This location was clean and pleasant but for some reason this location food doesn't taste as good as other locations I've been to.

They messed up my order twice order 2 times and the male employees making to food were arguing about being high under the influence and the lady taking the order was also talking about getting high I had to wait 1 hour and I order ahead of time over the phone and still had to waste time to wait on my order to be corrected pizza came out great but it was wrong they need new employees clearly who properly take orders This happened here at this place At 9:00pm 11/23/25 3701 Pioneer Rd Balch Springs, TX 75180 103 building number Please whoever the manager is look into this it’s not fair people have to waste there time because or employees that are under the influence

they need to pay attention to their orders better🤦🏻‍♀️ i order from here often cause its the closest place but i think im done.. last time they got order mixed up, then they forgot my sauce and when is aid uncut they cut it, and the cut doesnt matter but still last time they were laughing abt getting the order wrong and i did get the right one again with no sauce, just pay attention to orders more.. they always forget, mix up or messup and joke abt it or dont care

The pizza is good. But the wait time is terrible. It took 30 minutes from start to pickup. I ordered in store and they started cooking 20 minutes after I ordered. There was no line at all.

I couldn't order online nor could call the store, the line was busy. I was finally able to leave my home to order the pizzas at the store at 9:00 in the evening when I get to the store at 9:05. Jacqueline and Juan told me that they're cleaning already to close by 10:00 and that they could not order any customs pizzas because they had put up their ingredients already. No manager nor assistant manager were present according to them, My experience in working in a fast food restaurant you have to have an assistant supervisor at least to close the store and count money towards the end of the day. I do not recommend this store at all.

Service is good, but the pizza is not cooked well. A pizza shouldn’t be floppy it should be well cooked and this place cooks the pizzas too fast or there oven is just not good because the pizza is always floppy and not well cooked. Recommend looking into this.

Every time I get a pizza it’s not cut and it’s not cooked, still doughy in the crust and middle, the stove has been “going out” for the last 3 years, then I tell them make it extra crispy and it might come out cooked if I’m lucky, ran by a DM that doesn’t care the last 5 years and I understand it’s high schoolers but how hard is it to cut a pizza?

Still waiting on a refund for pizza that wasn't delivered DO NOT ORDER IT THROUGH DOOR DASH THE REFUND PROCESS IS HORRIBLE . NOW I HAVE TO GO BACK TO THE STORE FOR A REFUND AFTER PAYING FEES AND TIPPING 😕 A good edit: The manager fixed it and it's appreciated excellent customer service I just won't do delivery since the process is expensive for a refund.In store pickup only. THANK YOU

Opened my pizza at home and this is what we got, pepperoni just thrown on it the minimum cheese, pizza was not cut! Completely messed up dinner for us. Besides while waiting for my pizza all employees seemed to care less about their job were just screaming laughing and playing around and to top it off one of the employees decides to bring in a dog inside the kitchen thru the drive thru window. Look at cameras if any and check on your employees. This was on 10/2 at 9:30pm.
