I love taco bell but come on this is the 3rd time I got it asked for hot sauce and not one was In the bag

Food tasted okay, but terrible service and below average cleanliness. We were only customers in the restaurant. No greeting. No offer to take order. We used the kiosk. They got the order wrong. I had to ask twice and finally gave up. Decided to take out due to atmosphere and uncleanliness. I’m in Danville two or three times a week. Lots of other choices for fast food.

Gave them another chance and they failed miserably. I bit into a taco and the meat or the sour cream was spoiled. The other taco had a tiny bit of meat, a pinch of cheese, and that was all. Most of the time when I order tacos from them the shells are totally crushed before they’re handing the bag out the window. I’m done giving them chances Ordered lunch today checked that they had the order correct on the screen and it was and then I got home and we were missing part of the order. I tried to call them back about it. They never answer their phone. It rings 50 times and they never answered the phone. It just hangs up on you. How do you contact Taco Bell in Danville? I have my receipt. I will be stopping in there later. They need to put a sticker on every single item saying what it is so that is easy and quick for the customer to check the order themselves other than to have to sit there and unwrap everything

Don’t waste your time at Danville Taco Bell They are ALWAYS out of everything. Stopped today and pulled up to drive through to be greeted with “just so you know, we are out of breakfast”. It was 10:20AM. Stopped in several times at different times of day and have had this happen. Why are you even open for business? If you own the place and can’t afford to stock product then sell it to someone who can. Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Not the fault of the employees! Poor ownership!!

Was picking up a mobile order for someone and waited for 30 minutes before I gave up and left. Some poor guy next to me had been sitting long before I got there and they hadn't even started on his food yet. If you've got time to kill this is the place. I've never had a fast experience here ever

Been here for breakfast only. All 3 times they weren't open on time. Had to wait until 820 most times. Efficiency isn't their main focus here. Need better management.

Today I placed a mobile order at 12:04pm, and ended up waiting 40 full minutes to receive my food. I was on my limited time linch break from work, and began asking about my order after 20mins. At 12:24 I waited about 5 minutes for an employee to notice me, and was told my order was being made. At 12:36 I asked again, and was told the same thing. By 12:40 I had to express that my lunch was ending soon and I’ve been waiting for 40 minutes already. My food was finally ready, but when I asked to speak with a manager, he made it very clear that he did not care. I didn’t expect anyone to grovel or kiss my butt, but usually after waiting more than ~2mins in the drive through, it’s company policy to provide at least a free taco coupon. I asked about a full refund but he explained that gets handled through the app and he could do nothing for me in that moment. I said the refund is no problem I’ll use the app, but that the least I could get from the store itself would be some free taco coupons, since waited so long. I arrived and the store was full, I watched the entire line clear out, multiple times, the drive through cleared out multiple times, and was still not served for 40 minutes. That’s such a completely unacceptable time that I almost wish I were more of a “Karen”, because I tried to be incredibly patient and understanding, but was given such bad service. I waited so long that around 5 customers had noticed me waiting, and asked how long it had been. When I finally got my food, one woman even expressed “she waited 40 minutes for THAT?!”. Anyway, hopefully the app appeal comes through or I’ll dispute it with my card. Either way, wouldn't bother with this location.

Went to Taco Bell and the associates stated they were out of lettuce. No biggie, just ordered something else. Ordered 2 quesadillas that were practically tortillas and a pinch of cheese and chicken. Do yourself a favor and go into Avon for better Taco Bell. I think I’m done giving this one a shot at my business.

I go to the Danville Taco Bell pretty regularly, but today will unfortunately be my last visit. The service is usually only okay, not great, but today was the final straw. When I went through the drive thru, there was only one other customer in front of me, and no one behind me. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and cheesy gordita crunch with a large drink, which the order part went smoothly. Now, when I got up to the window is when the issues started. I paid for my food, received my drink, and then waited. There were two people just standing at the drive thru window, neither of them spoke to me but they kept the window open so I could hear the conversation inside. They kept complaining about the drive thru time and how it was taking too long. One of the drive thru workers even said he “bumped” my order to avoid the time issue and it still took over 5 minutes. Once they did get my order, without apologizing or saying anything, he shoved the bag in my face and said “have a good day.” I’ve worked in food service so I know it can be stressful, especially on a time crunch. But I didn’t deserve the treatment I received and then to top it off my food was messed up when I received it (picture included). Taco Bell is my favorite fast food joint, but maybe it’s time to find something else.

We don’t go very often, because something is alway not good or messed up. They never give you very much meat here. Ever.
