Toss It Up

Maybe it was the hour (lunch hour) but even though the drive through was busy (some cars were bailing out of the line) we were rewarded with freshly prepared, piping hot fries and Original Chicken sandwiches. One of the best Burger King meals I have had in some time. Lesson Learned: stay in the line! The meal you will be handed has not been sitting on a shelf somewhere...it is FRESH and HOT.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Food was hot and made fresh.

Burger King has changed, the Wrap is very Small and I witnessed a Man come back in the Restaurant and bring back The new Sandwich, The one with the fried pickles. It was only 5 fried pickles on it. The Wrap was Dry I didn't complain about it. I just took it home and fixed it up My Way!!! LOL

Just to provide some context, no matter how much money my dad makes, a Whopper meal always brings back nostalgic memories from his broke college student days in the 70s, and Burger King holds a special place in his heart. Unfortunately, our past visits to several Burger Kings had been disappointing—either with rude service, late orders, or messy, unkempt locations. However, after shopping at Crocker Park, we stopped by this location, and those cherished memories were rekindled for my dad. He was especially happy thanks to the gentleman in the Burger King uniform cap, who was so kind to him when he asked for napkins. It truly made his day!

This Burger King has gotten much better. The employees are extremely nice and quick!! I give them kudos for NOT raising prices for sandwiches with "eggs" in them. There is one particular woman that works the morning shift that is an absolute ANGEL!!! I hope BK recognizes her efforts to provide BK customers with the BEST service!

Order was perfect, including all of the special requests. People working the drive thru were friendly and fast. I ranked the atmosphere low because I’ve been to two different burger king drive thrus in the last few weeks and both have had horrible speakers that make it extremely difficult to communicate through. It got me thinking that someone must be making a fortune. Their workers don’t make as much as McDonald’s (or so I’ve heard) and their dining areas haven’t been remodeled. Well, at least they are up to date with the plant based burger unlike McD and most other fast food places. For that reason, it’s pretty much the only fast food I get.

The young man that worked the drive thru was kind. Smiled and had something nice to say. Great customer service. The whopper jrs Rocked. They were fresh and the fries were HOT. Their bbq sauce beats all fast food chains!

They are a small crew but they handle them selves well. The workers are nice and they really accommodate special request .I visit a few times a week after work and they have been consistent.There aren't many places open after 10. It doesn't feel like some places where they are doing you a service by taking your money. The workers really seem there for you. If your in the area give them a try.

Their broiler just went down, so no burgers were being served. I thought that I would try the chicken fries for my granddaughters but they were too spicy. Luckily I got the mozzarella fries. Those were very tasty. Too bad I only got 4. The staff was very friendly and apologetic for the equipment failure.

Regular old Burger King. Their customer service is often very good but their food is just the standard burger king food. For some reason I often get cold burgers when we go here though which is a shame because I like them a lot more than the standard ones at competing chains. I stopped doing their 2 for $6 deal because the whoppers were pretty much always cold or lukewarm at best.

Haven't had burger King in longest time. My daughter and I were looking forward to our meals. Unfortunately was greasy and just was thrown on bun cheese on even melted just cold slice cheese cold bread. Hmm.. certainly isn't how it's supposed to be. Was a let down. Fries were fresh though. Wow traffic is nuts over there when I went ( first time there )

They are consistent with food quality, they usually always have a good deal going. I would however stay away from any chicken tenders, they were inedible when I tried them. They made me show my ID at the drive through "because I was paying with a card" which was ridiculous, but I didn't argue since I was hungry. Hence the 3 stars.

Burger King recently released the impossible whopper which I love and is a huge win for vegans and vegetarians nationwide! That being said you do have to request it to be cooked on a clean burner if you want it (after 10 years meat free my stomach cannot digest something that has been cooked on a burner that cooks meat products all day) anyway, this is my third time ordering one since it was released (a little obsessive I know lol) but this location was the first one to tell me no they will not cook it on a clean burger because they “will not shut down a burger to clean it in the middle of the day for one customer’s request.” I went ahead and had it microwaved. Maybe it’s for the best though so I won’t order it anymore and waste my money at Burger King

The drive through line was long. I could see why. The elderly woman at the window was the only one working other than the cook. Two young female workers were using their phones while waiting to bag the food. Standing around? TWO needed to bag food? They were slovenly looking, touching phones and then food? Zero shame to play on phones while two other people are busting their butts. Zero shame. Your employees can and will be your downfall.

Came inside so my kids could use their gift cards and it smelled musty and stale in here. The lady behind the counter was also using her 'outside' voice as she screamed at us when she took our order. It was an odd experience.

Friday night 1030pm they close at 12 the onion rings were so hard i couldnt eat them and nothing was hot! Only reason i gave a 2 star cause its not completely cold as i have had before. This is stupid and Arbys is no better.

Ehh, hit or miss. You have to wait 5 mins minimum no matter what time you pull up to the drive thru speaker. You’d think for waiting your food would be fresh and correct but 8 times out of 10 your modifications aren’t correct and the food is lukewarm. Do better!

I love Burger King but this is the slowest one I’ve ever been too! Be prepared to wait for 30 minutes

The lady giving me my food was so rude and when I told her my order was wrong she said I didn't order what I ordered and id have to come inside if I wanted a different one. She was more worried about my coupon then my order then continued when I got in there to repeat to herself and the co workers she was going to get fired because she was going to say something to me. Not a positive experience. Only person who seemed motivated and decent was the manager. This place is one of the worst burger kings around.

I got home and realized that they gave me the wrong order.

Waited 15 minutes to order. Everyone that were behind me left. When I was patiently waiting and checking in if I can order. There was either no response or asked to wait. So I decided to go to a competitor restaurant. Burger King you are working incredibly hard to not take my money.

Closed before they were supposed to be. I understand bring short staffed but the person I interacted with yelled at me thru the window and then yelled at me because I tried to ask a question?? Short staffed and short attitude. Like another review said, you can't rate the food if you don't get any.

I have never had a worse experience at this location in the 10 years I've lived here. Sitting in the drive thru watching our order be thrown in the bags. The fries were pretty much dumped in all over the sandwiches. After the girl with the black and blue braids and tattoo on her face threw our food in the bags.. she hands them out and acts like she hates her job. We ask for ketchup and mayo for our fries, we have 3 people in the car, she gives us 3 of each. We assk for more, she hands us 3 of each again and tells us they were out after that. I don't like being lied to. If you don't like your job or working with the public.. then find a new job.

The North Olmsted Burger King is rude! Didn't check to make sure our entire order was in the bag! Then wanted us to drive back up there from the other side of town waste our gas to get 4 dollars worth of sandwiches they didn't give us! When I talked to someone on the phone they were rude with absolutely no customer service! They lost our business we will go somewhere else!

update went there for the past 3 weeks and ordered a ultimate breakfast platter they kept telling me they were out of pancakes went there today and tried to order it again now they say they don't sell pancakes any more I said then why don't you take it off your menu they said they can't and for me not to worry about it. I will Never go back there again. So burger king I won't worry about it!!!!!!!!They over cook there food and cold food I would rather go to wendy's

Went to drive thru at 617 am and was told they have no product because they have to open late......this was after I called at 613 and was told by the manager that yes they were open and serving breakfast. I frequent this location as it is around the corner from my home and the staff has always been lackadaisical and rude to a point. Especially Theresa in the morning. She will take your credit card and pretend to keep it. Whomever owns this location needs to give it up and close shop.

I went to the drive through and ordered a whopper with cheese meal and I asked the guy that may I have my meal fresh made and he said yes and I ordered the fried pickles too I got to the window paid for the food I waited for it and I got it and went home so I get home they forgot to give me my drink that I paid for and I opened the bag my whopper was microwaved it was so soggy and so freaking nasty I couldn’t eat it my fried pickles wasn’t even fresh at all when I ordered fresh and the only thing that was fresh and had a ton of salt was the fries I think that will be my last time there I wouldn’t recommend it and to all the ppl that order there food fresh plz check your food to see if it’s not microwaved

I had a really disappointing experience at this Burger King. I was told to pull forward to wait for my order, which usually means it will be brought out quickly, but I ended up sitting there for about 20 minutes with no update. After finally receiving my food, I realized my order was incomplete — I was missing a large hash brown and two sausage, egg, and cheese croissant sandwiches. Waiting that long just to still have items missing is unacceptable. There was no communication about the delay and no sense of urgency. Customers shouldn’t have to double-check their bags after a long wait, especially when they’ve already been pulled forward. This experience was frustrating and a waste of time and money. I hope management works on order accuracy and better customer service.

I was asked to pull forward to wait for my order, which usually means it’ll be brought out shortly — but I ended up sitting there for about 20 minutes. It didn’t seem especially busy, so the long wait was confusing. When I finally got my food, the situation wasn’t acknowledged, and it felt like my time didn’t matter. I understand fast food can have delays, but if customers are asked to pull forward, communication and reasonable wait times are important. Sitting that long with no update is unacceptable. I will not return to this particular franchise. I have nothing against Burger King, but this particular franchise is a disaster.

Everyday for the past month burger king hasn't been open on time for breakfast. Not just 10 minutes but, hours behind. I'm not sure who is managing, but they should definitely be fired.
