The beef bone short rib ($13) was fall-off-the-bone tender juicy good!!! This bowl is all you need. It's not a usual pho ingredient (recipe) and a must try for new and seasoned pho lovers. This place is a definite return visit. The staff are very courteous and at a quick peak at the kitchen, the chef meticulously prepares each meal with passion and pride. The meal is awesome with a price point that will not hurt the bank.

This is my first time at PHO-OLOGY, my wife and I were greeted as we stepped in. And we were seated right away they were kind to explain the menu for us. I ended up getting the Pho house special with pork buns an some spring rolls, my wife got the Pho shrimp and everything was delicious 😋. I enjoyed the pork buns very much.

Such a cute little family place. Very casual and authentic. The food is amazing! I had the lemongrass pork spring rolls and shrimp pho. They were perfect. Great broth for the soup. Came with lots of basil and lime. Loved all the noodles. Big, plump shrimp! The pork spring rolls were fresh. Good salad. Loved the homemade peanut sauce. Dipped with a bit of Sriracha and Hoisin...perfection!

Good place to go eat Vietnamese style food. Spring rolls are the best, either with shrimp or beef, or pork. I recommend the vermicelli with shrimp beef and pork.

It's a humble place very family friendly service, very laid back with tons of smiles, and unfortunately I don't have another PHO place to judge it by, but the times I have tried soup places, it always tasted like TOP RAMEN to me, delicious, but nothing I can't by at store and make a big bowl with 3 top ramen cups, so with that, I wouldn't know know how to make these home tasting soups, delicious- simple ingredients- well cooked and refreshing, the pad Thai is the sweetest one I've ever tasted - almost reminded of orange chicken - in a good way,

Monday 1/26/26 Lunch at Pho-ology Plus with my friend Miguel. Ordered the spicy beef brisket noodles, pork and shrimp spring rolls, and Vietnamese iced coffee. Delicious! The beef briskets were tender and bursting with flavors with the soup base. The spring rolls were refreshing with the meats and vegetables. Nice casual atmosphere and super fast service, but portion was small for the price. Nice broth, tender noodles, but only 4 or 5 thin slices of meat. I've gotten much bigger bowls with way more meat for the same price. Spring roll was very good, one of the best peanut sauces I've had. I would come back to try other dishes.

I used to absolutely love the pho here. I would literally not shut up about how good the broth was. And I loved how you could order the broth by itself. I would order it every time I got sick. But now it's totally different. I'm not sure if it's because they changed ownership maybe they have a new cook? Since then, I've ordered four times now and every single time the broth had a thick layer of oil on the top. Like so much that every spoonful is majority oil. If I wanted to drink a bowl full of oil I could do that at home. It's really disappointing because this was the only pho place I've been ordering from for months now and I really loved the broth.

I sat there while trying to eat, but the lady with short hair would not stop looking at me and talking, and I felt very uncomfortable and did not appreciate her staring. Within this time, someone walked in to deliver an order and decided that they wanted to order something for themselves from your restaurant, but your servers continued to play their card game and decided it’s not realize that she stopped looking at the menu and was ready to order, but instead she walked out without ordering something for herself. After I called them out for it they laughed. Absolutely horrible. I asked for containers to go and the three once again decided to laugh and look at me the entire time until I said stop looking at me. I am shocked that you are still in business; must be just for the to go. Because Dining in-service was absolutely horrific. When I asked where the manager was, she said he was not in and his name was Sam. Good to know you’re wasting money on employees that just sit around and play cards.

She said “ she heard me” I just felt her mean energy… Again before I left, I asked her again, if she packed me extra lemon She said yes.. Something told me to double check my bag once I arrive to my car. Well , Cashier did not bag me extra lemon . She gave one dam tiny piece of lemon . Like how pretty can you be in be rude and not give me extra lemons just because you’re having a bad day. I was annoyed because I politely asked her and double asked her and she reply with “ She heard me “, & with her nasty attitude….. It would’ve been different if she forgot like OK I understand, but she really did that on purpose….because the minute I walked back to the restaurant and explain to her that she didn’t give me the extra lemons I asked for .. Not an apology at all! it’s like she was really going back-and-forth with me and arguing she’s only allowed to give two..but only bag me one tiny little lemon in a bag , one lemon .! I did express myself and told her how rude it was and and just kept going back in forth about how she only allowed to give me two lemons. but I asked her for extra lemons and she replied with “ I heard you” and you didn’t bag it because you didn’t want to after I politely asked you…. Never ever going back there. I was super excited to eat some good food but honestly it even ruined my appetite, food wasn’t even worth it.
