I ordered through Grubhub , chicken was good but sauce called atomic wasn’t taste right for me. Everyone has their own taste and preference. Atomic sauce is not for me.

This Wing Stop location is very clean with plenty of seating. The staff is friendly and the location is great. I just wish the food was better. I've gone three or four times and have tried various options from the menu. And they've all been just okay. Not the best wings I've ever had but certainly not the worst. The wings come in various sauce and dips. I think I like the parmesan garlic the best. Be prepared to wait a bit for your order. Each time I've come it took close to fifteen minutes for my food to come out. Also, I wish they would stop using styrofoam for their containers and cups. Don't they know how bag it is for the environment?

Every time I order from this location there is always something missing from my order. Last week was an anomaly and they got my order correct for once. Today I just hit reorder on the app and they order is missing items. The Wingstop app is terrible to request a refund or report something missing with your order. The food is not bad this is not a knock on the food. This is a knock on the employees and I will go out on a limb and say it is the night team because I always order after 7pm when I do place an order. The one time my order was correct (last week) was early in the day (1:30pm) so I do believe it could be their night shift. These employees are INCOMPETENT!!! Going forward I’m only doing pickup so I can verify my order is correct.

In person experience. Wouldn’t allow me to order. Continuously catering to a Hispanic customer who previously placed an order. The cashier kept asking me to give him a minute while already placing my order . I decided to leave, I do not eat where I don’t feel welcomed.

How do you mess up FRENCH FRIES THIS BADLY. I just received the coldest, soggiest mess of UNSEASONED french fries of my ENTIRE LIFE and that's not an exaggeration. So bad, that I felt compelled to open up Google and write this review. These fries must have been sitting under a heat lamp for HOURS. They were undercooked even though I asked for extra cook time, and they had ZERO seasoning, not even salt. YOU SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED.

One container was just plain boneless wings when I ordered flavors. The second order that did come with flavors had a pool of oil at the bottom of the container that made the chicken inedible. Fries came stale and unseasoned.

no bathroom, they say they are open till 2am and we came over at 11:27pm on a Sunday night and they said they were closed. Other than that, the employees tend to be nice during day hours and the food is usually alright quality.

Ordered 20 wings, super overcooked and dry. Are they just sitting under a heat lamp all day? I’m not going to any Wingstoo until the wings are properly cooked.

I love wingstop as a establishment, but the workers..it’s a hit or miss, I come here all the time some days are good, some days are the worst, no cashier at the front but instead in the back doing god knows what n will never hear any customers with all the loud music they play, on top of that long waiting times, pickup or not, and of course no bathroom yearly. I’m usually satisfied with the wings(or not in the mood to complain abt it when they get my order messed up) but this had to be said. The tenders I got today were so greasy I could literally cook with it again. I wanted to just try the tenders since they were new but it’s a big waste of money when you get this, thank goodness I only got the 2 for 2

The person at the counter is nice but always short staffs, has to take care angry customers. The quality of food is terrible. I have to throw away the corns.

First of all, it was pouring rain. My order wasn’t even that big and they still messed up the flavor of my tenders. very disappointing. i got garlic parmesan instead of hot honey rub which isnt what i ordered. i am very upset. i expect a response and my correct order tomorrow. on top of that, it’s very unprofessional and unorganized inside this corporation. they are blasting music in the kitchen for the whole restaurant to hear and are hardly paying attention.

I usually never have an issue with this Wingstop. The food they have is always pretty average but one constant is their fries that are always undercooked. Today I placed an uber eats order and when I received it, I realized a couple of things. I placed an order of the 6 piece combo (2 different ones). They come with 6 piece wings, fries and a drink. I was missing one entire meal. I then go to see the drinks and realize they are the wrong drinks. I ordered a Dr Pepper and Coke, I believe I was given cherry coke for both drinks. I called up the store to receive horrible attitude from the person who picked up the phone who then hung up on me when they said they’ll be right back. I’m sorry that you have to deal with the mistake you made. I called back and he proceed to act as if he didn’t just hang up on me. He practically shunned me and said for me to deal with Uber and that was it. The food I did receive was cold and dry, the fries are always undercooked and I am extremely upset. Uber is also not refunding me for this so this establishment is basically eating my money. On top of all that, after seeing how my name was written on the back, I see an inappropriate drawing on my bag of food.
