The location was very clean, and well maintained. The The obstacle was using the mobile app I wound up not getting my rewards not getting to use my deal of the day and I had to pay full price ouch. When I explained to the woman who finally came to the counter she had no answer so I was left with no choice I was hungry. I got my order went to the car hoping to enjoy some hot French fries only to find that they were Cold every turn Trip inside the store was needed to get a fresh order of fries. I think they were extra busy at the drive through not so much at the counter.

We eat here a lot normally use drive thru but went in this time. It was nice and food was great as always. Love the double quarter pounder with no buns for needing low carb

My experience when i visited McDonald was incredible, customer service was good, food was excellent and well prepared and pop was great as well.. definitely will be back

Very nice McDonald's with a big play place and lots of seating. I ordered from the table through the moble app while the kids played. Our food was brought out in less than 10 minutes, and nothing was missing. The kids are thrilled with the play place, I'm sure we'll be back.

Very great! This place is awsome but can't enter the building, it has AMAZING food: burgers fries and milkshake because it is technically food.

I waited for 5 plus minutes on my large Carmel frappe. When the young lady brought it to me it was full of ice chunks at the bottom and 3 inches from the top of the cup! The whipped topping didn’t even touch the domed lid. Wish I could attach photos that I took. But that ridiculous to wait that long and pay almost $5 for that.

Food tasted fresh, but it took forever to get through the drive-thru. Wish they'd go back to the styrofoam cups. These plastic ones sweat & doesn't keep my drink cold. It just gets watered down. BTW...the McRib is back for a limited time!

Friendly staff. They get your order correct about 98% of the time in the drive thru. I changed from a 5 Star rating to a 4 Star rating because of how slow the drive thru is. It used to be extremely fast. Now it's much slower all times of day. If you go during a peak hour, like lunch time, expect a 20min wait to get thru the drive thru.

First, the cashier will not listen to you when you are giving her your order and even if you try to correct her, she still will not listen to you. The mail cashier must have known how inattentive the other cashier was so he took her place when we ordered dessert and he was very nice and friendly. Their ketchup is thin and runny and kind of sour, so it might be spoiled. The best thing they have going for them is the play place.. It's a lot of fun and the kids loved it.

Employees here are trying. Has a play area, really only reason I'm making a review. It was recently closed to children and now it's open but not sure what they did, nothing was added. Probably had a lot of buggers and burgers to scrape off.

Pulled up to the drive through this morning preparing for a long wait. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the line was moving. Our turn came to order and I was greeted by a very polite and friendly voice who took our order and got it right! Service was so fast they were handing me our food before I could put my wallet away. Thank you McDonald's for getting our morning started great!

Coffee first while meeting a friend then two sandwich combos. We are are not regular diners here. Food was fresh, fries tasty. Drinks were good. Lunch crowd light, restaurant clean for dining in.

This is a classic McDonald’s - drive thru is normally very busy. Due to that it can get slow. No complaints about the actual service or quality from this location! A consistent franchise as to be expected. The mcchicken, fries and coke (no ice) are a classic! Or if you’re feeling beef, the quarter pounder is ace.

Usually solid service. The food is what you’d expect from McDonald’s. My biggest complaint is when the drive through employee ask you to go park at the numbered sign so they can bring the food out to you later. I get it’s busy but it frustrates me.

I tried the new, fresh quarter pounder. The fresh beef was hardly juicy but wasn't dry. It was well seasoned to being a bit too salty. Good beef flavor but the texture was over processed. The toppings are as usual - nothing special... the onions had little crunch or flavor. My light lemonade had little tartness or flavor... Not enough syrup... Tasted like a slice of lemon in water. Fair but at these prices, you can get MUCH better at full service places offering lunch specials for not much more and possibly less.

They were not up to par. The staff was tossing markers on front counter while packing orders in front of customers. They were playing and loud they were messing up drive thru orders as well. A lot more training is needed. I can say the young lady who placed my order was very helpful and polite

Extremely busy. Lots of staff confusion. We were an dine in order but they put our order in a bag. It sat so long the fries were cold. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and got one plus a regular cheeseburger. They forgot my coffee.

My app wouldn't work for the mobile order so I had to go in. I placed my order at the digital kiosk because there was no one at the registers and only a few customers standing around. This place I know is always busy and I was there at 1:45pm so I heard the drive through bustle and could hear cooks in the back. A few employees came out to clean off tables but didn't smile, did not greet anyone, and didn't even really look at any of the guests. It made me sad that none of them seemed like they wanted to be there at all. That was pretty mich how it was the entire time I was there until they called my order...got my drink and took one of the last two straws left in at the drink station and went on my way. I'm hoping customer service isn't dead but this didn't convince me at all 😞

This was my first time at this location and it's very appealing but the woman waiting on me was less than friendly and I asked for a water cup and she gave me a baby cup. All the other McDonald's give you at least a small cup and not a baby one. I gave up drinking soda well over ten years ago and only drink water, so it would be nice to get a bigger cup for it.

I love their fish sandwich and they had them 2 for 5 great deal because I needed lunch and dinner. This fast food spot is always busy and they are always providing service greater then the one east. I have been a regular visitor and their food has made changes through out but it is fast food.

Ordered an egg white delight this morning, asked for the bun to be slightly toasted which is the way I have always ordered this sandwich. However, when getting ready to eat my sandwich I realized it was burnt. I ended up taking the sandwiches back. The manager was apologetic and willing to fix the order. The order once corrected was what I had initially wanted with the first sandwich. When ordering at this McDonald's be sure to check your order before leaving drive through.

Try to order a Mocha ice coffee and they don't have that option. French vanilla or Caramel. So i ordered a regular plain ice coffee and still was given a caramel ice coffee. They finally corrected order. Another issue ordered fries and could not eat them. Tasted as if they cooked them with fish. Friend also agreed they tasted fishy.

Flat lousy, a hair in my double quarter pounder box, shorting my child's happy meal ordered with extra fries came with none.... Went in to get order fixed and so swamped I would have had to cut in front of over 10 people. Rediculous ! Clearly needs a quality of service investigation by McDonald's so they can see this atrocity...

We went during lunch time and you would think the quality of food would be fresh this was not the case at all. The fries were old and the hamburgers tasted as they had been sitting for a long period of time. We had to order at kiosk and was eating in. They did not bring the food out to us nor say our number loud enough. When we did get our order we were missing several items.

Every time I go to this location. There is something wrong with my order. Recently it was nearly raw hamburgers. I called the manager and she said that they would replace my order. When I went in to get the food replaced a few days later, say made that order completely wrong. I called back and stated that I would just like my money back at that point and was told to come up and get my money back. When I got there. The manager on shift refused to give me my money back because it was a mobile order, and he would not do it until the branch manager approved. When I asked him to check the schedule to let me know. When she would be in, he rolled his eyes and walked away from me. Came back with no information, and when I asked again. He blew his breath and rolled his eyes at me. Just bad customer service. no one could get ahold of her. My husband and I had to call up there several Days in a row before he finally were able to speak with her and get her to approve them to give our money back.

I placed an order in drive thru they parked us and a half hour later we still did not have our food. Some one had go in and they still making the food. The teenager was making the statement well we parked them. ALL SAID AND DONE THE FRIES WERE COLD AND THE BURGERS WERE MADE INCORRECTLY. I would be careful about about using the McDonald's and double check all the food.

Last experience was a little rough. Slow service, no response at the drive thru mic, overcharged, one sandwich a box was open in the bag, sandwiches were sloppily thrown together, missing items....2 stars because this location usually has better service than this.

I normally order from this McDonald's, it usually goes well but today the girl at the Drive through messed up my order, removed multiple things than charged me $12 for two items Than proceeded to tell me I couldn't order a drink that she had removed that shouldn't have been.

To whomever is the franchise owner of this location; They need to get better management here. It was 11am, start of lunch option menu & they were handing out cold fries... I didn't bother to speak up because conversation lingo in kitchen seemed like a lot was going on... This little spot is always busy, If they had the right personnel it would be #1 in Central Indiana. Take the challenge, make it happen, and go from hanging out to the go to spot.

They are always mopping with bleach water and it’s such a strong smell we had to pick up our food and leave. Seems they are always having someone mopping at the door or kids area during busiest times. They sit the food order in their indoor pickup window and don’t call a number and this is the second visit I had to ask is one of these ours? Better management maybe???

Was a less than good visit, and was 2 of 2 visits that went this way and I promise I'm not unreasonable. 1st visit once I got to the drive through window no one ever spoke to me or answered me. I left with out ordering but not after waiting 10 or so minutes stuck in the drive through line. Next visit today 11-24-19 My wife and I chose to go in and avoid the drive through based off my last visit, we used the kiosk to order two iced coffee. The order was processed and the time stamp on my receipt 6:27pm. We got our two coffees at 6:42pm. Thats 15 minutes for two coffees. The first time I just let it go, but trip two was shame on me for allowing it to happen again. I won't be returning to that restaurant.

I’ve given this place many chances. I come to this location on my way to work for coffee since I work nights. I’m not sure if they just make their coffee extremely watery or what the situation is but I’ve never had a flavorful drink from here. Anytime I’ve ever ordered an iced mocha I’m told they are cleaning the machine so I’m starting to realize they just don’t sell them I guess. Today I paid for an iced mocha ($3.40) and after paying was told they were “cleaning the machine” and told them I’ll take a Carmel iced coffee ($2.00) in which tastes like water.

Absolutely horrible service. Get there at 10:30 and was told to pull up to the number 1 spot to wait for my order. Watched 22 other cars get served plus the other 4 cars that pulled up into the waiting spots next to me before I get my food. My order was only 3 cheesburgers and a 10pc nugget. My visit before this one the put ketchup and mustard on my mc chickens. Just a complete horrible service period.

Went to pick up lunch. Lunch starts at 10;30 and my grandkids go to lunch at 10:40. This is very close. I was shorted a happy meal and had no time to turn around and go back through the drive thru. I called the store and the supervisor offered to give me the happy meal they forgot. I asked if she would replace the whole order since I was now gonna have to split two meals into three. She refused! I called the corporate office. It's three happy meals, I didn't think it was too much to ask.

They rarely get the order right. I accept a certain amount of error at the drive through but it's hard for them even inside. Today, all the kids meals were missing the fries, the "plain" burger I ordered had everything on it, the nuggets came with the wrong sauce, and we were given the wrong amount of cups. The receipt was correct so this was the fault of the person who put it all together. Horrible, horrible, service.

It was absolutely filthy. The floor looked dangerous for the employees. There were maybe 4 people in line, so not real busy, but there was NO attempt at any customer SERVICE, no attempt to clean up the many messes. It took nearly 12 minutes to get a hot fudge sundae and a vanilla cone.

Worst McD's ever. Slow, not even fresh food, was given out of date food more than once. Awful customer service as well. Wanted to charge for condiments, after already paying with a card at that. Once packet would shut you down right? The whole experience should shut you down. I am sure others that stay at for any length of time or work at hospital feel the same way. Made me sick, and couldn't feed it to someone already in hospital. No one wants food poisoning when you can't walk.

The lady that took our order kept cutting us off when we were trying to explain our split payment and then started to curse and yell because of the computer. In total disregaurd for us. She didn’t even look at us when giving us our card back. Then at the second window we asked for a manager and we told her what happened. All she said was ok and shut the window. No apologies no nothing. Terrible costumer service.

This has go be the slowest, and worst McDonalds in the country. Orders are rarely correct, you can easily spend 20+ minutes in the drive thru. The staff seems incompetent. At the rate they do business, I'm very surprised they can afford to stay open.

The kids fries are a JOKE especially the way the employees handle the quality and quantity. Several times in a KIDS order are they always SHORT on 1 of 3 food ingredients. Knowing this I always ask for extra fries and TODAY the employees were refusing to give me both apple slices or extra fries. You can't give both to a paying customer?! Watch out for the FOOD POLICE!

Specifically requested a fresh cheeseburger (around 11 at night with no other cars in the drive thru) and got an oversalted hockey puck instead. I worked at McDonald's for the past 6 years, so I know what a fresh patty ought to look/taste/feel like. During the day, their service is generally good. Just don't go late at night for munchies, I guess

I never right reviews but I just had the worst experience here:( We had ordered curbside and when they worker got to our car we went to grab the food and he said we could do better about 3-4 times and laughed at us. We didn’t even know what he had meant. When we got home to eat our food we unpacked the bag and it didn’t have any sauces. This would’ve been fine usually but we specifically went to get the new featured sauces that we had ordered. All I can say is you can do better!

Girl tonite 12/6/24 at the front drive thru at 1032pm who’s new she said knew how to calm down a tense situation caused by an unruly employee in the back, just ask her . She is professional and highly regarded as the best employee I’ve ever seen at a McDonald’s whom I regard as a great and well respected establishment ! Great work mam she needs a proper promotion!

Been here the past 3-4 mornings. No receipts given when you pay, I've had my food basically flung out the window 2 times. I had the most bitter coffee ever the other day, never had iced coffee be bitter. They don't put your order up on the screen at all. Not a single "thank you for coming" or "have a nice day". All that would be fine since its fast food, but this morning at 5:20am I went to order and the drive thru worker was unintelligible. Interrupted me multiple times while I was trying to order and after the 2nd time I said "what" he said "am I speaking Japanese or something" basically calling me stupid bc he was rude and can't communicate properly. 0/10 service by the AM crew pretty consistently.

This place has a nice play place, that is the only reason why it is getting 2 stars. They can never get an order right. Our visits are typically an hour and a half, and I have never seen anyone actually clean a table. The play place does close early. Our last visit included stale fries, and going up 4 times to correct what we ordered. Update 10/27/2025: I demoted them to one star. It took 23 minutes to get our incorrect food this time. 6 times of going up to get the order right. After 37 minutes, we finally received all the food that we ordered. We only ordered a burger kids meal minus mustard/onions/salt plus cheese, big mac meal and a bacon mcdouble.

I went to this location on my way to work this morning and the drive through cashier only took half of my order and expected me to just come to the first window and pay for it. When I repeatedly told her through the intercom that I wasn't finished ordering she just ignored me the entire time. I didn't get my food and they didn't get any money from me. This is not how you run a successful business and you can count on me never returning to this location.

They ignore you if you don't use kisos machine. They are so busy 60% your order is correct. The place is not as clean as before. People are rude, not friendly at all. Well, the Mexican supervisor is. She is very nice.

Hands down this place has the worst customer service! Walked in to pick up an order and the representative behind the counter looks at me then proceeds to go to the drive-thru window and piddle around. She clearly wasn’t completing a task, as she had time to grab her phone off the counter and reply to a few notifications. While doing so she keeps looking over at myself and another woman who is now standing there. Then another representative looks over, turns to the girl playing on her phone and they begin to have a conversation. After about 5 minutes of waiting patiently I stepped forward and said “excuse me.” One of the girls comes over, clearly irritated, I interrupted their conversation. Her attitude and tone was rude. I’ve worked in customer service all my life, it takes 2 seconds of your time to ask “have you been helped.” I’ll avoid this location at all cost moving forward!

Disgusting attitudes. Lady told us we were holding up the line because we accidently placed a pick up instead of delivery. Instead of her asking politly to have us pull around and come in. I can not believe this behavior is even close to being acceptable anymore. Pathetic.

Repulsive. Cold fries and no salt, burger was dry as the Sahara desert and no ketchup. Place is over run by employees who come into work High as a kite. I find it odd some people say the employees are trying. I just got back from getting a spicey mc crispy. No sauce on it so it wasn’t even spicey, two pickles stacked on top of each other and the bun was dry as could be. The only thing these employees are trying to do is get another paycheck while they remain high as a kite. This place is a joke. I wouldn’t subject your family or friends to this place. The fries are almost always reheated or no salt. Why this place is still even open I have no idea. 10$ for trash food that is dry and cold.

Ordered at kiosk. Waited 18 mins for food. Quarter pounders we half raw. Asked Manager to replace, waited 15 mins. Asked where they were. They threw the new ones away because no one claimed them. So they remade again. Can't make this stuff up. 35 mins. Do yourself a favor and drive down to Culver's 2 minutes down the road.

My son wanted nuggets for dinner, cool, I ordered a quarter pounder cheese and ketchup only, I get home and 3/4 of the meat isn't even on the bun. My fry box wasnt even open all the way, half of it was like they'd just pulled it out of storage container. Prior visit asked for cheeseburger happy meal only ketchup, get home, entire bottom of meat and bread covered in onions. Two dings in one week, done. However the guys at the two windows were great and my son loved saying hi to them and telling them to have a great night.

Went here today and received a sandwich with a sticker in it when i bite into sandwich. Called and requested refund. Manager advised that he would not issue without a receipt. Went back to location and would not issue refund due to me using profanity. Mind you there was never an apology or anything given.

After waiting in drive thru for over 15 minutes since both lanes were backed out to the road outside the parking lot, I ordered a drink. This place could've been perfect for me since I like to go to the park on the weekend and it's literally right next door. However, the lady couldn't get my order right. I just wanted one drink. After going back and forth, I just said forget it and drove off. Do not go here. Maybe try the Taco Bell across the street.

It’s been over 3 years since I’ve eaten any food at McDonald’s. I definitely won’t do it again. I’m not sure I would even classify the cheeseburger as food. I would give zero stars if I could.

Tried to order at drive thru at 4:00pm and was met with the most attitude ever. Employee said- are you using the app? My daughter said no and employee responded- what are you getting? This was dripping with attitude and she acted as though we were putting her out. It’s quite literally her job to take our order. I responded- nothing, that was rude! She said nothing. I tried to call to talk to a manager. The phone rang 8-10 times with no answer. I tried to give customer feedback on their site- it failed. I get it, people have bad days and most aren’t thrilled to work at Mc Donald’s, but the attitude and lack of respect at this location has gotten ridiculous. Highly do not recommend.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a value meal. When they asked me what l wanted to drink, l told them l don't want a drink. They replied that it come with a drink. I chose a drink and pulled forward. When l get to the window, they tried to charge me for a large drink. After a discussion, they begrudgingly changed it to a small drink. Why are they adding and charging me for something that l expressly said l did not.want?
