Always great food with a great atmosphere. It can get expensive when you start ordering appetizers and specialty drinks but it's hard to beat a freckled lemonade or am oreo milkshake. And the never ending sides makes up for it all.

There were two of us and we both ordered the same when the food came they brought only one meal. The server realized she only put one of the items in. When the first burger was done eating the second meal was delivered. We asked for more of the all you can eat fries and then were given only one order of fries for the two of us. All of this with "oh my order device is not working right" . Did nothing to make it RIGHT!

Great service, food was excellent. Our server Steph was training and still on top of everything perfectly. We were especially impressed that the manager came out to say hi after we haven't been in a long time.

This place is by far best burgers best deals best staff around . I had the hot honey chicken sandwhich it's these best hands down I've ever eaten . Love it all here and I will be back .

It only took three days, but I finally got my fries. Part 2 So the waiter runs to the kitchen and he comes out with this big old basket of fries and he drops them on my table quick like and moves on. And I just got this look. And my wife laughs and laughs and laughs. I'm not kidding you guys. There were seven bottomless fries in this big old basket. I should have taken a picture because it was hilarious how sad that meager portion of fries looked when compared to a basket that size. If any of you were there on Friday night around 7pm and your basket of bottomless fries seemed one fry light, I'm sorry but that was because of me. I'm guessing dude ran to kitchen, grabbed the biggest basket he could find, and then applied one fry from each meal that was ready to go out the door. That had to be it. And as far as being a "bottomless" basket of fries, that just isn't true. I could very clearly recognize the bottom of my basket even without my reading glasses. I thought I would just get over it and continue on my quest to find the most American cheeseburger on Earth. But I haven't. What bothered me was the "honest mistake". You see, when I got home and put on my other reading glasses, I pulled up Red Robin's menu and nowhere on the menu do they offer "heaping pile of raw carrots". Not anywhere. How could the waiter have "honest mistakenly" ordered me an item that doesn't even exist on the menu? Was the waiter just overly concerned about my heath and deteriorating eyesight? Was he just trying to help me out? My good friends say that he probably just looked at me and decided that I'd had enough fries already. Maybe he was trying to save my life. To the waiter: I appreciate your concern. However, you should know that carrots do not really have a significant impact on a person's vision. They may help with vitamin A deficiencies, but those are rare in the western world. The myth was actually propagated by the British military during WWII. They had made significant advances in radar technology, but wanted to keep it on the down low. When asked to explain their extraordinary ability to locate enemy aircraft, they told the public that they had been feeding their pilots extra carrots and it had positively affected their vision. To Red Robin: Please put a cheeseburger on the menu. Call it a kids menu for adults if you want. I am fine with that. I did go to the store today and bought myself a bag of fries. I am hoping this may give me some closure, but I don't know. You should know however that you still owe me some "standard" fries. "Bottomless" I might add. To the reader: Thanks for spending your time with me. This was fun. I'm not going to leave Red Robin a negative review just because dude wanted to mess with me. I don't roll like that. And besides, my family and friends have enjoyed laughing with me about it and that is priceless. The burger was good, the atmosphere was good, and the fries were just starting to get good...

Been here 3 times in the last 6 months. Their fondue burger is awesome! Bartender attentive, friendly! I keep coming back for the burger and friendly staff! Fries are good too especially with the cheese dip!

The service was great! Couldn't ask for a better waitress. I completely forgot her name, but if you can figure out who served us around 6 or 6:30PM today, please recognize her. She'll remember us as I gave her a hard time about the scorpion burger and how ketchup had more spice than that burger. Great flavor but no heat... 😔 All the food was great, though honestly. Thank yall. Burgers are a beast! Did not need that double! 🤣

First time coming here ever. Taylor waited on us and was EXTREMELY helpful and nice. Taylor took care of us!! And I gotta say, his friendly attitude pretty much matched the atmosphere of the place. Any staff we spoke with were friendly and helpful with all of our requests. And the options for the food left me with a hard time choosing! All the food we ordered was SUPER tasty and well seasoned. We ordered a couple extra containers of the campfire Mayo for the onion rings because it was so good we couldn't stop dipping into it! Will definitely come back and would highly recommend the experience!

Thank you for being you and taking good care us! There was another lady I didn't catch her name but she wears blue glasses. She was amazing as well. This is my daughter's favorite restaurant. My daughter and I went here for her birthday dinner. The staff was very nice.

My family LOVES Red Robin. 🍔 This location never really disappoints. Service is pleasant from the moment you walk in the door and the food is darn good! Love the daily specials and Happy Hour. The garlic 🥦 is mouthwatering good and the Bonsai Burger with 🍍 is 🤤! We look forward to returning again soon!

We had a party of 14 for a graduation dinner. I called and asked if we need reservations for that many people. I was told “we are first come first serve and we don’t take reservations.” So I confirmed it won’t be a problem then when we show up. Was reassured nope come in. The story quickly changed upon arrival. The staff asked if I called ahead. Too which I replied “I called and was told no need to.” They definitely were not welcoming and treated us like we were an inconvenience to them. They did accommodate us and our waitress Laquisha (sorry about spelling) was absolutely FANTASTIC! She is the ONLY reason that I gave 5 stars!

100% great experience. Food was awesome and came out quickly. Our server was wonderful, I wish I could remember her name because I would definitely shout out. When we arrived I asked for a booth because it's easier with younger kids. The person at the front was very friendly and didn't treat us like we were asking too much, and made sure one was available quickly even though the place was busy, and I completely understand why. We all got burgers which were delicious and I always highly recommend strawberry freckled lemonade (with or without alcohol both are👌). We were visiting the area from MI and when we come back we'll definitely be stopping here.

First time tried teriyaki chicken with medium meat. Meat was tender, juicy and eaten with pineapple makes melted in my mouth was soooo delicious as waitress recommended. Our family's experience around Robin was great. We'd never been there. So we were first time customers, and we there experienced a phenomenal meal. Heather, our waitress went way out of her way to tell us all the delicious deals and meals on the menu. The manager came out and brought us some fries and let us sample some of the sauces. Try, as we might have, we couldn't get to the bottom of the bottomless sides.And we tried, we had the mac, and we had the fries, and we tried to get to the bottom of those bottomless fries and mac and cheese.But there was no no no doing it. Our waiter Ben was amazing. He was always on top of things we went during the lunch hour. It wasn’t very busy. We were able to get a seat right away. The food was on point my sister and I both had the jalapeño heat wave burger. Both were cooked the temp requested. I also added a Bailey’s milkshake to my order. Had the Royal Red Robin Burger with avocado, which adds $1.49 to the order, then also added garlic fries (which are bottomless), which added another $1.99 and then tried their new Peach-Berry Freckled Lemonade which is roughly $5.49 I believe. The overall order was around $24 due to all the add-ons, which were worth it, especially the peach-berry freckled lemonade, which IS the best lemonade I've ever had and highly recommend it mainly because they offer it in bottomless refills. The waitress was very patient with orders and was quick with refills, and you can't go wrong with the atmosphere with all the portraits, paintings, and cool designs on the walls. It really brings the place together. Highly recommend this Red Robin, especially for big groups, and I've never once had what I ordered undercooked, which I've been here over 20 times by now. My compliments to the staff for always going above and beyond to make my meal worthwhile 👍

Took my family and mother in law here for dinner on April 8th and the food was as good as I remembered. It had been some years since I last ate at Red Robin, solely due to the fact that I don't live near a location, but the service, cleanliness and decor were all up to standards. The only thing I noticed was some of the exterior stucco was flaking.

This has been a family favorite for many many years. Great staff, many great burger options and beverages. Love the mozzarella sticks and onion rings. My go to burger is the Banzi Burger or the Haystack and the guys go for the Burnin' Love burger. Never leave hungry and no room for dessert.

What a nice surprise. Hadn't been in years! It was a bit loud, but the staff was welcoming, friendly and happy. The food was hot, fresh, generous servings and at our table without much time at all. Since we hadn't been in over 10 years, the manager brought us complimentary fries to start our experience. A nice date night indeed.

Maybe don't keep your waitress preoccupied with a staff meeting when you have her staffed and working... I waited for 10-15 minutes to get a drink refil to wash down the food that was not going down my throat. Then I realized it was because they were distracting her and she was being taken with things that had nothing to do with her occupied tables....

I love the food at Red Robin. I haven't been there in a while and decided to go back and redeem my birthday sandwich. The Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich was great, but they need to use less sauce so the chicken doesn't slide off the bun when eating. I think one way of preventing this would be to put the lettuce and tomato on the heel of the bun. Love the unlimited sides. I chose the broccoli and fries. When I was asked if I wanted a replenishment of any, I asked for another side of fries. However, it took longer than normal to get them. I was done eating everything else and waiting for them to arrive. I will still come back, but I hope they get this corrected for other customers.

The food I've had here is mediocre at best. Hate to say it, but there are better burgers elsewhere. Im not sure if quality has changed over the past few years. I swear their food used to taste better. Servers most of the time are great.

I ordered the bottomless garlic fries with my burger and my second serving was half the original size and wasn't the garlic fries version. Took so long to arrive that my dinner guests wanted to leave before the order could be corrected, (about 15 minutes for the second serving). Feel sort of ripped off. Food was so-so, I don't think it was promptly served to us. Disappointed with my visit. Pretty good chance I'll never be back.

Service was average. The server argued a bit with me over an item I did not argue back. Food was decent. Spent about $134 for a family 6 including tip so reasonable. It was quiet when we went on a Monday night about 5 pm.

Ok, this Red Robin had a really good burger. Nice to have refills on fries which our server made right after the first batch. Server did a good job with serving us, and was kind and helpful. The reason for the 3 was the hostess. Omg, she would have to clear a table for us but her I dont wanna be here attitude was very apparent. She came back and asked if a big booth would work, and we said yes. You never know what ppl are going through behind the scenes, so have to be delicate. I hope things improve for her.

Red Robin is a childhood favorite of mine, I loved getting the balloon and the freckled lemonade. Now, returning as an adult. I realize this place is not worth the bang for your buck. The burgers are below average at $17 and some cents for a burger I expect something delicious. I was given a mediocre patty cheese a little bit of bacon and a stale bun that had a greenish yellow tint when you cut it open. I firmly believe the bun helps make the patty at that price I want a good bun! The bottomless fries surely should make up for it, fresh and salty… sure, but does anyone really like steak fries that much? The freckled lemonade was still as delicious as I remember and we tried the Tasmania shrimp as an appetizer and I can honestly say I would go back for the shrimp before I go back for one of their “gourmet” burgers.

A casual dining restaurant, Red Robin is consistent in delivering a decent meal at the Apple Valley location. On Wednesdays, kids get to eat half off. The restaurant had a thin crowd when we went, and I'm pretty sure every single group was celebrating a birthday, where they give the person an ice cream sundae and sing a song. I got the smoke ketchup burger,l. My main critique is that the supposedly "bottomless" fries required a bit of work to get them to be "bottomless" since they give you fewer than a dozen with each serving and you have to keep pestering them for refills just to get one normal sized serving.

Standard burger joint with unique bottomless sides. The burgers are done well. The smoke and bacon was quite tasty. The sweet potato fries are a sad wimpy little things. The steak fries are a better choice. The best part of this place is the service. They are so nice! Bathrooms were in need of a good clean and the floor was sticky everywhere you walk.

Just had a terrible experience here. The server, Pippy I think she said her name was, was awful. On at least three occasions I saw her see our empty cups and ignore them. When I finally got up to go to the bar to get refills, she was actually standing at the end of the bar texting. Someone else also stopped by our table at one point and he specifically said he would go get a refill and did not. On my way out, I realized that gentleman was the manager so I stopped to share my experience with him and he couldn’t have cared less. He gave the most monotone and insincere apology and asked if I wanted a coupon for next time. It’s laughable to think I would be in any rush to visit them again when there’s dozens of places within a few miles also serving frozen burgers. The food wasn’t bad, but the horrible service and lack of care can’t be overlooked.

So, I typically like going here to eat at the restaurant. I was in a rush, we had a gift card, so I ordered food for curbside. I was really disappointed they didn’t have a number to call or text to say you’re there and they could bring it out. What is the point of curbside if I have to unpack all my little kids in car seats, go in, get the food and then pack them all back up again? The packing of the food was insane as well. HUGE bag… the extra fries were packed separately in individual containers rather than just put in with the persons food. Maybe 15 fries in 4 extra containers. There was plenty of space in the burger containers. This is definitely not life shattering, but I would not ever order pickup in the future here. Way too inconvenient.

We came here for an early birthday celebration. I will say that our waitress was very kind, although while being served throughout the night it felt like we were being rushed and pushed to enjoy our food. When we had our dessert, the waitress did not ask if we were finished and grabbed the plate abruptly. I understand that the place was pretty busy, but it wasn’t a way I would want to serve someone

We were originally sat at a wobbly table which isn't a huge deal, they moved us which was kind. We had a different server since we moved, she was quiet rude. My husband ordered a beer, we had to ask 5 times because they kept forgettingto bring it out. He finally got it after waiting 30 minutes. When she did bring it, it was obvious she was irritated the way to put it down on the table. We ordered our appetizer, and then she never came back we were given another server. She was very kind and attentive, the cooks didnt bother to read the ticket so his burger came out wrong and after all of the waiting and frustration he gave up and just asked to have it removed. They removed it from our bill which was great. Just a shame this was the service for my sons birthday dinner that he was very excited about.

Our server was pleasant, but the burgers focused more on presentation than taste. The patties lacked seasoning and were quite bland, even though they looked impressive. The fries were satisfying, and the firecracker shrimp was delicious.

One word, mediocre. Food was okay. Service was okay. Atmosphere was okay. Overpriced for the food/service/environment. They barely give you any fries (They ARE bottomless, but you'd have to be there for several hours to get your worth. You have to ask anytime your server checks in with you). No bartender was available so it dinked the experience a little, but it's never that serious. Shoutout to the cooks though. They made our food super fast and had it out quick. Appreciate them. They do have a huge american flag made out of baseballs on the wall? Kind of weird, I wasn't a fan. There IS a different painting of American Gothic but Minion version. Got a kick out of that and it was my favorite thing I experienced. I'd rather go to the 'Bees, my love.

My burger was ordered well done. It wasn't by the time they brought me another one everyone was done eating. I took a bite and it was the wrong burger. The fries were cold. Seems there are some communication or comprehension issues. Wake up you're working pay attention to your job.

Came here for my sons birthday. First waitress forgot my drink twice, second waitress forget my drink twice and proceeded to get an attitude cause of it. Chef doesnt know to read a ticket cause then put lettuce and tomato on my burger when the third waitress was doing her job correctly.

30% full at prime supper hour, no mystery why. Sat next to a very noisy and unruly family. Asked to be moved and was given a walking tour through the nice quiet section (asked to sit where it was quiet, was declined), and walked back to a table just 10 feet from the original circus. Kids menus didn’t have crayons and after 10 minutes of sitting with no table service, elected to just eat the food at home. I’d be embarrassed if I was the manager of that joint, but I guess the dining area being empty at supper hour tells the story of why. Disappointing

This review has been edited multiple times as I enjoyed my dining experience and atmosphere, but the ending of it deflated my thoughts on the experience. The front house staff and food were very good, until a booth next to mine shattered a glass on the floor, and some of the glass came into my booth while me and my date both were wearing sandals. Both servers and the front house manager came over and profusely apologized to the table that broke the glass, but did not check on my booth at all, until I flagged down the bus boy sweeping to get the glass out of our booth. I am keeping this at 1 star because guest safety oversight is such a big concern, it's like they wanted to save face / avoid conflict at all costs, which begs the question if they dropped my food in the kitchen would they just pick it back up to avoid conflict of telling me they need to remake it? The food and service were good, but the broken glass incident really showed the entire staff's true colors. I have served / cooked for 10+ years at similar chain restaurants, and this is a huge red flag to me, this is a place to avoid!

On March 5th 2026 when I came in to red Robin restaurant I ordered my cheese burger and fries and endless root beer floats and my burgers was not cooked all the way it was raw and it was bleeding I would of loved if they fixed my burger or did something to fix the issue but they didn't

I placed a to go order online. The food i recieved was sub par (see pictures) it was wrong - wrong sauce on wings. I was so dissapointed. This used to be my favorite place but has gotten awful in the last 6 months. No one is friendly there anymore the host looked and sounded miserable. They dont put enough "unlimited" fries in the take out boxes even if you mark the extra fry button (see picture for all the fries i recieved). The chef sucks last time my "no pink" burger was so pink i couldnt eat it. Dont go to this red robin, choose another restaurant.

Went there for the birthday burger, and even paying for my wife’s burger felt like a rip off . Strongly advised not eating at this location
