they didn’t have any - had to get boring jalapeño pop, my chili cheese dog had barely any chili or cheese. I never come here and I guess I won’t again.
I drive for a food delivery service. There is always a long wait. The employees never seem to care. Also they are not packaging the food safely. No stickers and no covers for the drinks. Nasty! Disgusting! Unsafe. I will no be picking up from this location again. And I will be sharing my experience with the proper authorities.

We were in the drive-thru line for 27 minutes with 1 car in front of us. horrible milkshakes, they didn't give me nor my husband the correct shakes we wanted vanilla with oreo in it being that their "blast machine was being deep cleaned" and they gave both of us cheesecake with oreo, when we got to the window to pay, she couldn't find any of our order tickets so she didn't charge us, which would have been great if they even got the order correct. she did the same thing for my brother in law and his wife, which was the car behind us (they were visiting from out of state) the cheesecake ice cream is nasty, could not even do half the shake, me or my husband. We ordered nerd slushies for the kids and they didn't have that order ticket either, not ANY of the orders were made after 27 minutes of waiting to pay, same for the cars behind us. Had people there before us (3 cars) that were waiting in stalls that got out of their cars multiple times for THEIR ORDERS and were just yelled at for going in. Horrible management, employees were rude. Need to fire ALL this staff and start over or close this location. Would not go back if they paid me.
Had to pick up an order for someone else. The instructions say to go to the stall to pick up and not go through the drive thru. So we waited for 10 minutes at the stall all for customers next to us to say hey the stall is closed. The drive thru was absolute chaos. There’s clearly not enough people working. Not worth the wait or aggravation to eat here.
The experience was horrible the boy at the window and speaker (same person) was rude and could not do his job properly. He lied about not having certain items. I really felt bad for all the cars that suddenly came behind us. One of our milkshakes was not even filled to the top and we ordered a large had to tell him to fill it up it was ridiculous. Next time if I ever come back and he is there it's not going to be good I will get your name and you will be filing for unemployment young man.
Dude. They honestly never get the order correct. Ordered 2 rt. 44. With extra ice. Not enough ice, almost none, and one wasn't even a rt 44. No one in line, waited 10mins for 2 drinks. And they have burned my corn dog in the past. Just no. Skip this one.
Horrible. Honestly some of the worst fast food I’ve EVER had; and I’m 50 years old. The meat was several days old. The veggies were soggy and gross and the buns were hard. To top it off, there were about 8 million squirts of syrup on the lemonade. Glad I hang onto it so I can use it for antifreeze. When we didn’t get any ketchup, we asked for some and a young cute girl gave us 2 packets. Then we asked for me. She gave a bunch more attitude and gave another 1 SINGLE packet. When I asked for more she mumbled something under her breath to the tune of cursing at me. This was AWEFUL. And kids, don’t let your date eat here or she won’t be a date for long! lol.
Extremely slow service. How can you call it fast food if you guys take 30+ mins to service someone. The staff is rude, can't make your order right and if you are parked at a stall you are waiting 20+ mins just for someone to respond if they decided to take your order
Attempted to order lunch at Sonic today utilizing their nationwide recognized stall ordering, only to be told when pushing the red button that they are only taking online orders. No sign or anything at the stalls. A national franchise can have hiccups, but other cars were in stalls too. Is this their employee parking now?
I’m sorry, but why does it take nearly 20 minutes to just order in the drive thru line when I’m first in line and no one else is besides the 7 vehicles that just got behind me? (They all decided to leave one by one by the way since it took so long) We ordered 2 small individual items just not meals or anything, just a shake and one of their apps. It was difficult, but it’s like the person taking our order just couldn’t comprehend what we were saying. It took about another 15 to get it and guess what! The shake wasn’t even right. This place was really good 8-10 years ago, but unless they are completely dead in their parking lot, I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you have a lot of patience and 30-45 minutes to spare for only a few things.
Very poor service and even worse food. It wasnt until i got home that i took the top off my slush and realized there was either dirt or mold in the ice! I'm very disgusted with this place. I'll never eat at a sonics again and i will let everyone know not to eat at that particular location.
I was VERY DISPLEASED with the Server Valerie #10285. She was VERY RUDE from the beginning to end. Let's just say my order came out to $12.50 and I gave her $23 to make it easier for her to give me$10.50 back. She brought me back $7,50. I asked her; "Where my $3? She responds with an attitude; "Why did you give me the $3 with the $20 then?" I then responded; Ihave it to you so that I can get $10.50 back.... if I was tipping you..... Iwould have told you that, and your shouldn't have assumed. " Her boss end up bringing me my change. Valerie needs a refresher course on customer service and check her attitude at the door.
Grew up eating sonic burgers. I always thought they were the best. When we would fly here to Vegas, sonic was the first place we would eat at since there is not one in Hawaii. We moved here to Vegas and sonic was a regular stop. Since the pandemic it seems most fast food places have gotten really bad. No standard, no care for what's being put out there. Well we decided to eat sonic since its been a while. Ordered our food through the app. Got the food home and it was so bad I would not feed a starving dog the food. Both chicken sandwiches were burnt and didn't even look like the picture on the app. Sodas were flat as well as not even filled to the top. You would think as expensive as the meals are they would have better quality control and want to keep loyal customers coming. Since it's a bit of a drive to go back and complain, we ate the burgers threw away the burnt chicken sandwiches and drank bottle water.and watch $40 go to waste.What a disappointment.
Arrived just before 11:00 pm, after a long day of flying and starving. Waited in a stall for a bit until a voice came on saying drive thru only. Okay moved to drive thru. Waited 30 minutes to order behind 1 car. The person taking our order was rude. Took another 5 or so minutes to receive our food. I ordered a BBQ burger with no bun (I'm gluten free) and this was what I was given. I've ordered this many times from other Sonic stores and it's put in a container with a fork and knife. This didn't have the grilled onions or other vegetables either. Very disappointed.
I was doing Uber Eats pick up and the staff was very rude on not following the instructions from uber. This place is really unprofessional. I don’t recommend this location
Awful customer service, they refuse to give you marinara sauce with the mozzarella sticks? Manager or supervisor on duty is rude and not trained properly on POS transactions. Didn't give me a receipt, I requested one again. Took over 30min to get 3 small slushes and an order or mozzarella sticks.
Haven’t been here in several years. Employee who took our order was super dull & quiet. He said they were out of most things we wanted to order. Cheddar Poppers had no cheese & $4 for 4? Insane. Tater tots didn’t taste the same. Prices are insane for food quality. Lots of homeless people walking around too.
Last night, I wanted a banana milkshake, so we decided to try Sonic's 1/2 price milkshakes after 5 promo. I'm sorry I did. I ordered 3 on the app for pick up. A banana, a caramel, and a hot fudge milkshake..all with whipped cream and a cherry. When I picked them up they were very light in weight. None of them had whipped cream or cherries. So I was already pissed and just brought them home. When I got home noticed they were not even full then.. I tasted mine..it was supposed to be banana. The shake was like cold whipped milk. It was very thin and watery with a very light vanilla flavor and NO bananas at all. It was awful. No ice cream flavor or thickness from adding ice cream. The 2 others were the same. Thin and watery with caramel flavor..the other with hot fudge flavor. Neither with ice cream. It was like they gave me 3 cups of cold whipped milk. I've had milkshakes from here before..I don't know what I got last night but these definitely were not milkshakes. I won't be going here any more.
I don’t typically leave reviews but this was by far the worst possible service I have ever received from any sonic. I ordered a large for my tots and fries, they didn’t even fill the container half way. Ordered popcorn chicken and basically got chicken tenders instead (seriously there is only like 4 piece of chicken). We got a pretzel and never even revived the cheese dip for it either. My steak grilled cheese was soggy and cold. The cherry on top of all of this is I sat at the drive thru window for 15 minutes just told be told I had to go park in a stall and wait another 10-15 minutes when I literally only got $25 worth of food.
We waited at a parking space. After about 5 minutes, they came on and said only drive through was open. No signage. Then we waited 45 minutes in drive-through, because we could not leave. Ordered the new pickle fries that were nasty (like uncooked) and a root beer slush that tasted & looked weird. Never going back to that one!
Came here on NOV 5th and again today Today NOV 17th and they were out of ranch both times...how does a fast good chain run out of condiments for their snacks. My route 44 cherry limeade was also flat. This is absolutely ridiculous.
Ordered through postmates, ordered a burger with bacon no bacon on it, ordered the pretzel burger to just get a regular cheese burger, ordered jalapeno poppers didn't get those either and to top it off ordered 2 shakes that were spoiled one was an oreo with no Oreo and other strawberry banana and I'm not even joking I took one sip and knew instantly it was spoiled!!! $60 worth of food and I was afraid to eat any of it and obviously couldn't drink the shakes. Postmates took care of what they could I called location to let them know order number and whatever they used in the shakes was spoiled they seemed to not care as if I was making it up. Saying they don't know how it could happen!
It seems that because I asked about the allergens for one of the food items, they decided to "punish" me by making me wait over 20 minutes for my order, a burger, and not putting any strawberries in my strawberry limeade. The workers seem unhinged. (Btw, if it's true they have no way of telling what ingredients are in the food, as the manager supposedly said, then this place should be shut down because that's dangerous.)
A literal nightmare. We’ve come here 3 times now and each time it’s been a disaster. Long wait times, wrong food, terrible food quality, etc. Last time we were here was over a year ago so we decided to give it another chance. We went through the drive thru and waited in line behind another car for about 5 minutes. The car in front of us gave up and left. We then waited to order at the speaker for another 3-4 minutes without anybody talking to us. We finally decided to pull up to the window, thinking maybe the speaker was broken. When we got to the window the girl looked at us and literally said “huh?” We told her we’d been waiting for quite a while and weren’t sure if the speaker was broken so decided to pull up to the window. She again so eloquently said “huh?” Another guy (the manager?) came up and asked what was going on and we again explained we’d been waiting for quite a while behind another car that had eventually left then waited some more and thought the speaker was broken so had pulled up to the window. He told us that they’d just (coincidentally?!) started taking the car behinds ours order and we’d need to go back around and get back in line. By now, we’d been waiting over 10 minutes to order 2 blasts, so didn’t want to pull back around and wait in the long line of cars that had piled up. We asked if there was any way we could just place our order at the window since it was small & fast. We had to ask them maybe twice to take our order but we were kind and respectful and not at all argumentative. The manager said it wasn’t a problem and he took our order and we paid for 2 blasts with extra mix-ins. The total for the two items was around $15. We waited about 3 min, got our 2 blasts and were on our way. Parted on good terms, thanked them for helping us out and drove off. As we started to dig in, we realized that the 2 medium cups that we’d just paid $15 for were filled with plain ice cream with some toppings on top. They hadn’t put any toppings in the ice cream or blended anything. I called the store and let the manager know and while he did offer to give me a gift card for new blasts, I wasn’t at all comfortable going back there. This location is ALWAYS short staffed, the staff that is there is not at all trained, and they’re unbelievably rude. Not once has the food been right and a couple items have been inedible. It’s always taken an inordinate amount of time to take the order and then an ever longer time to get the food. Everybody at this location (including the manager) needs to be fired, an entire new staff hired and they all need to actually be trained properly. In a time when everything in incredibly expensive and treats are few & far between, it’s not right that these children ruined a the little thing we’d decided to treat ourselves with. I will absolutely NEVER visit this location again.
It gave me indigestion. Way overcooked the onion rings in what tasted like old oil. Double whammied my insides. Also somehow the Oreo Frost tasted sort of… bland? And I hadn’t been eating sugar beforehand.
I'm not sure what has happened to this location in recent months. It was top notch during the early days of the pandemic. I ordered a burger and to my surprise there was a "special" sticker inside of the burger. I don't feel comfortable eating it now so I'm throwing it out. What a waste.😡 The slush was completely watered down. I asked for the sour candy and only got the gummy chunks, not the sour shot that they normally use. It was like swallowing something otherworldly. Like lightly flavored ice water with bits of plastic mixed in to chew on. Imagine that.🤮 I'm so dissapointed.😞
This place is terrible probably the worst place to eat in Las Vegas hands down The "children" burn your food don't change filters and the manager is a older lady that tries her hardest but the new generation walk all over her They don't sanitize anything All the drinks are nasty Lemonade tasted slimy and gross And I bought two bags of ice and the ice taste like it wasn't clean Manager fixed it though and gave me back my money This place is going to be closed just like the east lake mead location due to the children not taking it seriously Sad
The worst service ever thats why I will never go to a Sonic ever again, they took forever to take our order and didnt even asked if we were done. Just assume that we were didn't ask what drinks. We atleast had the courtesy to cancel the order. We just went to Wendy's. For the price of their food this place is not worth it your time.
I live close to Sonic warm spring in Las Vegas this is not a one-time thing it's a regular I have been waiting for like 20 minutes and we are only two cars the other car left and there is even no one in the Drive-Thru no one even bothered to answer us on the thing, or to come ask us. The stuff also are super rude especially the White guy with the blue hat this is my third encounter with him, except for maybe one or two. I looked from the window and checked they was literally talking to each other they didn't even bother look at us. And this is exactly the second or the third time ftor the same people I always come in around the same time after my work. It was Aug. 25, 2025 from 7:50 pm to almost 8:30 pm youbcan check the cameras both inside and outside the store.
This has to be one of the worst Sonics I've ever been to, they mess up orders quite frequently and the quality of it isnt very good. Not to mention that the wait times here are insanely long most times you order, Ive order on the app, drive to a stall, alert them I've arrived and sat at the stall for over 15 mins on several occasions. I live next to this sonic and we now drive miles away to a different one whenever we want sonic.
I try to avoid picking up deliveries from this place because the customer service is terrible. I have to push the call button on average two times before I get the food. I waited 5 minutes just to get drinks only. The person I originally got when I called didn't even bother. It was the next person that brought the drinks out immediately. I've had to do deliveries at other Sonic locations, and they are much more efficient. This particular one is no good.
My grandson had an ice cream and mozzarella Sticks ordered for delivery by door dash. And the order was wrong he got a hot dog in place of mozzarella sticks . We called they said come in and we'll fix it. So I drove there and then they told me I had to call door dash for refund.I told them I never said anything about refund I just wanted the food. And continued to argue with me. He said his manager told him to handle it by telling me to contact door dash. I proceeded to argue back that it was Sonics mistake not door dash. I even brought the hot dog wrapper to show them we had a hot dog, they wanted it back. I told them it in the trash. I finally got the sticks. Their customer service is for the birds. I hope the manager reads this and addresses it.
Slow service. RUDE employees. No smiles anywhere. This place cannot survive for long with the crappy attitudes. We asked what time the half price shakes happy hour was and the girl just shrugged. We had to say, “can you ask someone?” She came back and mumbled 2. Then hastily handed the first shake, knocking the lid off and making a mess. She just stared at us. No offer of napkins or another lid. Handed us the second shake and closed the window. We had to sit there and get her attention to get the straws. Reading through all the other reviews I don’t understand why corporate is allowing this place to ruin Sonic’s reputation. Get a good manager in there and fix the employee’s attitudes. The quality of everything will go up.
