I came to the Won KBBQ in Carle Place for the first time today. I have usually gone to the location in Bayside, so I didn’t know if this location would be as good or live up to the other one ,but I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was the food amazing but the service was great. My friend and I had the pleasure of having Peter as our server and he was amazing. He was so friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. I will 100% be coming back and asking for Peter : ). If you are looking for a good kbbq spot on the island this is the place to go! I highly recommend it!!

As a big fan of KBBQ this franchise hits all the yummy goodness. I personally like the bayside location but the carle place location is just as good . Bigger and very cool bar added to the whole experience. Service was great even with a line out the door and every table full.

Amazing spot with the best pork jowl, spicy squid and brisket. Great for a family dinner and date night. The K pop atmosphere is fun and festive. Would come back again and again!

I had an amazing experience at Won Korean BBQ in Long Island, and a big part of that was thanks to our server, James. From the moment we sat down, he was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. He guided us through the menu, recommended the best cuts of meat, and made sure everything was cooked to perfection. James had the perfect balance of professionalism and warmth—he truly made us feel welcome and well taken care of. If you visit Won Korean BBQ, ask for James—you won’t be disappointed. He made our dining experience unforgettable!

First visit to Won KBBQ. Four guys for lunch. Nice looking place. Well organized operation. Interesting food preparation. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Nice selection of meats and an assortment of dipping sauces. Everything was very tasty. This was a unique dining experience for us and the seasonings and flavors were different and interesting.

Great experience overall. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. shoutout to (hanpan) The food was really good and well prepared, though I think it could benefit from a bit more variety in flavors and seasonings. One small downside was the men’s restroom, which could use some maintenance. Aside from that, we enjoyed our time and would definitely come back.

me and my friend came here for his birthday and although we’ve been to other kbbq i would say this is the most nice looking one and the food was very good but it was very unexpected when they was cooking the food for us it was more than one person coming to our table to cook. we asked one older gentleman if they had to cook and it seemed as though he kinda brushed us off by just saying that he has to cook for us then we waited for another guy to come around because of the fact that they cook for us if it was okay to cook to our own liking he said that it okay if we did that. i don’t know if that younger gentleman relayed the message to the other older gentleman working but every time we tried to ask him if it was okay he just kept cooking for us. after that we left it alone but overall really nice place and good food!

We went here to celebrate my 2 son's birthdays and it was a good choice. The staff was very attentive and took the time to explain how it worked for selecting meats and veggies to cook on the table top grill. Food was very good and you get plenty to eat.

I was pleasantly surprised that the staff cooked the food for us at this Korean BBQ spot—usually you have to grill it yourself, so that was a nice touch. The food was really good and tasted like it was high quality. The staff was very attentive to anything you need. Everything was flavorful and well-prepared. The only downside was that one of the plates didn’t seem completely clean. Other than that, great food and a solid experience overall!

As you know i been getting into the food critic world! So i would like to start with i been here several times, experienced great service! Today, Michael made me feel rushed and uncomfortable. He kept pacing back and forth checking his watch. Also wanted to tell me that there is a time limit. Understood,but I am ordering, paying money and leaving a tip. I do not accept being rushed especially on Christmas and there is many other tables open and available. Other than that the place is excellent and the food is phenomenal! Atmosphere is great and they try to accommodate all type of music genres. I definitely do not recommend getting Michael as your waiter as his persona is dim and unpleasant. This is my favorite spot so of course i will be back again. Have a great time and Merry Christmas my fellow foodstars ✨✨

Terrible service aside from one woman that cared about us at the end. We felt never acknowledge, not even asked us 1 time if food was good. If we liked it more cooked or simply to let us know that it was cooked. They lowered the heat so it would cook slower as in if we couldn't order more. Food is not bad but for so many KBBQ I have visit it wasn't a nice experience...
