First time visiting and based on what I had heard, was not disappointed. Great pizza, great taste and great drinks. Highly recommend.
Our server was soooo drop dead gorgeous, and supplied the most attentive service I’ve ever received. She was incredibly charismatic, and so nonchalant. She is the key reason I will be coming back! I think her name is cilla, thank you for giving us such a wonderful experience.
Lots of menu choices, full bar in a very casual environment. Our server was very friendly and really knew the food scene. Our first time trying this restaurant and we're treated to a free delicious cheesy bread. Ordered the Omnivore (basically a supreme). It was delicious, cheesy and flavorful. Visiting from out of town and our local residing son had not found a pizza place that stood out until this one.
Great spot, brought my family a few days ago and it was our first time trying detroit style pizza! Definitely different than anything we have had before and everybody loved it. Our server Riley made us feel right at home the entire time and was so lovely and kind. We will be back again soon!
This is THE spot. I could eat the Detroit style all day, every day. Also worth noting: the gluten-free crust is elite and the vegan options are unmatched.

Years ago, this location allowed me to do a Father's Day surprise for my father who has since passed. Via 313 allowed me to pose as a waitress and surprise my dad by taking his order. They provided one of their shirts for me and even allowed news crews with cameras. I am from Denver and came back tonight. We were telling our waitress Riley about the story and what this place meant to us. I mentioned I was sad because I had lost the shirt that they had given me. This is a special shout out to Riley and the manager because tonight they were kind enough to give me another one of their shirts. As always the service was top notch and the food was delicious. Highly recommend!
We had lunch here Sunday and after ordering a large pizza, we waited 25 or so minutes and I figured something was up with our order. Sure enough the waiter came and explained they had added a wrong veggie to it. They were making our correct pizza but while we were waiting, would we like to munch on the correct half of the pizza they originally made. We said sure and it was delicious. The bell peppers they had added weren’t that numerous. We told him when he came over to check on us again, that if we had understood that they made a whole new pizza, we would have been ok with the first one… He said no, they pride themselves on making the pizza you wanted. He boxed our remade pizza and gave us the rest of the first pizza to take home! Great customer service and absolutely delicious pizza too! Thank you Via313! Oh, and we shared the remade pizza with family the next night🥰
Great to-go pizza experience for us on a busy Saturday night. Always gets my vote when the family asks where we should order from. Small details and variety of choices make a big difference. From the V313 App order function and layout, including extra crispy double cut Detroit style, bar style build your own, to the Asiago cheese planks on the Caesar, and maple drizzle hot sticks to finish it off! Perfect meal for a hungry family of five. Also like the open feel reno work done @ the Oak Hill location. Time my order to allow for a little ’sit down’ at the bar to catch up on the game. Friendly staff and comfortable seats.
New to Austin and have been struggling looking for a pizza place that serves dairy free . This is it . The staff are amazing and seem to be a very efficient team . The store also appears to have a high level of organization and management . Will be coming here often
The team at the Oak Hill location was great! Customer service was the best I've had in a while. Folks at the bar were very kind and helpful. A couple of employees held the door for me as I exited. The Big Dill was amazing, as was the Cesar salad!! Thanks Via 😘
I would give this place more stars if I could. As soon as we entered the restaurant we were greeted and treated so well, they made us feel like family. I believe Ryan was helping us with our experience there at the restaurant, as he was also helping everyone there as well. He would check on us and make sure everything was good and make sure we were having the best experience there. The food was delicious and was to die for. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area !!!!
Absolutely delicious pizza! Definitely worth the half hour wait to be seated. We tried 4 different pizzas and every single one was amazing. Our server was awesome - very warm and attentive, and patient as she explained each of the pizzas and their ingredients. Our first time trying Detroit style pizza and we won't forget the experience. Stopped in with family, nice location. Good selection of cold beers and lots of different varieties of pizza. The appetizer meatballs were delicious and went fast, hence the lack of meatball pics :) The pizzas were hot and made just as ordered, fast and friendly staff. I really love their Detroit style square pizza, one of the best in the area. The take out line seems never stop. Staff are friendly and nice. This place is great for family dinner, nice and quiet. If i have to find one thing to complain about, it will be there is only one TV hidden in the bar area. It is invisible in the dinning room. They can put few more 📺 along the bar bench.
Thick, delicious pizza. Not too crowded on a Friday night. Gluten free options were awesome. I recommend the anti pasta salad - sooo good! The omnivore pizza was on point. I found it “just” okay. The pizza was not worth the 16 bucks I paid. Pretty much the same as Little Caesars Detroit style but more than double the price. Looks like a brand new (290) location which may have had something to do with it.

Very disappointed with this place. This is a premium pizza chain, and after spending over $40 on a single pizza, one would expect atleast a decent pizza (if not the best). But it was so downright poor that we ended up throwing away most of the pizza. The pizza was prepared haphazardly- the base was rolled out very unevenly, with some sections extremely thick and others thin. The toppings and cheese were unevenly distributed. On top of that, the pizza was overdone, very close to being burnt. It spoiled the entire experience, especially on New Year’s Eve.
