I've actually eaten here several times in the last two years. I'm usually so hungry, I forget to take pics and do a review, most of my visits to this location was because I had family in the hospital and they wanted something other than hospital food. I've never been disappointed with them until yesterday. Let me explain: The food was great but the young lady that used to work the drive thru wasn't there, and the guy that took her place, although he wasn't rude, he also wasn't as friendly. He was in work mode though and as an ex supervisor, I would of been proud of him for that. As an aging, disabled woman, who doesn't get out of the house much, I enjoy getting to know people, when I do. So, a little disappointed with the lack of conversation before my food was ready. The last girl, who worked the drive thru, she was in her early twenties, had just moved in with her new beaux, had a bandage wrapped around her hand from a third degree burn she got from work. So she talked to me about the hospital and was genuinely interested in getting to know me too. That was nice, since I have a daughter her age. The only other thing I was disappointed with was when I got home and opened the bag, the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. The sandwich tasted great as usual, once I pulled it out of that wrapper, which reeked of cigarette smoke. I'm allergic to cigarette smoke, so it made me start coughing. That's never fun. Other than that, the turkey bacon club was delicious, the tea was excellent and the jalapeno chips were awesome! 👍👍 I've never eaten inside this location, so I couldn't tell you many facts about it, but when I drive by the windows, it looks very clean inside. As hot as it gets in Texas, it's rare to find a restaurant, with good tea that hasn't soured. So a good, cold glass of tea, was what keeps me coming back to this location. I do wish they had one closer to my house. Both Schlotzsky's near me are over 10 miles from where I live. That don't sound like much, but in Houston traffic, 10 miles could take 45 minutes to drive. It literally took me an hour and 12 minutes to get there and back. That being said, they're worth the drive. Hope y'all enjoy the pics, and have a very blessed day! 🥰

Nice and clean. Quick and friendly service, hot delicious food! Schlotzky's could definitely improve their app based rewards program, but the food is great. Doesn't leave you feeling dirty or disgusting like some other "fast food or fast casual" dining establishments.

First time going in 2 years, and the food was amazing. I got the avocado turkey sandwich, and it was full of flavor and delicious. The only negative thing was that the cinnamon roll was cold and hard. Wasn't impressed with that. I'll definitely be going back, despite the dessert.

Disappointed with Schlotsky's for charging a service fee for the app and website. I've never seen something like this before from them. Instead of budgeting their marketing better, they pass on the buck to the customer, when their sandwiches are already overpriced.

It was all right I ordered online in the app and again they didn't put my food out I stood around stood around if finally had to ask for it and they had it back in the kitchen they said they don't put it out because people steal it and the whole point of the app is I don't have to come in and go to the counter and wait on anything and the pizza was cold and the flat bread was pretty much overcooked I would get the regular sour dough crust

I LOVE Schlotsky’s and we went to take advantage of the $5 National Sandwich Day promotion. We both got medium sandwiches and a Cinnabon. Sandwiches were fine, but the Cinnabons were DISGUSTING. Firstly, and most importantly, mine had nuts and I did not order one with nuts. Thankfully I’m not allergic, but biting into something hard when you’re not expecting it is off putting. Secondly, the dough was severely under proofed and incredibly dense. The Cinnabon was tiny compared to prior orders because of how bad the dough was. Super disappointed and I can’t even contact anyone to get a partial refund because the location didn’t give me us a receipt. Like I said, sandwiches were fine, but would go elsewhere if there wasn’t a promotion.

The 3 soups I ordered online have been discontinued but are still available to order online. I was able to substitute 2 of them for other options, not what we wanted. I would have gone somewhere else had I known they had zero chicken soup type options as my household is sick and wanted chicken soup. A refund would have taken 2-3 days per the cashier. The 3rd soup I didn't even realize wasn't right until I got home. It's not French onion soup it's the nasty, salty beef broth for the French dip sandwich. Not the same. None of the soup came with the garlic bread sticks it said it was supposed to come with. The cashier was super super nice. The Mac and cheese was pretty good.

Ordered a cheese pizza and was given a pepperoni one instead. Besides nit being what I ordered, the pizza was overly tangy, like they got the seasoning wrong. I didn't send it back becaude ut was less greasy than most pepperoni pizzas. The crust was great, though.The drinks are like 50 cents cheaper at the attached convenience store so don't bother--they even use the same soda fountain. I had looked forward to getting the Schlotzsky lemonade, but it isn't at this location. Prices were a little high for fast food, but not bad. The wait was reasonable too.

Meat wise this is ABSOLUTELY the skimpiest sandwich I’ve ever gotten at a schlotzsky’s. Will never return to this location!

So nothing wrong with the food here , but at 6:02 pm on 6-6-2025 my wife goes up to the counter to purchase two pizzas that are being advertised at the time on schlotzkys digital menu at 5.00 after 5pm on friday, sat, n sun. So pizzas come out and i see the reciept and says total 21. Somthing and so I bring this to the attention to the cashier and she says that the offer is no longer valid... but its still being displayed on theyre digital menu!! And she would honor the advertisment at all... I have been to other places and if there is still an advertisment up they honor it even if it has expired. This is just bad buisness on this places part.

Ordered using ubereats today Novemeber 25, 2024 around 9:30am after 5 years . I love calzones so i saw they have calzones and i want to try it maybe its good. When i got it, half of it is filled half is empty👎.
