Wonderful experience gettig lunch today. Logan is an exceptional & vibrant employee. The turkey club and tuna was excellent along with the recommendations for cookies. Highly recommend and will come back for the respectful & cheerful service.

Only reason I gave 4 versus 5 stars is that the only thing I could think of while eating my sub was how much better it would taste if it was toasted. It was a great sub and they don’t have a mechanism to toast subs, just a microwave (I asked). I’m a sucker for a nice toasted bun and melted cheese on a sub, otherwise, the food was delicious, the staff super nice and helpful, there was plenty of clean tables and prices were better than most of your common chain restaurants. I sat on the patio outside which was nice as well.

Will be back again Great service and excellent choice. Parking easy. It could be said that the place operates within the local community as there is a local event board that you can display your event flier. Beef sub was 1st class Will try ordering online next time we need a working lunch for the office

We popped in for the first time. There were stations setup to take and make your order. I got a chef salad and he got the Austin Club salad. We both were full after lunch. The place is pretty bare bones but the food was good and fresh.

Everyone working is always super nice. But the last 3x I’ve gotten a sandwich there something is always missing from it. Which is just a bummer. Since the guest can’t see you assembling I think it wouldn’t hurt to review everything on the sandwich’s before calling it. Also I have noticed they’ve dwindled on their ingredients a bit. Thunder sauce was put on my sandwich without asking which I had actually planned on asking for it on the side because it keeps making the sandwich really soggy lately (I’m only driving 5 minutes and the bread is mush by the time I get home). There was no lettuce on my sandwich today - which was super disappointing. I also added peppers and there were only 3 on the whole sandwich - which I just would have not added for .35 if I wasn’t going to get them. Also barely any olives on it, which is a step up from last time when they forget them altogether. Bread wasn’t dry today so that was a plus. Service is always great but it is disappointing that when I open the sandwich I’m sad. They weren’t busy.

Food was ready on time due to ordering pick up but once home and looking at the sandwich they did not get it right. I did not ask for tomatoes or onions and they add it. I even went back to look at the receipt for the order and it was there. No tomatoes and onions. They also didn't remove the pepper. No salt was added. Come on guys READ YOUR ORDERS! normally a good go to spot but this is disappointing

Food was good but restaurant was cluttered and staff were rude. I saw the person making my sandwich handle cash and run the register with the same gloves. The bathroom was disgusting and filthy. Will not eat here again.

Went in around 2:30pm - they looked busy but I waited a bit to put an order in. The woman behind the counter barely acknowledged me, kept making sandos, answered the phone, replaced tomatoes, did everything but take my order. There was 4 people behind the counter but they claimed to be “short staffed”. I walked away quietly since they clearly didn’t care today about customers.

It’s extremely disappointing that every time I order double meat from this location, for a BLT, they do not put double meat. I have to ask them to make sure there’s double meat, because the bacon is small. The last time they even argued with me about how much it cost. This time, instead of eight slices, like it is supposed to come with, they only put four, which is a slap in the face. I even tipped online. The sign clearly says “double meat” is an option, and does not exclude bacon. They even put double meat on the big Paul without arguing with me, and I know for a fact that that’s a much bigger loss than eight slices of bacon. Pretty ridiculous, y’all.
