Great spot for pizza by the slice. I got the crab and vodka, both of which were great. The slices are huge and filled up with toppings. Looking forward to coming again and trying out the namesake. Cash only.

I ordered UBER eats... not sure why the rating is just 4 stars. My pizza was the ish and I don't hand out stars. I ordered 3 slices: Vodka, Pepperoni, and Meatball. All were solid. I would visit them for a fresher slice of pie.

A very solid pizza place! We tried the artichoke, the vodka sauce, the crab pizza, and pepperoni. They were all very well cooked for their different crust-thicknesses. The artichoke pizza was good, though I did almost feel like the artichoke-dip-esque topping was a little overwhelming. Nevertheless, it was still good and quite different—but I was glad to be sharing, since I don’t think I could have finished such a heavy slice. The vodka sauce slice and the pepperoni slices were excellent; both very flavorful with well-seasoned sauce.

It’s an OK slice, but there are places I would regularly more frequent. Maybe some folks would prefer artichoke pizza, but many native New Yorkers like myself won’t. Building a pizza vertically by adding more sauce and more stuff on top doesn’t make it better, if anything it creates an imbalance between the pizza elements. A good NY pizza has the right balance of dough, sauce and cheese. A crunchy firm bottom, yet a softer top and just the right amount of sauce and cheese on top, maybe with a little amounts of toppings on top that doesn’t interfere with the molten cheese that’s supposed to burn the roof of your mouth. The pizza was prepared lukewarm, and the sauce and toppings overwhelmed the entire pizza

The crab pizza is unique and has so much potential. But the imitation crab meat takes away from the true flavor. I would definitely come back to try the other slices tho. Also the guy at the register was grabbing the slices with his bare hands after handling cash which was very unsanitary.

Service is not just slow, it’s hard to get the server’s attention to get water. He makes eye contact with us then goes on to ignore our table completely, while others are being served water without asking. Carry your own water, the server gets annoyed pretty quickly if you trying to catch him while he’s working. Made a mistake coming to this place at the start of the new year.

After trying the artichoke and crab slices at a different Artichoke Basille's and loving them, I decided to order from here and try some of the other slices available. I got a meatball slice, pepperoni slice, and a square vodka sauce slice. Unfortunately, all three slices were burned, and the vodka slice was so charred that it wasn't edible. They would have been good and delicious if they weren't so burned.

I wanted to enjoy my pizza, but when I took the very first bite of my artichoke pizza it tasted burnt. When I lift up the pizza the whole bottom of the crust is black. I drive all the way to long island with this pizza ready to devour it and I was disgusted. Biggest waste of money on pizza. Couldn't eat it at all

Love my artichoke slice. Don't waste your money on the margarita slice. It's not that tasty or flavorful. I'm actually really disappointed. Also I'm not feeling how they charge $0.95 to each price point and they do not give you your change. That's stealing, which is probably why they only take cash. Stealing from your customers is not cool. Change is change or you just need to charge to the nearest dollar.

Really rude staff, came in for a slice of pizza on the way home and was told to either buy a shot or eat quickly and leave because it was ‘busy’ due to a concert on that night. Barely any customers in sight compared to other restaurants. Unbelievably rude.

I was over charged. We ordered 1 Margherita pie, 1 half pepperoni/half extra cheese pie, 1 vodka slice, and 1 crab slice. They charged us $91.60, without a tip. Maybe overpaying made the pizza taste meh but collectively we were underwhelmed and pissed off. I definitely do not recommend.

The cashier touched money and they touched my piece of pizza without gloves. I don’t recommend this place. Anti sanitary. They don’t have any normal packages for 1 piece to go so it is not possible to carry pizza with you. And they don’t have a place to sit as well. The pizza is pricey btw.
