I unfortunately had to start my following review of this place for one main reason... Ice. Not the government agency, just cold, hard, frozen water. I ordered "easy ice" in my soda and what I got was a cup full of ice and about five good sips of soda. I am glad I didn't order "regular ice" or else they might have emptied their ice machine into my car. Now I have to wait for the ice to melt before I can attempt to shake my thirst with the occasional sip of slightly Dr. Pepper colored/flavored water. To be sure, the water will be cold, but that's not really the most important factor for me. The rest of the food was okay, and the ice deliverer in the drive thru window was courteous and friendly. This place is still the best place for me to pick up lunch without having to fight the traffic coming from the airport during rush hour, which is when my lunch breaks are.

This location is terrible. The lady on the speaker couldn't get my order correct. We didn't get what we ordered, and the food was terrible. My chicken sandwich was old and greasy, my chili cheese tots had hair in them, we didn't get the cheese tots we ordered. I will not go back to this location. It's needs serious attention and better management.

Absolutely my worst Sonic experience ever. Stalls were less than a quarter full yet it still took 27 minutes for a burger and tots. Barely an apology upon delivery. To top it off they got my order wrong. Wasn't about to wait for a fix, just delt with it.

Was just charged 50 cents for extra pickles on my burger. Never had that happen at any restaurant… felt odd. Like why are you guys trying to nickel and dime people. Oh yea, a cup of ice is a charge to :) Update: After getting home to finally eat the food, I see that the onion rings were full of oil and soggy and the breading is just falling off the onion. 0 stars sonic :/

Poor food preparation, long delays, and after receiving my food I found a worm in it. I do not recommend it.

I would never recommend anyone to eat here. From the kids and lazy people working there to they can't take your order for the food. All the above is horrible and cooperate needs to come in and revamp the store as well hire new people that are respectful and know how to treat a customer.

Waited 25 minutes in line for Slushies said they can't substitute or give anything else besides drinks like what? Yall making me wait 20 minutes in like w a car full of kids smfh WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

Absolutely the worst Sonic, ordered route 44 easy ice. Got no ice at all and it was flat had it changed to a Coke it was flat too.

Absolute worst sonic I have ever been to. Not just once every time I have ever been here. The quality is minimum to say the least. The drinks are flat and they take forever. They need to just close at this point.

I would like to share my experience with this establishment. It is currently 9pm. Today is 4/21/2025. I just left and the gentleman who took my order was very kind. I ordered online because they have a promo for a new burger. Well, online you are not able to add grilled onions. So I didn’t. A lady with a red shirt came to me with a very passive aggressive tone and told me that she was going to make it the way it’s been ordered online. I explained to her why I was unable to. I also told her I’d pay for the onion and bacon that I added. She just said okay and closed the window. It was like she made it seem as if I wasn’t able to pay for it lol. Not to be rude but… nevermind 🙂 anyway It was more about her customer services skills (or lack there of) that was off putting. I won’t return but I felt the need to express her very nasty tone and look towards me. She needs to either be retrained or find another line of work. Anywho. Happy Easter everyone 🤗 Update: Welp, I just got the order and guess what after her disgusting attitude. The order was incorrect. They didn’t even give me what she came to the window aggressively to demand me to pay for. Zero stars for the manager, the gentlemen however did great. They just need new leadership

Does this look like a chicken sandwich to you? No? Me neither. You see, I ordered a number TEN, but since this SONIC hires people who don't speak English, they prepared a number TWO. SONIC doesn't care about your community or you. They can't be bothered to hire local people who speak the local language. Immigration services should probably pay this place a visit, because I suspect they are breaking labor laws.

Omg so slow . They don’t want to take our order at the station but no contact COVID but they come out anyway to get your credit card. Slow slow don’t come here
