Anytime I come in or go through the drive through the make sure to greet you and are welcoming. We need more energy like this in the world were you enjoy serving others. Favorite smoothie is the Island impact, highly recommend!

I arrived about 15 minutes til closing. Devon and Jada were working on Friday night and it was busy. These young people were really doing a great job. They were professional and courteous while effectively getting the orders out. It is hard to find young people who take their job seriously nowadays. Kudos to you both!!

Shayla was extremely helpful! She had an amazing attitude early in the morning and was extremely patient while I was trying to decide which smoothie I wanted. She’s knowledgeable about the menu and was so happy to help. I’ll be back!

My experience has been so good that I had to write this before I drove off! Nadia took my order in the drive thru (6/5 10:30ish) and I NEVER had such an in-depth consultation about the type of smoothie I wanted as I did with her. This has to be the first time I waited for my smoothie knowing it's exactly what I wanted to drink vs hoping it'll be delicious and that I didn't waste my money. Thank you Nadia for answering my million and one questions and STILL confirming the small details when I got to the window to ensure my order was correct and we were on the same page. I never once felt rushed or that I was taken forever. And even when I apologized at the window she ensured me I was okay and even commented how she enjoyed our exchange at the speaker. Thank you, Nadia, for your kindness! Your personality and smile was a great start to my day.

Great location for Union Park and Paloma Creek, where the population is exploding. Add a store to 423 & 380 and you’ll make a killling. Need to add wall wraps with athletes like the Addison store has. Looks coolers inside and they have extra shelving sections for snacks and extra drink fridges.

I absolutely love this smoothie king and the PB Swizzle bowl I get!! I come after or before a workout at least 4x a week!!! They know me by name and I'm not sure if thats a good thing or a bad thing but regardless I LOVE THEM! Always polite and friendly!!!

I am not typically a smoothie drinker, but I have now been to this location twice in the last 2weeks, with plans to return. I had 2 different drinks and they were amazing. It wasn’t too “juicy” or sweet like I’ve had at different shops. It had the perfect consistency a smoothie should have, the customer service was very friendly, and I was in and out very quickly. Also, I love that the ingredients are right there for me to see. I will definitely be back!

This is the best smoothie king to visit. They have choose the right staff to be apart of their team. Everyone is so polite. The owners are so sweet ang welcoming. I highly recommend this location over any location in the north Dallas area.

This has been our go to smoothie place now for a while. Some places are not consistent but this one has been. Exceptional service in either the drive thru or inside at the counter! Staff are super helpful with recommendations. The new Smoothie Bowls are delicious, a must try! The app (which I don't use them very much) is user friendly IMO!

I had a concern after hours and left a review regarding my concern. I received a pleasant phone call from Tracy, in less than 24 hours. In the end, I determined that my concern was my own fault. While thanking Tracy for her quick response, I also owed her an apology for my own mistake. Tracy, thank you again for your kindness and understanding. I have always had a pleasant experience when visiting Smoothie King!

I've been here numerous times and I've had great experiences each time. The customer service has been excellent. I'm always greeted, the employees are friendly and always in a good mood and seem to enjoy their job. I've had numerous smoothies such as the Holiday Pecan Delight, Apple Cinnamon Cheer, Island Impact, Lemon Twist Strawberry, Pineapple Surf, Strawberry Kiwi Breeze, and the Berry Interesting. All the smoothies have been very tasty and consistent in flavor. The strawberries and mangoes are usually sweet but not overly sweet. The consistency is thick but not too thick to clog your smoothie straw. I've tried the some of the add-ins like the immune boost and you can taste the difference in a good way. I'm a regular customer and I also use their app as they offer a free new smoothie probably a kit once a month! If you can order ahead also for quicker service as the drive through gets backed up with new orders.

Good sized location, and the store is very clean. The only thing that almost turned me away was the not-so-friendly greeting at the drive thru speaker. After that the service was fine. They helped me with my selection and moved quickly to take care of it.

Very nice, accommodating staff most times. Sometimes you can be made to feel like you need to hurry up and order. But, that seems contradictory when going through their drive through can take a lonnng while even when yoire the only/or first car in line. Most times all is good, yesterday I had clumps of ingredients in my not-so-smoothie. See pics.

Great place and love their smoothies since 2000. Staff is friendly and professional. Suggestion to owner: Drive thru gets real busy and slow. Maybe adding more staff and/or equipment would help tremendously with a positive experience. Last 2 times I decided to do drive thru, rough wait times were 20+ minutes with no more than 3 cars in front. With new and strong competition opened up across the street, this would be something critical to fix.

I miss the thick and creamy smoothies I used to get. Please retrain on the proper way to make the smoothies, otherwise, I'd be forced to take my business elsewhere.

The smoothie looks great but...no straw. how do i enjoy this? since i ordered from uber and have no straws at my place, as well as no car, i must now chug on the smoothie from the lip of the cup.

I just moved to the area within the past 9 months and I visit smoothie king at least 5 days out of the week. Over the last few weeks since this location changed ownership I’ve noticed that my favorite smoothie, the chocolate hulk appeared a lot darker in color and taste different than normal. If I visited this location 5 days in a row I would get the darker smoothie every other day. After complaining for the third time I go inside and speak with the owners. I explain to them about the color and taste. The male owner makes a new smoothie ensuring me all of the employees use the same ingredients. I tell him “well someone must be using a little more of one or two ingredients because this is not a chocolate hulk. After he blends the new smoothie I place the old one next to the new one and we both notice it’s a huge difference in color. I look at the owner, waiting for him to accept responsibility or take ownership of the issue and he replied “we used the same ingredients”. So why would one be darker than the other and taste different? I asked. Their explanation was the person who made my smoothie may have used just a pinch more cocoa than normal. “That’s more than a pinch ma’am.” I replied. We go back and forth a bit with me trying to explain to both owners “whoever made the smoothie may have used the correct ingredients but they didn’t follow the recipe”. The female owner then ask me “ let’s say we did add a lil more cocoa than usual” because that’s what gives the smoothie the color “did it taste all that bad”? I replied “ma’am it didnt taste like a chocolate hulk”. She seemed a little offensive and said she also liked the chocolate hulk but she liked hers with a little more cocoa. “It makes it taste so good” she said. She pulls hers out of the freezer, pops the top and WALLAH!!! her chocolate hulk is a few shades darker also. Now I’m thinking to myself “so just because you like your smoothie with more cocoa I have to like it also”? To sum it up, I don’t care how good they think it taste, that’s not the taste I’m looking for. I’d like the original smoothie king recipe unless I ask for more of a certain ingredient. My biggest issue is everyone makes mistakes but they never accepted responsibility. They made me feel like I did something wrong or I was wrong for complaining or not liking what they gave me instead of what I asked for. They tried to make me feel like the cocoa was no big deal just because they drink theirs that way and they like it. I refuse to visit this location. again. I would rather drive the extra 5 miles to get exactly what I ask and pay for.

The customer service was terrible after asking about the menu the young lady with the purple shirt rudely responded by saying what. I was not rude at all I’m not familiar with Smoothie King so asking questions wasn’t a bad thing. Not Kool

Sat in drive thru line at 3pm for 15-20 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. Sat at the window for 5 minutes. No sense of urgency and just let the line inside and out build up. Guy at the window was rude and weird when I didn’t leave a big tip. Not coming back

If you show up 30 minutes before close the staff won't be too happy to see you, greet you or take your order. I usually love this place and never had a problem with service, the gentleman that's usually here is very helpful and has great customer service. However, this young lady is either new or just ready to go home. I just want my drink, please, and thank you.

The google location is inaccurate and confusing. I’m new to the area and this address stops in the middle of 380 near Velvet Taco. I had to call the store and confirm the location is near Wendy’s. Please get this update. My smoothie order was great.

I love smoothie king, but this store needs to higher employees with some sort of class. My wife and I arrived at 8:59 pm 05/30/2017 just before closing. As we were walking up one of the employees jogged from the back of the store to the open sign and switched it off then turned around with a smirk on his face to return to the back. I understand arriving just before closing isn't exactly "kosher", but show some class. We just finished working out and we're really looking forward to enjoying a smoothie afterwards. It's not a huge deal, but these two store employees definitely left a bad taste in my mouth with this experience. Which I can't say for the smoothies, which are great.

Horrible experience. Ordered a 32 Oz Banana Boat with peanut butter. That's all. Took 15 minutes to get the smoothie with no one in line. No peanut..got charged but no peanut butter. Smoothie was awful. More like a slushy. I've been going to Smoothie King for years and this was the worst Smoothie I've ever received from any SK location. Learn how to make the drinks correctly! 9 bucks for trash.

I was super excited about trying this place out until I pulled up to the speaker to hear some guy singing and yelling in the speaker loudly and when I got up to the window the same guy was yelling and screaming loudly inside (some rat looking dude with long hair.) Manager didn’t even blink an eye at it and she had weird and awkward energy about her too. I should’ve just turned around after hearing the yelling in the speaker. Extremely unprofessional and childish. Will not be coming back.
