Outstanding Service. In a neighborhood full of great sandwiches, the customer service will keep me coming back. Ever single person here is wonderful.

This location saved my day! After a mistake on my end, I urgently needed 30 sandwiches made for an office training. The team at this location automatically took my order and went into organization mode! All my sandwiches were made in record speed with a smile. They loaded them into a shipping container and even offered to help me to my car! Thank you guys! You were a life saver!

The staff here is kind and friendly! You can dine in the restaurant or outside In the patio area outside the doors. Getting in and out is easy and you are near freeway on-ramps if you are on the run.

As we know Jersey Mike's is always fantastic but what matters is service and this place has that! Josh the manager was fantastic, team made a mistake and he did not hesitate to fix it without question! Entire staff was attentive and made sure to give myself and everyone inside a great experience. 10/10 service and food will 100% be back again in the future! Thank you Josh!!

I'm always happy with the food and customer service here. They are pretty fast. Everything is cut fresh right in front of you. The place is pretty clean. The air conditioning is pretty good here. Nice and cool. The tables are a little small maybe for 1 or two people. I've had lunch here with 3 other friends and we had to borrow chairs. There is outdoor seating available. Drinking fountain with Pepsi, unsweetened ice tea is available. Lemon slices too.

Stopped by to pickup a Classic Italian sandwich Saturday afternoon. Parking lot was packed while there were plenty of customers inside as well. I did a mobile order and it was available to pick up within 15 mins.

Just to add a bit of detail. I generally get Turkey and Provolone but do get a Cheese Steak (actually chicken) now and then. Never been anything but happy with the food.

I love #56 and they had a promotion where you get a free turkey & provolone sandwich. Unfortunately, I received a ham and provolone sandwich which is why I knocked off one star. They graciously prepared the correct sandwich for me in exchange.

A little overpriced for the size of the sandwich but I guess it makes sense with the quality of the ingredients. Went there for an italian sub but noticed there was't enough of the red wine vinegar and it tasted different from the last time I ordered it. Was a bit disappointed in that but overall it is a pretty good location.

Honestly, I have to say that for the price, I though the subs will taste better. Not my favorite. But I guess it depends on taste.

I’m a huge fan of Jersey Mike’s, but this particular location needs some better management and better customer service. Employees look miserable and this again falls on the manager of this location. It didn’t surprise me that when the health inspectors came one day, they were graded a B.

Food was ok but the service was awfully took a long time for my little sub to get built and the worst part was that there was no customers just alot of phone orders my food was cold by the time my son got his sub disappointed will not come back

Food was great but employees need to work on customer skills. I had an email offer that I received today and they wouldn't except it because they couldn't get to scan. The cashier called the shift manager and all he said was can't use it cause it does not work, no exception or discount. Not too happy about that.

This place is really hit or miss. The employees don't change their gloves when touching money and the register. Then they make your sandwich. They used to have a B health rating awhile back. Very unhygienic practices done here most of the time.

This location has the slowest service I've ever experienced at a Jersey Mike's. Even during the busy lunch hour, they will continue to take online orders, which slows things down even more. Once, I showed up 30 minutes after placing an online order and still had to wait 20 minutes for my order. The workers seem miserable and can't be bothered to smile either. If you need Jersey Mike's, go to another location. Trust me.

very disappointing service as this worker was making fun of a disabled person who uses sign language to communicate. disappointing that jersey mikes doesn't provide more training on how to interact with disabled people. don't come here. don't support this environment.

This south Pasadena location has the worst employees. They are rude, sloppy, and unprofessional. On two occasions I ordered sandwiches online and provided specific sandwich options. Both times they gave me the sandwich they wanted to give me rather than paying attention to the options I selected, which are in place on the site so customers can have a customized experience. Both times when I called about my order, I was given attitude and a lack of accountability. And they did not have the sandwiches prepared when promised so we. Had to wait. This most recent order I asked for the meet to be grilled (which is an option). Despite acknowledging that he messed up the order he got an attitude and told me he prepared the sandwich as it was designed because it’s a cold sandwich and that the order wasn’t messed up. So what is the point in offering the customer the option to customize if you’re not going to do it and then deny you messed up? He proceeded to then lie and say he was the manager when I asked to speak to one and said he wouldn’t help me because he didn’t like my attitude. Well my attitude was jacked up because of how poorly he spoke to me and the lack of accountability. Like i said, the other time when my order was messed up I was met with the same level of denial. And it is really only the employees at this trash location. I’ve spoken with the people at the Pasadena location and they are courteous and professional. I would love to share my thoughts with the owner or a real manager as this terrible employee denied me access.

Employees are always rude with delivery drivers i don't even like your food i just pick up and deliver that's it.

They were unable to figure out how to make a grilled cheese. Every other Jersey Mikes easily does it on the grill. But they were very rude in dismissing my request. Weak.
