The staff welcome me in the store. It was very clean, bright lighting and colors. The smell was so fresh and pleasant. The staff was so welcoming and inviting and kind. They're so organized. Thankful they use clean gloves after each sandwich. They make the sandwiches your way. The cost was not expensive, but very healthy and nutritious. I had an awesome experience and every time I go there. I will continue to go back again and again.
Pandora had such a great attitude from the beginning until I was done. Another lady was there too nice and helpful didn't get her name.
The nice young lady with the stud nose ring is the Queen of Sandwiches. She made the best sandwiches of all time for my son and I. She was polite, classic rock was playing, it smells good in there and was clean. No wait at all. Saved me from having to cook or do dishes. Thanks Sandwich Queen, you rock! Give her a raise! And a promotion! She really made exceptionally great sandwiches somehow. What a wonderful person.

My partner and I ordered online at 6:05pm on 12/29/23 and were told the order would be ready by 6:20pm. We arrived by 6:15pm and waited until 6:20 to try to pick up our order. Once we entered the store there was a line of not only walk in orders but online orders. Apparently the receipt machine was out of paper and was not updating employees regarding what orders were being made online and what not so they were far behind (but doing their best). We waited in line with many others to inform the employees of our order which took us about until 7pm to get made. Thankfully the employees at this location aced fixing the situations and kept their composure (as a previous food worker I know the situation can beyond stressful, especially when customers get frustrated or entitled). Unfortunately we were also told they were out of napkins as well (kindly offered paper towels instead). The issue I see here is inventory control. This set employees up for a disaster of a shift considering it's a prime location off of a busy street and more often than not employees do not get a day in whether or not to keep online ordering on. Five stars to the employees but 2 for the management/inventory control manager. Employees deserve better and if it's a continuous issue not only do you risk losing customers due to wait times (not employees fault) but also potentially losing employees for lack of stability in the work place as this sets them up for not only a hectic shift but also aggressive customers. Customers quickly become entitled and blame the employees in front of them even if they had nothing to do with the issue. At the grandbaby location I saw a perfect example where it wasn't the employees fault but he was verbally harassed and berated by a female customer for something he could not control and did his best to fix. Management/inventory control needs to do better. Way to go sandwich makers/cashier's at this subway, keep up the good work!

Did an online order for a turkey sub and got tuna. Every other ingredient was correct. Not sure how that happened. Employee also seemed like she did not want to be there. Had an attitude to everyone in the store.

Can do better with better employees . The man working there definitely does not know how to treat customers with respect and using abusing languages towards the customers is extremely disrespectful to a place that serves food. We had a few people with disabilities ahead of us and the utter disrespect the man gave was totally unacceptable
I ordered a sandwich, coke and 2 raspberry cheesecake cookies from this Subway this afternoon on 1/7/25. The sandwich was fine, but raspberry cheesecake cookies were STALE and the coke had a nonsweet/nonflavored taste to it. What a disappointment and a waste of money!!! They need to make sure that the cookies are fresh and the fountain drinks are intact before serving customers!!!
I made a mobile order and received a call within 5-10 minutes. They tried to tell me the toaster was not working so they couldn’t make my subs. They asked if they could MICROWAVE my food. I made my way over to the store and as I was getting my food I noticed the toaster was cooling. So they lied about their toaster. I also made an order for chips that I also ordered online. They did NOT include my chips. My food was also cold and the subs were not made correctly they way I ordered them online. Do not order from this location. They will screw up your order and lie to you.

I will never eat any subway again until they change prices...and the way food is prepared..came in to get a cold cut salad..the salad bowls are smaller they cut 3 pieces of meat for 8.99 no ma'am never again hunger howies and zaxbys have better salads for lower price..subway..is a rip off..a cold cut sub use to be 5 dollars..never again...
My husband have ordered delivery from here twice now. The first time we had ordered 3 sandwiches and none of them were made correctly at all. Tonight we attempted to give them a second chance and ordered 2 foot longs and got charged for 2 footlongs when we got them they were both 6 inch subs and again made incorrectly and one even came out looking like a burrito.
Would be zero stars if that was possible!! Ordered online got a call at 7:40pm they are out of ALL BREAD AND WRAPS only had toppings. How do you not have ANY bread or wraps?! YET you bake your own? They ALSO couldn't refund my payment nor tell me how to get it back. That I could come up tomorrow and they MAY be able to refund me my payment. This is ridiculous and not the first sus issues that I've seen and experienced lately at this location. They close at random times and have gotten so nasty with toppings mixed in with other toppings. They definitely have stoped caring about clean and fresh looking toppings and the area around them. This use to be the best subway to order from. Now its the worst one I've ever been too. At least the evening and night crew. This is the last time I try to order from this subway after lunch time. Do yourself a favor, order from any location but this one. I'm still not sure how I'm supposed to get my money back, since I ordered on the website and not through the app. And the employee calling customers only tells you they are not going to fill your order gives you the reason and cant guide you in anyway on a refund. Its so ridiculously unprofessional and disrespectful to the customer that could possibly just paid with money they had to eat with. Take your business somewhere that cares about their customers.
Good evening, Being a lady of my status and understanding customer service is how we make our money… upon arriving at the store at 8:49pm(closing is posted for 9:30) my daughter and I. As I assisted my daughter out of the car, to my surprise a “key holder” locks the door while looking me in the eyes and makes this face 😕. My baby wanted cookies grumpy.
