Exit 11 Brand new Dunkin with Sunoco gas pumps outside. Nothing better than fast, super friendly service with the convenience of getting your coffee inside or at drive thru and being able to fill up on gas, right before getting on the northway!!

We love our Round Lake, Dunkin! I just wish some of the really nice staff would stay. I don’t know why the turnover. I have hardly ever had a rude experience there, everyone who has worked there has been so kind and friendly and sweet to me and my little boy. From the very young high school/college students all the way to the more mature staff. We love them!

friendly staff but was so busy i dont know if they were truly paying attention . . . the manager who made my drink shouted out almond milk even though it clearly stated i ordered oat milk and the drink tasted like almondmilk . . . what if i was allergic to nuts? 😣

Convenient to the north way with gas and easy in and out. But no matter how many people are in the drive thru, there’s always an epically long wait.

Pretty slow service for Dunkin' donuts otherwise it's all right I think the drinks are overpriced but the food is okay like the donuts and breakfast items

The woman didn't listen to a thing I said. Gave me the wrong donut. Gave me the wrong coffee. It was horrible.

Don’t get me wrong, I love the new location and every time I go on the weekends, everything is great. No problems. But I noticed recently on my Monday visits, something is always wrong with my order. They’re forgetting to add sweeteners or cream, or one time I used my points to get a donut that was later found to be missing, or they give the wrong signature drink, or today I nothing except for coffee was in the cup even though everything was listed on the label. It wasn’t a very busy time either as the morning rush had died down.

The person that took my order was absolutely amazing which is why I left a $10 tip on a $4 order... however the person that made my drink had an attitude on how I wanted it made. I get it all the time at various dunkins. It is so refreshing with the mint tea over ice water... however with his attitude he gave me black tea instead of my cool mint. If I wanted black tea would have ordered an ice tea.

Stopped in to pick up a coffee and some munchkins - there were between 4-7 staff members behind the counter the entire time I was there and I waited 5+ minutes at the register while they all ignored me. Then when I finally got to order they packed up my munchkins quickly but I waited another 5+ minutes for one cup of coffee. If you're busy or understaffed, I totally get it and am happy to wait. But I was the only person in line in the store and it was like no one wanted to have to do the work of pouring a coffee.

This Dunkin burns the coffee every single day. Drive the extra 5 mins to the rt 9 Clifton Park or Exit 12 Dunks.

If I could give the service zero stars, I would. This is the only Dunkin’ Donuts within a 25 mile radius that consistently turns off mobile ordering due to low staffing. It has been like this for months now. Even if you do get an opportunity to order there, the staff is rude and dismissive. I went in once for pick up and waited an extra 15 minutes after already having ordered 15 minutes ahead. This was at 6:30 in the morning. Not only are they understaffed, they are also super slow, and clearly don’t care about their job. I get that this is a low wage industry, but if you don’t want to take pride in your work… work in the service industry. I have given this place multiple chances as it is my closest Dunkin, but I will absolutely NOT be going there again and will be telling all my neighbors to do the same. until they straighten out their staffing issue. Pay your people more! The Stewart’s next-door is paying THREE DOLLARS more per hour and you wonder why you can’t get staff.

Ordered an avocado toast today, which was burnt as you can see in the picture. It was definitely pre-made, it was bitter and ice cold. I called the store to complain about it. The store manager or who ever was on phone, with no apology and courtesy started cross questioning me over a toast. I told her I just called to let you know not to get a free toast or $3 refund. She offered me a free toast when I return, still there wasn't any courteous gesture. It sounded like I am at fault or why am I complaining. Never returning back. Very pooor customer service I experienced in any of dunkin franchise.

Stay away stay away they screwed my coffee up because they DO NOT LISTEN. What does liquid sugar mean? And what does well done mean? Find somewhere else to spend your money

I’ve been to this location multiple times with never an issue but today was different. There was a guy working behind the counter that was incredibly rude. I ordered a cooled down hot chocolate for my daughter with another girl at the register. He ended up making it and didn’t cool it down. I told him it was still extremely hot for my daughter and he just lost it. He said he put ice in it and then basically bad mouthed me to the other workers as if I was an inconvenience. One girl that worked there felt so bad, she came over and helped fix it. I have seen this same individual working at the Ballston Spa Dunkin Donuts on Church Street and he was extremely rude there as well. He makes it where it is so uncomfortable going to either one.

Took 5-10 minutes each car. I had an appointment and I left the house 45 minutes early so id have time. My appointment ended up getting canceled.

Every single time I go to this dunkin there’s an issue, no matter how big or small. Dunkin is infamously known for being hit or miss, no matter where you go. But this dunkin is a miss 100% of the time. Today I got served the most disgusting coffees of my LIFE. My cold foam was curdled and looked like cottage cheese (and no, my order was not sitting there waiting for me it was freshly made), and the other coffee I ordered tasted like it had been scorched in a fire a couple of times before it got served to me. I went inside to have them remake the cold foam drink, and the kid gave me smug looks and attitude. The cold foam looked normal this time, but the drink itself still tasted poorly. I was then told once getting back to the car that the other coffee tasted horribly, then I tried it, and it was beyond horrible. I didn’t even go back in to have them fix that one, I called Malta Dunkin and they remade it for us. GO TO MALTA DUNKIN ITS ONLY 2 MINUTES AWAY!! Worth the extra miles on the car.

This store is chronically understaffed but the latest woman there is RUDE and dismissive. I ordered through mobile app and when I arrived the whole place was dark. No coffee made. Nothing. Woman was unloading a dunkin truck. I asked if she would be making coffee and she said when it was open. It was supposed to open 45 min ago! There were multiple orders on the screen inside and she was the rudest person and was already rude the weeks leading up to this. This store lost a customer for good.
