Location is where the Elephant restaurant and bar was. Modern decor, greens, blues and white.i ordered the Spencer steam and I moved it, cooked medium was perfect. Medium rare would've been good too I'm sure. For the steak I got the bourbon mushroom sauce and am glad I got it. Chichi was just ok but get the bourbon mushroom sauce. The octopus salad was delicious with a vinegrette and celery leaves as the salad. Oysters were a little different with vinegar sauces rather than the traditional horseradish and cocktail sauce. We did not get any side orders, which you really don't need. The steak alone was the star. The Dishes come with fried onions and a stuffed mushroom. The Bread, served with butter, was hot and buttery, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, perfect bread! Got the hot coffee came for dessert which was not as expected but the cream topping with shaved chocolate made the dish interesting enough to finish. The cake itself had a good cinnamon sugar flavor. I will be back and will be raving about my experience for a bit.
First time visiting, Christmas Dinner, the food was delicious... 😋 Service was great, explained everything very well. Second time visiting, Celebrating Grandson's Birthday, he loved the Ribeye Steak with Blue Cheese Sauce and the Mac and Cheese. My son had the Wagu Steak melt in your delicious. I had the Swordfish, delicious. We all enjoyed our food.
First time to this restaurant. Made reservations way in advanced since it was valentines. Place clean. Vibe was good. Server excellent and very attentive. Daughter and I ordered the ribeye caps, which we love when a steakhouse can offer it. Wife ordered goat cheese sandwich. Highly recommend this location. Across the street from Green Valley Casino, which was nice to walk to after dinner.
We had a very pleasant dining experience at this steakhouse. Alex, our server, was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcomed. The restaurant has a modern vibe with a stunning, moody bar that sets the tone nicely. We also appreciated the large TV at the bar showing the game, which was a fun touch. A couple of small notes: the restaurant could benefit from lowering the temperature a few degrees, and the water service could have been a bit more attentive. The sound carried a little because of the large open space and tile, but to be fair, a nearby table was extra lively and cheering. Overall, we really enjoyed our evening, the quality steaks, well balanced flavors, and value for your money. We will happily be returning customers!
The food was extremely delicious and the service was top notch. Jen, our waitress, was very professional and personable. We enjoyed conversing with Miguel has he serviced our table (one of his many tasks, wiping the crumbs from our table in between coarse). Highly recommend and will definitely come again if ever in the area.
We went to Echo & Rig for date night and I was blown away by the food and the service! I got to choose the steak I wanted and it came with a variety of sauces which were all delicious! Also their portobello mushroom fries were phenomenal and I highly recommend it if you go there! The last thing I want to rave about was the exceptional service! Everyone was kind and very professional. We didn’t even have to ask for a refills for out drinks because they’d come by with a new drink just as we finished our current one!
My husband and I recently celebrated our 15 year wedding anniversary there! The food was absolutely amazing! We enjoyed the filet mignon, the Garlic, mashed potatoes, the broccolini, the calamari, and a salad. The only thing that tasted bland and something we wouldn’t order again was the Little Gem salad. It was essentially flavorless! I couldn’t taste the balsamic vinegar at all, and they forgot to put the avocado on it. I recommend trying more of an avocado and garlic based creamy dressing instead. Also, the broccolini had some kind of spice to it, and I didn’t like it. But overall, the service in atmosphere and ambience was really really nice and they were so good to us! Definitely going back to try other menu items! Thank you Echo and Rig.
We had a wonderful time at Echo & Rig at the District. Everyone was so nice, including the greeters and the manager who welcomed us at our table. Our server Adam was friendly and always there making sure we had everything we needed. He also made some great recommendations which we really enjoyed. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. But the best thing about the whole experience was definitely the food. The steaks were amazing. The salad and sides were fantastic. Everything really exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend going there, and I think I found my new favorite place.
Food was definitely good. The restaurant decor is a bit weird for an Echo & Rig as it is pretty different from the Tivoli Village location. This location used to be the Elephant restaurant, and that may be why. All that to say, other than the decor, everything was pretty good. Had a good date night with the wife and steaks and sides were all good.
Criminally delicious and religious experience. Incredible service, delightful beef. Come here if you want to: - Celebrate a victory - Wow (and woo) your date - Introduce your friends to the best meal they've ever had - Do some serious business over some very serious meat It was a bit loud when our group went, hence the 4/5 atmosphere, but you won't be chatting when you're presented with a glorious display of eateries so like, it's fine, it's a fine detail. 11/10 recommend
This spot is easily a top ten favorite on my list for off strip fine dining. The food and service are exceptional. Ambience is clean, fun, and bright. It's not your usual steakhouse vibes but definitely worth it -yummy cocktails also. Everything single item ordered was DELICIOUS 👌🏻 The caesar salad, portobello fries, mac n cheese, potatoes, and steak are all highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻 I should emphasize how much attention to detail is provided with the service here. Perfect dinner spot.
Echo and Fig was the bomb and I cannot wait to go back!!! Everything everyone had at my table was fabulous. The macaroni and cheese with some of the best I've ever had, and that goes for the garlic mashed potatoes also. I had a ribeye and it was cooked to perfection. Are waitress was super nice and attentive. The atmosphere was great and the prices were not bad at all. . I will be back soon for sure
Wonderful service, drinks, and food. LOTS of steak options - don't be afraid to ask questions - courteous staff will explain the many choices, including all of the sauces that are available. Their are some unique drinks as well - they have a very creative Manhattan you might want to try. We will be back.
The whole team was amazing and the dinner was excellent. When I looked at steakhouses in the Las Vegas area, a good one can be ridiculous in price. I felt like prices here absolutely are great, and the quality is top notch. They use wood fire to cook their steak and that adds a depth that can't be beat. Sides and sauces were all amazing. Great food, great service, and total bill for 4 people was $200 on the nose for a tomahawk steak to share, calamari, roasted brussel sprouts, a salad with steak, and fresh sourdough bread. Very reasonable for this quality!
Wonderful steakhouse done to perfection! Let me start by describing the appetizers we ordered because that alone describes highlights of its own. The pork belly was melt in your mouth goodness. A simple fork cut was enough to slice the rich piece of meat. The bone marrow was extremely good and savory. Now the steaks! They had different cuts with different types of steak to choose from and they were seasoned and cooked to my exact order. The fried onions helped bring the flavor of the steak. In fact, it might have even elevated the flavor. In conclusion, this is a wonderful steakhouse with an excellent atmosphere and excellent service.
What a wonderful steak house. We loved the atmosphere, service, and menu.
I love Echo & Rig! I can’t wait to try everything on the menu. The steak sandwich is one of the best things I’ve ever had! The Mac & cheese, the gnocci!! I am obsessed. The service is top class, I always have a great experience!
Outstanding service beginning to end. The food was incredible. Their fried Spinach Salad was fantastic and unique. The Sweet Fire Cauliflower really shouldn't be missed if you are eating dinner here. They are worth coming here just for this side dish alone. The Lamb Porterhouse Chops were incredible, as was the New York Strip Steak. Everything was cooked perfectly. The only one small drawback of this restaurant is perhaps the acoustics. It would be great if they could do something to reduce to noise level, but even this won't keep us from coming back as often as possible.
Great steak. I'm a city known for it's steakhouses this place is one of the gems. Definitely worth the trip from the strip. The dessert was also delectable!
Loved the experience! Appetizers were great. Ordered portobello mushrooms fries, burned ends and bacon. Steak was cooked perfectly and tasted great, mushroom sauce was an excellent suggestion from staff.
We decided to try the Echo & Rig weekend brunch while enjoying the farmer's market today at The District. We started with the 1/2 inch thick grilled bacon with house-made BBQ sauce. The smokey flavour was very nice. A few pieces were a little burnt, but overall, it was very good. Next was our Ceasar salad with shaved parmesan reggiano cheese and herded croutons. It was fresh and delicious. Just the right amount of dressing. For lunch, we ordered the Ribeye steak sandwich, it came with bloomsdale spinach, Béarnaise Aioli, and garlic. The ribeye was tender and full of flavour! The service was good, the hostess was very pleasant and sat us quickly. The server was very attentive and was well. The bus person never let us run out of sparkling water and was quick to clear our empty plates. We finished off with a nice latte. We will definitely return.
We love Echo and Rig in Vegas, and now there's a new restaurant closer to my home in Henderson, yes! I went here for the steaks, but we also ordered the chicken and lamb. Everything was absolutely delicious! Got some sides of garlic mashed potatoes, Portobello Mushroom Fries, Gem Salad, and wood food octopus, everything was great! Service was great too. Surprisingly, all of the food arrived pretty fast, no long, slow waits here!
This place had great service. The steaks are really awesome. We tried lots of different tabular steaks. I've got a couple of steaks. They're both very good. Our server was really amazing. She made the night amazing. We had a great time. We celebrated birthday. He was a lot of fun.
Update Sept 2025 Amazing food, amazing staff Hard recommend, i ALWAYS go back. Ribeye with side of Mac and cheese. Food was really good. Service was fast. It’s loud though. So don’t expect to concentrate on your people you’re there with, as you gotta speak up to have a conversation. I had the Ribeye steak sandwich with bloomsdale spinach, bearnaise aioli, garlic and house potatoes. My wife ordered the Steakhouse salad and we had adult grape juice. We’ve been many times, and we’ll go again.
We didn’t have reservations, it was a Friday night. Didn’t matter, we tried anyways! When we walked in, we knew we wanted to have dinner here! We were greeted by the wonderful host. She got use seated within 10 minutes. While waiting we discovered the on site butcher and he explained all their cuts and what they offer. This is a full service butcher by the way. If you want it, chances are they have it or can find it. Once we got our seats we were greeted by the GM. He wanted to make sure we were having a good experience. Our waitresses were Julie and Darian. They were awesome! Helped us with suggestions, offers explanations on anything we were curious about! They were fantastic! Food was delicious and reasonably priced.
Had a great time there yesterday. The food was incredible. Despite just opening, the service was great. The steak was cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. My daughter got the salmon. She loved it. For dessert we got the Moose Tracks Ice cream. They make the topping right there in the restaurant. Incredible. Everything was great about the experience and Jason, our waiter, was cool. It was just a great, delicious experience.
Amazing food and awesome service! Adam and Gabe were both amazing server’s who were super attentive, helpful and super friendly! The atmosphere was lively but my only complaint if I had was it was very loud maybe because of the acoustics being a wide open space. Definitely will be back though as the food and service was outstanding!
Echo & Rig in Henderson offers a premium dining experience, and you can tell they take their meat seriously with an in-house butcher shop. The atmosphere is lively, the service top-notch, and the food is outstanding. Their Creekstone Ribeye, cooked over white oak, served with buttermilk onions and mushroom Rockefeller, was perfectly prepared and seasoned. The appetizers and sides shined as well: pork belly burnt ends, shrimp cocktail, Crab Cake Maryland Lump Crab, and Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes with Aged White Cheddar were all exceptional. A must-visit for steak lovers!
Best steak I've ever had and that's saying something. I travel all around the world and frequently eat at places with Michelin star chefs. The service was top notch as well. Even the busboy was attentive, cleaning crumbs off the table before courses. Yes, the acoustics are bad as others have mentioned but it didn't stop my husband and I from carrying on a conversation. I highly recommend this restaurant. If we lived closer we would be regulars. I wish they would open one in the Los Angeles area.
*edit - Leo at the bar was fantastic! Attentive and conversational. Thank a ton Leo 5.17.24.. Highly recommend everything about this place is exceptional. The steak we had was cooked beautifully and seasoned to perfection. Try the octopus side dish. And definitely add the bone marrow to your meal. So delicious. Our bartenders Matt, Brad, and Leo were hilarious and on top of their game. Stop by the butcher area and take home some meats. Wonderful cuts and Ethan was very knowledgeable. Definitely will go again.
This meal, this experience, was everything I wanted and more. I wanted a steakhouse dinner, but not LV Strip steakhouse prices. What we got was even better. Echo & Rig was delicious. The cocktails, the small plates, the Wagyu steak(for less than $50!!!!), the DESSERT. Just wow. The portobello fries were so flavorful and rich, the sauce was vibrant, a fantastic duo. The burrata was a lovely blend of smoky sweet and creamy. The gnocchi with pesto was bright and zesty and a lovely, new texture that I’m not used to with pesto. The asparagus with the poached egg was smoky and velvety. The Brussels sprouts(only just barely roasted) I was worried would be bland, but they were actually very flavorful and have given me a new perspective on preparing them. Our Wagyu Top Sirloin was delicious. Melt-in-your mouth, cooked to a perfect medium rare, so tender and juicy. The béarnaise sauce was rich, the blue cheese sauce was SO, SO good I could drink it. A bit thin when warm, but that flavor? A dream. I had a Pisco Sour and a The Last Word cocktail, which were both excellent. My fiancé had a Reposado Old Fashioned and a neat pour of the Don Fulano Imperial, also well prepared. One surprising star of the show was the Warm Coffee Cake. Not a standard coffee cake, a moist, fluffy, warm, stunning brown sugar cake with a coffee sauce and a mascarpone whipped cream with chocolate shavings. Literally perfect. Eyes-roll-back-in-your-head good. I could eat two by myself if I wasn’t so full from the lovely dinner. On top of the incredible food, the staff were great as well. Our server was so kind and knowledgeable, and gave great service. Super attentive, and I don’t believe he made a single mistake! The assisting staff was lovely too, clearing plates in a timely manner and even taking a moment to scrape crumbs away so we could have a clean table again. We learned from our server that the Owner is the Chef, and runs Echo & Rig as a different kind of steakhouse, something meant for everyone to enjoy. It shows. The attention to detail with the food (especially the steak selection), the stunning, modern atmosphere, and the more-than-reasonable prices, all came together to make this a truly memorable experience. We don’t live in Nevada, but if we did, we’d be regulars here. Above all, we will be back. A huge thank you to all the staff for making this a perfect meal.
We came for the wife's birthday dinner. Appetizers were crab cake and burrata cheese app. They were great! Main course filet with chimichurri, and the wife had rib cap with horseradish. Both were cooked perfectly. They cook on wood, so there is a noticeable smoky flavor and char to all their steaks. Dessert was a blonde Sunday (free for birthday) and the souffle. Would love to eat here again in the near future.
We had an amazing meal at Echo & Rig. I love the layout of the dining room, which has very good sight lines into the kitchen. The grill setup is absolutely amazing and allows the Chefs to create a perfect steak. My wife and I shared a bone in cut which was prepared perfectly. The sides were a perfect complement to the meal and everything was topped off by superb service. I would highly recommend Echo & Rig if your looking for a great steak dinner.
First time at this location and we had a really nice experience. Pretty space and warm atmosphere. Our server Laura was very attentive and provided good menu suggestions. The support staff were all great as well. My only complaint is there is no wine list. The "by the glass" selection is extremely limited and not an elevated selection. I found this surprising for a steakhouse. Nonetheless, I would recommend giving them a try.
Nov 2025 Update: Food was once again good. Burgers are amazing and french onion soup pretty good. We weren't i pressed with the souffle. The cream sauce was pretty cold and bit sour. Looked beautiful, but not impressed. However, impressive they even offer this one, since it can be harder to make (chocolate/vanilla). Yet to find a dessert we like here. Maybe next time! Went here for Sunday brunch. I couldn't believe it wasn't busier! The food was fresh and brunch prices reasonable. The food was amazing (minus the cold butter cake). The cake looked beautiful, but didnt taste good. Burger was fresh and tasty and filet on the benedict was amazing. We plan to go back, but skip this dessert. In the district, so you can walk around before/after your meal.
Worth the trip to get outside of the strip for a more value for money steak house thats not marked up insanely just because. I totally disagree with anyone that mentioned this place is expensive. The restaurant's lack of atmosphere is made up for by the quality of the meat and dishes. The wood fire meat is flavourful with a hint of smokiness and not oily. Love the ribeye cap with a rounded tenderness and fat, the buttermilk fried onions that came with the steak, just cant have enough of it. Our party of 8 all enjoyed their different orders of steaks and sides and have no room for desserts. There are non steak options like lamp, chicken, pork and seafood dishes for non beef eaters too. One thing for feedback was the service could be better. We made a reservation for early dinner at 6.15pm and yet the table was not ready when we arrived, we basically wait for 10mins and the restaurant was not even half full. There were some long delays between starters and main ( and I understand there could be a lack of staffs front and in the kitchen).
My wife and I went for our 25th anniversary and it was a pretty good experience. This was my second time going and I will most likely go back when I want a good steak. Let's talk about the steak! Perfectly seasoned and mine was cooked as I requested; medium. My wife's on the other hand was NOT anywhere near cooked properly. She asked for medium well and when it arrived it was clearly rare and she does not like that. She sent it back and as you can see from the photo of the cut steak, that is AFTER the cooked it more the second time; still not medium well. It was still not to her liking, but she ate it anyway, who wants to send a steam back twice. So if you like medium well, just know that it might be difficult to get that here. The service was excellent, very attentive and considerate of our experience. Drink prices were a little high, but about what you would expect for the general Vegas area. The atmosphere is just ok. It's visually pleasing and the booth was comfortable, but the noise level is so high I could barely hear my wife who was sitting next to me and that really took away from the experience.
Not a bad place at all. My wife took me out for Father's Day since I'm a steak lover. TL;DR Service is great, and I'd go back again as their menu was pretty good as were the drinks. This place came hyped. So we decided to give it a try. Maybe it was the hype from some of my friends, but I was just a little disappointed in the NY strip steak. I ordered it medium rare, and it was mostly rare. But they did season it nicely. I ate it anyway. :D The sweet fire cauliflower was sweet with pretty much no fire. My wife ended up going for the drunken goat sandwich which she loved, but it came with a side apple salad which was way over-peppered and pretty much inedible. They do have some nice drinks on the menu, and my Manhattan was nicely done. Their wine selection was nice, too. My wife wasn't sure about two, different Chardonnays, so the server brought a little taste of both to let her decide, and that was nice. Service is top-notch, I must admit. Thank you, Jason, for a wonderful experience. The best touch, though, is something I wish more of the pricier restaurants would do more often -- box your leftovers for you. Too many times a place will just hand you a box or container, but not here. It's a small touch that goes a long way and shows some class.
We went here for a birthday dinner. The service was excellent. The steaks were cooked as requested and had a nice smoky taste. The mashed potatoes were large enough to share. I think I would skip the caesars salad next time. I prefer my salad to be tossed with more dressing, cheese, and croutons. I appreciate the dessert as it was very good. Go here if you want a good steak.
An excellent steak house and overall restaurant with service to boot. The staff are super friendly and helpful. This along with a modest menu make it an easy selection over Hanks(over-rated). The food is delicious with a very nice selection and they have recently added brunch for a nice weekend outing. The space is very bright and open so you can see clearly from the butcher(entrance) to and inside the kitchen. Just a few issues I observed related to the layout which seems overly complicated for moving around the restaurant and there is a lack of decor to give the place character. - Minus a star as there was a fowl odor coming from the far corner near the restroom and staff still felt the need to attempt to site people in that area. Most individuals notice the smell and ask to be seated elsewhere but it did not stop the team from 1. Seating new parties in that zone and 2. Never acknowledging the putrid smell. Seems like there was a grease trap issue but again nothing communicated to patrons.
Finally made it to the Henderson location after a few trips to the Tivoli establishment. For those of you who still remember the Elephant Bar, the interior set up is exactly the same, but the ambiance and décor is much more elevated. Service is phenomenal, drinks are replenished quickly, and there's a lot of friendly staff. The menu is easy to order off of, it's not too big, but there's plenty of options for everyone in your party. I'm all about trying every small plate imaginable, and I loved the sweet fire cauliflower and the wood-grilled octopus.
To start off with the bread that they bring you is off the charts and delicious. We got there a little earlier and it was quiet. But as the place fills up it turns into a roar where you almost can't even talk across the table it's An Extremely Loud place not what you normally expect with kind of an upscale steak place like a Capital Grille or something like that. The mushroom soup was fantastic the Portobello french fries were something unusual and absolutely delicious I have never had that before. One thing I was excited about is they have different cuts of meat and they are sourced from specific farms and ranches which is very unique. I ordered the ribeye cap and although it was very tender I'd say about half of the steak had sinew in it and it almost seemed like the meat was drowned in butter it was too rich for me. The gnocchi I had as a side plate was again unique and off the charts it was prepared in an incredible way. I look forward to my next visit to try some of the other meats they have as the selection is extensive.
Not bad but have been 4 times and sometimes good, sometimes not. Unfortunately just not consistent enough to go back again. Service just average (not enough servers for a Sunday brunch) tipped well because it was not their fault. Burger good. Quiche dry and horrible burnt on top and definitely reheated with way too much spinach. Last dish the veggies were way overcooked.
The stakes were great. The service was great. The guy waiting on us was very helpful. When asking about something on the menu. I Like how he seemed knowledgeable of the menu. The one issue here is how loud it wss. Hard to hear the person across the table. Hard to hear the staff a few times. The noise from all the tables just bounce around inside. Would recommend getting some sound soak and adding it to the ceiling and maybe a little on a few spots on the walls.
The food and the service were great, everything we had was delicious and priced well, but the atmosphere was not the best. The lights were too bright and the tables were a little wobbly and there was no background music so we could hear the conversation at the table next to us.
Went to Echo with some friends and it was a very pleasant experience. We made reservations and arrived on time to a warm welcome. We were seated right away and greeted promptly. We got water right away and our drink order directly after. The manager then stopped by to greet us and make sure everything was going well. The place was just a little bit loud but it's because of all the beautiful stone work and floors, the sound gets bounced all over the place. The wine was fabulous, the appetizers were amazing so far so good. The food came out and looked great and everything was cooked to perfection the meats , the sides, everything was fantastic. A really great meal and atmosphere, definitely go visit and enjoy.
I really wanted to give this 5 stars all around. But unfortunately it didn't earn that. It's quite loud and having a conversation with the person across the table was quite challenging. Our server was non-existent. We tipped our busser as he was most attentive and did much of the server's responsibilities. After the woman who brought our first round out to us from the kitchen, we didn't see our server to check in on us at all. We simply needed salt and our busser caught our eye and assisted. A table of five came in 45 minutes after us, had the same server and was tended to by him more than us and was on their way well before we were. Watched other servers do their job extremely well and probably would have received 5 stars from us easily.
Steak wasn't as good as I thought it would be. It had smokey oak flavor to it. I wish they just had regular meat without additional flavoring. The fish was cooked better than the steak. The place lacks atmosphere. It seems like a big food court which is funny because it's kind of an upscale place. They need some paintings and decor or something. The price was OK considering how much other steak joints can be.
Did not have a good experience here. Service was rushed and the waiter didn't know the menu, and was unable to offer suggestions. Asked for a wine list, there is no wine list. Asked what types of red wine they had, waiter didn't know, said he would have to go ask the bar and come back. Came back and said they have some Cabs and a mixed red. Ok, let's try a drink from the bar. Ordered the 'Last Word,' off the menu, waiter left to put in the order, and then came back to say they haven't sold that one for a couple weeks. Okay, can you bring us some dry red wine? He did, but when we got the bill each glass $22, which was more than we would have paid. He didn't make us feel welcome and his service wasn't helpful.
When we lived in Las Vegas, we were regulars at the location at Tivoli Village for brunch. The food was good, great service, extremely friendly staff. It was always a treat and a great way to spend a weekend afternoon. I was so excited when a location opened closer to my parents whenever we visited. The first few times were just fine. None of it was as good as the other location and I was disappointed by the experience. I chalked it up to a new location getting into the swing of things. Earlier today, we decided to get brunch and went out to The District. When we got to the restaurant, the place was mostly empty (two people at the bar and a handful of tables were being used). The hostess said she needed a few minutes to get a table ready and make sure the staff wasn’t overloaded. Sure, no issue there. We sit down and it takes awhile to get menus and water. My mom asked them about what wines they had, and the table runner wasn’t sure what they had (they didn’t list any wines on their drink menus). I ordered a bottle of sparkling for mimosas for me and my husband. The waiter later came back and told me they were out of sparkling for mimosas. Kind of egregious that a place holding itself out as a brunch spot is out of mimosa-grade champagne, but fine. We put in our food order. My mom asked for the smoked salmon benedict. Several minutes later, the waiter comes back to tell us that they were out of salmon. The culmination of no ability to do mimosas, being out of a major protein on their menu, and a mediocre wine list ultimately caused us to leave at that point. They were nice enough to comp the coffee my husband ordered. I hope this place can turn it around and create the amazing dining experience that its original location was for us, but I’m unwilling to let nostalgia guide me back here for a while.
