Gotten bagels here 3 or 4 times now and I am very happy with their product. Although I don't think they are quite like a NY bagel, which are usually hard on the outside and slightly chewy in the inside, Brooklyn's bagels are much more airy and a bit more "bread" like. I think that this texture actually makes them easier to eat, wherein eating a NY bagel you have to bite down really hard and your fillings go all over the place. Brooklyn has a good assortment of flavors, and the staff are usually friendly and accommodating. I travel from the Trinity area and make the 1 hour round trip, and definitely think it's worth it.

Best bagels in the area by far which is not saying much but seriously they are of good quality. Grew up on the best NYC - NJ bagels. These have a good crunch but soft on the inside, good seasoning. Wish they had egg everything but this is Florida. I had a poppy with Taylor Ham egg and cheese. Very well put together for a reasonable price. Have been to other bagel spots in the area that literally charged double with the worst bagels I have ever seen, looking at you Spring Hill. Will definitely be back next time in the area, highly recommended. Hope what they are saying about the new owners isn't true. Have to do an updated review next time up there.

This place is for takeout! That's why the atmosphere is low- it's not a place to marvel at the decor But if you are wanting fresh delicious bagels and amazing bagel sandwiches to go? You can't do better than this spot!!!

I wish I had discovered this wonderful place sooner. I had the everything bagel with lox all the way and it was delicious. Perfectly toasted with all the right amount of ingredients. The lady taking the orders was very nice and the service was quick. I can’t wait to come back.

Yay finally found proper lye boiled bagels. Definitely the best bagels I've found since moving up here. I have to drive a solid 25 minutes to get there but it's worth it. Just to level set they would probably be average to good compared to North Jersey, NYC bagels but again after trying multiple places this is the only one worth getting at all. Hope that helps your decision.

It was mine and my daughters first time there, the bagels are FRESH, I got a plain bagel with cream cheese and she got the BLT, and they were both so delicious! Staff is very excellent and friendly, definitely a place I would grab a good bagel from if I’m ever up that way again!!

These are consistently the best bagels I’ve had anywhere! The BEC I had today was loaded with crispy bacon and the bagels have the perfect bite, not too chewy and toasted perfectly.

I would give them 6 stars if I could. The bagels and Kaiser rolls are delicious. The best we have found in FLA since moving here 5 years ago. The two woman that were working were very friendly, helpful and efficient. We're will definitely be returning for more bagels and rolls

Went in on a Wednesday morning, not too busy so service was quick and friendly. Ordered a dozen bagels, 4 orange juices, a couple muffins (to take home) and 4 bagel sandwiches. Let me say, omg they were delicious! They don’t toast your bagel unless you ask (I personally like that) the sandwiches were still hot and fresh tasting after our 10 minute ride home, did I say how delicious they were?!? Although small, the place was clean and cute. Prices are not bad at all, all together paid around 45.00 - breakfast for 4- drinks and bagels for a few days. Will definitely be a frequent customer here.

We got bagels from here about a week ago when my family was in town. They were so good- soft and tasty. The cream cheese was great too. We will absolutely be back for bagels again and totally recommend.

Best bagel place we’ve found yet! Everything I’ve had has been amazing, and everyone I’ve met who works here has been great. Our favorites are the Asiago bagel, onion bagel, and the caramel iced coffee. Definitely worth a try!

The ladies at Brookltn Bagels were very nice and informative. The bagels were so good we ended up buying a bakers dozen! My husband has tried other chain store bagels and thought they were supposed to be gooey and thicker...he tried the homemade Brooklyn Bagels and fell in love with them! Breakfast here is great and the people giving it are too. I started coming here several times a week a year ago and the consistency of Brooklyn Bagels has varied from great to wonderful. I here they are opening a second location and I am happy at the thought of it. CONGRADUALATIONS! Miley and Bruce! They haven t had a lot of exposure and it has been a pleasure to find them. You should try to find them too. They are prompt so if you want to stop in and order a breakfast sandwich or call and order it and pick it up, you won't regret trying it. This place is the bomb! The guys that work there are fast kind and efficient. There was a long line when we came in and the employees took care of us in minutes. This is for my transplants - they have a good pork roll egg + cheese on fresh kaiser rolls! So yummy I debated going back in for a second one. The chocolate pastries are also the BEST I've had (and I used to make similar pastries for a major bakery chain so I'm very picky when it comes to those types of desserts.) I'll be back frequently... can't believe I've lived 5 minutes away for 6 months and never knew. Friendly folks inside who gave me a little taste of home.

So the other day, I had this craving for a bagel with bacon egg and cheese but not just any craving. It was a craving that I had to have a bagel with bacon egg and cheese, or I would possibly die, so I stopped at Brooklyn Bagels in Hudson on US 19. The bagel I chose was a garlic flavored bagel with bacon egg and cheese. It was the absolute best bagel with bacon egg and cheese I've ever had in my life. So good in fact, I went back and got two more garlic bacon egg and cheese bagels. They have many different flavors and options. But Brooklyn Bagels is by far the best bagel shop in town. Very clean and very friendly staff . I highly recommend that you stop by.

Had a ham and cheese sandwich on an everything bagel just as it comes and it was out of this world good. I was to save the other half for later because it was so big. Worth the drive from Sugarmill Woods! Closest thing to NY bagels we've found. Staff is very friendly, but know that there's really nowhere to sit inside to eat. The iced coffee is very good too!

In 14 years of living in Florida, these are some of the most delicious bagels that I have ever had. I am originally from up north, & finding delicious bagels like the kind from home has been a challenge. These definitely hit the spot! They are soft, wonderfully chewy, with a beautiful golden crust. I've tried them all & love every variety. The egg bagels & the Asiago bagels are my absolute favorite. I love them dressed in herb infused olive oil. Strawberry & blueberry are such a treat with cream cheese. I 100% recommend this shop. 5 STARS all around! 😁⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I visited my family from New Jersey for 9 days. And in 9 days this was the only food that made me feel like home. Go get a pork roll, egg & cheese on an Asiago bagel. It's phenomenal. The woman behind the counter was the best part. She knew everyone who came in, greeted everyone enthusiastically and made sure to say: THEY'RE OPEN ON ALL MAJOR HOLIDAYS. Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's. GO give this establishment all of your money because it would be a sin if this ever went out of business. I doubt it would because it's all around amazing. Go, you won't be sad, go see the very happy lady at the counter, you'll know when you see her, she'll hook you up.

This is my go to bagel place in the spring hill, brooksville, hudson area! Always quick service and good sandwiches. But the real winner here is the thai iced tea, as a thai iced tea lover it is soooo good I'll drive out of the way for it lol. And the employees always look happy to see you!

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a sesame bagel and it was just like home. This is by far the most authentic NY bagel you are going to get around this area. The bagel was fresh with the perfect balance of texture. The eggs were perfectly fried and the sandwich was well balanced and satisfying. Other so called NY bagel shops tend to disappoint. This does not. This place is the real deal. They have just gained a new loyal customer.

Best spot for a bagel sandwich. New York style everything right down to the Kaiser bacon, egg, and cheese wrapped in aluminum foil. Good coffee, open early. Love grabbing breakfast and lunch here. Mostly a takeout spot but they do have some seats.

When you walk in here you feel like you're in New York or Jersey. The smells, the taste, the service is on point. Im here every Saturday or Sunday picking up a dozen of mixed varieties. The only bagel shop that I can get my favorite salt bagels. Top quality ingredients on all their sandwiches either breakfast or lunch. Very reasonably priced everything fresh. 5 star.

Best bagels we've had since leaving New York, veggie cream cheese made with fresh veggies not mix. Bagels boiled and hand twisted crunchy on outside, soft on inside not too dense or overly chewy. Good selection,, and friendly staff, Brooklyn attitude included lol will defiantly be back. Update: Bialys even better than the bagels!!

*update I added a star the bf was finally able to try the bagel. He said it was decent but didn’t taste quite as good as a true New York bagel. Pictures of your bagels look great online. Didn’t get to try them yet... says you’re not open after driving 20mins there, the new hours were posted on the door. Closed at noon now. Please change your google listing to reflect that. I will edit my review when I try the food.

Finally someplace to get really good NY style bagels close to Spring Hill. They make the bagels the right way by boiling them not steaming them. I haven't had lunch there yet but I am sure it will meet my expectations.

Great service and great place. Only thing that wasn’t great was that I wanted a ham egg and cheese hot sandwich. However when I got the sandwiches it was a cold turkey bacon lettuce Tom onions. Had it been a hot sandwich that I asked for would have been 5 stars.

Good little place have decent Bagels but this review is for the New Jersey people that like their pork roll egg and cheese. They need to step up their game on the this sandwich. They're sandwiches is the Poppyseed , Their competitors is the other. Update: well after ordering sandwiches from them several times I now know this is not a place for me too many inconsistencies and definitely not competitive with other better places in the area sorry.

The Bagels are very good but there pricing is getting out of hand. They have raised the pricing several times since the new ownership. It is nearly double the price for a bagel with cream cheese from 3 years ago and frankly I don't want to hear that cost have gone up double. I will look for a new bagel place.

To be honest. I gave this place rave reviews even worked there awhile. But the past few visits the place has changed. The girl who works in the front is still awesome. As are some of the workers. Ut the prices and quality has gone to crap. I spent 20 dollars on 2 bagel sandwiches and a butter bagel. OK I get the price goes up. But 8 dollars a sandwich and then you used to get two eggs and a decent amount of sausage. Now I got one egg and the sausage tasted rubbery and was tiny. So u raise the price to give less quality. Smh. Do better

Bagels were large, very soft and doughy. NOT like a NY Bagel at all. Most, especially the plain looked undercooked, were not even browned. While they taste good, just do not expect a chewy, tough NY bagel.

I used to frequent this shop when the previous owners still owned it. The food was really incredible. And you got what you paid for. I don't come this way as often. I decided to order to go since I was passing by and had a serious craving for an everything bagel with lox and cream cheese. This was severely disappointing. The bagel size shrunk to a thin doughy, unrecognizable to the original product. The lox..I don't even know what was wrong with it. It was discolored, warm and smelled bad. I've never seen lox with yellow edges and so discolored. The cream cheese barely covered one side of the bagel. It was very unappealing to open when I was expecting a delicious sandwich that i just spent $12.00 on. On a positive note, the greeting was friendly when I went to pick up my to go order. However, I chose to only eat the bagel with the cream cheese on it. I can't afford to get food poisoning from bad fish. I could have spent less and had a more enjoyable breakfast from the publix deli..I won't be returning to this bagel shop..

Not my favorite bagel shop in the area but the bagels weren't terrible. The name says Brooklyn but these didn't remind of the bagels I grew up eating most Sunday's in NY. The bagels are not bad but if you're looking for a NY style bagel I feel that there are better options.

I’ve been going here every two weeks since before they changed owners. Loved it! They knew me by name, they knew what I ordered, happy be a customer every time! So much has changed since then. The new owners never notice me and try to upsell my single person order every single time. Today was the last straw though. They addressed a man in front of me by name, rang him up for his bagel with cream cheese and on he went. I ordered my bagel with cream cheese and right before they went to prepare it- she gave me the total $3.48 and I handed her my card. I was told they don’t take card for orders under 5 dollars. I asked when this changed- not pointing out the man In front of me was treated differently- and she said it changed when they changed owners. Not true. I never carry cash and have never had this issue. I don’t appreciate the favoritism and the lies and I will no longer be bringing my personal business or our company.

This place started out good but the quality has faded over time. Like others have said, the bagels have gotten thinner and don’t taste like when they originally opened (using Florida water now?) Also don’t appreciate how phone-in preorders are given priority over walk-in customers. The owner voided my order midway so that a customer who phoned in behind me could pay for theirs. It was the rudest thing, and I won’t be back after having gone weekly for nearly a year. So if you must patronize this establishment, my tip is to call them and place the order ahead of time, and you will get the VIP treatment.

Don't know what happened but the bagels are sub par these days. Holes are too big and they are thin, maybe an inch thick if you're lucky. It is hard to make a sandwich when they are an inch thick and wide. If you toast them they just turn into crisp, no chew. Maybe they need to proof more but I hope things get back to the way they were. They were the best in town.

Bagels are great...but the service is horrible. The last three times I was there my orders were messed up each time. First two times they forgot the meat on both of my bagel sandwiches. The last time they made it without any toppings I ordered, when the cook brought the order up front the cashier told him the toppings were not put on, he then said "oh well just give It to them anyway." So they purposely served me another incorrect order, they will never have my business again. A few mistakes is totally understandable, but everytime and purposely is just poor service. Also they none of the employees wear masks or gloves, which at the times is unprofessional and unsafe!

“Proudly serving boar’s head products” on Uber eats but they haven’t been serving BH products in years!!! Called to let them know (multiple times) and they are STILL falsely advertising! Y’all could make people sick!

My first impression was not good. Everything looked dirty. I am from NY and know what a great bagel is. It’s not here!! Found a huge fly in my cream cheese!!! Bagel was so stale..He uses the name to deceive customers. The last owner was from NY and he said they just kept the name.

Not really sure what happened to this place this was the best place to get a bacon egg and cheese and some fresh Bagels. Went there this morning and got a cheese and bacon on everything a plain bagel with butter and an everything bagel with cream cheese and bacon and they wanted to charge me $14. This place was great but in recent months it's gone really downhill the bagels are fresh anymore and they're overcharging very similar to what other bagel places are doing in this area it's sad I won't be coming here anymore. When I asked to justify why they charge me $6.25 for a cream cheese and bacon on a bagel they said it was because they added more bacon take a look at photo I barely got two strips, laughable. Bagel was also harder than a rock.

Ordered a bagel to be delivered sliced and toasted with cream cheese. Instead I got this. A sad cold bagel that isn’t sliced and no cream cheese or butter in the bag. I tried to call the store find out what happened and the lady just kept blaming the delivery app. I asked her why they didn’t call me as I would have happily paid extra to get a bagel the way I wanted it. She stated again that she was sorry that the app was to blame. There is no ownership of errors nor respect for the customer. If you decide to go here be prepared to be talked to like a child and given no strait answers. I would have liked to at least given them a few stars for the rest of the order. However, my danish was Al smashed and my coffee was spilled all over and had regular milk when I asked for almond milk. Really a shame. Would have been such a lovely breakfast otherwise.
