We had a great time at our visit today! Our waiter Vincent was welcoming and pleasant. We had a big group of 20 and he was attentive to us the entire time. Always had a smile on his face which made us feel cared for. He made sure to check on how we were doing multiple times. He worked hard to ensure we had a great time. Great service!

I had a great experience at KPot in Woodbridge. The atmosphere was fun, the food came out fresh and flavorful, and everything was well organized. Our server, Sami, was amazing. He was attentive without being overbearing, checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed, and made the whole dining experience smooth and enjoyable. It is rare to find a server who balances friendliness and professionalism so well, and Sami definitely stood out. Overall the service was quick, the staff was welcoming, and the restaurant felt lively and clean. I will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend asking for Sami if you want excellent service.

Everything was delicious! We tried beef, lamb, and chicken and several veggies and fruit on the BBQ. There's also a buffet included, which I didn't realize. If you have a big appetite, it's a good value for everything that's included. It's a cool atmosphere too. It would be great for dates, birthdays, etc. The only thing that would be nice is if there were specific instructions for how to turn the grill on, where the buffet is, etc.

Compared to the East Brunswick location, I feel this location was better. The interior was so beautiful, and there were more variety of ready to eat foods. This time we went for dinner and it was worth it. Our favorite was the short ribs. Most of the meats were perfectly seasoned I didn't feel the need to make any dipping sauces and was just fine eating it with rice. Our server Jason was extremely accommodating throughout our dinner, being there to change our grill every 3 rounds of meat cooking, and we had our grill changed probably 4-5 times. The other staff were great as well, one guy who delivered food to our table saw I was taking pictures of the food and offered to take our picture for us. Now for dessert, I was blown away by how good the chocolate ice cream was, they come in single cup servings and the brand was Hershey's. Just note that the lid color for chocolate and coffee are the same brown color, and you'll have to make sure it says "chocolate" or "coffee" on it. Overall our experience was better than expected. We've already been recommending this place to our friends and family.

I’ve tried several KPOT locations — East Brunswick, Union, even a few in Florida — but the Woodbridge one is hands down the best so far! The ambiance and vibe are top-notch. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design — the colors pop, the space is modern and super clean, and even the bathrooms were spotless. The entire place just feels fresh and inviting. The staff here is incredibly friendly. I didn’t catch our server’s name, but I believe it was Fab — he was amazing! So welcoming, took the time to show us around, and shared so much about the place. It really made the experience feel personal. The buffet setup and software system were both smooth and easy to navigate. Everything was clearly labeled and well-stocked. The food? Incredible. The meat was perfectly sliced, fresh, and flavorful. Every bite hit the spot. For the price, the value is solid — and I’ll absolutely be coming back. Woodbridge KPOT is definitely a standout. Highly recommend it!

Beautiful place, modern and cool design. The food was really good with lots of options to pick from. Service was a bit slow and our server kept forgetting items. We ordered drinks that never made it to the table. Overall it was a good experience but I wouldn’t come back to this location.

Tried out this brand new KPOT location and overall, it was a solid experience! The place is beautiful, you can tell a lot of thought went into the design. The colors pop, the atmosphere is fun, and the whole space feels really clean and modern. The bathroom was really nice and clean too. The software system and buffet area were both impressive and super easy to navigate. Our server was kind and helpful, but service overall was a bit slow, we only got one drink refill during the majority part of our meal, and I was definitely feeling thirsty. That said, it seemed like the whole team was still getting the hang of things, which is totally understandable for a new spot. As for the food, it was good! Some of the meats were better than others, my partner found his cut a bit tough, but nothing was bad. For the price, it’s a great value, and I’d definitely give this location another try. It’s a 4-star visit for me: Food - 4/5 Service - 3/5 Atmosphere - 5/5 Looking forward to seeing how they grow with a little more time!

The service was excellent, and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. That definitely made the experience more pleasant. However, despite the variety of meat cuts available, they all tasted very similar, which was a bit disappointing. There is also room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness, especially in the buffet area. The trash bins next to the buffet should be emptied more often to keep the area clean and organized. The menu offers a wide variety of options, which is a plus, but the prices feel a bit high for what is offered overall

The decor and overall environment were really nice and our server Brian was friendly and very attentive. Unfortunately, the service from the other staffs weren’t as consistent. When our grill started to burn and clearly needed to be changed, two other servers walked by, looked at it and didn’t step in to help. The menu offers a wide variety of meats, seafood and vegetables. There’s a good mix to choose from and everything came out fresh. While I felt that many of the meats tasted a bit similar and nothing particularly stood out flavor wise, the overall selection is still solid and gives you plenty of options to try. The fountain soda also tasted very watery that day and I wish they offered canned soda. I was also hoping to try the Japanese sodas but unfortunately they weren’t available on the menu. Overall, it was an okay experience.

Although the food was pretty good, it took forever to come to where our time limit was up. The grill was barely changed as you can see in the photo. They had an ice cream fridge that was empty. It was also very cold. Not worth it in my opinion.

I came here to eat with my friends — the food was good and the facility was new but the service was only alright. While cooking the meat, it got to a point where we weren’t able to cook on our grill. We requested a new one and waited about ten minutes. After not receiving one, we called for another waiter to grab us one. Once he handed us the grill, he let us know there were only 15 minutes left before closing. We had a bunch of food left (as seen in the pictures) and knew we didn’t have enough time to cook it all. If we got the grill when we asked for it, we would’ve nearly been done cooking all our meat already. We’re not sure if we were forgotten or they figured we weren’t going to eat anymore. We just left a little disappointed because we weren’t able to finish the rest of our meal. ALSO, we ordered corn and it never got to our table. When we ordered rice, we had to ask again because it also never got to our table when we first asked for it.

Terrible and slow service. It took us 30 mins at least to get our first round of food. When we asked our server why the food was coming out so slow he literally said “I’m not the one cutting the meats” and said nothing else and just walked away, which I don’t think is a professional response. After that each time our server came up he kept either ignoring us or kept giving us side eyes. Never asked if we needed any refills and never changed our grill. When we went to pay we at least called the server 5 times and he never came. We will never be coming back and this is the worst Kpot location out of them all, please take your business somewhere else. It’s a waste of your time and money. Very disappointing and I would give it 0 stars if I could.

So came here with my gf and her parents to let them experience something new. At the entrance the price says around $36+ per person. Ok cool. Sit at the table order the food and wait. Female server is awesome sweet and nice. Male server brings out the food on a cart. Pushes everything already on the table everywhere. Proceeds to quite literally throw the plates with the food onto the table. Alright not sure this is appropriate. But whatever moving on. Only one catering us is the nice female server. Handling everything herself. Get the check $200+ something isn't right? At the bottom the same server who threw the food onto the table requests $30 tip. Alright. Pay for the overpriced food. Hand $30 to nice female server. End point? Wouldn't recommend this place it's cool and flashy. But overpriced extremely. Find a different kpot or just don't go. If I could do 0 stars trust I would.

I've been to other locations (union, Newark, NYC, new Brunswick, Staten Island) and this location has terrible service. Had sat down for an hour and needed our grills changed. Our server looked at us and asked if everything was alright when there was a burning grill in our faces. Ordered rice as a small appetizer and never received, thinking there was an error, we ordered rice at least 8 times and not one single bowl appeared. We ordered a fair amount but yet our server never took out plates to keep the table tidy. A literal worker that brings out the food changed our grill and not our server, and we didn't receive any oil. Even asked another customer at another booth if they had their grill changed they said no. We had to get up and get the oil ourselves from( I don't know if that's even allowed to have the oil spray). Felt very neglected. If zero stars was possible, I would put none. The food was slightly less quality and less portioned than others.
