This donut shop is a local gem! Our family loves coming here—the donuts are always fresh and delicious, and the service is so kind. It’s one of those places that just feels good to support. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great treat!

Stopped by during lunch and to my surprise the availability of many different donuts was more than I have ever seen at other places during that time of day. Most other places are sold out by 10:00am. The lady behind the counter was extremely nice and she switched out the characters for me on two of the donuts without hesitation. Will definitely be going back!

Very nice family-owned donut and sausage roll establishment, with coffee and assorted breakfast drinks to complement. The donut decorations are a big attraction - my grandkids love the creative faces, unicorns, and pop culture icons expertly crafted on the variously shaped pastries. The staff is friendly and helpful, and four or five small tables are available for breakfasting in. It has become a staple for grandkid slumber parties. Recommended!

I went to the donut palace on Monday to place a large order but the Spanish lady did not understand what I was requesting. I asked to speak with someone else and was told they were in the bathroom, I waited 10 min and no one came I then left that is not the way a customer should be treated if you want to stay in business.

I use to love this place and I would visit multiple times a week but they stopped selling chocolate eclairs for some reason...

Staff was extremely polite but the entire shop is filled with cheap plastic toys abd smells like plastic. Tried the kolache and honestly had to spit it out. The sausage had the texture of dried jerky and the bread tasted papert

I went in yesterday morning & the Asian lady at the front was extremely rude. There was like a gnat under one of the donuts so she changed the donuts. I don't think she saw that I noticed that. If I could give this place a ZERO star I most certainly would.

Came here for donuts and kolaches they had a sell on their bigger kolaches for 2 dollars and now I see why they were old and stale not good at all I don’t see why they don’t donate their goods for they day or give them away instead try to mark them down when they are no good won’t be coming back.

I used to come here all the time when I went to Boles Jr High. I have a lot of core memories here. The owner and his wife were always so nice! I dropped by this morning with two of my friends and our children and was saddened by the service we received. The moment we walked through the door, the young girl behind the counter made us feel like we were an inconvenience to her. None of our sausage rolls were heated and when we went back inside and asked nicely for them to be warmed, her attitude was very unpleasant. used to love this place but unfortunately won’t be back

They are stone cold. They aren’t not friendly. Very disappointed, because this is the donut shop we love or loved. Time to find a new one.
