I was really pleased with the location and the coffee. I also love that they had vegan treats, which I enjoyed. The staff was really nice and it didn’t take long. Outdoor area is great, even set up with places to plug in for tech which is very nice! This is apart of the Roxy hotel and bathrooms are located inside, downstairs. Really cool hotel, dark lighting but clean and quiet.
The Mountie is really gooooood. Some of the best coffee I’ve found in the city if you like sweet drinks. The cold brew is really great too. The employees here are the BEST and they’re always so so fast. Plenty of seating here and in the bar/lobby areas.
Very amazing place with very amazing coffee. I’ve never heard of it before and went in just because walked by and was thirsty. The I e coffee was strong and very tasty. The place itself is huge and even has a cinema theater on level -1. Really cool place, very recommended to all coffee lovers.
A beautiful coffee shop serving delicious pastries and great iced coffee. My barista was pleasant and made my coffee just how I like it. I would love to come back soon !
This place is absolutely amazing for taking a meeting or grabbing a coffee. It’s in such an iconic setting. The wifi is fast and it’s actually not that packed. Beautiful lobby cafe in Tribeca.
Two types of New Yorkers live in the city. The type to stick to one coffee shop out of habit / convenience and then you have the type to actually try a new spot without fear of getting too much ice in their cup of coffee to start the morning. Today I felt fearless. Lol. Macadamia milk latter with an extra shot and a vibe to start the day. Love it.
Coffee is good, but even better is the loby of the Roxy Hotel where you can enjoy it. Amazing ambient! I just spent an hour on one of the comfy couches drinking coffee and reading a book.
So worth the visit to Tribeca! Oat milk latte with agave is the best 7am pick-me-up! You're my fav, Jack!

All around great - great drinks, great staff, and great environment. Jack's customers can sit outside, in the beautiful hotel lobby, or at the counter. It's a nice place to get work done or catch up with others. Oh and best of all - it opens at 6 AM daily, which isn't exactly common anymore

Cute little coffee shop with the standard upcharge for non-dairy milk (almond & oat for $.85) but with a selection of vegan treats. Not “all-vegan” bakery, but three fresh pastries including a gluten free fudge cake, cookies, and banana walnut muffin. They also have oatmeal, other packaged snacks & coconut yogurt in the cold case by the door that are vegan. Bathrooms available in the Roxy hotel/cinema area & free Wi-Fi. You have to “sign in” with email and access code for the Wi-Fi. Ask the barista or server for the code Coffee was fine - I’m a decaf girl, and it tasted a bit burnt in my latte but I’ve found that’s not abnormal for decaf.
Solid coffee in a great space in the Roxy. Slow production line. Awesome apple turnovers.

This place is very cool! Great ambiance. The coffee is expensive ($5+ each), and it's definitely not as beautiful as some places in NY, but it's tasty. It took a long time for us to get ours because there was only one person behind the coffee bar who was taking orders as well as making them. I love that they had Macadamia milk, as well as some other non-dairy milk choices. I would likely go back to sit in the beautiful atrium that is there, but I would not go there for takeout coffee.

good coffee shop, don’t get the honey macchiato though. extremely small cup, and all the honey sits at the bottom of a bitter and underwhelming coffee. even the hot cocoa is average.
Love the hotel and everything in it, except the espresso, cortado, and low grade milk used in the coffee drinks here. It was just ok. Bummer.

Help me understand. The customer service for the hotel and restaurant were amazing (impeccable) but the coffee shop…. Its 10am, how in the right mind set would you as a worker be already ticked off. Maybe I asked too many questions while the line was building up but just no excuse for any attitude. My boyfriend was completely ignored by the girl that was working at the cafe. Asked her multiple times for simple syrup until he had to be more assertive. She dowsed my drink with the simple syrup by squeezing the bottle with aggression. Luckily Collette at the hotel front desk was able to de-escalate my annoyance. Overall the hotel staff and the hotel restaurant staff were AMAZING. But this coffee shop needs to have the same training the front desk and the restaurant staff get. Unacceptable attitude.

Sadly, this isn’t Jack’s anymore, which was a completely vegan coffee shop. They’ve changed it to an omnivore establishment.
I waited a week to see if I was still bothered by my experience(s) here at the Tribeca location inside The Roxy, and I am. The black girl with the grey newsboy cap that was working the two mornings I visited last week, has a horrendous attitude. The first day I visited, I figured she was just overwhelmed because it was busy, but the second day was completely unacceptable, as I was the only person there. It seemed as though that if you ask for anything aside from a simple black coffee, she flies off the handle. During my first visit, the double shot poured over my iced latte melted the ice by the time I left (60 seconds), leaving me with a watered down drink that I did not enjoy. So the second day, I asked for my ice in a separate cup, and to otherwise make my latte as you normally would (this was to give the espresso a few minutes to cool down before pouring it over ice myself). She replied with "I'm not understanding your drink", and she huffed and rolled her eyes. I said "make it as you normally would, just with the ice in a separate cup." Her: "Why don't you just ask for ice on the side!?" ...Me: "???" I'm so confused as to why she was playing semantics with me, also thinking to myself that an iced latte with ice on the side IS NOT the same as "please put my ice in a separate cup to allow the espresso to cool down." She proceeded to say "No one has ever asked me for this before, I just don't understand." So I explained what happened the day prior and why I wanted my ice separate, as HOT ESPRESSO on COLD ICE = melted. She continued to huff about it in front of another customer who walked in, making me feel like I was asking her for the world and like she was doing me the biggest favor. I was fuming before I even left yet I still managed to tell her thank you, WHERE I WAS THEN COMPLETELY IGNORED. That was the cherry on top for me. Had I not had somewhere to be, I 100% would've given her the drink back and asked for a refund - that's how nasty and miserable she was. I highly suggest getting rid of this lady. I'm almost certain that the other negative reviews are also in relation to her. All that to say, the unnecessary humiliation just isn't worth it. I will never be revisiting this location again, and my experience with this grumpy, miserable woman paints a bad picture of the company as a whole, for employing someone as such. 0/10.
Rude workers on Sunday at 10a. Girl who took my coffee pushed across counter where some spilled out. Get new or train your workers. If they don't like their jobs, get new ones
I think coffee shoos in America need to do reality check and go back to 1 standart size in for cappuccino which is 5-6 oz (150-180 ml). Asked to make me a cortado instead and they gave me 8 oz cup filled with almond milk again. FYI cortado is 4 oz
