Went in for a quick lunch while in town on business. Great service on a busy lunch hour! Would stop in again.
Holy hell! BEST SUBS I'VE EVER HAD!! We ordered two giants not knowing what we were doing and went full on MIKES WAY, annnnnnd uh it was amazing. The bread is so delicious, and the way the make everything is just on point. I used to think Jimmy John's was amazing, Nope! They have been replaced. This place is like gourmet subs. I had lunch, AND DINNER!!

Subs here freaking fantastic. The employees there are nice Kind and helpful. And I don't think it's the employees problemMainly because of the process of making the subs. But we did wait in line with only about 5 people for about 20 minutes. It's just a little longer than I'm always expecting when I go in. Other than that small problem everything else is fine every sandwich I've ever had there is always fantastic
Absolutely love this place…the food is amazing but the customer service is on another level. Everyone is always friendly and courteous no matter what. The number one reason I go there as often as I do is because of the quality of employees that work there. So many people are rude and just want to throw your order together but at this store you know they want to make sure you are happy and satisfied. Whoever is hiring these folks, they deserve a raise bc they make me feel like they actually appreciate me coming in. 10/10 would recommend!

I doordashed JM's for Lunch today after seeing all the positive reviews on Doordash. After just one bite I understood all the hype. The Chicken Portabella sandwich might be my favorite sandwich of all time now. The meat was cooked to perfection and the mushrooms were really savory. I was so impressed. I'm planning on becoming a regular.

It was my first visit o Jersey Mike's. The sandwiches were good. The service was good. That said, I doubt I will go back because there is no drive thru, and the parking is atrocious!

I have always enjoyed Jersey Mike’s but here lately it’s hit or miss on if they get my sandwich right. I always get the grilled veggie wrap. My last visit last week the wrap was cold and the cheese wasn’t melted. I went back in and they redid it. But I could hear the lady making comments to another worker. The staff has always been friendly but they need to be trained how to make the grilled veggie wraps. I’m not sure if I’ll go back. To pay over $9 for a sandwich is a lot and I would expect it to be made correctly. Thank you
Got the sandwich quick, but the girl in the front kept getting my order wrong. They can work on better customer service. It was least busiest place Jerseys Mike I have ever been to and the only one was never greeted “good bye” or “thank you”. I guess I’m used to the Jersey Mikes in Greater Houston
The soda machine was uncarbonated,it was not on my 2025 bucket list to have a flat ass Pepsi
I took my granddaughter due to a young man behind the counter telling inappropriate stories and talking extremely rudely to not only the customers but his coworkers. He was the bigger young man who looked no older than 18. I hope he learns to do better. I love the food but can not tolerate this.
Ordered online, wasn't ready when I arrived. I waited for at least 10 min, watched about 7 other customers walk in and grab thier food. One customer even had 2 sandwiches made right there. Then the employee said " Are you still waiting on your order". Dude fr? Yeah I'm waiting on my food.
I just left Jersey Mike’s 10/18/2025 at 1230pm and didn’t even receive my order I witnessed two young gentleman employees leaving at the same time the area was a mess pregnant lady was very rude to me.. will not go back
walked in with my service dog the workers didn’t even ask if she was a service animal or not they just told us we couldn’t be in there. when we said she was a service animals they all rolled their eyes and started whispering to each other so we left, what disgusting behavior.
Long wait during lunch rush due to staff being more interested in visiting with each other than working. Staff also acted as if I was invisible and were extremely rude and reluctant to serve me. Store was also not wheelchair user friendly with multiple necessary items out of reach.
Jshawn was the manager this entire experience was caused from and not fixed. Worst customer service and management I've ever experienced. I found hair in my sandwich , and then on top of it I asked for rosemary bread and was given white bread instead. Because of having to get to work and in a rush and far away at the time I found the hair and noticed bread was wrong on the road. I was not able to turn around to go get fixed right away. I called in and the manager argued with me about it all and said he was not going to fix it because he said someone else had called in the week prior and he thought I was the same person, he also said that the cook wore a hair net. I went back the same night to ask for my refund completely cause from the management i definitely would never get a sandwich from a place i was disrescpected at. When i went back 3 hours later after work to get my refund or see how the manager response would be, i saw a cook without a hair net . And the same manager argued with me again and told me he was not going to give me my refund even though i found hair in my food and wrong bread. The manager cursed me out and was loud mouthing me in person and as well On the phone and in front of other customers. How he got a management position I have no idea. He is piss poor horrible manager. The worst part is. This was my first experience ever going to a jersey Mike's. I saw my coworker with some food from there and he gave me a recommendation. As a railroader I am we eat out all the time. I definitely do not recommend this location if you do eat jerseys. This was horrible. This could have been such an easy fix , but poor management skills cause it to be the worst experience over a freaking sandwich. It's just a damn sandwich .

The staff was rude and one even bumped into me and said nothing, they also refused to let us customize our sandwiches. Very disappointed with the overall experience.
