The line up of cars was long but the Crispy Fish sandwich was well worth it. I've had fish sandwiches from several places and Arby's is one of the best. Big size fish and crispy for sure - not soggy.

I decided to go for a walk with my cat! As I was passing through a tree covered area there were some homeless people! I bought them food at Arby's and brought it back to them! The people at Arby's were so nice! They filled my order immediately and professionally!

Nice friendly workers, but short on fully trained staff. Hiring signs for All Positions around... Place was very clean from what I saw! Took awhile to get my Roast Beef Sandwich meal, but when I got it... yummers. The potato triangle thingies were great as they weren't saturated with grease that one usually gets at some Arby's. The Apple Turnovers were perfect. Going back to this place!

The price is a drawback, but it is the same everywhere, so I won't take away my star rating for it. With the exception of losing my cheese sauce, this restaurant has not misplaced my order in more over ten years (which is a common crime committed by everyone who has cheese sauce). Granted, when they did screw up, it was so horrible that for years I couldn't get my family to return, but that was so long ago that I was a teenager and it doesn't really matter now. Furthermore, they follow specific directions to call, actually answer the phone, and talk nicely and clearly.

The downside is the price, but that is the same for every location so not taking down my star review for that. This location has not messed up my order for over a decade outside of forgetting my cheese sauce (which is a common crime committed by everyone who has cheese sauce). Granted when they did mess up it was so bad I couldn't convince my family to go back for years but that was so long ago I was a teenager so it doesn't count anymore. And their delivery game is on point, they have clear instructions to call, actually answer the phone & communicate clearly & politely

The drive through seems to always be busy, but we enjoy dining in when open. There are some nice staff members and they generally get our order correct in good time. I highly recommend sticking with curly fries instead of the new crinkle cut fries. Also, for fast food, their cookies are not so bad!

It was a take- out order so I don't know about the atmosphere but if it was anything like the food it was amazing! I had a corned beef Ruben that was just as good as any I've had in a restaurant, the poppers were great with Broncoberry sauce for dipping, the cheese sticks hot and melty! If definitely recommend and will definitely be going back again!

Have never had Arby's before, and I chose the drive through this time around just because I was in a hurry to get home. Ordered a #1 large, the 2 for $5 beef and cheddar and the local special of a $1 coke float. Considering that Arbys is effectively a glorified drive through deli, the wait time was pretty good.

We ordered 2 sandwichs... 1 was smokehouse brisket it was really good the prime rib sub was not at all what was pictured on the menu.. it was on a roll that looked like a hot dog bun, it was soggy!! & small.. The favor was good but Not a sub sandwich!!

Not entirely sure it was their fault or me being impatient. It took over ten minutes to get my order. I was very loud about starting to get irritated about how long it was taking to get my order for dine-in. One worker came and offered a shake for having to wait so long. The manager also tried to ask what they could do to make the situation better. I was almost irate at this time (HAngry). After eating, I apologized for my outburst and ride behavior. Over all, the crew handled it very well, with a few "newbies" working as well. 4 stars for how well they handled the situation, lost a star for extremely slow service.

It's Arby's we all know what Arby's is; Service and speediness in the waiting room little bit slower than it should be not a lot of attention given to walk in guest. Staff we're not in a bad mood, probably just a board unfulfilled mood. Will not complain as it's fast food nothing that special but if you love Arby's it's an Arby's they're not everywhere in Kane County. Speed it up so people can get in and out is all I can ask for so 3.75 out of five stars. I'll be paying for those two half pound sandwiches and the Italian hero in about 6 hours; It's Arby's, got to love them!

Went to drive-through window and they weren't frying anything anymore that evening which is fine. Only thing was they left our sandwiches on the counter for like 10 minutes and finally we got them and the girl apologized. I think it was a guy who was supposed to give us the sandwiches though, not her, not that it matters. They were still warm too. Lol

The staff was working incredibly hard and were very friendly. However, there wasn't enough of them. With the drive through line almost out of the parking lot and a good amount of customers inside, one person taking orders for both the window and the counter. Only 2 people in the back making sandwiches and 3 people filling the orders for the window, counter, and mobile pick ups, was not enough. They were all running their butts off trying to keep up, but they definitely needed at least 3 more people working. Props to them for their efforts.

Not the same as a few years ago, so much better. It's not just roast beef sandwiches anymore! My kids tried the gyros, which are very tasty. I had the bacon brisket sandwich, which was exceptional. Prices are good/fair, on par with other fast food chains. Service was friendly and fast, although they were not very busy. I would highly recommend, as a good alternative to the burger chains.

Store was understaffed. One person was running herself ragged between the front counter and the drive through while the other guy was off somewhere. The vestibule to either side of the store was too small and hard to get through with a wheelchair. The lobby/dining area was clean and well maintained. Didn't see the restroom. 😺 =^..^= Update - Better experience, today. The girl at the counter was not as mentally present as she could be but was not rude. She thought I ordered just a sandwich when I wanted the meal, but didn't charge for the fries and drink. We dined in this time. Dining room was clean and bright. Asked for a bag to take leftovers in and was helped by a cheerful young man. Overall, a good experience. Still haven't tried the restroom but I assume it's as clean and well stocked as the rest. 😺 =^..^=

The service was okay - I was the only one in line. The food was okay. The reason I gave it three stars was because of the preperation. I ordered a Reuben. The meat was in a pile and only covered 1/3 of the bread. There was almost no Sauer Kraut - I couldn't even taste it. Any business that wants return customers, needs to make sure the food is pleasing to the eye and the pallet. If I were the manager, my goal for the crew would be to try and make every sandwich as close to the pictures as possible. There would be rewards involved. It is possible to make food quickly and eye appealing. It really is attainable - I've watched employees go from, "I just want the money" to "I want the customers to feel like family".

They get 3 stars due to there were better and order was correct and more on the ball w>the putting customer first. Rating could've been 5 stars but the day before was the most terrible service from there yet. Incorrect order no napkins nor was offered or even just put in condiments and eating untensils.

Got Greek gyros and meat was on one side while the vegetables were on the other. Not much sauce either. Had them before at different Arby's, way better before. Disappointed! And no dining in either.

Update: We love Arby's food but why haven't they reopened the lobby. The drive-thru is always packed and moves at a snails pace. I understood during the pandemic but the other fast food places have reopened their lobby even if it is just for carry out. Original: This my son favorite restaurant and we come here often. The food is inexpensive, fast and good for the price.

Always slow. The line is usually out of the parking lot during the midday lunch time. We just pulled away from the drive through window (1 pm on Sunday) and heard one of the employees tell another to check and see if there's a car at the speaker. . . The line of cars was almost out if the parking lot again. Food is generally good, but something seems to slow employees down in fulfilling the orders. Maybe having folks pull aside for big orders would help?

Got the good burger meal with the shake, turkey sandwich meal and macaroni and cheese bites. The good burger is supposed to be part waigu and husband did say it was a better burger surrounded by sub par ingredients. He also didn't get his fries and instead got another macaroni bites. Turkey sandwich was... what it was, nothing impressive. Only other complaint is the use of cheap paper straws, they don't even work right out of the wrapper in plain soda, let alone a shake.

I love Arby's. The food is great, but this location was not. Went kind of late after a movie, and yes they were short-staffed, but we weren't even acknowledged when we entered. The person putting all the food together for the online orders just assumed we were waiting for an online order as well. Half of my party did order on the app, but the other half of us wanted to order in person. When one person mentioned that we wanted to order at the register, the guy was rude about saying that he'll be with him soon. I changed my mind and ordered on the app. A couple of people came in to order after us but left before they ordered as no one acknowledged them. I would not recommend this Arby's if you aren't doing drive through or ordering ahead.

I ordered through the app with a lot of food for two people that I would pick up. I don't usually go to Arby's but my partner loves Arby's. I went to pick up the order and the instructions didn't match my experience as I was told to pick up my order inside on a shelf and there was no shelf. I went to the counter and they asked my name and gave me my order. I went home and discovered it was only half of my order and 4 of 6 sandwiches were missing. So I had to return to the restaurant and was greeted by someone else and explained that I was missing a lot of my order. He apologized. I asked for my whole order to be remade so that I could take fresh and hot food home to be eaten. He had no problem with that and asked the staff there to remake it all. Then explained that he had been on break and due to short staffing, someone that is not really trained to hand out orders was filling that role.

Updated review: Arby's fixed my issue. My next few visits have been better. However still worth noting that it seems staff are extremely overwhelmed. Ownership may need to hire a few additional staff to ease things up on your staff. Might cut your profits, but your staff won't stay around long if you put too much on them. No team can work well under constant stress when faces are constantly changing.

I had the Philly cheese. Haven't been here forever so let me tell you pleasantly surprised. Sandwich was good but pricey but everything nowadays is. I'll go again next time with coupons which you always get in mail since there is nothing on their app. If you haven't been in awhile, like me, go it's something decent and good yet still fast food

The drive thru speaker was hard for us too hear and the lady couldn't hear is either. I ordered a farmhouse salad I hopes of getting something somewhat healthy, but it was no better than just getting a hamburger as it was iceberg lettuce, cheddar cheese, a little tomato, fried chicken, and bacon. I give it two stars because the onion rings tasted good and were hot.

I don't know what was up here today as it wasn't what I've experienced before. I get places that are low staffed, so maybe that was it?? Well, the order was wrong, but because I was in a schedule and they were suuuuuuuper slow today, I didn't have time to go back. The ice machine is down ... til ???? They have a sign up, so i expected it, sorta. Even still, I would have thought that soda would have been cool. Nope. It was flat and warm, but I didn't realize that until I was down the road without a straw ( I guess i was lucky to have a spare). Even if the ice had been working, I can't imagine it would cool the beverage off that much. Maybe they have fancy ice?? Food was like warm ... again, long waits but just the layers really make me wonder what's up. This wasn't my first visit, and it was not typical from the past but 👎👎 today.

Ordered thru app at 5:30 to have ready at 6:00.. wasn't fulfilled until 6:20-ish. Everything behind the counter seemed disorganized and/or understaffed. One of my sandwiches tasted as though it had been sitting for almost the entire hour with the bottom bun hard as a rock (threw it away), BBQ sauce no longer a liquid, but a more glu-like substance fusing stale onion strings together with a chewy piece of chicken. One of the worst meals I've had in a while.

I have had some amazing experiences with so e awesome staff at this Arby's, but this new evening crew and manager...just no. They left me sitting at the window for 20 minutes...while my food was sitting in a bag next to the cash register...they never opened the window to acknowledge us, ignored me when I tried to get their attention as they walked by, and when they did finally give me my food it was cold (obviously)...I will probably give it another shot because if the amazing people I've experienced here before with fast, friendly, and efficient service...so I have to give it a chance...but well...lets just hope for the best next time. Smh.

Terrible place, don’t waste your money. All the workers behind the counter not wearing masks or gloves. Touching the tops of drinks after touching their faces and hair. I got food poisoning, couldn’t stop throwing up. I ordered a gyro it was small and burned. Normally I love Arby’s. But the manager here needs to clean house.

Went there twice in one week. Ordered from the app ahead of time both times. 1st time, didn't check my order before I left (my fault). Didn't receive curly fries that I ordered but regular fries instead. When I called to explain the mistake, I was told they "were out". 2nd time, ordered one of their shakes on the app. Got up to the drive thru window (because they're the only chain that hasn't opened their dining room) and was told the shake machine was down. Was offered a soda instead. How is that comparable to the extra $3 for a shake? Needless to say, I won't be going back to this location.

Every time I come here is always dissapointing. Food service is slow, employees are rude, and I have to remind them what I ordered. I've seen several different employees over the years and it's consistent. The training is obviously bad up to a management level and there's even been times where the whole place is closed without notice. Honestly, it should stay that way.

I ordered 3 sandwiches total. 2 sandwiches came in meal boxes, I paid to add cheddar cheese sauce to both meal box sandwiches. They both came without cheese which was disappointing. The fountain soda Dr. Pepper tasted like they need to change the syrup. Our fries were cold and the peach cobbler roll was burnt.

They are dealing with a customer right now that found a hair in his food and the employees are arguing about whose it is. Extremely slow. Expect to sit in the drive-through for close to 20-30 minutes at any time of the day. Oftentimes, customers are unable to even enter the line due to it going out into the street. The menu has expanded, which isn't a good thing. The newer items are mediocre at best, and the added complexity seems to have slowed things down. Additionally, the store has renumbered all of their longtime combos, leading to mixed up orders and upset customers. The prices are also pretty high. Expect to pay close to $10+ per combo. Overall, this is a pricey, slow stop which really isn't comparable with the other nearby fast food stores.

As shown in the picture, was served raw chicken. Ordered other sandwiches with bacon also and the bacon was undercooked. On top of that, the wait took forever. Will not be coming here again.

Drive thru line took 20 minutes. Everything I ordered came out cold and no ice in my soda. Spent the next 24 hrs with food poisoning. Barf (literally) Arby’s, you’re still my favorite fast food spot, but this location always has problems when I visit.

Everytime I try to order here, the workers are just not on headsets or anything. We waited a good 5 minutes at the window, and then we pulled up to see the worker just standing there. We didnt even get to order. I swear monkeys can work better than these employees.

This Arby's continues to disappoint. Never order speciality drinks. You won't get them. Every time I order a French DIP & Swiss. You never get the Au Jus. Like how hard is it? You are only open for 8 hrs a day. By the reviews on here everyone is feeling the same. The auto response from the owner is actually comical. Please go to another website to tell us how bad we did. Lol.

Drive thru took forever..I thought it was from a long line but it turned out the young guy cashiering was slow had a hard time counting back change and to top it off...he was RUDE!! we don't go there a lot as it is so it won't hurt my feelings not going back...it was bad enough with this heat a and I understand but he was just plain rude I'm sure the place will slow down because I'm sure I'm not the only one not going back..we had to run to taco time for somebody else and there was people in line talking about Arby's and how rude he was so they went to taco time instead...

They are never open. Although online and in their website where you can order it says they're open, but they never are and they just put up signs that say sorry closed no staff. Well find some stuff then. Put it some effort in and hire some staff so you can run your establishment appropriately or at least remove your hours from Google that say you're open regular hours when you're open sporadically Edit: You can't call to find out if they're open when There's nobody to answer the phones and even if you are open, you still don't answer the phone so what is calling going to do? Maybe fix your hours on Google? Maybe you hire enough staff? Maybe pay them enough? Maybe take some responsibility instead of trying to blame the customer? You're putting complete shame on the entire franchise. Maybe it shouldn't say open in green letters when you look it up online? Maybe don't allow online orders when nobody's there to make your food? This isn't a customer issue This is a restaurant issue. This is a owner issue This is a manager issue. You're either not putting effort into hiring employees, or not paying your employees a living wage so that you have enough toys and therefore have enough business.

Was told at 5:30pm they weren't taking any other orders for the night with no explanation. Definitely won't be coming back. I worked fast food for many years and can't think of a reason this would be acceptable.

We were not in a rush so we waited in drive thru to get our food, while many cars drove off (tired of waiting) The drive thru took 45 min .We figured they were short staffed so we just waited. When we got to the window to pay , we had to place our order again because they gave our order out to someone else. I also noticed an employee eating behind the counter , while working 🤢.. We pulled forward to wait for our order , finally got our order, we checked the order they were missing 2 items so we waited again, with no apologies they just handed us our food and left , no sauces, no service, no apology, NO COMING BACK! . This is the second time we have had issues with this Arby's . Drive on by this location... Corporate needs to step into this location and retrain this franchised location.

Made my order totally wrong! I had to go inside to speak with the manager to get it replaced and the manger walked around the corner looked at me and walked back the other way! (Older man w/ grey hair) so the supervisor said she would just take care of it this time. This time?!?! So you mess up my order then get an attitude with me? Worst arbys there employees treat you disrespectful vape while cooking and had flooding toilette while cooking that's why they leave there doors locked they are not sanitary and both managers are rude don't care about customers and they get away with employees harassing other employees and arbys don't care because there privately owned pictures will go on internet soon of this place they need shut down. Absolutely horrible service. Went thru the drive thru for a milkshake. Ordered it, drove up to the window to find 2 young men at the window. I was not acknowledged, they were concerned about something else, I gathered the one young man had not returned previous customer’s debit card. That customer was parked a bit further up, waiting for their order, I presumed. At one point they both walked away to continue their conversation over by the service counter. I sat and waited a bit longer. By now the window was unattended so I left….without my milkshake.

We went here today. Waited in line at the speaker box for 10 minutes. Then pulled up to the window. The girl was super crabby and didn't seem to like her job. So we ordered. She was complaining she didn't have a cash drawer. Then we watched 2 crew member go out side and smoke Then go back in to the counter and started to work. No hand washing. Then we watched another crew member drop a cup on top of the trash can and then use it. We cancled our order

I understand the dining room closure (although the website says it is OPEN!) but they also don't allow walk-in order and pickup (which again, their website says is OPEN!). So, you're stuck with the incredibly slow drive through (one order at a time - how inefficient can you be!) or ordering through a delivery service. Just go to any other fast food restaurant if you want service and convenience.

Waited in line for 35 minutes just to get up to the window and find my order still wasn't ready (double beef and Cheddar meal) After waiting at the window for some time and hearing the employees stand around and talk while saying they were still waiting for my order it was rushed up to me and I was on my way. I pulled away to find the food in the bag I was handed was cold at best, my sandwich was missing half of the meat, and had no sauce or cheese on it. So just bun and a few slices of beef with nothing else. I could have dealt with the wait time if my order was atleast correct. Avoid this place if possible.

I went here while my husband played in a pool tournament around the corner It was close so I did a pickup order. We bought a French dip & they charged me twice. We live in Bellevue and going back would have been a pain in the behind. Luckily they actually gave me the overcharge back but what a headache

Ordered food online for my daughter's 14th birthday. Went to go pick it up but the store closed 3 hours early! Called and found out they closed due to lack of staffing. Contacted corporate and was told I will have to wait 5-7 business days just to get a refund. People left my daughter's birthday to go eat. 1 friend stayed after all this. No compensation, would not transfer order to another store, nothing. Just, sorry you will get your money in a week or 2. Thanks for ruining her birthday.

Thuis location should be closed down permanently. 6pm on a weekday, pull in drive through, paper sign, no shakes, ok, cool. Then staff comes on the intercom, and what do you know, they are closed for 30 min to give employees a 30 min brake. Really? If Management is not competent enough to rotate brakes, so that employees get their break before the dinner rush, then they deserve to be shut down. 6pm dinner rush, we are closed for 30 min. Sorry if you spent 30-45 min in traffic, just to stop here and sent away, cuz we don't value your time. Since when is inconveniencing consumers not met with compensation?! A free value meal, a free burger, something that shoes you are genuinely sorry, to make us want to even think about coming back. But now when I think of sropping at this place to eat, i will immediately think, nope, they are probably on a break, or machines down, let me go to a place that's never closed at 6pm Mceeedeees.

I'm sorry but its a no from me and always has been. I've only eaten here a handful of times, never by choice always as a passenger. Everything I ordered (and have ever ordered from here) was rank. Plus, it was pretty late in the evening and not very many cars in line however it took more than 20 minutes (no joke) from the time we ordered until we finally got all our food plus shakes. PS whenever i find out that someone i know picks Arby's willingly/knowingly, i cut all ties. No questions. Family included. ✂✂

This place actually closes at 5:30,in the middle of dinner rush. For some reason. Unless you want breakfast stay away from this hole. edit: the only way to get things to change is to shame you. getting a free meal at a dump isn't any consolation for having gone 6-9 months trying to visit your restaurant at 5pm and finding it closed every time. seems like it's better now, thanks. not changing the review - there was never an excuse for that.

Went there tonight . Sat in line at drive thru since they still don't allow people inside. Only to be told ... we're closed. It was only 514 pm. This is not the first time this has happened. They don't open till 10 am and closed even before an 8 hour shift is complete. Won't give them another chance. Block your drive thru if your closed and get your act together Arby's . They don't open on time claiming staff shortages is also causing them to close five hours early. Extremely slow there's always a min if 8 cars in DT at any given time but you'll not catch them rushing that's for sure. As for the food well..... The fries were literally room temp I mean so cold they'd gotten that later of cold greasyness fries seem to always get after sitting out for 10-20 min. The medium roast beef had less roast beef on it than the small roast beef on it than a small sandwich. At least the Dr pepper was ok. At 10 bucks for a stinking fast food customers deserve to at least get proper portions and a hot meal anything less is lazy unprofessional and pathetic and new management should be hired immediately that may have something to do with why no employees stay on staff as well wellÎ

Worst service! Sat at the drive thru speaker for at least 3 minutes without being helped. Finally went inside and had to stand at the counter for 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Staff members were dropping the "F" bomb, with no regard to the guests within hearing range. Witnessed a male employee putting his hand through his hair and then touch food. Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, part of my order came out incorrectly. I ordered a Cheddar beef sandwich and did not receive the cheddar. I ordered regular fries and received curly fries. Sent those back and the fries i finally received were cold and extremely old. I will never come back to this location, because the employees obviously do not care what they serve nor do they know what customer service means. What a waste of $14😡😡😡😡

I just don't get it!!?? I love Arby's always have I don't know what's been going on with this location!??They close everyday at random hours, the employees have always been decent inspite of closing early all the time, until now!! I truly have a hard time believing that this was done by accident when I asked for salt they gave me sugar when I asked for Horsey Sauce they gave me Arby's sauce when I asked for a chocolate cookie they gave me a peanut butter one, does that sound accidental to you or very deliberate? I'm a very understanding person especially in that industry but come on everything was opposite of what I asked for and I'm just so sad I don't have a reliable Arby's near me now

I think I found the worst Arby's in Washington. When you order your food you don't expect to get very bad service and horrible food at the same time. That's what you get here. I ordered a cherry turnover and instead I got a frickin cookie. My soda had no ice and was warm. The shake was halfway melted and the roast beef sandwich tasted like thick tire tread. Now I understand why the place is empty with no customers. Someone needs to be held accountable for such a bad restaurant.

STAY AWAY! Always an issue here! They open when they feel like it and close early. Always out of items, sometimes drink machine doesn't work. Totally unhelpful and unprofessional. I ordered through the app, and after showing up, dining room was closed, no one answered the drive-through call box, and eventually I was told at the window there was no roast beef available and nothing was prepared. No one could refund my order and manager refused to deal with me herself.

I ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches and an order 6 pc mozzarella stick with 2 Arby’s sauce 2 horsey sauce 2 marinara sauce and got back to work and there is only 1 roast beef and no sauces

I'm writing this review shortly after the incident happened. Over the weekend I ordered 2 French dips. After arriving at home we noticed there was 1 French dip and another sandwich that resembled a wrap. Not a big deal I'm a frequent customer and on a first name basis with almost everyone at the store. Jennifer answers the phone and was nice, courteous and wrote my name down for a replacement. Today approx 20 minutes ago I was questioned by Norma, it was uncomfortable, my Integrity was called into question. She kept saying she prepared those Boxes herself. She was calling me a liar. She embarrassed herself. Sadly I thought alot of Norma and paid her countless compliments to her Manager in the past. Next time she can call into question my 86 year old Mother honestly, after all it was Mom who noticed the mistake. Absolutely disgusted in how I was treated today by Norma! 👎

I normally have no problems here. But tonight, I got a beef and cheddar sandwich with mozz sticks and a Coke. At the window I asked for ranch and horsey sauce, and the young man (whom I suspect was stoned) assured me that the sauces were in the bag. I take off, get home, and find four packets of Arby's sauce - no horsey sauce. I went back to the restaurant, drive up to the window, and said hi, remember me?? I asked for horsey sauce, do these look like horsey sauce? He said no, with no apology at all, in fact looked very put out because I deigned to return. How DARE I do that!!! Always check your order before you drive away at this Arby's, and watch out for the tall probably stoned kid with brown curly hair. I told him next time, this place might pay for my gas!! I won't be returning for their overpriced food and inept and RUDE "customer service" for awhile!!!

The pulled pork sandwich looks nothing like the commercials. It was cut up so fine and it had no sauce. Tasted horrible. And the roast beef sandwiches were slimy and gross. Save your money. Go somewhere else where the food has flavor.
