I have been coming here for 25 years, and have never had a single complaint! Very courteous and efficient staff! They have never gotten my order wrong. Very clean here! I am ecstatic that they brought back the CHILI CHEESE BURRITO (for good, I hope)!!!

I would rate it 6 stars if I could, I've been coming to this particular location since 2011 when you could win a burrito for a quarter!! That's gone because inflation but the quality remains great, also the only taco bell nearby that still serves their amazing breakfast!!

Decent time through the drive thru. I love the chios and cheese so I order those o too of my reg order. They usually forget them which bums me out. Helpful hint, if you go around 230p, the meat is so dang hot! It's some of the best food when the meat is freshly cooked and piping hot.

Ordering was easy at the kiosk. Wait time was low. Food was hot, fresh and tasty. Employees don't get very high marks. It was apparent to me I was ruining their Sunday afternoon. It became more apparent after I had an issue with my order and had to go back up to the counter to request my drink cups. Only took 5 minutes to grab the attention of an employee. All in all, it would have been great if the employees were courteous humans. They were not. Food was good though.

Tacos were good except I ordered three flour tortilla tacos and I got three crispy corn shell tortilla. I'm looking for taco order good without errors. I have not yet found them. I guess I will be making my own.

They were incredibly sweet and accommodating at the window. My doordash did not go through with a driver, but they made it happen anyway and made my food. They are always awesome and get my order correct, but they had made it even better with their communication with me tonight.

Stopped coming for a couple years, Customer service wasn't the greatest. Giving a shout out to PATRICIA she was very kind, thoughtful and thorough! I appreciate her service today! GIVE HER A RAISE 👊🤪

I have to eat my Taco Bell with a lot of fire sauce approximately 4 packets per item otherwise it really doesn't taste that good to me, I always emphasized I need at least four packets per item of sauce, I never get as much as I asked for they always short me. And as for atmosphere I don't know I don't like going in because they want you to use the credit card machine and I don't like using it but they are forcing you to. So that Taco Bell is one of my least favorite besides the one in Paddock lake which charges more money than the others.

This location is notorious for rarely getting the order correct. Today wasn't too crazy though. If I do go back and have them correct it, it'll add another 5-10 minute wait and the rest of the food gets cold. The real reason why I put NO lettuce on the soft potato taco is because then they'll add the correct amount of potatoes. When you let them add lettuce they add a sad 6-7 pieces of potatoes. 😑 The food is good, when you get it correctly though 🤷🏻‍♀️

Walked in from work to get some quick food and get some AC because I'm hot and tired. You can not order food without using the stupid kiosk app thing. Last thing I want to do before I eat is mess with an app or tablet or kiosk to program my order when there is a person literally standing right there that should be able to take my order. Very stupid they remove the menu behind the counter and force you to use their app or kiosk to order. I won't be going back in again. Next time will be the drive through. Manager lady was nice so she gets 5 stars but the rest of the process is crap.

1:30pm on June 30th, me and my bf ordered the cravings box and two regular sized freezes. The burrito and soft shell taco were made poorly. The burrito was one half meat and one half beans. Me and my boyfriend like to split the box, so he ate the meat half of the burrito, and I got stuck with the bean part. It was all beans.. the soft shell taco had all of its sauce put on one side too. Manager, please properly and politely teach your employees how to make these items. Please don't be mean to them, I don't believe in cruelty to public service workers. But I do believe I should get my moneys worth... also we got size small freezes instead of regulars. Overall disappointed. First time we ever disliked a meal we got from taco bell. It was our first time at this taco bell too, so maybe we just had a bad hand? We won't be coming back anyway, we're out of town.

The food was fresh and the employees at this location have always been friendly. I am leaving a 2 star review based on how ridiculous the pricing has got here. I came in and ordered 3 chalupa Supremes with a drink and my total was $27 dollars. I literally almost walked out of the store based on that price. I understand everything has got more expensive but double the price on what they used to be? You could literally go out to dinner at a true Mexican restaurant for less then that. I think they should get rid of the fancy self kiosk machines if they upcharge all their food because I cant recall any other taco bell that charges $6 compared to $3 on the supreme chalupas.

First visit to their "dining room" since the world opened up again. Expected, at the very least, to find clean, disinfected tables. At 4:30 pm, on a Wednesday, the place was basically empty yet there was garbage on many of the tables. Makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like. I use the drive thru once in a while, and never had a complaint. I'm going to rethink that now. Definitely won't be eating in this place again anytime soon.

This Taco Bell uses ground beef for their Birria tacos. I paid nearly 20$ for 4 tacos and they didn’t use the shredded beef! What a rip off! I called to complain and the manger told me they ran out!!! Not going back check your food before you leave

Had an unpleasant experience tonight with the night manager. My friend and I ordered a beef chalupa and they gave us steak, once we went back to ask for the right one, the manager said "you did order steak" and as we pulled up to the window with our receipt she proceeded to have a bit of an attitude. We asked for hot cheese to go on our cold fries and she went back with attitude asking the cook for warm cheese. Then when the cook gave it to her she sat on her phone for a minute and said "just one minute" . Won't go back at night.

I visited the Taco Bell in Antioch recently and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Despite waiting for over an hour for my food, I was informed that drive-thru orders were being prioritized over mobile orders. This didn't seem fair, especially since I was physically present at the location. It was disheartening to witness another customer leave due to frustration with the wait. I genuinely wished for a more equitable and pleasant experience.

So it's January 12th around 9:00 p.m. I placed an order for drive-thru on the mobile app. The manager on duty told the cashier to have me pull around to the parking lot and wait for my food there. Now I expressed how it was a major inconvenience for not only myself but the person having to run it out in this weather. Seems like an inconvenience for both myself and their employees. When there is a perfectly fine drive thru. And then not only that to top it off I have to sit there and worry about something being done to my food that shouldn't be done just because I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service...

I have not ordered from this place one and got exactly what I ordered. You pay for potato they forget it. Item has black beans? Not today. You only ordered chips and cheese online using your free credit? Sorry it says you didn't pay. I see your order but you didn't pay... Twice... You can't even order and not pay through the app. Payment is a requirement to order! They've messed up at least $80 in food but I keep going back because there aren't many good veggie options in the area and that's like the only place plus the kids like it... I really wish they could get it together though.

Spent over 30 minutes in the drive through at 11 at night. Decided there was no way I would be paying them $25 to wait that long for food. Had 2 cars in front of us just ridiculous

It would be nice if the manager spoke English and could read. Ordered 20 sauce packets with my order online and only received 4, I know they're free but c'mon. 4 is enough for 1 taco for me. Don't give me the option to order 20 of them if you won't give me that many. This manager always has a bad attitude as well. I definitely prefer the girl with short hair over this lack of soul manager working today.

Do NOT GO HERE!! Nobody could understand English. Spent 20 minutes trying to order through drive through, ended up pulling up to the window. They still couldn't understand,just when we thought everything was good. They gave us someone else's order, no straws for our drinks.

Only thing saving them is the fact I love their food. Now, I ordered online thinking this would sorted things up. Sat in the drive through for over an hour!!! No body inside moving with any emphasis. Like they could care less that you literally stole an hours and a half of my life. Literally insane. Told them I want my food compt. I should have gotten this meal and the next teen free. Family at home starving. I’m trapt. If anyone from corporate for this store reads this please do something cause this wasn’t fair in the slightest ands to have employees act like I was crazy for saying I want my meal compt then dismissed like I was a burden is crazy. The picture I was sitting there even longer.

I do it again and then it tells me to go talk to the cashier. I tell the cashier my order again. Why did I use the kiosk? The cashier calls someone to help her, I ask her if it’s easier if I pay card instead of cash. She smiles and laughs not seeming to understand. Then the original cashier asks if I can wait for a manger, to pay cash. I’m buying Taco Bell not a used car.

15 minutes standing there waiting for 3 burritos. Stood in line while 2 employees talked. Finally said screw it ordered from kiosk. Waited 10 minutes saw 20 orders going out through drive through. Finally said something and the guy says. "OH I'm sorry. Then waited 7 more minutes for 3 frigging burritos. Pissed off. They prioritize the drive through and don't give a crap about the inside. 0 stars.

And don't ask them for another cup when they give you a cup, that's cracked and leaking all over your car, because then you just get a lot of attitude.
