I always use drive thru. Staff always friendly and courteous. Very happy with the way they treat me.
Been here many times because it is near my house. Love the deals and coupons. Place is almost always clean. Food quality and packaging is on point. Never had an issue in the multitude of times eating here.
Drive Thru review. 5 star for having a menu before the speaker & mic. I wouldn't deduct a star for having a broken speaker :) please do fix it or have a screen to show the order summary. My order is accurate and the food is hot. I got a Seasoned Curly fries and Stuffed Jalapeños ^_^
Forgot her name but this worker assisted me and my party to get the sodas syrup fix for us. She was fast and friendly about it . She has braces ot was around 830pm thank you so much for assisting us and making sure we got our drinks well served

The place to go whenever hunger strikes but your busy schedule only gives you minutes to eat. Jack's meals are priced right, quickly served and tasty.

The food was hot and the service was fast. The only issue we have is the Freestyle machine makes the drinks a little waters down and the ice tea has no flavor. Just colored water
There usually pretty quick at this location and always polite. Eating area and Bathrooms are well kept as well as the parking lot policed and jet free from debris. All and all a good location to visit especially if in a hurry.
This fast food restaurant was very clean. The staff was friendly. The food was Fresh and delicious almost like how its portrayed in their advertisements! I will gladly return in the future and recommend this place for others to try.

I like the crunchy tacos best of all. The other tricky Mexican food is good too; though still shy away from the burgers since madcow hit a couple of decades ago.
Efficient for how many workers they have on staff at any given time, food tastes good, especially the popcorn chicken. If there's are a lot of cars you might be waiting a very long time.

It's your standard fast food restaurant. They got my order right. The speed was average. Like in all Jack's, the soda machine was lacking, but diet Coke and some alternatives were available.
There was a long way to the drive-through and understand that could happen a lot now but when we got to the window all that was really said to us was "any sauce" and " heres your card and your order". I know they could be busy but at least saying "have a nice day" or thank you for your patience" goes a long way when you wait a long time.
There are often times when I talk about how great the food is and the not-so-great employees, this location has it the other way around. The employees are very friendly. The food on the other hand is not so good, and expensive for what you pay for it. Good drink options. Their iced mocha tastes like liquid chocolate.
I went through the drive-through just to get a drink. I sat in the Drive-Thru approximately 12 minutes with two cars in front of me and five behind. It was like the people inside did not have a clue what they were doing. They may be new but they need to get some training during the Slow Time. If I could have got out of the line I would have and gone elsewhere. When I finally got the drink, and iced mocha coffee it was okay.
Consistently awful experience everytime I come here. I don't get it. Close by locations are fine but this one the food is always disgusting and inedible at times. Especially the chicken sandwiches. Yuck

I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches with extra lettuce, tomato, onion and no mayo. What I received were 2 chicken sandwiches with no tomato, no onion and extra mayo. Completely opposite of what I ordered. I didn't want to make the drive back so I just added the veggies myself and wiped off the 2 pounds of mayo. Unacceptable!

Feels like this jack in the box has a high turn over rate because everyone seemed like it was their first time behind the counter. The bar is on the ground and they can’t walk over it. There’s better jack in the boxes out there. Go to them instead. This one isn’t worth your time or money.

Total is 11.03. Gives 20.03. Proceeds to give me $6 in bills and $3 in dimes. WTH?
This is the worst experience I have ever had. The attitude of the male waiter at 9:00 pm on April 10, 2022 was very bad. I took the order and he didn't give me a drink. When I found the problem and went back to find it, it was really bad Being unreasonable, he closed the window and ignored me before he finished speaking. He made me feel bad all night.
Very poor management at night my online order was done 15 minutes after it said it was ready the manager was busy flirting with the co workers this used to be the reliable location not anymore rather go to el monte
Meghan is absolutely the worst! As soon as i order she comes out with attitude. She disrespected me by name calling and I won’t let an individual cross that line. I just reported her on the survey 2:26pm. She needs to learn customer service skills.

Some boy or boys were being really disrespectful with handing me ketchup something we asked in the drive thru clearly no ketchup but ranch so I walked in myself and ask hey Mr can I have some ketchup please and what he did was look at me with attitude and just toss the ketchups on the counter and when I said have a good day he just ignored is highly disrespectful and the worst service I have ever received.
Ordered 2 smash beacon cheese burgers and one jumbo jack no cheese and 3 regular chocolate shakes. Cost us $30.59 came home the jumbo jack had cheese and we got 1 smash burger!!??? Very disappointed and it's becoming expensive to buy so goodbye!
Hours say 6am to midnight. Got here at 6:30am. Saw the employees socializing in the kitchen and putting on makeup. Lights off, doors still locked. The lady who opened the window to let us know u were still closed also mentioned the food wasn't going to be ready for atleast a few hours.

They messed up my order , forgot the fries and I said no cheese on the tacos. Then he proceeds to tell me that I'm wrong and I didn't order those so I had to show him on my phone yes I did. I even tipped him $5 and he still gave me an attitude. Very bad service it's almost like a McDonald's here. Take your money elsewhere

When my mom ordered my two 8 piece chicken nuggets & my strawberry milkshake and nicely asked for 6 buttermilk ranch dressings when she paid she was told by one of your employees that she would be charged extra for two more buttermilk ranch sauces, Your employee was very disrespectful & rude at the same time and my mom wasn’t even arguing about the sauces. It’s never okay to treat a customer bad in a disrespectful/rude way just because someone has a bad day it’s never okay to treat customers with disrespect and rudeness. I don’t know the employees name that was disrespectful/rude to my mom.
This is by far the worst Jack-in-the-Box I ever been to. My husband ordered the new sandwich which they made fresh No complaints about that However, my husband order me two orders of tacos, a chicken sandwich, and fries, which one they forgot the fries my husband had to go back. They did not give my husband french fries we do not live far from this location. My chicken sandwich tasted like it was been sitting sitting there it was so stale. The fries were not warm at all, and most of them were hard. So I call to make a complaint about my food I talked to a girl I believe her name was Piper. She was very nice. She told me to keep my receipt and that they will be able to refund me or give me fresh food the following day, so my husband goes the following day, he talks to a manager named Omar. Omar was very rude to my husband. He said he couldn’t refund nor give us fresh food without us returning the food. Had we have known that, we would’ve took the food back the same night but since Piper was not a manager, she was “acting person in charge”, she instructed us to throw the food away and take the receipt the following day. Omar also insisted that they never give food that’s not fresh and he said that “we did not eat it fast enough”. I called Omar to ask why he couldn’t give my husband a refund and he proceeded to tell me the same thing he told my husband. I told him that it was not our fault there was no active manager to properly tell us what to do about the situation, he said that it’s their “apologies from the company” and he still proceeded to back up his claim raising his voice at me because he was getting frustrated, that we didn’t eat our food on time and they don’t give out food not fresh which I do not agree with. I for 1 do not live far and 2 I’m a regular customer so therefore I know what Jack-in-the-Box food taste like fresh. I really did not appreciate the way this incident was handled. I will be taking this up to corporate because they wasted my time and my money. Omar was one of the most rudest and disrespectful fast food employee I have ever spoke with. Homeboy got my bacon ultimate cheeseburger combo order wrong, by adding everthing in it when i ask for it to be plain with nothing but the cheese, bacon, meat in the burger and I asked them to fix it, then they gave me my order and still gotten it wrong AGAIN, so I had to explain precisely what I wanted in the burger like I was talking to a child about how to not do something, then they finally give me my order and get it made correctly but then they just kept looking at me like I was a monster for telling them how I wanted My order but I wouldn't have had to tell them how to make my order if they got it right the first time. Bad vibe and lousy customer service. I don't recommend coming here ever.
Hello, this Jack in the Box location (Store #3516) had the worst service I’ve seen from any Jack in the Box manager, (Monday Jan 1, around 10am manager with glasses, he called himself “Omar”). It was a very disappointing experience at a fast food restaurant I frequent often. I have never had an experience so bad from a Jack in the Box, first all the breakfast sandwiches came out cold. Eggs were cold, cheese not melted, sausage undone, bread dry and cold and we were willing to wait to get hot sandwiches but the manager was extremely rude. He argued about everything saying that Jack in the Box just has cold food. He REFUSED to fix anything at all and he refused to allow us to purchase something else too and he kicked out my whole family by telling us to leave. Leadership at the Arcadia location needs much improvement. If the review system here allowed for a 0 star review that would be the rating for this Arcadia Jack in the Box location.

My husband and I got sick from there yesterday. Would give zero stars. They were slow af. Terrible service, worse food. I would stay far away from this one. Furthermore, I think the owners response says it all, couldn't care less whether my husband, and myself got sick from their food. Maybe I should contact the health department.
