This place is definitely one of the more popular spots in the area. After getting my coffee I understood why. My Pumpkin Hazelnut Latte was easily the best coffee I’ve had in the SLO area. It was also one of the best “pumpkin spice” lattes I’ve had which I find most places fail at. Only complaint is the toasties are expensive for what seems to be only one slice. Still I strongly recommend this place if you’re in the SLO area. 4.9/5.

This spot nailed it when it comes to quaint yet spacey. It’s inviting and has plenty of tables to enjoy your goods at/work from. The staff was friendly and Emily suggested the lavender macadamia milk latte — it was floral with a little nuttiness, and it was excellent. Can’t wait to come back and try their food. :)

It tastes like candy and I’m having a hard time not drinking it all in one sitting! I also got the almond berry toastie which had seasonal golden raspberries on it which I found to be very fun. It tasted delicious as well. 100/10 definitely recommend.

Conversation and connections aplenty! The first thing I noticed at this local coffee shop is that nearly everyone here is having a meetup and the sounds of the bustling conversation almost drown out the struggling music speakers. I like that. I like that people here are talking and laughing and sharing. There is a knitting meetup, a womens group meeting, there looks to be a job interview in progress. Nearly every seat is full! The staff is ready to start a hot drink order or craft a sandwich on locally made sourdough. I ordered a breakfast burrito and it was a satisfying size and combination of ingredients. I also appreciated the sign that says service animals only. I don’t want a dog shaking its fur into my latte, some coffee shops have a more lax dog policy. Some of the plants in this coffee shop look like they need a drink of water, but overall its a great place! 🌻

Greenhouse Coffee is hands down the best coffee spot on the Central Coast! It’s more than just a coffee shop it’s a true community hub. Their coffee is always top-notch, and if you’re hungry, you have to try the breakfast burrito or one of their toasties foods incredible. What makes Greenhouse special is the atmosphere. Whether you’re looking for a quiet, low-key space to focus or a lively area to meet up with friends, they have the perfect setup. If you’re lucky, you might even snag one of their cozy sofas! I also love all the extra touches a cute shopping corner, a candle bar inside, and even a private room you can rent out for parties or events. Plus, parents will appreciate the basket of toys for kids, making it family-friendly too. Greenhouse Coffee isn’t just a place to grab a latte it’s a place to feel at home. Highly recommend!

Great coffee shop, very spacious, friendly service, very good coffee. Food was ok. They recognized my (badass coffee) hat, which was nice. We stooped there on a way from Paso Robles to Santa Barbara for a quick breakfast and it was overall pretty good experience.

The coffee shop is bright and clean. The staff are friendly. I ordered the avocado hummus toast , lemon poppy cake and a latte with oat milk. The sourdough toast was perfect with avocado and pickled onions on top. The tangy flavor really whets your appetite. I also browsed the little shop behind the café and was pleasantly surprised by their wide range of environmentally friendly products. You can even bring your own containers to buy body wash or hand soap. The candle scents are refreshing and relaxing—I bought one as a housewarming gift for a friend and another for myself.

What an absolutely wonderful find here in town! Recently opened coffee place that is now my new ‘go to’. The high open ceilings and large spaciousness is so inviting plus the friendly service, yummy coffee selections and delectable food offerings are what will make me come back and bring my friends.

Best coffee shop in Arroyo Grande! Every time we are in the area we come here. Good coffee, perfect matcha, and delicious avocado toast! They also have a nice patio which is perfect cause we only travel with our dog, so we sit outside with him! Love this place!

I just came from the Starbucks down the street ... staff there is kind but the food, drinks, and internet are terrible compare to this place. Barista was kind and helpful. She helped me pick a drink that I would never have thought of being where I am from ... we don't have decaf coffee in most cafes in southeast asia. Internet is 130 Mb and there are 20 people in here using devices. The upload speed is dismal, but this is America and I understand why this is the case. Nothing this place can do about it realistically. I plan to spend the afternoon here working. It is comfortable and peaceful.

This business is a breath of fresh air. The staff is so welcoming and friendly, the drinks are incredible (the matcha is my favorite!), and the location is beautiful. This is my go to coffee shop, everything I’ve tried has been so great. I truly can’t say enough nice things about Greenhouse.

They have a pretty good raspberry latte (my favorite). It’s quiet and relaxing, and the grey chairs were comfy! I semi napped in my chair for a little while 😄 hahaha - even though I was sitting up. The bathrooms were super clean and smelled good 😁 Definitely a pretty good start to my day 🙂👍🏼

I would give my drink a 2/5. My boyfriend got a matcha and that was better, we give it a 4/5. On the menu it seems there is a vegan food options, they offer a variety of toasts. The workers all seemed kind of miserable which made the vibe not as good as it could be! Maybe they were all having a bad day. I saw one person smile at me when I went up to the counter to get my drinks but besides that the service was mid-tier. Friendliness goes a long way! The atmosphere is great and the furniture and decor is all 10/10! It’s very open and airy and the music is at a perfect background volume. The furniture is comfy and it’s a nice quiet spot to study or work. I’d love to come back! I’d recommend making the matcha more matcha and less milky vibes. Thank you!
