Let’s start with the most important part… THE RAMEN! It was absolutely amazing, definitely everything I’d hoped for! Ivy & Ampava, they were both very nice and courteous and we had some nice conversations! I live in Missouri and haven’t found a Ramen place that is good, so being here in Arlington and being able to have such delicious and authentic Ramen was a real treat! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! JUST GO THERE AND ENJOY!

On a whim looking for an alternative to my usual place, I found this place while looking for salad options. Oh, boy, what a great detour. I took the lunch ramen special with the croquettes. Very fair priced, worth the extra few miles for the authentic taste, cozy atmosphere, attentive and kind service. My new favorite when in Arlington.

This place is a great option for the price. The dumplings are fresh and tasty. I had a custom Poke bowl with Ahi Tuna and Spicy Salmon. The quality was a little higher than expected for the price. My daughter had the Oyako Don (chicken) and a side of Miso soup. The entre was good, but the soup tasted worse than if were canned. We also ordered also a smoothie and a Dragon Fruit Guava Lemonade. The lemonade was great and the smoothie was good.

The food is great, my girlfriend and I have ate here enough times to no longer need a menu to order our food. Though the food may be great the service isn’t. Yesterday my girlfriend had I went to go have dinner here, we got our usual orders, Japanese furikake fries as our appetizer,I got a regular tonkatsu with no bean sprouts and no green onions and spicy sauce on the side and my girlfriend got the creamy broth chicken with no veggies and some seaweed on the side. After 35 minutes later our ramen finally shows up but we still don’t have our appetizer. As our waitress brought our food she questioned if we had even ordered appetizers but yet she had wrote down our order as we told it to her. As our waitress walks away to check on our appetizer I realize that there’s bean sprouts and green onions in my tonkatsu. Since I didn’t get what I ordered I let our waitress know what was wrong with my food and she was apologetic and took it back to the kitchen. They ended up making me a new tonkatsu, however I think whoever remade my food was upset since what I got in return was a bowl of food drowned in broth. What you can see in the picture is what I pulled out from being submerged in the broth.

ATTENTION: I really wanted to notify management privately by email about this matter because this is more due to a safety issue and not the quality of their food but they did not respond to my email, so I will leave this here. On 12/31, I place a to-go order for 3 tonkotsu ramen for my kids. When I open one of the ramen, I found a piece of rope (kind of look like part of a mop) in the ramen. This could have been a choking hazard for the kids. Please reference the picture.

I have been a regular for years. I ordered takeout for the first time and that was a mistake. They made my yaki soba with tofu after I asked them not to. Took it back in and they just picked out the tofu and the rest was a mess. I also ordered pork skewers and half of it was raw and fatty. So disgusted and this place is going downhill fast...

i went here 4 years ago as a teen and the service they gave me and my friends still keep me up at night. they did not even bother anything else with us after taking our order, i’m guessing because they thought we wouldn’t tip. but i could see them watching us eat. when it came to payment they never bothered to check back in with us to pay the tip and just took the remaining cash left after we paid the total.

I went based on reviews… no chicken in the chicken ramen, just noodles, corn and green onion. The seafood ramen…. No shrimp pr muscles!! Very disappointed in what I received. Will not go again…my fault for not checking my order 🤬

I’ve been a regular at Ninja Ramen ever since I moved to Dallas, and it used to be my favorite go to spot. The ramen and food are still absolutely delicious ,no complaints there. Unfortunately, the service has gotten really disappointing. The wait staff often ignores customers, even when walking right past. We had to wait an unusually long time, and when we asked for forks, it took over 15 minutes for someone to bring them. When we tried to order more food, the waiter just brushed past us and never came back. The food is great, but the service experience makes it hard to enjoy.

Food was so nasty I didn't notice they forgot to give me my drink!!! We got 3 appetizers that all were borderline flavorless, I ordered the lychee soda and a water and ONLY got the water IN A CRACKED GLASS. I ordered the creamy chicken raman which wasnt cream and tasted like grass, the restrooms aren't automated the windows has hand prints and gunk on them, the table was wet, it took forever for our server to come around and overall it was a bad experience

Ive held off on posting about this place for a little bit, I know, things can change. But its time to post it up. I stopped in here with a family of 6 because we wanted a good ramen. This wasnt it. The staff was slow, payong attention to netflix on the TV more than serving, the place was filthy, the food was luke warm and to top it off, they were kind enough to spill some of it on my guest. I didnt make a huge deal about it at the time, I know, my bad. But the person in my party would not have wanted that kind of attention. The bathrooms need serious attention.
