Very quick to pick up your order, pizza and wings are always hot when we get it home. Staff is always attentive and awesome!
Not a dive in location. I didn't know they had wings but their bonless sweet chilli wings was the best thing I tasted in awhile lol and definitely better then wing stop.
We order pizza from here at least five times a week. They always get the toppings right but the part about me wanting it well done they seen to not get. And there fast. Also it's within walking distance from our house. but over all we like this pizza hut
I paid a total of $31 for a large pizza with 2 toppings. A large has 8 slices which equals $3.88 per slice. The pizza was fine, tasted good but it wasn’t anything exciting. Food prices at all fast food restaurants have gone up. The good news is there are plenty of choices. So when I factored in the cost, the volume of pizza and quality/taste. I’m not encouraged to buy again.
Bought a 6 piece wings that were not fully cooked, they still had pink inside. The causation young lady was sighed as if she didn't like her job. Dont waste your money here
Why doesn't this site carry a menu board inside the restaurant ? I want to see visual aids before selection of the foods and prices in order to make a decision. Having to ask the staff member to enumerate the items and describe the menu is ridiculous. I looked online to see the quality and quantity of the new melts. Every single advertisement indicated that customers get (2) triangles of the melts per box, and when I ordered the girl said only one per box. I walked away without a purchase.
Yup, taking a stand on principle alone. I was doing some research on why Pizza Hut is now adding a new fee on top of sales taxes and delivery fees called a (Doing business in California fee) which I discovered after placing an order online and noticing that the total due was above my tabulation including the sales tax of 10.5%. Now the stories that came from a Google search indicated that PH have been charging the fee since 2021, which is approximately the same amount of time passed since I last ordered a pizza from them. PH is good, but they're not so good as to think they can swindle another 10% off a loyal customer base without repercussion. I usually buy my pizza from Uptown Pizza on greenleaf ave, but occasionally I go outside the comfort zone. Uptown is good quality pizza and you get 8 slices and lotsa cheese on the small size equal in weight, whereas PH gives you 8 slices on a large with mediocre cheese and the prices between the two are similar ...minus a stinking business fee ! This is not a plug for Uptown. I'm just pointing out there are other places to eat pizza that aren't run by a conglomerate which finds new ways on ripping people off. BTW, the research indicated that the extra business fee was being tacked on for pizza DELIVERIES only, (total + tax @10.5% + drivers fee + business fee) but what I found from initially placing then quickly cancelling my online order and after me choosing to personally pick-up the pizza at the local PH ...that they were adding the extra business fee even as you're taking the time and wasting your gas to drive over there and pick it up yourself. No thank you PH , keep your pizza ! Update4/20/24 Okay, so I looked again at ordering from PH. Now I see that corporate wants you to tip the employees too for them doing their jobs. I'm talking about carry out service here, no delivery. This isn't quite concierge service you know. Neither is it in any way a personal experience. This isn't fine dining at all. It's a pizza FCOL, and considering that California minimum wage has gone up to $20 hourly, and for the brief 2 minutes of interaction between customer and employee, then I consider the $20 per hour is enough to forget about tipping. Dont forget about the false TV advertising for 1 LG specialty pizza for $12, then you go online just to check the authenticity, and find they reduced the size to a medium for $12, even while at this instance im watching their TV commercial again offering a large any way you want it pizza for $12. Talk about bait and switch. Like I said, I like PH, only not THAT much. You have failed me again PH. Now where did I put the Uptown Pizza number. Oh, and still 2 stars.
I was disappointed with the amount of toppings on each of the large pizzas, I expected to have what is advertize. In the past the pizzas have been loaded. We expected the pizzas would be the same way. There are too many other pizza places near me to give Pizza Hut a good recommendation or to return. I believe with the price (over $50) and the lack of quality we will take our business elsewhere.
Pay attention to the special instructions on each order. In my case, I ordered 2 pizzas, one cooked normally and one cooked well done. I got 2 pizzas cooked normally. In my previous order I had the same instructions and got the pizza that was supposed to be normal cooked well done, while the pizza supposed to be well done was barely cooked at all! VERY frustrating!!!
The New Yorker Pizza was too hard and not fresh. When I ate the crust, it was hard to chew and the pizza is crispy and I only ate the half way of the pizza.
So I tried ordering the new ulitmate cheesy stuft crust pizza at this location at 753pm They said they were sold out we called two more times after that the employee justine said they were sold out still. So I order from that location online for the same pizza that was sold they received my order at 808 and got the exact same pizza ulitmate cheesy stuft crust pizza. So I called and order again at 843 this time with the manager once again got th they were sold out line. This time I confronted her that her other employee said the same thing but the funny thing is I have the pizza in front of me I ordered it online at the same location she then trys to tell me they just sold out and that they didnt have the crust to make it. So I got lied to three times not surprise always had problems at this location.
Can’t make a pizza
I will say 0 stars for everything because I bought a pizza 2 weeks ago. I ordered a stuffed crust chicken pizza and wings. Obviously I expected stuffed crust but apparently they ran out and they made me a nasty pizza however they want it. Pizza was full of bacon, it was not stuffed and the wings taste nasty. I paid 37 dollars and it wasn't even what I want it. When I called Brian manager stated he asked the one who prepare the pizza and he said they didn't have any stuffed crust so he apologize and said they will refund me back my money after 3-5 days is been 3 weeks and no refund. I called back on Monday and I supposedly spoke to the GM- Jose and he asked for my number and said my number does not come up on there system I told him how is that if I had spoken to Brian on Sunday night and he found me on their system. He even asked me to call Monday after 4pm because I'm was going to be there. Then to top it off he made it seemed like if I was lying to him. He asked me to call back on Tuesday after 4pm because he needs to speak to Brian about it because he was not aware of this. At this point is pointless for me to call back and forward instead of asking for my number and calling me back he want it me to call him back. I haven't called back and I am not going to call. They can keep the 37 dollars I will just not go back and order from them. I wished I should of taken the pizza back this past Sunday because I still had it in my fridge but whatever.
Only 1.3 miles away from the store it took 45 minutes to get my cold food to me. Wings weren't even sauced just plain wings in a sauce soup that I had to shake up and got my shirt messed up in the process. Not worth the 50$ you made me pay.
Order our pizza about 30 minutes before before closing get there about 8 minutes before closing and the door was locked and know one would come when I knot on the door and the bad thing was I could see my pizze setting there. I think the dude working just wanted to take the pizza home.
I will not be returning to this Pizza Hut location and neither will any of my family/friends in the area. The person who took my order over the phone and gave us our pizza (the name on the receipt says Karen) was super rude! I wanted to punch her in the mouth. She was both rude over the phone and in person. When we came to pick up the pizza, another customer also came in after us, the guy that was assisting her told her "we have some customers waiting"...her response was "oh well they just have to wait"!! Rude. Also, the pizza had waaay more sauce than toppings. 🙄
I ordered pizza over the phone this past Saturday. Two large pizzas with 3 toppings on one and two toppings on the 2nd pizza. Along with 16 piece boneless wings all for pick-up. My total came out to be $75 which I thought was a bit expensive. I input my same order online the next day and total came to $58. Even though I asked for a receipt I was never given a clear breakdown of my order because the cashier only gave me my credit card receipt confirmation. I will not be ordering from this place again due to it being overpriced.
Pizza was under cooked. Dough was raw and needed to be cooked longer. Buffalo wings were also bad. Too burnt. Worst meal I have ever ordered and I wasted $41.00 on a terrible meal. Throw it all away. Did not go back to complain due to the girl that was at counter when I picked up food had an attitude with the workers when I was at counter. Will NEVER order from that location.
Beware!!! This store is trying to scam their online customers!!!! We ordered online and checked out as a guest. My husband paid the amount given $43. He received the email confirmation and receipt. When the delivery person arrived he told my husband that there was a $6 balance. He called the manager of this store and she continued to insist that we owed a balance. My husband told him we had a confirmation number to prove we paid the correct amount. The delivery person was instructed to take the order back. Again beware!!! I can only assume this store , more specifically, this evening manager, is scamming online customers. A few dollars each order really does add up!! We are now on the phone with corporate! This happened today, August 10 at 530pm.
My experience here was horrible. We normally go with Domino's but today we decided otherwise because they had a forty minute wait for carry-out. We ordered on the phone and the guy taking our order was rude and didn't understand our order. He had me repeat multiple times and I still had to correct him. I clarified before finishing the order to make sure he didn't get it wrong, but they still screwed it up. They remade the pizza and messed it up the second time too. They ended up throwing in a free pizza (the one they messed up the first time), but we waited for 30 minutes only to get what we didn't order.
