Great place to eat. We came here to eat with my family. You should reserve your seat ahead of time. You could call or go online. It cuts your waiting time specially on a weekends. Try their Mango margarita. My wife said it's really good.

Our serve was so kind and fast. We went to celebrate my brother’s birthday and it was his first time there. He was so satisfied with the food and service!! 💯💯💯

Oh my goodness!!! I know this will sound crazy but this was my first time to ever eat at Texas Roadhouse and it was amazing!!! I went there for my birthday and was completely blown away. When I walked in, I see this cooler full of steaks and what??? I get to pick mine. I picked this gorgeous 20 oz bone in ribeye, order it medium and it came out too perfection!!! The sweet potato, oh my goodness the whole thing just melted like butter! The beer was so cold and delicious and above all, the service was impeccable!!! Thanks so much for making my first experience the best one!! A new fan of Texas Roadhouse!!!

We are from California on a very long road trip, we decided to stop by Amarillo Texas Roadhouse for food. It was our first time at this restaurant and loved it. Our server Tayden was amazing and made the experience even more enjoyable. I’m hoping I’m writing his name correctly, I apologize if it isn’t right. He had great customer service and he was really friendly. We felt very welcomed by him, he was very great server and the food was amazing. our server Tayden and the food were slaying *snap snap*, amazing, he deserves a raise 👏🏻 . The atmosphere was pretty and cool, enjoyed it very much. Very different vibe to California, it was very cool.

Purchased my order to go via app Food was very good and tasted delicious because of the flavor and the spices used. Outside the decor was all Texas including the music.

A huge shout-out to our server, Madelynn, who was exceptional! As first-timers from Germany, we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. Despite chain restaurants not having the best reputation in Europe, Texas Roadhouse exceeded our expectations. The steaks were perfectly cooked, the drinks were fantastic, and the bread rolls were simply delicious and addictive. Texas Roadhouse has definitely become one of our favorite spots.

Everytime I come here I leave feeling very satisfied. The staff is patient, friendly and very helpful. We are usually seated well before the expected wait time. The steaks are always cooked to perfection and the ribs are heavenly. This is hands down my favorite Restuarant.

What more can I say.... I can't remember having a better experience than we did at Texas Roadhouse. From our amazing server, Dre to the delicious food it was a dinner to remember. We will be going back often.

Had the fort worth ribeye, steak was cooked to perfection. Beer was cold, drinks all around were fantastic. Sawyer our waitress was so good. She came around frequently , was funny , and was very friendly.

Ordered curbside because it was near closing. The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly. The best part was the food was hot, flavorful, and the portions were huge. They remembered all of the side, utensils, and napkins. I was very impressed.

One of my best/favorite dining experiences in 2022. The first thing you notice when you arrive - is the exceptional level of customer service / awareness exhibited by the staff. I visited on two different nights (Thursday, and Friday) - and on both occasions there was a lively vibe (even more so on Friday night). The food is VERY reasonably priced - and the quality is EXCEPTIONAL. Whoever is doing the hiring / training of staff - should get a bonus/raise/promotion. Your people are excellent - both front-line, as well as those who work behind the scenes in the kitchen. In my youth, I worked in restaurants - and I know what it takes to create the level of service & quality that I experienced - WELL DONE!

I have been to this restaurant several times and the food has always been an excellent quality and so has the service. I don't think you could go wrong with whatever you order. They have the restaurant business down pat. I highly recommend this place for steak, ribs and whatever else you may like.

As always an amazing experience. My daughter love it as it was her bday and they sing happy birthday. The rolls were as yummy as always, never disappoints. My steak was perfect.

Love the bread with cinnamon butter. i always get the chicken strips with either a steak or ribs. u can choose from one or the other. hard decision for me. the loaded baked potato and cesar salad are my favorite sides to choose. for appetizers i always get the fried pickles. the ranch is always my favorite!!!

I can’t remember his name unfortunately but he was super personable and very friendly! our drinks were never low and everything came out quickly, when we left he made sure to stock us up on rolls! He managed every table he had beautifully and never once made us feel rushed.

Once you understand the seating system, it's a breeze and even when people are waiting outside. Service has always been "just right". We happily nix our low carb plan for their complimentary rolls.

Me, my bff and a friend of ours went to Texas Roadhouse to celebrate my birthday 12.26 and my BFF 12.31.. We were there on New Year’s Eve.. I had the Ribeye Steak, baked potato, and a salad.. my BFF had Chicken Fried Chicken and fries! I can’t remember what our friend had, but everything was so delicious as it always is! Our server was so friendly and kept our drinks filled! Both me and my BFF had a Margarita and they were so good!! My Ribeye was cooked perfectly med, just as I like it! My potato was BIG!! Oh, and I had mushrooms, and X3 shrimp added on top of my steak! They were all delicious! We brought our leftovers home, there was a lot, and ate on it the next 2 days! The restaurant was clean, and somewhat busy, but everyone we came in contact with was super nice and helpful!! I’ll always consider Texas Roadhouse a favorite of mine bc you actually get what you order, if not, they’ll make it right! They’re so friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is always clean! It was a really enjoyable meal with good friends, good food and a great time!!

Haven't been to Texas Roadhouse in a long time. My wife and I went there for our anniversary dinner. Customer service was great and our waitress was very attentive. We ordered the Cactus Blossom which was fried to perfection. My wife got the Country Fried Chicken which came smothered in gravy. No complaints here! I ordered the 8oz NY Strip which was actually prepared at a proper medium doneness. Green beans and corn were excellent! I finished it off with The Legend, Top Shelf Margarita and it was full of flavor and hit just right!

I wish i remembered our servers name because he was amazing and handled our table great. we had a table of 11, and in the 11 was a wheelchair. To get us seated in a timely matter was great, got out our drinks, and ordered appetizers. Got our food ordered and also got ALL our orders RIGHT. At that point, I was very surprised everything was going smoothly, I truly believe it was the waiter having everything together in order. I ordered the smothered grilled chicken, and it was great. The chicken wasn't dry it was juicy. I was very pleased with our experience. The only downfall is that music is too loud, can't really hear conversation, or try and make conversation with person next to you. I'm hesitant at times to come to Texas Roadhouse due to it being over packed, service not great, and food had been not great. But glad we came and had a great experience. I hope they keep up the service and the food.

Steak was excellent! Had the 14oz Ribeye. Bread is amazing. They always seem to be training someone though. I wish they would train them on their time. Still a pretty good meal. That constant noise though. It makes it hard to enjoy.

A 30 minute wait but well worth it. Got there about 5.30 pm Saturday . Quiet a crowd . Got seated and got our order in and the appetizer was the Blooming onion. My wife and I order exact meals . The 8oz. sirloin, loaded bake potato and salad. . Everything came out to perfect except for the salads. My wife and I have at at Roadhouse numerous times and tonight the salads were terrible. They absolutely did not have any flavor to the lettuce at all. They came out looking good but were ice cold and no flavor. We both skipped the salads and mentioned that they were not good to the manager and was advised he would check into it. I guess he is still checking in to it because we never seen him again. However I mentioned this to the waiter and was told I could exchange them for something else after we had finished our meal. I would normally go 5 stars but this occasion is only getting a 4 today due to salad taste. I will still visit again because other than that they did a excellent job.

Very good, 2nd best TR we have been to, behind Lawton, OK. We had Joel as a server, and he was very good. We shared potato skins, a 12oz rib-eye, a salad and corn. Everything was great, I highly recommend if you are in the area that you give them a try.

The food was excellent! We hadn't been there in while and it was just what we needed today! Today we went to Texas Roadhouse for my Grandson's birthday. Food was so good. And our server Seth was awesome!... we were back in the corner in a booth by the bar and these 3 girl servers came back and were right beside our table and made a phone call and were giggling and saying I'm from Perryton too. It was odd because they were leaning on our table. Lol. Kind of odd.

This is an above average Texas Roadhouse. On this visit we both had chicken. The Herb Crusted chicken and BBQ Chicken were both seasoned well and well cooked. The side salad was fresh and crisp. The Tater Skins were cooked well and had plenty of cheese and bacon. I'll definitely stop here again if I'm in the area.

My friend and I enjoyed every bite of our meal. I had a moment with the rolls served with honey cinnamon butter. 😂 Delicious. Also, this was my friend's first Texas Roadhouse experience; she's definitely coming back. P.S.: This location is typically packed, but you can check in from your phone. I did, and I received emailed and texted confirmation. Plus, they text when it was time for your party to be seated.

We had an unusually terrible experience here. Texas Roadhouse has been fairly consistent with its good service and food in the past, but not tonight. Our drinks stayed empty and we had to ask for things multiple times. At one point we didn’t see our waitress for twenty minutes. The bread was stale, the butter was sour and the steak was very rare when we asked for medium. When the manager brought out a new steak, it was dry and unseasoned. Also the manager failed to notice both our drinks were empty. Bad service and bad food on this visit.

Waitress didn't really attend us well but food was good. Wait time was told 1 hour and we got in under 35mins

Ok steak. Nicely cooked. Chicken Fried Steak not good. Super grisly and tough. My sister coukd not even eat it. Had to send it back. Rolls and green beans super good. Sweet potato cooked too long. Too soft and mushy.

It would be nice and great if, you were told when picking up your order the steak for the steak filet salad that the steak is in the other meals to go box for 1 then for the other when someone orders an unsweet tea because of health reasons you don't serve a sweet tea ! You should be able when picking up to get it the way ORDERED!!! SAD Texas Roadhouse management team doesn't also pay attention to their reviews realized by returning myself a day after! 😏

The environment is clean, light and comfortable. USDA Choice Sirloin is just average. Grilled BBQ chicken is too sweet and wet. I think it’s definitely burned, cause it tastes really bitter. Cactus Blossom tastes too salty and it just doesn’t look good. So the one in outback is absolutely the better choice. The bread doesn’t shock me like other steakhouses did. However, the service is pretty good, everyone is really welcoming and nice.

Lady at the front kept us waiting without a seat and everytime we asked how much longer it was always “5-15 more minutes” or “it’s the next table” and watched the next table come and go for the next 45 minutes then walked out. Usually have a decent experience here but won’t be back for a long while if at all.

This is the 3rd time I get ribeye dinner and the meat is not done in the middle after I asked for it to be well done, and then after 2 yes of sending it back steak is charred, I didn't want them to spit inu food or something so I just left it alone, on 11-26-22 my granddaughter brought me a steak dinner cause she knows how I love eating at Roadhouse and once again the steak was think in the middle and when I spoke to a lady manager the next day, she said she couldn't do anything about this because my granddaughters got a credit on her steak, but the thing is she paid for her steak and then paid for the dinner she brought to me, two different dinners, so if I would have been at restaurant manager would only credit one meal,Really? I just have to find a better steak restaurant, where they treat costumers better. So people watch your steak and if it's not the way you ordered it, say something or better yet send it back and order something they can really cook!! "i'm Very Dissatisfied "

Ordered food for pick up after traveling all day, came to the pick up window to get my $18 sirloin salad. Requested shredded cheese instead of blue cheese, and an extra ranch too. Literally was NOTHING on my salad, even the salad was starting to wilt. Went back up to the window to try to get my order fixed and was met with nothing but attitude, not an apology just took my container straight to the back came back and told me that blue cheese comes on the salad not shredded cheese. I knew that but requested that I had shredded cheese put on instead. Then said “well they didn’t put that down” so I asked if I was gonna be able to get cheese or not and she reluctantly put a cup of cheese in my hand. Not good customer service at all. $18 for flavorless steak and a plain wilted salad, still no extra ranch, terrible customer service, I will not be back. Edited to add- had Pizza Hut, sad that my $5 personal pizza was more satisfying and came with excellent customer service.

Haven’t been to Texas Roadhouse in a couple of months things have definitely changed. They used to keep the 6 ounce sirloins in the showcase next to the 9 ounce sirloins went tonight thinking I was ordering the early bird 6 ounce sirloin for the 1299 price. But instead, they had fillet mignon’s in the showcase. I’ve never seen that before after I paid I walked out and as I was walking out, I asked the girls at the register where the early bird special steaks were. She said oh I think they’re in the back. When did they start that? Put the filet mignon out in the showcase and keep the earlybird specials where you can’t see them.I didn’t want to spend $24 on a steak. I only wanted to spend the early bird 1299. Highly disappointed not sure if I’ll be back for a while.🫤

Normally get a meal here and went into day and host asked if we wanted fried pickles with our rolls before we set down. We said yes because we thought they were some type of comp thing or something because they was with the rolls on the counter. The Bloody Mary was not up to par they offered to remake we declined the hostess wasn’t very good maybe an off day. If you want to pay with card they want to require you to use the deal on the table. And they will accept cash when asked about the pickles they are put on your check. Disappointed that they are not more clear and the statement is they just started that and there are signs around (see below) manager did what I feel was right and remove them from the ticket cause it wasn’t explained but ignored another party at my table because she already paid cash. Really disappointed in the service the manager and the way they basically offered with out explaining cost at all. Side note I would have ordered them possibly and not taken the cold ones that I was given at the start. The sign below is what is being refers to which in no indicates in the manor it was offered.

Don’t bother ordering to go. And after my daughter and I were sick for two days we won’t be going in person either. Shrimp was ice cold, 12 oz ribeye was cold and had maybe 4 oz of meat and the rest was fat. Ordered extra rolls, did not get a single little dollop of the cinnamon butter. The ribs were all skin and no meat. For what it cost me in time, gas AND money the food could’ve at least not made us sick let alone been hot!

Our experience was so bad. The hostess said they can't seat parties over 10 like really .We had a party of 14 and they separated us 7 in a table and 7 in another table at a different part of the restaurant and not even called us at the same time.We sat at different tables at different times like really . They are so unorganized never have I experienced this before plus I'm sure we are not the only party of 10 or more on the weekends.The server was very good though.

I wish you could give negative reviews. Absolutely the worst Texas Road House I have ever been to. Ordered a ribeye medium rare, simple for a steak house. Came out rare so I sent it back. It came back well done on the outside and still rare on the inside. The manager asked if I wanted a new one, I said yes. They brought the same steak out the 3rd time completely well done. I told them at that point I didn't want it anymore. No new steak, and no comp on the bill. Mel showed the worst manager performance I have ever seen. Zero attempt to make thinks right... Other than ruining the steak and giving it back to me. I would never ever go back to this location.

0 Stars for this visit, ordered $50 worth of food, some of my food was cold and my steak filets were extremely rare when I ordered medium rare, the manager tried to ask me if I wanted it to be put back on the grill but the outside was charred and the inside rare like someone was just trying to get it out of the kitchen. I told the manager that I didn’t want her to put it back on the grill because it made me feel sick and uncomfortable and walked away upset and took only $11 of the $22 that the meal was priced at, it was very busy but this still isn’t acceptable. I love coming here but this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had especially for a birthday lunch.

Were on our honeymoon across the country, and heard great things about this chain. We got the meals and the gravy literally tasted like it was made of salt and only salt It was all over the whole meal so everything was ruined, barely had 1/4 the plate and now I'm at the Hotel my lips are still stinging profusely. The server didn't even ask at the end how it was, only brought us the bill.. Extremely disappointed, it's clear as day Australian steakhouses are 100 times better than the US, extremely disappointed If it wasn't for my wife being embarrassed, we would have asked for a full refund. We leave Amarillo tomorrow so will never come here again, massive shame and waste of money, left 3/4 behind and am still starving

Our prime rib was disgusting last night. We ordered it medium and when they brought it to our table it literally had blood all over both pieces and pretty much raw. And they brought our salad out never had time even take five bites and here came our main entree.

First time at this roadhouse, a roach crawled out of my mushroom stake, I almost threw up. I was at the bar, As I was trying not to throw up, the guy next to me pointed it out to the lady and she apologized to him instead of me, come to find out she cleared his check. And never acknowledged me. I couldn't even even eat my food afterwards. Worst experience at road house ever

Came in for dinner with my kiddo like I have done a million times before and never had a problem. Tonight was probably the worst I've ever had. My steak was overcooked my potato was rancid tasting and the new steak after my first burned one was pretty disgusting also. I am now sick and have been puking my guts up since I got home. My daughter's food was not bad but she is also sick. Just kind of disappointed in an establishment that I used to enjoy and now feel like why bother waste the money on a mediocre steak house.

Some of the waiters behaved very poorly and refused to serve our entire family, choosing to attend only a few of us. We were originally told we would be given a table for 8, but later they said it wasn’t possible. However, that same table was eventually given to only 2 people who arrived after us. This caused us to lose seats that we could have used, which felt very unfair. While one waitress was very kind, apologized, and handled the situation professionally, the rest of the staff made us feel almost discriminated against. Overall, the experience with the service was disappointing.

My father and family went to celebrate my cousin’s birthday Sunday night. We tried making a reservation on the phone and never received a confirmation text. When we showed up the host told us that we never confirmed. How do you confirm a reservation when they aren’t even capable of sending a text to do so? Then we tried sit down in the waiting area and we were then told we couldn’t sit there.. We told them we were a party of 7 and asked for a table to sit all of us together. We already had to wait so we figured we could wait for a table to be seated together. Then we were lead to a single table that sits 4 and we’re told “no we don’t move tables here, 4 of you sit here and 4 of you sit at another random table.” HUH? We had to go back to the waiting area yet AGAIN cause they can’t count past 4 apparently. Knowing well enough there are booths that literally can seat that many people in a party. How hard is it to accommodate a group that has called ahead of time? Poor listening skills, poor customer service, and lack of communication. It’s sad this is the only roadhouse in town.
